Introduction: After surgery of liver or biliary tract, bile congestion is easily happened because of anatomical change of bile duct. We experienced relatively rare case of intrahepatic bile duct stones caused by foreign body left behind bile duct after previous bile duct surgery. Case report: A 84-year-old male patient came to our hospital due to two weeks of fever and chill. He underwent left lobectomy with hepaticojejunostomy for treatment of cholangiocarcinoma 10 years ago. Abdominal CT revealed multiple intrahepatic duct stones complicated with cholangitis and long, wire-like materials lied from IHBD to jejunum. Cholangitis were improved after PTBD and antibiotic treatment. Percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy was performed for treatment of bile duct stones. Endoscopic fi nding revealed numerous black stones occupying intrahepatic bile ducts and two black colored, long tube-like foreign bodies along the bile duct and jejunum. After removing stones with PTCS directed electrohydraulic lithotripsy, the foreign body was extracted with dormia basket through PTBD tract. The foreign body was identifi ed long plastic catheter. Conclusion: Foreign body in bile duct can induce abnormal fiow of bile juice and consequently the gallstone or sludge can be made. In this case, plastic catheter, the responsible cause of IHBD stone, thought to be placed from IHBD to jejunum for bile drainage after hepaticojejunostomy. But after clogging of the stent, the catheter caused the bile stasis and stone formation. So we report a rare case of foreign body induced intrahepatic bile duct stone treated by percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy.

우리나라가 2012년 6월 23일 1인당 소득 2만 달러에 인구 5,000만 명을 갖춘 ``20-50 클럽``에 진입했다. 세계에서 1인당 국민소득 2만 달러(20K)와 인구 5000만 명(50M) 이상을 달성한 국가는 지금까지 단 6개국뿐이다. 인구 5,000만 명 돌파, 소득·규모 모두 선진국 영국 이후 16년 만에 진입하게 되며, 이것은 2차 대전 이후 독립국 중 한국이 유일하다. 우리 보다 앞서 ``20-50 클럽``에 가입한 나라는 일본(1987), 미국(1988), 프랑스·이탈리아(1990), 독일(1991), 영국(1996) 등 주요 6개 선진국뿐이다. ``20-50 클럽`` 가입은 우리가 확실한 선진국 대열에 진입했다는 신호라는 점에서 의미가 깊다. 클럽 국가들은 일단 2만 달러, 5,000만 명의 벽을 넘은 이후에는 이 수준을 대부분 유지했고, 오히려 인구와 국민소득이 모두 성장했다. 독일이 1990년대 초반 통일에 따른 충격으로 잠시 국민소득 2만 달러 아래로 내려갔다가 회복한 것이 유일한 예외다. 세계 일곱 번째로 ``20-50클럽``에 가입한 한국의 저력은 이처럼 위기를 기회로 바꾼 한국 특유의 오뚝이 DNA에서 나왔다. 이 같은 복원력은 글로벌 금융위기 이후 본격적으로 세계의 주목을 받고 있다. 신용평가사 무디스는 지난 2010년 4월 한국의 국가신용등급을 A1으로 상향조정하면서 그 이유를 한국경제가 전 세계적인 위기에서 예외적인 회복력을 보이고 있기 때문이다. OECD는 한국경제의 위기에 대한 적응력은 이제 전 세계 누구도 의문을 제기하지 못한다고 인정했다. 위기에서 극복하는 한국형 DNA의 밑바탕에는 한국인 특유의 단결력, 희생정신, 높은 교육수준, ``빨리빨리``로 요약되는 신속한 결단 등이 녹아 있다. 본 연구에서는 세계경제에서 한국의 위상을 재평가한 후 한국의 미래 지속성장을 위한 정책과제와 청년 일자리창출 제고를 위한 정책 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기형도 시 「안개」의 인지 의미 고찰

