        대학 운동선수의 정체성과 성취목표가 수행전략에 미치는 효과

        The aim of this study was to examine the effect of college athletes’ achievement goal and identity on performance strategy. The participants of this study were 300 of college athletes in Seoul and Kyoung-gi area. For the analysis of data, exploratory factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), two-way ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression were used. The results were as follows. First, the significantly important predictor variables of athletic identity were condition control, emotion control, self-talk, and imegery/goal setting predictor variable. Condition control, tense relaxation, and self-talk were significantly important predictor variables of achievement goal. Condition control, emotion control, and imegery/goal setting were significantly important predictor variables of athletic career, skillfulness, and performance avoid goal Two, athletic identity, and performance approach goal interacted and affected self-talk for the athletes among two-way, and three-way interaction variables.

        동일한 시료에 대한 국내 기관간의 STR 분석결과 비교 : STR 유전자좌 분석법의 표준화 설정을 위하여

        This paper described a collaborative exercise intended to see what kinds of short tandem repeat (STR) loci are used in different DNA typing laboratories in Korea and to compare their results for the demonstration whether uniformity of DNA profiling results from different laboratory could be achieved in Korea Laboratories were asked to test five tissue DNAs using methods routinely used in each laboratory and to report the results to the coordinating laboratory. The exercise demonstrated that each laboratory was using different STR loci for the typing with different STR numbers,2 VNTRS,36 STRs and amelogenin in total, and the direct comparison of the results from all the laboratory for the 18 loci could not be done as only one laboratory submitted typing results. Among 21 loci for which several laboratories submitted typing results, results for 14 loci were the same and results for the other 7 loci were different depending on the participating laboratory. D1S80, F13A01, D16S539, D21S11, D18S51, D3S1744 were the loci with different typing results. Even in the cases where commercial kits were used, the results were not the same depending on the machines used, that is the capillary electrophoresis or the gel based electrophoresis. The reason for the different results, points about the standardization of the methods arid the profiling data were described.

      • 분광 앨립소미트리를 이용한 유리기판 위의 박막 분석

        Spectroscopic ellipsometry 은 다양한 물질의 광학적 특징을 연구할 수 있는 강력한 기술이다. 현재 실리콘 웨이퍼 위의 박막 분석에는 그 효율성이 확실히 입증되어 있다. 그러나 현재 산업은 유리 기판위의 박막을 분석하기를 원하고 있다. Ellipsometry로 투명기판을 분석하기 위해서는 후면 반사에의한 비간섭성 효과를 고려해야 한다. 기존의 반사공식을 투명기판의 비간섭성을 고려하여 수정하였다. 투명기판 위의 샘플과 scratch를 낸 같은 샘플을 측정 분석하여 정확성을 확인하였다. 수정된 반사공식을 이용하면 디스플레이와 같은 투명재료를 이용하는 곳에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. A Spectroscpic ellipsometry is very strong technology to study optical properties of many materials. It has already substantiated a analytic efficiency about thin films above wafers to be made of silicon. However, the current industry needs thin films analyzed on a glass. When we analyze a glass using a ellipsometry, we have to consider a efficiency of incoherence due to reflect at the back side. So then, we slightly altered the original formula. We compared a scratched sample with a sample on the glass, because off getting a exactitude. Our technical development, using the changed formula, is expected the useful utilization in a part of using gIasses such as display.

      • 발열체가 설치된 정육면체 공간내의 공기 및 이산화탄소에 의한 자연대류-복사 열전달 실험 연구

        Heat transfer by radiation is an important phenomena in industrial furnaces, combustors, and other high temperature thermal systems. Development of the numerical modeling schemes for the radiative transfer usually rely on the measured data for a well defined experimental system. It is the purpose of this paper to acquire measured heat transfer data where the effect of the radiative transfer is significant. We considered a closed enclosure filled with the two different gases; air and carbon dioxide. The natural convention an surface radiation are responsible for the heat transfer mechanism for the air, while the natural convention and the volumetric radiative transfer are important to the heat transfer mechanism for the carbon dioxide. The measured temerature distributions show that the carbon dioxide results in the higher temperature distibutions in the cold regions while the air results in the higher temperature distirbutions in the hot regions. The same trend is observed to be amplified as the heater temperature increased.

