      • 분광 앨립소미트리를 이용한 유리기판 위의 박막 분석

        Spectroscopic ellipsometry 은 다양한 물질의 광학적 특징을 연구할 수 있는 강력한 기술이다. 현재 실리콘 웨이퍼 위의 박막 분석에는 그 효율성이 확실히 입증되어 있다. 그러나 현재 산업은 유리 기판위의 박막을 분석하기를 원하고 있다. Ellipsometry로 투명기판을 분석하기 위해서는 후면 반사에의한 비간섭성 효과를 고려해야 한다. 기존의 반사공식을 투명기판의 비간섭성을 고려하여 수정하였다. 투명기판 위의 샘플과 scratch를 낸 같은 샘플을 측정 분석하여 정확성을 확인하였다. 수정된 반사공식을 이용하면 디스플레이와 같은 투명재료를 이용하는 곳에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. A Spectroscpic ellipsometry is very strong technology to study optical properties of many materials. It has already substantiated a analytic efficiency about thin films above wafers to be made of silicon. However, the current industry needs thin films analyzed on a glass. When we analyze a glass using a ellipsometry, we have to consider a efficiency of incoherence due to reflect at the back side. So then, we slightly altered the original formula. We compared a scratched sample with a sample on the glass, because off getting a exactitude. Our technical development, using the changed formula, is expected the useful utilization in a part of using gIasses such as display.

        방사선 조사 건고사리의 수화 복원성, 색상 및 조직감 특성

        The gamma irradiation effect of dried fernbraken was investigated on the physical and sensory qualities during and after soaking process. Dried fernbraken packaged in vacuum was irradiated up to 7 kGy with γ-ray produced by 132 Cs at 0℃. Moisture content and rehydration rate of gamma-irradiated fernbraken after soaking increased significantly depending on the irradiation doses(p<0.05). Lightness(L), redness(a) and yellowness(b) values of Hunter color system increased significantly in the gamma-irradiated fernbraken after soaking, compared with control, while the hardness and chewiness by the texture analyser decreased significantly in irradiated ones. Sensory evaluation results showed that the mean scores of flavor, appearance, taste, texture and over-all acceptability in soaked fernbraken irradiated were not significantly different from those in control, except higher preference score of texture in irradiated ones. From these results, it might be concluded that the irradiation does not affect the physical and sensory qualities of dried fembraken during and after soaking, especially in texture.

      • 한국무용수의 무산소 및 유산소성 파워에 관한 연구

        Followings are summaries of test results done on ten univeristy women majoring in Korean dancing at H and S universities with daucing experience of more than five years to evaluate anaerobic and aerobic power of Korean dancers using wingate test and gradually incresasing load method. 1. Korean dancer's anaerobic power parameters of peak power(W peak power), mean power(W mean power), and Fatigue Index were found to be 303.5+25.56 watt, 238.9+22.57 watt and 34.5+3.98% resoectuvety. 2. Korean daucer's aerobic power parameters of maximum oxygen absorption amount(VO_(2) max), anaerobic reverse level, lactase concentration accumulation in blood, and maximum heart pulse number were found to be 39.3+4.12㎖/㎏/min, 54.5+3.78%,8.3+1.79㎜ and 193.5+7.42beat /min. Above result shows that Korean dancer's auaerobic and aerobic power level is lower than that of other sports players and similar to that of common people and this resulted from long-term Korean dancing training concentrated on technies and action expression rather than on athletic power. However, as action performing in Korean dancing requires medium level athletic power to express work and static action expression also requires high concentration and athletic powers so training to intensify anaerobic and aerobic athletic ability is serionsly required for the consistent superior action performance and expression during the entire work performing duration.

        입상활성탄에 의한 Cu, Zn, Cd 이온의 흡착 특성

        In this work, the characterization of adsorption of Cu, Zn and Cd on granular activated carbon in water has been studied. The factors that affect adsorption in boundary between activated carbon and wastewater are concentration, temperature, contact time, pH and so on. As the result of this study, the maximum adsorption amount of Cu occurred near pH 7, while that of Zn and Cd was near pH 9.6 and 10, respectively. As contact time and temperature are transformed, such factors as optimum contact time and temperature are taken into consideration in an adsorptive process of heavy metal because an adsorption and a reducing process occur. In isotherm of Freundlich, 1/n values of Cu, Cd capacity were between 0.16 and 0.5.

        Eagle씨 증후군의 치험례

        Eagle's syndrome is the term given to symtomatic elogation of the styloid process or mineralization of the stylohyoid or stylomandibular ligament. Since ossification of stylohyoid ligament at cadeva was fist described by De Manchetics in 1652 and Weinlecher described clinical symptom which produced by elongated styloid process and osteotomy of styloid process in 1872, Clinical symptom which include sensation of a foreign body on the pharynx, dysphagai, dysphonia, referred pain, and mouth opening disturbance was termed by Eagle as Eagle's syndrome. then, case reports of Eagle's syndrome are presented. in these cases, the patient's chief complaints included periauricular radiating pain, mouth opening disturbance, foreign body sensation, dysphagia, tenderness on the neck. Through vairous X-ray examination and palpation of tonsillar fossa, elongted styloid process were confirmed. Under the general anesthesia there were successfully removed out via transoral approach technique, described by Eagle. after resented styloid process, they were freed from the symptoms without further complication. Therefor we reported these cases treated by surgical resection of styloid process with good results.

