Polymer Solar Cells based on a Furan-containing Asymmetric Nonfullerene Acceptor

고분자 태양전지의 어셉터로 비접합된 전자 주는 thiophene-furan 중심과 전자 끄는 옥틸로다닌 말단 그룹으로 이루어진 비대칭 비풀러렌 단분자 TF-ORH가 설계되었다. TF-ORH은 Knoevenagel 축합과 스즈끼 짝지음 반응을 통해 합성되었다. TF-ORH는 소자 제작에 충분한 열 안정성 및 용해도를 나타냈다. 용액과 비교하여, TF-ORH 필름은 596 nm에서 최대 흡수를 가지는 장파장 이동된(J-aggregation) UV-Vis 흡수를 나타내었고, 이는 저밴드갭 고분자 도너인 PTB7-Th의 특성과 상호보완적이다. 퓨란의 도입으로 thiophene 유사체인 T2-ORH와 비교하여 분자 궤도 에너지 준위들은 높아졌다. 활성층으로서 PTB7-Th:TF-ORH 블렌드 필름을 사용하여 제작된 고분자 태양전지 소자는 0.88V의 개방전압과 0.70 eV의 낮은 에너지 손실로 1.21%의 전력 변환 효율을 나타냈다. An asymmetric nonfullerene small molecule, TF-ORH, containing a nonfused electron-donating core of thiophene, furan and electron-withdrawing octylrhodanine (ORH) end groups was designed as an acceptor for polymer solar cells (PSCs). TF-ORH was synthesized via Knoevenagel condensation and the Suzuki coupling reaction. TF-ORH exhibited sufficient thermal stability and solubility for device fabrication. Compared to solution, TF-ORH film showed a redshifted UV–Vis absorption with an absorption maximum at 596 nm (J-aggregation), which is complementary with that of the low bandgap polymer donor of poly[4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b"]dithiophene-co-3- fluorothieno[3,4-b]thiophene-2-carboxylate] (PTB7-Th). The introduction of furan elevated the molecular orbital energy levels of TF-ORH compared to the thiophene analog, T2-ORH. Finally, a PSC fabricated using a PTB7-Th:TF-ORH blend film as the active layer exhibited a power conversion efficiency of 1.21% with an open-circuit voltage of 0.88 V and a small energy loss of 0.70 eV.

Interior Permanent Magnet(IPM) motor has relatively high torque ripple generated by reluctance torque. Because the torque pulsation has a bad effect on the noise and vibration of motor, efforts to reduce torque ripple have been studied by changing the motor configurations. In this paper, harmonic analysis of the tangential magnetic force waveform for the stator teeth is performed to identify harmonics that influence the torque ripple and the target force wave is generated by eliminating the identified harmonics. The optimization problem is formulated to fit the tangential magnetic force wave to the target force wave. Preliminary results show that low torque ripple of IPM motor is achieved using level set method.

Objective: 177Lutetium [Lu] Ludotadipep is a novel prostate-specific membrane antigen targeting therapeutic agent with an albumin motif added to increase uptake in the tumors. We assessed the biodistribution and dosimetry of [177Lu]Ludotadipep in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Materials and Methods: Data from 25 patients (median age, 73 years; range, 60–90) with mCRPC from a phase I study with activity escalation design of single administration of [177Lu]Ludotadipep (1.85, 2.78, 3.70, 4.63, and 5.55 GBq) were assessed. Activity in the salivary glands, lungs, liver, kidneys, and spleen was estimated from whole-body scan and abdominal SPECT/CT images acquired at 2, 24, 48, 72, and 168 h after administration of [177Lu]Ludotadipep. Red marrow activity was calculated from blood samples obtained at 3, 10, 30, 60, and 180 min, and at 24, 48, and 72 h after administration. Organand tumor-based absorbed dose calculations were performed using IDAC-Dose 2.1. Results: Absorbed dose coefficient (mean ± standard deviation) of normal organs was 1.17 ± 0.81 Gy/GBq for salivary glands, 0.05 ± 0.02 Gy/GBq for lungs, 0.14 ± 0.06 Gy/GBq for liver, 0.77 ± 0.28 Gy/GBq for kidneys, 0.12 ± 0.06 Gy/GBq for spleen, and 0.07 ± 0.02 Gy/GBq for red marrow. The absorbed dose coefficient of the tumors was 10.43 ± 7.77 Gy/GBq. Conclusion: [177Lu]Ludotadipep is expected to be safe at the dose of 3.7 GBq times 6 cycles planned for a phase II clinical trial with kidneys and bone marrow being the critical organs, and shows a high tumor absorbed dose.

인공지능 딥러닝 기술이 적용된 무기체계가 지속적으로 개발된다. 기존의 전차 피아식별 시스템은 사람의 눈으로 표적을 획득하고 공격 여부를 판단한다. 따라서 신속성과 정확성 측면에서 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제한사항을 개선하기 위해 YOLO(You Only Look Once) 알고리즘 기반의 전차 국적 식별 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 한국, 미국, 일본, 북한의 4개국의 주력 전차 사진을 수집한다. 특히, 실제 기갑 전투의 상황과 유사하도록 노이즈를 추가하고 이미지 전처리 작업을 한다. 이후 데이터셋은 학습 데이터의 적절한 규모를 확인하기 위해 8개의 그룹으로 구성한다. 마지막으로 평가 척도인 mAP와 IoU를 기반으로 적절한 데이터 규모를 분석한다. Advanced weapon systems with artificial intelligence deep learning technology will be continuously. The existing identification system of friend or foe on tank targets with human eyes determine whether to attack. Therefore, there are limitations in terms of speed and accuracy. In this paper, we propose a YOLO(You Only Look Once) Algorithm-based tank nationality identification method to improve these limitations. First, we collect photos of the main tank from four countries South Korea, the United States, Japan and North Korea. In particular, similar to the actual armored battle, we add noise and do image preprocessing. Afterward, the dataset organized into eight groups to check the appropriate size of the learning data. Finally, we analyze the appropriate data size based on the evaluation scales, mAP and IoU.
Development of tau PET Imaging Ligands and their Utility in Preclinical and Clinical Studies

The pathological features of Alzheimer's disease are senile plaques which are aggregates of ${\beta}$-amyloid peptides and neurofibrillary tangles in the brain. Neurofibrillary tangles are aggregates of hyperphosphorylated tau proteins, and these induce various other neurodegenerative diseases, such as progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, frontotemporal lobar degeneration, frontotemporal dementia and parkinsonism linked to chromosome 17 (FTDP-17), and chronic traumatic encephalopathy. In the case of Alzheimer's disease, the measurement of neurofibrillary tangles associated with cognitive decline is suitable for differential diagnosis, disease progression assessment, and to monitor the effects of therapeutic treatment. This review discusses considerations for the development of tau ligands for imaging and summarizes the results of the first-in-human and preclinical studies of the tau tracers that have been developed thus far. The development of tau ligands for imaging studies will be helpful for differential diagnosis and for the development of therapeutic treatments for tauopathies including Alzheimer's disease.
