        디지털그림자노동(Digital Shadow Work)의 개념화:강제성과 대가성 이슈를 중심으로

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to clarify the conceptualizations of mandatory and reward that have come into focus in the definition of digital shadow work. And explore how users in a shared services environment view cost and coercion from the perspective of digital shadow work. Design/methodology/approach We conducted one-on-one interviews with 4 participants, with each interview being an average of 25 minutes. Based on literature review, stakeholder observation, and interviews on digital shadow work so far, very objective results can be derived through triangulation based on the basis of multiple sources. Findings According to the results of the preliminary study, there are some rewards for each type of digital shadow work, but time saving and service convenience are considered more than financial rewards. Unfair demands in determining whether to implement them in consideration of the difficulty and expected benefits of the demanding digital work can cause dissatisfaction with the service. Academic implications and future research directions are also discussed.

        Melt-electrospinning of Polyphenylene Sulfide

        Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) superfine fiber is a promising high efficient material for high temperature dedusting. In this paper, the PPS superfine fiber was prepared by melt-electrospinning for the first time. In order to produce the finer fibers, the polypropylene (PP) was added to PPS and the effects of blending ratio, spinning voltage, spinning temperature, and spinning distance on resultant fibers were investigated systematically. The superfine fibers of PPS with an average diameter of 4.12 μm were successfully prepared at the optimized condition, which was one third of that by melt-spinning method. With the decrease of 76.21 % fibers diameter, the filter efficiency increased from 87.03 % to 98.05 %. The presented method provides a new way for the scalable and green fabrication of PPS superfine fibers.

      • 국민건강보험료 부과체계 개편에 따른 연금수급자의 건강보험료 부담 변화 효과

        2022년 국민건강보험료 부과체계 개편으로 국민연금 수급자를 포함한 고령자의 국민건강보험료 납부부담 증가가 예상된다. 주요 개편내용 중 소득기준과 관련하여 피부양자 자격 소득기준이 연소득 3,400만 원 이하 에서 연소득 2,000만 원 이하로 강화되었다. 또한 연금소득의 인정 비율은 연금 소득의 30%에서 연금 소득의 50%로 상향되었다. 이로 인해 국민건강보험 피부양자 자격 상실로 국민건강보험 지역가입자로 편입에 따른 국민건강보험료 부담이 발생할 것으로 예상되고 국민연금의 임의가입, 임의계속가입, 반추납 등이 감소하고, 연기연금 신청도 줄어들어 연금정책 방향에 혼란을 초래할 우려가 있다. 감사원 감사보고서에 따르면 현행 국민건강보험법에 따라 사적연금 소득도 국민건강보험료 부과 소득에 포함시킬 필요가 있음을 지적하였다. 이러한 권고사항을 수용하게 되면 사적연금 활성화에도 악영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점에서 우려되는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 현행법에 준한 국민건강보험료 부과체계 개편이 추진될 경우 연금수급자에 미칠 재정부담 효과 등 연금제도에 미칠 파급효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 대부분의 연금수급자가 현재 국민건강보험 피부양자의 위치에 있을 것이라는 점에서 국민건강보험 가입자로 편입은 현 수급자에 대한 직접적 부담 증가뿐만 아니라 미래 국민연금 수급자(현 중년세대 가입자)에 대한 국민연금 가입유인 감소로 이어질 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 국민건강보험제도의 개선이 향후 다른 사회보험 제도 및 사적연금 제도 등에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 국민건강보험 제도 개선 시 타 제도에 미칠 파급효과를 사전에 충분히 검토할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The reform of the National Health Insurance premium collection system in 2022 is expected to increase the burden of health insurance premiums for the elderly, including pension beneficiaries. The key changes include strengthening the income requirements for beneficiaries, from an annual income of less than 34 million won to an annual income of less than 20 million won. Additionally, the recognition rate of pension income has been raised from 30% to 50%. As a result, it is expected that some beneficiaries will lose their eligibility for national health insurance, and will have to pay premiums as local subscribers, confusing pension policy direction. There is also concern that there will be a decrease in arbitrary enrollment, arbitrary continuation of enrollment, and retroactive payment of national pensions, as well as reduced applications for deferred pensions. According to a report by The Board of Audit and Inspection(BAI), there is a need to include private pension income in the income subject to national health insurance premium collection for the current National Health Insurance Act. If this recommendation is adopted, it could hurt the activation of private pensions. Therefore, this study aims to examine the fiscal burden and ripple effects that the reform of the National Health Insurance premium collection system in compliance with the current law will have on pension beneficiaries. Since most pension beneficiaries are likely to be in the position of National Health Insurance beneficiaries, the inclusion of pension beneficiaries of the National Health Insurance system can not only increase the direct burden on current beneficiaries but also lead to a decrease in incentives for future national pension beneficiaries (current middle-aged generation). As a result, this study suggests that when improving the national health insurance system, it is necessary to thoroughly examine the ripple effects on other social insurance systems and private pension systems in advance, as they may be affected.

        Dynamics of Bacterial Communities of Lamb Meat Packaged in Air and Vacuum Pouch during Chilled Storage

        In this study, the changes in microbial communities of lamb meat packaged in the air (plastic tray, PT) and in a vacuum pouch (VAC) were assessed by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) during the storage at 4°C. For the PT lamb, the total viable count (TVC) was 107 CFU/g on Day 5, and the dominated bacteria were Pseudomonas fragi, P. fluorescens, and Acinetobacter spp. For the VAC lamb, the TVC was 107 CFU/g on Day 9, and the dominated bacteria were lactic acid bacteria, including Carnobacterium divergens, C. maltaromaticum, and Lactococcus piscium. One strain of Pseudomonas spp. also appeared in VAC lamb. The relative abundance of Enterobacteriaceae in VAC lamb was higher than that PT lamb, indicating a more important role of Enterobacteriaceae in spoilage for VAC lamb than that of PT lamb. The microbial compositions changed faster in the lamb stored in a PT than that stored in a VAC, and microbial community compositions of the late storage period were largely different from those of the early storage period for both the conditions. The findings of this study may guide improve the lamb hygiene and prolong the shelf life of the lamb.

        Development and evaluation of self-microemulsifying liquid and granule formulations of Brucea javanica oil

        The aim of this study was to develop andcharacterize a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) of Brucea javanica oil (BJO) and transform theliquid formulation into solid granules. Solubility studies ofBJO and pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were used toidentify the most efficient self-emulsification region. Amethyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was performedto identify cell apoptosis. Antitumor activity studies werealso employed to evaluate the BJO SMEDDS. The optimizedBJO SMEDDS in liquid and granule formulationsrapidly formed fine oil-in-water microemulsions with particlesizes\50 nm. Additionally, the MTT assay demonstratedthat BJO SMEDDS had a significant effect oncancer cells, and antitumor activity studies showedremarkable inhibition of S180 tumors. The BJO SMEDDS,optimized to have good characteristics, was successfullytransformed into solid granules by adsorbing onto crospovidone. The studies of the release of the BJO SMEDDS ofliquid and granules in vitro suggested that the release ofBJO was enhanced by the SMEDDS. These studiesrevealed that the new self-microemulsifying systems ofliquid and granule forms might be promising strategies forthe oral delivery of the poorly water-soluble drug BJO.
