본 논문에서는 전화선을 통해 사랑이 발성한 음성을 저장, 학습하여 사용자가 다시 그 내용을 발성할 경우 자동적으로 이를 인식하는 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 신경 회로망과 동적 시간 정합법을 이용하는 하이브리드 형태의 시스템으로, 특징 파라미터로는 필터 뱅크 계수를 사용하였으며 필터 뱅크 계수의 차원수를 줄여 처리 속도를 빠르게 하기 위한 방안으로 자기 조직화 지도를 사용하였다. 또한 자기 조직화 지도에 대응하여 동작하는 상부 인식기로는 소규모 고립단어 인식에 적합한 동적 시간 정합법을 채택하였다. In this study, we design and implement the system which learn a speech registered by people through telephone network and recognize it automatically when a user repeats it. What we have done in this study is to make hybrid type system which uses a neural network and a dynamic time warping. We performed a summary end point detection by using Rabiner & Sambur method which was a corrected form, using only log energy, as end point detection of a speech. We used filler bank coefficient as a feature parameter and self organization feature map to make its proceeding fast by decreasing filter bank coefficient. We took a dynamic time warping which was proper for recognizing small isolated words as an upper recognition system which is against self organization feature map.

자연어 문장에 대한 구문분석은 용언에 대한 명사구의 문법적 역할을 밝히는 것이다. 현재 한국어의 구문분석에서는 서술어를 단지 자릿수 서술어나 형용사, 자동사, 타동사 등으로 분류하는 수준이어서 필수격 이외의 명사구들은 신경을 쓰지 못하기 때문에 틀린 문장이 옳은 문장으로 인식되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생된다. 국소적으로 틀린 문장이 옳은 문장으로 인식되는 것은 전체 문장의 모호함을 가중시킨다. 따라서 용언을 보다 세밀하게 분류하여 이와 어우러지는 명사구를 가능한 한 분석의 초기에 찾아내는 시도가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 [양승원95]의 분석 방법을 토대로 보다 세밀하게 분류된 용언을 이용하여 문장형태를 세 분류하고 문장에 필수적으로 나타나는 명사구를 분류하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이 분석 방법에 있어서 언어학적인 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 않는 범위내에서 약간의 경험지식을 동원하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 파싱 방법은 조사가 주는 정보를 보다 적극적으로 이용함으로써 한국어 문장의 기본구조를 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있기 때문에 의미구조로의 직접적인 사상이 가능하며 보다 견고한 분석을 할 수 있다.

In general, three phases are needed to build a natural language processing system. These are called molphological analysis, syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, respectively. This paper describes the strateges to build the korean processing system which reflects the characteristics of the Korean language. First, we use the extended longest match method for molphological analysis. Second, in sintactic analysis stage, we use the conditional unification which is based on augmented CFG. third, we use the CG(Concetual Graph) to represent the semantics of a sentense.

함암요법으로 골수기능이 억제된 악성종양환자에서 rhG-CSF의 임상적 효과

We have studied the efficacy of rhG-CSF in patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma, acute leukemia, and small cell lung cancer undergoing anticancer chemotherapy. These patients were below leukocyte count 3,000 cubic millimeter due to myelosuppression induced by the first cycle of intensive chemotherapy. Treatment with rhG-CSF (100㎍ per square meter of body surface area per day in a 30-minute intravenous infusion) was begun two days and for 14 consecutive days after the end of the second cycle of chemotherapy. The results were as follows. 1. The onset of myelosuppression was 6 days after chemotherapy, and the onset of recovery was 16.7 days after chemotherapy, and the duration of granulocytopenia was 10.7 days in patients with malignant tumor during contrast period. 2. The duration of granulocytopenia was shortened 5.2 days in patients administered rhG-CSF than without rhG-CSF, and we observed the shortest duration of granulocytopenia with increasing granulocyte in patients with small cell lung cancer. 3. Observing the differential count of leukocyte checked the highest level of leukocyte in contrast and rhG-CSF period, the persentage of neutrophil was increased in patients with acute leukemia and small cell lung cancer during rhG-CSF period, but not increased in patients with non-hodgkin's lymphoma. 4. rhG-CSF was not influenced on liver faction, renal fuction, uric acid, and glucose metabolism, also had no effect on recovery of platelet. In conclusion, rhG-CSF can be administered to patients with hematologic or nonhematologic malignant tumor that myelosuppression induced by anticancer chemotherapy result in shortening the duration of granulocytopenia and increasing the peripheral neutrophil, therefore full dose chemotherapy can be administered on time, and rhG-CSF may reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.

