A cable dome structure that is a kind of soft structure is very sensitive to the initial stress, therefore if a tensile load of the member is changed, a tensile stress and location of the another member is also changed. And in order that this process reach the shape of real design, trial and error should be performed continually in the process of erection. But it is very difficult to adjust the internal stress in the real space exactly as the design shape. In the study, a behavior of cable structure is investigated by using control a stress and displacement, and analyze it numerically.

전국의 초, 중, 고등학교 과학교사 197명을 대상으로 과학교육에서 형성평가에 대한 인식 및 이에 대한 실태를 질문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 교사들은 학교교육에서 평가의 가장 중요한 목적이 학습목표의 성취를 확인하기 위한 것이라고 생각하고 있었으며, 가장 적절한 평가방법은 형성평가라고 생각하고 있었다. 따라서 형성평가는 수업 후반부에 학습내용의 성취정도를 확인하는 평가라고 인식하고 있었다. 대부분의 교사들이 형성평가가 매우 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 그 이유로 학습목표 달성 정도의 확인을 들었다. 그러나 과학 수업 중 수시로 이루어지는 형성평가는 적었다. 형성평가의 실시를 어렵게 만드는 원인으로 학생 수 과다, 시간 부족, 준비의 어려움을 들었으며, 형성평가로부터 얻은 정보는 학생들의 성취수준을 판단하는데 이용한다고 응답하였다. The science teachers' perceptions and the status of formative assessment in science teaching were identified through a questionnaire. The majority of teachers thought that the most important goal of assessment in education was to identify to what extent pupils achieved learning objectives. They suggested that formative assessment was the most appropriate method regardless of the purposes of assessment. They thought that formative assessment was an assessment carried out at the end of lesson to identify to what extent pupils achieved learning objectives. The teachers stressed the need for formative assessment to identify what pupils achieved. But they carried out formative assessment about once a week and there were very few teachers carrying out formative assessment during the lesson. They responded that it was difficult to carry out formative assessment because of large class size, lack of time and difficulty in preparation. And they used the information from formative assessment to judge the level of attainment.
강원도산 참당귀와 일본산 일당귀의 생리 활성 성분 탐색

참당귀와 일당귀를 에탄올로 추출하였고 이들 추출물들을 디에틸 에테르층과 물층으로 분획하였다. 두 개의 분획물들은 Ames mutagenicity test에서 MNNG(0.5 ㎍/plate)에 대한 강한 항돌연변이 효과를 나타내었다. 디에틸 에테르 분획물들은 MNNG의 돌연변이원성을 78%에서 80%까지 억제시켜 가장 강한 돌연변이 유발 억제효과를 보여주었다. 각각의 에탄올 추출물(1㎍/㎕)들은 사람의 다양한 암세포들의 성장을 억제시켰다. 특히, 디에틸 에테르 분획물들은 간암 세포의 생육을 90%에서 95%까지 억제시켜 가장 강한 항암효과를 보여주었다. 그러나 수층 분획물들은 암세포의 생육에 대하여 거의 억제활성을 나타내지 않았다. 에탄올 추출물들은 인체의 정상 간세포에 대하여 거의 세포독성을 나타내지 않았다. 참당귀의 디에틸 에테르 분획물들은 일당귀와 비교하여 20% 미만의 세포독성을 보여주었다. 참당귀와 일당귀 디에틸 에테르 분획물들의 0.5㎍/㎕ 첨가는 T세포와 B세포의 생육의 3~4배 정도 증가에 의한 면역활성을 보여주었다. 또한 참당귀의 디에틸 에테르 분획물(0.7㎍/㎕)이 ACE 활성을 98%까지 억제시켜 혈압을 조절할 수 있음도 증명되었다. TLC로부터, 두 개의 디에틸 에테르 분획물들은 참당귀와 일당귀의 활성 성분중의 하나로 알려진 umbelliferon을 함유함을 알 수 있었다. The ethanol extracts from Anglica gigas Nakai and Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa were fractionated to diethyl ether and aqueous partitions. Both partitions had strong antimutagenic effect on the MNNG (N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine) by Ames mutagenicity of MNNG with inhibition of 78~80%. The ethanol extracts from both species showed the inhibitory effect on the growth of several human cancer cell lines. Especially, the diethyl ether fraction from ethanol extracts was most effective on human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, inhibiting 90~95% of cell growth. However, the aqueous fractions had least inhibition activity on many cancer cells. There was little cytotoxicity on human normal liver cell by ethanol extracts. Diethyl ether fraction from Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract had cytotoxicity les than 20% on human normal liver cells, compared with that from Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa ethanol exract. The adding of 0.5 (g/ℓ) of diethyl ether fractions of Angelica gigas Nakai or Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa increased immune activity by enhacing human B and T cells up to three to four times. It was proven that diethyl ether fraction (0.7 g/ℓ) from Angelica gigas Nakai could control blood pressure by suppressing angiotensin converting enzyme activity up to 98%. From TLC, it was appeared that both of diethyl ether partitions had umbelliferon, known to one of active substances from Angelica gigas Nakai and Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa.
레이저 박피술의 피부면적 감소효과와 레이저 punch out 병변의 치유에 대한 실험적 연구

An experimental study was designed to analyze the surface reduction effect of ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser on the skin of guinea pigs receiving laser resurfacing. Two squares of skin measuring 3x3 ㎠ were designed on each side of the abdomen of guinea pigs(n=10). Five animals received laser resurfacing on their abdomen at energy of 250mJ/5 watt, and five other animals received 500 mJ/5 watt. On each animal, the left side square was treated with one pass of a CO2 laser, and the right side q=square was treated with two passes using a C.P.G. scanner. The size of the resurfacing area was determined by celluloid overlays at 1,2,3,4 and 6 weeks. Immediately following laser resurfacing, the area was decreased to 69%(left side) and 56%(right side) of the designed area in the 250 mJ/5 watt group, and 59% and 40% in the 500mJ/5 watt group. After 6 weeks, the resurfaced area had been reduced to 70% and 56% of the designed area in the 250mJ/5 watt group, and 60% and 40% in the 500mJ/5 watt group. As a result, the effect of surface reduction by CO2 laser resurfacing increased at a higher power and when more passes of the ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser were applied. The laser treated skin continued to maintain its contracted dimensions. These findings suggest that ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser may be an effective treatment method for rhytides. Another experiment was performed on multiple punch-out lesions on guinea pig skin(n=2) with 1,2,3 mm collimated hand pieces for the purpose of determining a new laser treatment method. After 4 weeks, on gross and histological examination, there were no differences in the healing of multiple punch-out lesions and the healing of punch-out lesions was complete without any scarring. These findings suggest that the laser punch-out method can be used for the treatment of acne scars.
전산유체해석을 이용한 자동차용 AQS 시스템의 유로구조 설계

In recent years, concern among car users about air quality inside car cabins has been steadily increasing. A vehicle exhaust gases such as carbon monoxide(CO) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) entering the cabin not only reduce the quality of experience for everyone in the car, but are also harmful to the health. Therefore, an air quality sensor(AQS) system which can perform this function is issued. In this paper, the design of channel structure for automotive AQS system was studied by computational fluid dynamic analysis according to the design parameters such as the number of air inlet, membrane porosity and permeability. Form simulation results, the AQS system was developed and the performance test was conducted.