이 글의 목적은 기형도의 「안개」를 인지시학 방법론으로 고찰하는 것이다. 기형도의 시는 ‘죽음’으로 점철되는 비극적 슬픔의 시세계가 중심축을 이루고 있다. 특히 기형도의 시작 활동의 출발인 시 「안개」는 시인의 비극적 세계관이 응축된 시 중 하나이다. 이 글에서는 인지시학의 직시 이동 이론과 개념 은유를 방법론적 토대로 하여, 시 「안개」의 의미가 도출되는 과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 지금까지 기형도 시에 대한 연구는 시적 세계관을 ‘죽음’과 관련지으려는 경향이 강했다. 이는 요절한 시인이라는 사실과도 관련이 있지만, 그의 시에 함의된 ‘죽음’ 이미지가 매우 강하기 때문이다. ‘소외’ 의식에 대한 논의 또한 ‘죽음’과 관련한 비극적 세계관에 이르는 도정으로 볼 수 있다. 기형도 시를 논의하는 과정에서 문제로 지적되어 온 것은 시에 구현된 사회 현실성에 대한 측면이다. 이 지점에서 기형도 시를 비판하는 측은 시가 1980년대의 사회 현실을 방목하고 구체적 사건이 없는 모호함의 이미지(안개 이미지)로 단순히 시대를 풍경처리하고 있다고 지적한다. 반면, 기형도 시의 사회 반영성을 긍정하는 견해도 있다. 당시 사회의 급격한 산업화, 계층 간의 경제적 격차, 신군부의 통제와 탄압 등 80년대에 나타난 사회의 구조적 모순을 개인사적 체험과 정서를 통해 ‘죽음’과 ‘소외’ 의식 등으로 의미를 형상화했다는 평가도 있다. 일견 상충되어 보이는 양측의 평가는 기형도 시가, ‘사회 비판성’과 ‘서정성’이라는 양가성을 내포하고 있기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 이와 같은 양가적 특성의 접점을 찾아내고 그 접점이 형성되는 과정을 고찰하여 기형도 시를 읽어볼 것이다. 즉 기형도 시에서 ‘사회 비판성’과 ‘서정성’이 어떠한 방식으로 양립하여 시의 의미를 풍부하게 만드는지, 그 과정을 살펴볼 것이다. 인지시학 방법론은 기형도 시 읽기에 이르는 과정의 다양성을 제공할 수 있다. 이는 기형도의 시세계에 대하여 기존의 논의를 전복하는 새로운 결과를 도출해내어 보겠다는 차원은 아니다. 기형도 시를 ‘죽음’, ‘소외’, ‘환상성’ 등으로 규정한 기존의 논의들도 읽기 과정의 다양한 변주인 것이지, 기형도의 시세계나 시의 주제 의식을 새롭게 달리한 것은 아니다. 따라서 이 글은 시 「안개」에 대하여 인지시학 방법론을 원용해 분석하되, 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 삼고 그 연장선상에서 논의를 진행할 것이다. 그리고 인지주체를 독자로 설정하여 독자측면에서 시대적, 개인적 상황에 따라 시의 읽기가 어떻게 달라질 수 있는지, 그 다양한 읽기의 가능성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. This article seeks to study ‘Fog’ of Hyeong-do Ki based on the cognitive poetics methodology. The poems of Hyeong-do Ki have its central axis on a poetic world of tragedy, which is interspersed with ‘death.’ ‘fog’ occupies a unique position, in which the poetic world of Hyeong-do Ki is aggregated. ‘fog’ is a poem that is excellent to show the attitude of perceiving the era and poetic world of Hyeong-do Ki. This article does not limit understanding Hyeong-do Ki’s poem to inquiring the prior researches. Yet, it suggests that there should be the various perspectives in reading poems. Such factor may allow the cognitive poetic methodology to provide diversity to reading Hyeong-do Ki’s poems. Of course, this article is not meant to deduct a new result by analyzing Hyeong-do Ki’s poem through the cognitive poetic methodology invoked in the article. The approach of prior researches that have sought to describe the poems of Hyeong-do Ki as ‘death,’ ‘isolation,’ or ‘fantasy’ are only different variation within the process; however, all these approaches can be agreed to have a similar result regarding the thematic consciousness of the poem or the poetic world of Hyeong-do Ki. The goal of this article is to engage in a discussion which is on an extension of the existing researches on ‘fog.’ In addition, it is to suggest a possibility of various reading approaches by examining whether reading poems may differ depending on personal and periodical situations from readers’ perspective. In Chapter 2, the reading of the poem ‘fog’ is examined in readers’ perspective through the deictic shift theory. Deictic shift in this poem is formed through perceptual, temporal, spatial, relational, and textual approaches; thus, this article will trace the process of understanding ‘fog’ by exploring the inside and outside the texts through deictic shift by readers. Chapter 3 reveals that the expressions of this poem are based on conceptual metaphor and the meaning of ‘fog’ is constructed through such metaphor. In addition, this article explains that ‘fog’ and ‘Gongjang’ have similarity based on attributes, and that this poem expands meaning through such similarity.