      • 목표ㆍ과정중심 교육과정 모형에 따른 고등학생의 체육목표 인식도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify high schoo student's perceiving of purposes for engaging in physical activity on the basis of Purpose Process Curriculum Framework(P.P.C.F.) The P P.C.F. is composed of two dimensions: human purposes for moving and the processes through which movements learned. The questionnaire, which was initially developed by Steinhart etc (1988) and modified by the investigator was utilized after validity test and reliability test with a satisfying level. It consisted of 22 purpose elements. Each item of the questionnaire was evaluated by Likert scathe with five response options. The relevant it.ems have been identified into three key purpose concept categories or seven major purrpose concept categories. And the scores have been assigned to the categories within the items according to the logical relationship to the value. The subject of the study were composed of 518 students(male:190, female:261) from four different high schools in Daijonl. Analysis of the data was done by analysis of t-test, oneway ANOVA, using the statistical package . Based upon the result of the study. the following conclusions appear warranted : 1 There would be significant differerences in perceilving the purposes for engaging in physical activity between male and female students 2 There would be significant differences in perceiving the purposes for engaging in physical activity among three different grade levels of students 3 There would be significant differences in perceiving the purposes for engaging in physical activity between high-skilled students and low-skilled students 4 There would be no significant differences in perceiving the purposes for engaging in pysical activity between humanity high-school vocational high-school 5 There would be significant differences in perceiving the perceiving the purposes for engaging in phsical activity between participants in extra-curricular physical activity and non-participants.

      • 대구지역의 대기오염도 특성평가(I) : 지역별 및 계절별 농도변동을 중심으로 Locational and Seasonal variations

        본 연구는 대구지방환경관리청과 유관기관 등에서 과거 7년간(1988~1994년) 측정한 대기질 관련자료중 아황산가스, 분진, 일산화탄소, 질소산화물 및 오존을 대상으로 통계분석하여 각기 배출강도가 다른 지역별 농도분포 특성을 평가하였고 대구지역의 전반적인 대기질 변화추이를 파악하였다. 그 결과 각 지점별 아황산가스의 농도는 전형적인 동고하저형을 나타내었으며, 도시가스공급과 황함량규제등 연료변환 정책의 효과로 인해 점차적으로 감소하고 있는 추세를 보이고 있다. 부유분진은 결측치가 많아 장기적인 농도변화추이를 판단하기는 어려웠으나 아황산가스와 같이 큰 계절적인 변동은 보이지 않았다. 질소산화물의 전반적인 농도분포는 장기 환경기준치 50ppb를 초과하지 않는 수준이었으나 최근엔 이동배출원의 영향이 가중되어 그 농도가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세인 반면 동고하저형의 계절적인 변동을 나타내는 일산화탄소는 가정용 무연탄 사용량의 감소로 대기중 일산화탄소의 농도는 점점 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 오존은 전반적으로 일사량이 많은 하절기에 농도가 높았고 동절기에는 농도가 낮은 경향을 보였다. 한편 주요 대기오염물질의 장·단기 기준달성도를 비교분석한 결과 대구지역의 대기오염물질중 아황산가스의 고농도 발생빈도는 공업지역에 집중되어 있었으며 질소산화물과 일산화탄소는 아직은 장·단기 환경기준을 초과하지 않는 수준으로 나타났고, 분진과 오존의 경우는 공업지역 뿐만 아니라 전지역에서 그 발생빈도가 유사하게 나타났다. In this study, characteristics and distributional patterns of the concentrations of air pollutants in Taegu area were evaluated using a data-base established from the ambient air quality monitoring stations for the period of 1989 to 1994. The result of this study demonstrated that in each sampling site, the SO_2 concentrations were much higher in winter than those in summer. However, a decreasing tendency was clearly shown in the annual variation of SO_2 concentrations, largely due to the use of LPG instead of anthracite coal for local heating systems and to the fuel policy of using lower sulfur content fuel in industrial sectors. Unlike SO_2, there was no distinct seasonal variation in the concentrations of suspended particulate matter. Concentrations of NO_x were found to be generally lower than the long term ambient air quality standard (50 ppb). The NO_x concentration has been gradually increased, reflecting the rapidly increased number of vehicles In this area, while the CO levels In ambient air were declind because of the reduced use of coal for domestic purposes. The Ozone concentrations in Taegu area exhibited that there has been already photochemical smog phenomena during the summer season when the insolation is strong.
