        숙적관계에서 협력관계로 : 독일-프랑스 역사교과서 협의 The Franco-German History Textbook Work

        Discussing the Franco-German history textbook work, this study tries to find lessons for the present problems regarding the Japanese history textbook and the Chinese research on the history of Koguryo. The first Franco-German conferences for the history textbook improvement began in 1935, resulting in writing recommendations. But this could not bring fruits because of WWⅡ. After WWⅡ, from 1950 to the present, dozens of Franco-German textbook conferences were held and several recommendations came out of them. These are considered to have influenced, in a positive way, on the history textbook writings of the two countries. At the end of the present research, the researcher would say that Franco-German history textbook work, despite some problems it seems to contain, can be considered to be successful. In which sense was it a successful work? Firstly, it contributed to the rectification of historical interpretation based on nationalistic bias, which was called in question in "1935 recommendations" as well as in "1951 recommendations". Secondly, it contributed not only to the rectification of what was wrong in textbooks but also - and this is more important - made it possible to incorporate into textbooks historical interpretation from the other's point of view which came in this way nearer to the historical truth. So it contributed not only to the reconciliation of the two countries but also to their mutual understanding. What made this success possible? Besides the European integration as political situation, two points can be mentioned. Firstly, there were some forerunners who were aware that the history education based on nationalistic bias was one of the sources of the mutual hostility between the two countries and who made efforts to correct it. The role they played was important. Secondly, the principle of voluntary participation was observed throughout the whole works and this is also a point to be noted.

        유럽통합 초기(1945-1957)에 있어서 '기능주의(functionalism)'에 대한 논쟁

        This article tackles the problems with the methods of European integration in its formative period (1945-1957) , focusing toward functionalism or the functional approach, which the European Coal and Steel Community was based on. The author pays attention to two points. Firstly, there was no agreement among politicians about the meaning of functionalism in the early years of European integration. Britain understood functionalism in the context of their traditional approach to the international cooperation, namely a sort of commitment to European affairs without transferring sovereignty to a supranational international organization. The French socialists, whose leader was Guy Mollet, took the functional approach for "establishment of such institutions as always open to all the countries of the Council of Europe, each one having at its top a supranational authority under control of a European Parliament within the framework of the Council of Europe". To the French government, whose foreign minister was Robert Schuman, the functional approach meant setting up sectoral supranational institutions, which would be open to all the member states of the Council of Europe in the long run, but in the meanwhile would be built out of the framework of the Council of Europe. This concept led to the formation of the 'Six-countries' European community, namely the ECSC. The second point concerns the 'neo-functionalism' of Ernst Haas. According to Haas, the nation-state is ultimately shaped as an organization by the functions which it exists to fulfill. The fulfillment of these functions in the 1950s and 1960s increasingly required action in an international context. He predicted that several functional European communities might lead to a European political community (the United States of Europe), owing to the 'spill over effect'. However, up to now, his prediction has not been realized, because sectoral institutions have brought about only economic integration in its nature. Alan S. Milward criticizes Haas' thesis, He argues that Haas' explanation implicated that governance by the nation-state was a thing of the past and governance by the supranation the image of the future. This implication did however take up the tone of political discourse on European integration and set up erroneous assumptions: Firstly, Haas' theory depended on a deep belief in the rationality of mankind, or at least the more educated part of it, which proved false by historical studies. Secondly, it had the assumption that integration is in some way a higher state of political organization to which humankind is carried to on the ultimately irresistible tide of historical progress. According to Milward, integration was not the supersession of the nation-state by another form of governance as the nation-state became incapable, but was the creation of the European nation-states themselves for their own purpose. an act of national will. Historical analysis shows us that the nation-state pursued integration as one way of formalizing, regulating and perhaps limiting the consequences of interdependence, without forfeiting the national allegiance on which its continued existence depends. Through the European integration the European nation-states became strong, because, with close cooperation with other nation-states in the framework of European integration, they could strengthen their functions, which could not be fulfilled on their own abilities, The task of the study on European integration is to reconcile two dominant aspects of European history in the last half-century, one being the reassertion of the nation-state as the fundamental organizational unit of political, economic and social existence, and the other, the surrender of some of its powers to the European Community.

