        한부모의 자녀양육 경험에 관한 질적 연구: 역량접근에 기반하여

        본 연구의 목적은 한부모의 부모로서의 삶의 경험과 생각을 듣고, 현실적인 어려움과 극복과정을 역량관점에서 분석하고 한부모를 지원하기 위한 실천방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한부모 가정의 양육자 11명을 선정하여 인터뷰하였다. 반구조화된 질문들을 활용하여 1:1 면담의 방식으로 진행하였으며, 추출된 자료는 합의적 질적 연구방법(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR)에 의해 분석하였다. CQR 분석을 통해서 최종적으로 추출된 6개의 영역을 ‘한부모 가정의 어려움’, ‘한부모 가정의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 시도해온 노력’, ‘한부모 가정의 어려움을 극복하기 위해 필요한 점’, ‘한부모 가정 지원정책의 개선방안’의 4개의 영역으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 근거로 한부모 가정의 부모와 자녀에 대한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate single parents’ child rearing experiences considering their capabilities focused on the overcoming process of real difficulties and success factors. To do this, 11 single parents were selected and interviewed. The semi - structured questionnaire was used to conduct a one - to - one interview. The extracted data were analyzed by Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR). The six areas that were finally extracted through CQR analysis and classified as ‘difficulties of single parents’, ‘efforts to solve the difficulties’, ‘what is needed to overcome the difficulties of single parent families’ and 'political suggestions for single parents and their children'. Based on the results of this study, the practical and political implications for social work to support single parents' and their children were suggested.

        Identification of PCR-based DNA Marker Linked to High Phytase Level of Wheat

        The phytase is a key enzyme to hydrolyze phytic acid present in wheat grains and improves the bio-availability of micronutrients in monogastric animals. Phytase trait being contributed by specific regions of the genome requires identification of these regions, using suitable molecular markers. Hence, in the present investigation we attempted to develop a PCR-based marker that detects the phytase level in wheat. Six sets of PCR primers were designed on the basis of nucleotides sequence variation found in the sequence of both varieties. Out of six set of primers, one set amplified two different sized bands, i.e. 334 bp and 295 in two wheat cultivars C-306 (low phytase) and DBW 17 (high phytase), respectively. It exhibited a polymorphic banding pattern with length polymorphism and clearly separating low and high phytase genotypes. The primer set was also used for PCR of 46 synthetic hexaploids and 46 release varieties of wheat to validate the developed markers. Association among identified markers and phytase activity was found to be at 99.9% confidence level based on Fisher’s exact test (F-test). Therefore, this PCR primer set will be useful to select the wheat germplasm having high phytase levels and also in wheat breeding programs aimed at improving phytase levels in bread wheat cultivars.

        Enhanced electrochemical strain in polypyrrole films

        Electrochemomechanical characteristics of polypyrrole (PPy) lms, electrodeposited from tetra-n-butylammonium triuorometh-ane-sulfonate dissolved in methyl benzoate (PPyFMS), have been investigated using a simultaneous measurement of electrochem-omechanical deformation (ECMD) with cyclic voltammetry (CV) by comparing with PPy lms deposited fromp-phenol sulfonate inaqueous media (PPyPPS). The ECMD magnitude of PPyFMS lm was reached around 9% at 1st cycle and was decreased to beabout 3.2% at 20th cycle with electrochemical cycling in 1 M NaPF6. While in 1 M NaCl solution, the ECMD magnitude was1.9% at 20th cycle in CV measurement. In the case for the PPyPPS lm, ECMD magnitude at 20th cycle was around 0.8% and1.1% in 1 M NaPF 6 and 1 M NaCl solutions, respectively. The results indicate that the combination of electrolytes employed inboth the electrodeposition and the device actuation plays the very important role for achieving the enhancement of ECMD magn-itudes. In the case of ECMD behaviors, it was found that the electrolyte used in the lm actuation determines the ECMD charac-teristics..
