In order to employ the honeybees (Apis mellifera) profitably as insect-pollinators, the factors governing their diurnal foraging activity, the patterns of diurnal flight activity at the hive entrance and the seasonal fluctuation of colony size were examined. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. There was a maximum flight activity at the hive entrance between 11h and 15h during the spring and fall but it was between 08h and 09h or 16h and 17h during the summer. This activity highly correlated with the solar energy(Mj/m²) during the spring and fall. 2. The brood area and colony weight developed to the maximum in early July but total number of flying bees at the hive entrance reached the peak early in May, and decreased in June but increased again late in July. 3. The higher the degree of flowering developed, the more active the foraging behavior. Though the degree of flowering was similar in different varieties, the foraging preference in the apple blossoms differed with varieties. 4. The amount of nectar per flower was variable with time hours, age of flowers and plant varieties. 5. The number of honeybees collecting only the nectar in the apple blossoms increased in the afternoon. Foraging behavior in the pear blossoms changed with the varieties and the numbers of honeybees collecting only the pollen (66%) or only the nectar (31%) did not change with time in the peach blossoms. 6. The diurnal foraging activities of honeybees on eight honey plants highly correlated with the solar energy but temperature, relative humidity and wind speed were not.
RC 프레임면내 조적채움벽의 내진성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

The objectives of this study are 1) to find out the shear behavior and shear capacity of RC bare frames, brick-infilled RC frames, 2) to evaluate the equation of the shear capacity of two types of RC frames by comparison the Japanese Standard and modified equation adopting the test results. The main variable is the absence of brick infill wall. The test results show that the shear capacity of specimen IF-4.2 is 2.3 times as high as that of the specimen IF-4.2.The shear behavior of RC bare frame which is governed by predominant flexural yielding is changed to predominant shear yielding by affection of the brick infill wall. A comparison of the results obtained by the Japanese Standard equation and the modified equation to the test data indicates that the proposed equation is compatible with the test results.

기존의 화일 시스템에서 화일 보호는 대부분 엑세스 제어(Access Control)에 의존하는 소극적인 보호 대책으로 여러 형태의 공격으로부터 취약하므로 암호화 제어(Cryptographic Control) 등의 보다 강력한 보호 메카니즘이 요구된다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보호 기능이 전혀 구현되어 있지 않은 PC-Xinu 운영체제에서 사용자 인증, 엑세스 제어, 암호화 등의 화일 보호 메카니즘을 구현하여 인가 등급 및 업무별로 화일의 엑세스를 제어하고, 불법 침입자의 화일에 대한 공격을 방지할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 기존 화일 시스템의 디렉토리 구조를 계층화하고, 명령어 해석기와 기본 명령어들을 구현함으로써 사용자가 편리하게 운영체제의 서비스를 받을 수 있게 하였다. 설계 방법은 계층적 설계 기법을 적용하였고, 구현은 PC/XT에서 터보 C 언어를 사용하였다.

N/A The effects of casting condition and hot melt glue during Lost Foam Casting were investigated on the fluidity of Al alloy melt. The fluidity increased linearly with increasing pouring temperature in thick castings but non-linearly in thin casting due to the difference in main heat flow direction. The metal flow velocity was in range of 0.5~2.7 ㎝/s in no evacuation condition and the minimum value of it was measured after the melt flow through the hot melt barrier. The mold evacuation improved the metal flow velocity by around 0.5~1 ㎝/s. And the reaction zone layer thickness was about I cm in no-evacuation conditions but about 0.6 ㎝ in mold evacuation condition of 710 torr due to the easier removal of pyrolsis product of EPS. And hot melt barrier thickness of 0.6 ㎜ increased the reaction zone layer thickness up to about 2.5 ㎝. The fluidity decreased remarkably with an enlarged thickness of hot melt due to a lot of pyrolysis products.

N/A The mechanism of the hydrogen gas pore formation was investigated in Lost Foam Casting of Al-alloy by reduced pressure test and real casting. The hydrogen gas pick-up was affected by the formed gas during the decomposition of polystyrene in addition to the liquid product. It depended on pouring temperature and a proper temperature of metal front gave the minimum hydrogen pick-up. At a low pouring temperature, the hydrogen went into the melt mainly from entrapped liquid product of polystyrene but pores were formed from the gas as well as the liquid product at a high pouring temperature. The mold flask evacuation down to 710torr decreased the gas porosity down by around 0.4% vol%. The entrapped decomposition product of polystyrene in the melt was observed through the visualization of filling behavior of Al alloy-melt with the high speed camera.

In this research, cointegration and spectral analysis methods are used to analyze the dynamic relation between wage growth rate and inflation. The results show that there found cointegration on the time series of wage growth rate and inflation and common cycle of 3-year. We also consider economic shock started in 1997. While after the economic shock shock both time series are turned out to be highly related, both time series are little related before the economic shock under the 3-year common cycle. The cross-spectral analysis on these time series data shows that after the economic shock the time series move from inflation to wage growth rate with a close negative relationship.