        AHP를 이용한 소프트웨어 외주업체 선정방안에 관한 연구

        The objectives of this paper are to provide software developer selection criteria and to develop evaluation framework using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The selection criteria are extracted from Software Development Life Cycle, Quality Assurance, and Productivity of Organization. In this paper, the selection model is proposed and its examples are illustrated. Though some further research is required, the proposed model can be regarded as a basis of a DSS for the selection of the software developer.

        오존 처리된 페놀계 활성탄소섬유의 표면 특성

        액상에서의 오존 산화 반응에 의해 활성탄소섬유 표면 산소의 함량은 17.0wt%에서 22.4wt%로 증가하였고, 수소의 함량은 1.9wt%에서 2.7wt%로 증가하였다. 오존 산화 개시제를 달리하여 처리하면 활성탄소섬유에 생성되는 관능기들과 총산도 값을 조절할 수 있었다. 오존 처리되지 않은 활성탄소섬유의 총산도값은 0.631 meq./g인데 비하여, 1M NaOH 수용액을 개시제로 증가하였고, 특히 phenol그룹이 크게 증가하였다. NaOH로 처리하면 phenol그룹만 증가하였고, H_2O_2로 처리하면 phenol 그룹이 많이, carboxyl그룹이 약간 증가하였다. The oxygen and the hydrogen contents of activated carbon fibers increased from 17.0 wt% and 1.9 wt% to 22.4 wt% and 2.7 wt% by oxidation with ozone in liquid phase. The amount of functional groups and total acidity could be controlled with initiators of ozone decomposition reactions. The total acidity of ACF ozone treated ACF was 0.63 l meq./g, and particularly the phenolic group increased. The phenolic group only was developed when ACF was treated in NaOH solution, large amount of phenolic group and some carboxylic group only was developed when ACF was treated in NaOH solution, large amount of phenolic group and some carboxylic group were developed when ACF was treated in H_2O_2 solution.

      • 금속판재 적층을 이용한 쾌속금형 제작기술 개발

        The design and fabrication of dies and molds used in manufacturing operations represents one of the most time consuming and costly phases in the development of new products. New realities of the product market require faster product development and reduced time to market. To reduce the time and cost of the product development and manufacturing processes, the new technologies of Rapid Prototyping (RP) and Rapid Tooling (RT), which have been developed over the last two decades, are revolutionizing manufacturing development. One type of RT technology, which is the focus of this paper, is Profiled Edge Laminate (PEL) tooling. To facilitate adoption of the PEL method by industry, a complete tooling design process has been developed. PEL tooling is a laminated tooling method involving the assembly of an array of laminations whose top edges are simultaneously profiled and beveled based on a CAD model of the intended tool surface. The main goal of this research is to develop an advanced design process for PEL Tooling, that is, the required synthesis and analysis tools, and methodologies for designing PEL tools. The advanced PEL Tooling design process consists of slicing, simulation, and fabrication processes. The resulting design process is demonstrated by completely designing and fabricating a simple industrial PEL tool based on a CAD part shape.

        인공고관절용 스테인리스강 316L에 증착된 다이아몬드상 카본 필름의 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have several advantages in applications such as high hardness, chemical inertness, low friction and electrical insulation. Furthermore, DLC-coated STS 316L films have been reported to have a good biocompatibility, such as the absence of inflammatory response. Thus, corrosion resistance is the first consideration for the biomaterials to be used in the body. DLC films have been deposited onto substrates of STB 316L for artificial hip joints using r.f PACVD (plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition) with C_(6)H_(6) and mixture of C_(6)H_(6) and SiH_(4) as the process gases. Three kinds of DLC-coated films were prepared as a function of diverse bias voltage and Si incorporation. Corrosion behavior of DLC films was investigated by electrochemical techniques (potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) and surface analyses (atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy). The electrolyte used in his test was a 0.89%NaCl solution of pH 7.4 at temperature 37℃. Electrochemical measurements showed that DLC films with higher bias voltage and Si incorporation could improve corrosion resistance in the simulated body fluid environment.         웹 서비스(Web Services)의 평가·인증 제도에 관한 탐색적 연구