Guinea pig 단일 심실근 세포의 칼슘전류에 대한 아드레날린성 약물의 효과

In order to investigate the effects of sympathomimetic drugs on the calcium currents, whole cell patch clamp technique was used in ventricular cells of the guinea-pig. Single ventricular cells were isolated by Langedorff perfusion method with collagenase. T-type and L-type Ca-currents were recorded in different holding potentials. T-type Ca-current was activated from more negative membrane potentials(around -50 mV) and was inactivated very rapidly, whereas L-type Ca-current was activated from -30 mV and inactivated with two time constants(fast and slow components). Replacement of calcium with barium increased the activation magnitude of L-type Ca-current and delayed inactivation time course, but did not affect T-type Ca-current significantly. Nifedipine blocked and Bay K 8644 increased L-type Ca-current with voltage-dependent manner. T-type Ca-current, however, was relatively insentive to dihydropyridine compuonds. Isoproterenol which is known to have mainly beta-agonist increased L-and T-type Ca-currents and propranolol reversed the effect of isoproterenol. Phenylephrine(alpha-agonist) and phentolamine(alpha-blocker) have no significant effects on the Ca-currents. From the above results it is suggested that L-type and T-type Ca-currents are present in guineapig ventricular myocytes and very sensitive to beta-agonist or-antagonist, but relatively insensitive to drugs acting on alpha-receptors.

전자적으로 전송되는 디지트 제품들은 실물적 재화로 취급되는 것이 서비스 재로 취급되는 경우보다 훨씬 자유무역을 촉진시킬 수 있지만, GATS 규정을 적용 받고 있는 것이 현실이다. 서비스 교역레짐(GATS 규정)은 각 회원국에 의해서 수행된 특정한 공약에 의지하기 때문에 전자적으로 배송되는 미디어 제품의 무관세 대우 제안은 제한적인 함의만을 가진다. 또한 모든 서비스 재를 실물 재화로 분류(GATT 규정)한다면, 무역에 대한 제한은 점차적으로 사라지게 될 것이다. 그러니 이 제안 역시 기술발전에 따라 전자적 전송 서비스재가 다양한 형태로 정의될 가능성에 대한 고려를 빠뜨리고 있다. 전자적 배송이 대안적 배송(실물적 배송)보다 효율적인 배송 수단이라면 전자상거래에 대한 무관세화는 무역창출을 결과할 것이다. 그러나 전자적 배송수단이 대안적 배송수단 보다 덜 효율적이라면, 전자상거래에 대한 무관세화는 무역전환 비용을 낳게 될 것이다. 디어드로프는 모든 전자적 거래를 서비스 재로 간주하면서, 서비스재가 내국민 대우를 적용하기보다는 MFN 대우가 적용될 수 있도록 GATS 규정이 재 협상되어야 한다고 주장한다. 이렇게 함으로써, 전자적으로 배송되는 미디어 제품의 무관세 대우 제안의 제한적 함의를 극복할 수 있다고 보는 것이다. 한편, 서비스 관세화에 따른 서비스 재 교역시의 후생효과의 크기는 서비스 재의 수입금지와 비교했을 때 보다 크다는 사실을 증명해 보이고 있다.
