Modeling and simulating of center plate torsion behavior during bogie curve and turnout negotiation
Wang Shibo,Mao Yong,Teng Bing,Pan Li 대한기계학회 2014 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.28 No.7
In order to accurately simulating the tribological behavior of center plate of bogie, a model was built to calculate the torsional kinematicsparameters of the center plate when a railway freight-car bogie passes through a curve and a railway turnout. According to the torsionalkinematics parameters, a plate-on-plate torsional friction tester was built. The variation of the torsional angle, angular speed, andangular acceleration of the center plate under different conditions was investigated. The torsional angle was affected by the distancesbetween bogie centers and the radius of the railway circular curve. For different railway track geometries, the torsional angle of the centerplate during bogie curve and turnout negotiation ranged within 0.016°-1.08° and 0.04°-1.96°, respectively. The torsional speed of thecenter plate under the turnout condition was much higher than that under the curve condition. The torsional friction behavior of a centerplate material was simulated with the tester according to the calculated results.
Word Multi-Domain Semantic Polarity Algorithm Based on Domain Standard Word Set
Yun Sha,Shibo Zhang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.9
Text orientation is one of the most important base work in web semantic calculation. The semantic polarity of words is the basis element of text sentiment. But in traditional word orientation algorithm, each word gets orientation value based on its distance with these words in the standard word list. So the word polarity is always the same value. But in fact, the word may express different polarity in diverse domains. In this paper, word polarity is calculated based on domain standard word list according to its part of speech. The domain standard list is established by search engine result. The experimental result shows that the domain standard word set for word orientation can increase the accuracy rate of comments orientation calculate.
Towards Balanced Energy Charging and Transmission Collision in Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Networks
Ruilong Deng,Shibo He,Peng-Cheng Chen,Youxian Sun 한국통신학회 2017 Journal of communications and networks Vol.19 No.4
By integrating sensing and computing capabilities intothe traditional radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, the wirelessidentification and sensing platform (WISP) opens up a new researcharea referred to as wireless rechargeable sensor networks(WRSNs). Since WISPs need to be fully charged and then canstart communication with the reader, thus the energy chargingand transmission collision of WISPs are different from those ofRFID tags. If the reader power is large, WISPs will be chargedfast and start data transmission almost at the same time, which resultsin heavy transmission collision and the communication delaywould be extremely large. However, if the reader power is small,WISPs will be charged slow and start data transmission one byone even without collisionh between any two WISPs, but the chargingperiod of the whole network would be extremely large. Therefore, this paper aims at determining an optimal reader power towardsbalanced energy charging and transmission collision, suchthat the total duration for all WISPs to be fully charged and completelycommunicated is minimized. Firstly, we investigate on dynamicreader power with transmission collision avoidance, andstatic reader power towards balanced energy charging and transmissioncollision. Then, we derive the optimal reader power inthree cases: (i) One reader and ray-uniformly distributed WISPs;(ii) one reader and randomly distributed WISPs; and (iii) multiplereaders and randomly distributed WISPs. Finally, the theoreticalanalysis is verified through extensive evaluations.

( Hongyuan Gao ),( Shibo Zhang ),( Yanan Du ),( Yuwang ),( Ming Diao ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2017 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.11 No.7
It is a classical integer optimization difficulty to design an optimal selection scheme in cooperative relay networks considering co-channel interference (CCI). In this paper, we solve single-objective and multi-objective relay selection problem. For the single-objective relay selection problem, in order to attain optimal system performance of cooperative relay network, a novel quantum differential evolutionary algorithm (QDEA) is proposed to resolve the optimization difficulty of optimal relay selection, and the proposed optimal relay selection scheme is called as optimal relay selection based on quantum differential evolutionary algorithm (QDEA). The proposed QDEA combines the advantages of quantum computing theory and differential evolutionary algorithm (DEA) to improve exploring and exploiting potency of DEA. So QDEA has the capability to find the optimal relay selection scheme in cooperative relay networks. For the multi-objective relay selection problem, we propose a novel non-dominated sorting quantum differential evolutionary algorithm (NSQDEA) to solve the relay selection problem which considers two objectives. Simulation results indicate that the proposed relay selection scheme based on QDEA is superior to other intelligent relay selection schemes based on differential evolutionary algorithm, artificial bee colony optimization and quantum bee colony optimization in terms of convergence speed and accuracy for the single-objective relay selection problem. Meanwhile, the simulation results also show that the proposed relay selection scheme based on NSQDEA has a good performance on multi-objective relay selection.
Study on Main Road Capacity Influenced by Harbor Style Bus Stop
Jiao Yao,Shibo Ma,Jieqiong Xu,Jing Zhao 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.9 No.12
Harbor-style bus stops have large capacity, little influence on the main road, which is also safe and convenient for passengers to get aboard or getting off. However, the capacity of main road was reduced when buses arriving or departing the bus stops. Based on the analysis of procedure of bus arriving and departing the harbor station, with the combination of queuing theory with gap theory, we analyzed the influence of harbor style bus stop on main road capacity, which is studied by normal and spillover scenarios. For the normal scenario, with the procedure analysis of arriving and departing bus stop, influence model on main road was established, for the spillover scenario, we established the corresponding model, with the considering of the influence of lane change behavior of other vehicles on the outmost lane. The simulation analysis shows that the error of the model in two scenarios are 2.8% and 2.9% respectively, which is satisfied to reflect the influence of harbor style bus stop on main road capacity. From the case study, we can conclude that in the normal scenario, with the increasing of bus arrival and volume in outmost lane, the reduction coefficient of main road increased slowly, in the spillover scenario, when the bus arrival rate is more than 40veh/h , and volume in outmost lane more than 900veh/h, the reduction coefficient of main road shows accelerating trend.

In the present study, to determine the efficacy of oral supplementationof ginseng berry extracts in augmenting exercise performanceand exercise-associated metabolism, male mice weregiven orally 200 and 400 mg/kg of body weight (BW) of GBCfor nine weeks. Although there are no differences in pre-exerciseblood lactate levels among (1) the control group that receivedneither exercise nor GBC, (2) the group that performedonly twice-weekly endurance exercise, and (3) and (4) the groupsthat combined twice-weekly endurance exercise with either200 or 400 mg/kg GBC, statistically significant reductions inpost-exercise blood lactate levels were observed in the groupsthat combined twice-weekly endurance exercise with oral administrationof either 200 or 400 mg/kg GBC. Histologicalanalysis showed no muscle hypertrophy, but transcriptomeanalysis revealed changes in gene sets related to lactate metabolismand mitochondrial function. GBC intake increased nicotinamideadenine dinucleotide levels in the gastrocnemius, possiblyenhancing the mitochondrial electron transport system andlactate metabolism. Further molecular mechanisms are neededto confirm this hypothesis.