        웹 서비스는 기업에게 "서비스로서의 소프트웨어(Software as a Service)"라는 서비스 지향적 패러다임(Service-Oriented Paradigm)을 제공한다. 기업은 자신이 가지고 있는 기존의 견고한 비즈니스 모델을 웹 서비스로 전환하여 다른 기업들에게 판매할 수 있다. 하지만 인터넷은 근본적으로 신뢰의 문제를 안고 있다. 이것은 웹 서비스를 다른 기업들에게 판매할 때 장애요소로 작용한다. 따라서 어떤 기업이 개발한 웹 서비스에 대하여 공신력 있는 기관이 그것을 평가·인증하는 제도를 시행할 필요성이 제기된다. 이러한 제도는 기업의 지속적인 수익원을 발견하기 위한 전제조건으로 중소기업의 전자상거래 참여유도, 웹 서비스 기술 적용의 가속화, 전 세계적으로 서비스의 개방성(openness) 및 접근성(accessibility)을 제공하는 토대의 마련 등 다양한 이익을 제공할 것이다. Web services provide a company the service-oriented paradigm called "Software as a Service": for software to play the role of the service over Internet as well as to improve the operating efficiency in enterprise environments. A company can sell their existiong modeks into transformed models by the web services. However, Internet originally contains a problem dealing their wev setvices. Therefore, there needs to be a reliable institution which ebaluates and certificates the web services. This system is essential for the sustainable profotability and it will also bring a participation of small and medium compamies to an electronic commerce, the fast growth of web services, and the openness and accessibility to worldwide services.

        Presented in this paper is a development of ERP systems for footwear manufacturing. Final goal of the system development is to construct ERP system covering all works from order to make, shipment, accounting. And the objective of this paper is to introduce to completed 6 sub-systems of developing total 13 sub-system for production resource planning. In this study, introduce analysis of existing business flow and design of standard business process for development of systems. Also describe input and output of the standard business process for production resource management and basic structure, design of the total system flow, configuration of completed 6 sub-systems are presented. Finally, function of software modules and principal algorithms and basic data structuring techniques on the 6 sub-systems are explained.

      • 벼 상온 저장 시기별 쌀 품질 변화

        Increasing concern about a rice quality, it is considered postharvest technology as well as cultivation management as an important factor. Therefore it is necessary to find optimal drying, storage method that did not affected a rice quality. In order to find the optimum storage period of rice, the rice quality was investigated during storage period. The temperature and humidity of storage bin were greatly changed but those of rice were a little do. The germination rate was slowly decreased as the storage period is long. The content of moisture was affected by a room temperature, it was increased at stored rice in rainy season(10-Jul~20-Jul). As storage period is long, the content of amylose, fatty acidity were a just Little changed but did not showed a constant tendency to it. The content of protein was increased and mechanic palatability value was decreased during storage period. The chromaticity of milled rice showed a range of lightness(L); 75.15~71.75, redness(a); 0.21~0.91, yellowness(b); 16.78~19.28 during storage period.

      • 미세가공기술을 이용한 Interdigitated Array 전극의 제작 및 응용

        Interdigitated array (IDA) electrodes were fabricated using silicon technology for highly sensitive biosensing. Thin-film platinum and gold IDA electrodes were fabricated with 10 μm band width and 7 μm gap between the bands using photolithographic techniques. The IDA electrode has 100 fingers consisting of 50 finger anodes and 50 finger cathodes. By applying both the oxidation and the reduction potentials of a reversible redox couple, ferrocyanide, to the pairs of the IDA electrode, an increased current generation can be observed. In our experiment, the collection efficiency of IDA electrode was 46% and amplification factor was 12.6. This preliminary experiment implies that the IDA electrode could be applied to biosensor fabrications as the sensitive electrochemical transducer when a lower detection limit is needed such as phenol sensor for drinking water analysis.
