A review of the preparation and applications of MnO2 composites in formaldehyde oxidation
Shengnan Guan,Wenzhi Li,Jianru Ma,Yanyan Lei,Yuanshuai Zhu,Qifu Huang,Xiaomeng Dou 한국공업화학회 2018 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.66 No.-
This paper reviews several important preparation methods, and several kinds of MnO2 composites, which is efficient in formaldehyde catalytic oxidation. The preparation of MnO2 composites discussed in this article refer to sol–gel method, rheological phase reaction method, micro-emulsion method, chemical coprecipitation method, solid-phase synthesis and template method. After a presentation of methods for the preparation of MnO2, a review of the performance on formaldehyde catalytic oxidation over (I) manganese oxides; (II) metal–MnO2 oxide composites; (III) graphene–MnO2 composites is provided. The mechanisms for catalytic oxidation of HCHO over MnO2 composites, future directions and potential hotspots are also discussed to facilitate understanding.
An Enumeration Method Applied in Intelligent Transportation System
Shengnan Lu,Huansheng Song,Xiaojuan Xu 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.9 No.2
Traditional approaches for some applications of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS), such as license plate tilt correction and vehicle speed estimation generally require feature extraction, however, feature extraction is a difficult task in complex traffic environment, and it is prone to be affected by the moving status of object and dynamic environment. In this paper, we tried a new analysis method without feature extraction for these two applications. The approach is based on enumeration. All the possible results of image analysis are tested by the testing function. Then, the extreme value of the testing function is selected and the corresponding result is just the concerning result. In the experiment, our method is applied to vehicle license plate tilt correction and vehicle speed estimation. The results demonstrate the proposed method has certain degree of robustness and validity.

Dichomeris parallelivalvata sp. nov., Dichomeris columnaria sp. nov., and Dichomeris latifurcata sp. nov. are described as new; Dichomeris silvestrella (Ponomarenko, 1998) comb. nov. and Dichomeris beljaevi (Ponomarenko, 1998) comb. nov. are newly recorded for China. Images of adults and genitalia are provided.
Visual analysis of doctor-patient relationship problems based on R language(1995-2022)
Shengnan Pang,Ruo Si,Yurong Bao,Yubo Xiao 중앙대학교 영상콘텐츠융합연구소 2023 TechArt :Journal of Arts and Imaging Science Vol.10 No.3
This study used R language technology to study the trend of doctor-patient relationship research from 1995 to 2022, based on a collection of doctor-patient relationship literature in the Web of Science database. The analysis was conducted from the perspective of doctor-patient relationship-related literature statistical general trend, then from the perspective of researchers, high-yield countries or regions of the overall situation, high-frequency keywords and keyword clustering visualization, and after the visual atlas longitudinal analysis of the literature topic of evolution, finally through the analysis of the world’s first highly cited literature summary and verifying the direction of doctor-patient research. This study identified that, although doctor-patient research in China started late, the quality of the literature could be improved. China attaches great importance to cooperative research and plays a vital role in communication in doctor-patient research. Finally, countries worldwide believe that one of the core aspects of the doctor-patient relationship lies in the transmission and communication between doctors and patients.
The Effects of Chinese Coffee Shop Customers’ Happiness on Continuous Usage Intention
Shengnan An,Jun Zhang 한국유통과학회 2019 The Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business( Vol.10 No.3
Purpose - With the economic development in China, the lifestyle of Chinese customers has changed dramatically. Chinese customers are more likely to have coffee in a shop with the ability to make them happy than those with high quality coffee in a nice physical environment. Happiness becomes a critical driver of customers’ intention to purchase a cup of coffee in a specific coffee shop again and again. As a result, happiness becomes an important factor for managers to make strategies for attracting customers. Although managers and scholars pay more attention to emphasize the importance of happiness in customers’ consumption, little research has been conducted to investigate the relationship between happiness and coffee shop’s continuous usage intention in the Chinese coffee industry. Research design, data, and methodology – A research model is made to explain the impact of happiness on customer’s behavior. To understand the influence of happiness better, we consider two dimensions of happiness which are subjective well-being and psychological well-being. In order to confirm the relationships of the variables in the research model, the online survey is constructed in China. Customers who have experienced the services in a coffee shop are asked to do the questionnaire. With 453 reliable questionnaires, structural equation modeling is used to analyze the causal relationships of the coffee quality, physical environment, subjective well-being, psychological well-being, and continuous usage intention. Results - Results indicate that coffee quality and physical environment are not the direct factors that influence customers’ continuous usage intention. However, good coffee quality and physical environment are the significant predictors of Chinese customers’ happiness associated with subjective well-being and psychological well-being, which in turn affects customers’ continuous usage intention. Conclusions - In this study, it is proposed that coffee quality and physical environment may be the key factors influencing customers’ happiness. Happiness, including subjective well-being and psychological well-being matters in decision making process. More importantly, happiness increases the continuous usage intention when the coffee shop can serve customers with higher quality coffee at a good atmospheric place. Managers should consider happiness as an important factor in making marketing strategies to compete in this industry.

A novel enzymatic extraction combined with response surface methodology was developed for polysaccharide extraction from marine algae. Box-Behnken design was employed to optimize concentration of enzyme, ratio of water to raw material and extraction time for high extraction yields. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:a concentration of enzyme of 778.01 mg/g with ratio of water to raw material of 86.80 and extraction time of 129.93 min for Gelidium amansii and a concentration of enzyme of 997.03 mg/g with ratio of water to raw material of 98.76 and extraction time of 117.69 min for Laminaria japonica Aresch. Under the optimal conditions, extraction yields were 48.36% and 32.47%, respectively. Experimental data were fitted by multiple regression analysis to a secondorder polynomial equation and were statistically analyzed. The predicted model matched the experimental data well with coefficients of determination (R2) of 0.9864 and 0.9892, respectively.
Effect of Mobile Phase Additives on the Resolution of Four Bioactive Compounds by RP-HPLC
Li, Shengnan,Tian, Minglei,Row, Kyung Ho Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MD 2010 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MOLECULAR SCIENCES Vol.11 No.5
<P>The use of mobile phase additives enhances the separation and resolution of the bioactive compounds on the C18 column. Chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, and scoparone from <I>Herba Artemisiae Scopariae</I> were investigated as the target compounds. Acetic acid, triethylamine, inorganic salts, and several ionic liquids were added as mobile phase additives into methanol/water (40:60, v/v). The result revealed that a mobile phase with 0.01 mol/L of ionic liquid [BMIM][BF4] enabled the optimum separation of the four target compounds.</P>
