      • LPE법에 의한 InGaAsP/InP 양자우물 구조 성장

        InGaAsP /InP 양자우물 구조를 액상 에피탁시법으로 성장하여, 그 구조적 특성을 secondary ion mass spectroscopy(SIMS), scanning emission microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM)을 이용하여 조사하였다. SIMS 결과로 부터 well과 barrier의 interface에서 P와 As의 성분이 매우 급준한 변화를 보이고 있는 것으로 보아 LPE로 성장된 시료의 계면구조도 비교적 잘 control이 되었다고 판단된다. SEM과 TEM단면 사진으로 부터 well과 barrier의 계면 상태가 양호하고 well size가 270Å이고 barrier size가 1200Å임을 알 수 있었다. InGaAsP /InP quantum well structures have been grown by liquid phase epitaxy(LPE) and its structural properties have been studied by SIMS, SEM and TEM. In SIMS measurement, the P - and As-components were varied abruptly between wells and barriers, which means that interfacial structures of sample grown by LPE were controlled very well. From the analysis of cross sectional images by SEM and TEM, we know that the interfaces between wells and barriers are very abrupt and that the thickness of well layers and barrier layers are 270Å and 1200Å, respectively .

      • 관학연계 주간보호센터 사업 운영 프로그램 개발 : 동작구민을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to sere as a basis for the development of more successful programs for the elderly who used adult day care center, by examining the Activities of Daily Living, Instrumental Activities of Daily Living and dementia symptom of elderly people who wed in Dongjak-gu in Seoul. Data for this present study were collected from 260 people via questionnares randomly distributed to over 65-year-old elderly people who lived in Dongjak-gu in Seoul from March to June, 2001. The findings of this study were as below: 1. For general characteristics, the women outnumbered the men, as the former group accounted for 63.8% of the subjects and 36.2% were male. By age, the largest age group was 71 to 75, which accounted for 43.2%. By disease, 87.3% suffered from disease, and most of them had mode than one disease. 2. For Activities of Daily Living, washing and dressing mean scored the highest with 2.96, and bathing stored the least with 2.87. 3. Concerning Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, what's in want of the greatest help was going shopping(4.5%), followed by cooking(4.5%) and laundering(4.5%) in the order named. 4. As a result of making a primary dementia screening test, 68 people(26.2%) were suspected to have dementia, and those people need to take dementia diagnosis test to fond out dementia prevalence.

      • 유리纖維 補强 콘크리트 流動 特性에 관한 硏究

        Concrete is an excellent structural material, but it has many problems due to brittle behavior, weak resistance in tension, flexibility and toughness. In order to improve these problems, usually fiber reinforced concrete is used. But in the case of GFRC insufficient workability is caused by using glass fiber and there is lack of studying on it. This report of the following concrete of GFRC was experimented by the different W/C, S/A, glass fiber contents and maximum size of Aggregates. The results of this study is as follows; 1) Optimum S/A ratio is 0.6 at the glass fiber contents of from 0.25% to 0.75% in GFRC, but it cannot be obtained optimum S/A ratio at over 0.75. 2) Even though increasing the W/C ratio, we can get more slump, but slump is much more influenced by fiber contents in GFRC rather than increasing the W/C ratio. 3) Workability of GFRC is much more influenced by fiber contents than fiber length. 4) Workability of GFRC is a little improved by the bigger maximum size of aggregates.

      • 항공기체에서 구조의 불연속이 응력분포에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The structural dis continuity in aircraft fuselage. Such structural discontinuity eventually causes the stress ooncentration phenomena according to the state of load. For the structural discontinuity in an aircraft fuselage, this study solved the stress distribution state by using cylindrical fuselage under pure torsion is treated. The stress concentration phenomena dus to the affecting factors, such as, the distance between rivets, and the thickness of the shell are investigaated. The results are displayed by plotting the stress concentration factor for the distance from the rivet joint. The design data for stiffening method and the results of thickness stiffening are also presented.

      • 초등 수영 교육에서 '한강헤엄쳐건너기'가 갖는 교육적 의의

        Swimming is a necessary functionality people need to learn for many different reasons. Swimming is also recommended as an effective way to develop good aptitudes such as inquisitiveness, creativity, and observance of social rules. The best period for this development is undoubtedly during elementary school hood. However, school system continuously ignored this for various reasons such as thinking swimming education during elementary school years is inappropriate. On the contrary, Deoksoo elementary school has campaigned for all-students-Swim-across -Han River every year since 1994. The campaign included the kids from the kindergarten, which ia affiliated to the Deoksoo elementary school as well. This campaign offers the opportunity to develop courage, challenge, and initiatives to react. It successfully demonstrates new methodology and possibility of swimming education in elementary school. The curriculum includes the new know-how, which overcame many obstacles, and reasons that made the swimming education in elementary school difficult. Therefore the Swim-across -Hand River event carries the mounmental meaning for swimming education in Korea. However, this meaning of the event seems to be incorrectly perceived to the people for many different reasons. This paper reports the policy and swimming instruction methods of Deoksoo elementary school, which made the event possible along with its monumental meaning. This paper is intended to make contribution toward the implementation of better swimming education program and open school system in elementary schools.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion. Reform procedure of Judo's Doechigi-Bon was 1st stage, Questionnaire survey 303 judokas, 2nd stage, Technical seminar by judo experts(12 judo professor) 4 times, 3rd stage, wording report for reform, 4rd stage, Discussion and judgement of Teaching and Judgement commission of Korean judo Association(KJA), 5th stage, Public hearing for reform in KJA, 6th stage, Report and decision of board of directors in KJA, 7th stage, public publication of Judo News(No.53) in KJA.       • 國産高張力鋼의 熔接部의 機械的 性質에 關한 硏究

        A study has been performed on the mechanical properties and the micro-structure of the welded zone in the high tensile steel produced in Korea. The experimental results indicated that the tensile strength and the hardness were increased in welded zone. The micro-structure of the welded zone was finer than that of the base metal. It may be considered that the increase of the mechanical properties is due to the chemical composition of electrode being different from the base metal and to the structure getting finer through the course of solidification.

      • A1-Cu 合金粉末의 燒結品에 關한 時效硬化

        During compaction and sintering premixed Al-Cu powders, the effects of green density, sintering temperature and sintering time on dimensional change and hardness in sintered specimens were discussed and the phenomena of all conditions during age hardening were examined. The specimens were sintered in nitrogen atmosphere at temperatures ranging from 560℃ to 620℃ for 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes. The dimensional changes of specimens during sintering are occurred in no time as the sintering temperature increased, and the expansion is occurred largely as the green density increased. The magnitude of peak hardness to age hardening is similar to wrought parts.