      • 在來山羊의 飼育能力 向上에 관한 硏究

        Experiment were conducted on Korean Native Goat to ascertain the effect of ovine coccidiosis on feedlot Kids. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Oocyst production in each groups of kids reached level of 3 and 4 million oocyst per gram feces 18 to 22 days after kids entered in feedlot. 2. The parasitic development of coccidia was suppressed by SDM significantly (P 0.01) within 1 weeks after drug administration. 3. Hemoglobin and hematocrit value were altered in affected kids but changes in group average were not statistically significant. Total serum protein concentraion were decreased steadly throughout experiment period though SDM suppressed oocyst development within 1 week. 4. Adequate immunity did not develop in any of kids under 6 months old when challange inoculated with 500 thousand oocyst.

        흰쥐에서 심정지후 뇌의 허혈-재관류 손상과 Tumor Necrosis Factor-α의 상관관계

        Background : Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) has been thought to play a major role in neurological injury during global brain ischemia and subsequent reperfusion following resuscitation in cardiac arrest. So, we hypothesized that the elevation in TNF-α was dependent upon the duration of the global brain ischemia, and related to delayed neuronal damage. Methods : Fourteen rats were divided two groups ; 1 minute-cardiac arrest group(n=7) and 3 minute-cardiac arrest group(n=7). we induced cardiac arrest by chest compression and clamping of tracheal tube for 1 minute and 3 minutes respectively. And then, resuscitation was initiated. To measure the plasma activity of TNF-α, blood samples were drawn before and at the end of cardiac arrest, and 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after initiation reperfusion. At 72 hours after resuscitation, the ND(neurologic deficit) score was determined and the histopathologic outcome of hippocampal CA1 neuron was observed by the percent dead hippocampal CA1 neurons. Results : 1. TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) was significantly increased in 3 min-cardiac arrest group compared with 1 min-cardiac arrest group(p=0.0001). 2. There was a no significant difference of neurologic deficit score between 1 min-and 3 min-cardiac arrest. 3. Percent dead hippocampal neurons were significantly increased in 3 min-cardiac arrest group compared with 1 min-cardiac arrest group(9.1±1.2% vs 1.2±0.9%, p<0.05). Conclusions : The results suggest that longer duration of global brain ischemia causes a more profound increase in plasma TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) and more delayed neuronal damage than lessor duration of global brain ischemia, and that increase in TNF-α level during the early reperfusion period(<2h) is related to delayed neuronal damage.

        In other to know the characteristics of the air sea heat flux at on the coastal of Jeju Island. when there was a snowfall in winter. It is used as the basic data are Automatic Synoptic Observation System(ASOS) compiled by Jeju Regional Meteorological Office(JRMO) from 1993 to 2002, and SST data derived from National Oceanographic Research Institute(NORI) and National Fisheries Research & Development Institute(NFRDI) observations. the heat flux of the coastal of Jeju Island shows its maximum in January(latent heat flux : 35Wm^(-2) , sensible heat flux : 85Wm^(-2)), and shows its minimum in July(latent heat flux : -l3Wm^(-2), sensible heat flux : -5Wm^(-2)) the more the temperature gap between the air and SST is large and the stronger a wind is, the more it supplies the heat from the sea to the air. it shows that the north-western areas is about three times higher than other areas in Jeju Island. when fresh snow cover is 0.0∼0.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is 0.63∼0.67. when it is 1.0∼4.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is over 0.72 or more. When bowen's ratio increased upto 0.63∼0.80. fresh snow cover is increased gradually, therefore, it is researched the there is proportion between the fresh snow cover and the bowen's ratio.

        자동차 공조용 핀형 열교환기의 성능특성에 관한 연구

        Fin-tube type(Fin-type) heat exchanger has been tested in order to replace the heat exchanger of parallel flow type(P.F-type) which is now widly used in automobile air conditioning system. The following conclusions are drawn by the comparison of the characteristics of the heat exchangers. Evaporator and condenser capacities and COP(Coefficience of performance) were varied as with the compressor speed, outdoor air temperature and air flow rate changed, which much influenced on the characteristics of the air conditioning system. Evaporator and condenser capacities were increased with increasing compressor speed and outdoor air temperature. Evaporator and condenser pressures of Fin- type were decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with those of P.F-type. The COP of Fin-type was decreased with increasing outdoor air temperature and compressor speed. The COP of P.F-type was decreased by 14% compared with that of Fin-type.