Induction of heme oxygenase-1 protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions

Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is an anti-oxidant enzyme normally upregulated in response to oxidant injury. Here we determined the role of HO-1 in podocyte apoptosis in glomeruli of streptozotocin-treated rats and in immortalized mouse podocytes cultured in media containing normal or high glucose. HO-1 expression, its activity, the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 protein, and active caspase-3 fragments were all significantly higher in isolated glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. These increases were inhibited by zinc protoporphyrin treatment of the rats or by HO-1 siRNA treatment of the podocytes in culture. The number of apoptotic cells was also significantly increased in the glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. Inhibition of HO-1 accentuated the increase in apoptotic cells both in vivo and in vitro. Our findings suggest that HO-1 expression protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions.

Plasma Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition of Al2O3 and TiN

The feasibility of fabricating ultra thin oxide and nitride compound lms using plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) technique was demonstrated with examples of Al2O3 and TiN. Alternative supply of tri-methyl aluminum (TMA) and plasma-activated oxygen (O2) successfully deposited uniform Al2O3 lms. Also, for TiN, titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) and plasma-activated mixed gas of nitrogen (N2) and hydrogen (H2) were used as reactants and successfully deposited TiN lms as well. PEALD technique provides highly pure lms with excellent conformality and precise control of thickness in atomic scale. Compared to thermal ALD, PEALD showed several advantages such as increased lm growth rate, low process temperature and no explicit purge step.

중형저서동물에서 효율적인 DNA 추출 방법 비교 연구

The efficiency of mtCOI amplication after DNA extraction of benthic harpacticoid Tigriopus japonicus s.l. was tested under different conditions depending on fixative (99% Ethanol, or 4% Formalin) and additional chemicals (Ludox or Rose Bengal). Each experimental group by the fixative was subdivided into four groups, respectively: 1) Control (fixative only), 2) processed with Ludox HS40, 3) processed with Rose Bengal, and 4) processed with both Ludox HS40 and Rose Bengal. For the 99% ethanol fixed sample, overall success rate of amplification by PCR was 96% or above, while for the 4% formalin fixed one, success rate was much lower than those of ethanol fixed: 1) Control: 27%, 2) Ludox HS40: 3%, 3) Rose Bengal: 7%, and 4) Ludox HS40 and Rose Bengal: 3%. As a result present study verify that 99% ethanol is a proper fixative for DNA extraction in meiofauna organisms.

일반적으로 전력 품질을 저하시키는 여러 문제들 중에서 가장 빈도가 높고 민감한 부하를 가지고 있는 수용가에 많은 영향을 주고 있는 것이 순간적인 전압상승(voltage swell)과 전압 강하(voltage sag)인데, 순간 전압 강하는 짧은 시간 동안 공급 전압의 크기가 줄어드는 것으로 대부분 인접한 배전 선로에서의 사고가 그 원인으로 작용한다. 이러한 순간 전압 강하는 제조공정의 제어를 위한 자동화 기기 등의 오동작이나 작업정지 등의 문제를 유발하여 경제적으로 큰 손실을 일으키게 되는데 이러한 순간 전압 강하의 문제를 해결하기 위한 대표적인 전력 전자 기기로는 일반적으로 동적 전압 보상기(Dynamic Voltage Restore: DVR)가 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 3상 Quasi Z-소스 DVR을 제안 하였다.
