        하수 2차 처리수 재이용을 위한 저압 및 중압 고도산화시스템의 성능평가

        In the present study, the feasibility of UV/H₂O₂ systems was investigated using low and medium-pres sure lamps on biologically treated wastewater effluents for secondary effluent reclamation. Two types of UV lamps were used as the light sources (a 33W lowpressure mercury lamp and a 350-W mediumpressure mercury lamp). The results from these UV systems showed that the removal of organic compounds could be achieved in the contact time of longer than 30min (i.e., low UV doses). Efficiencies of color removal and disinfection were far better than those of organic matters measured as TOC, DOC and TCOD_(cr). In the low pressure lamp UV system, it has been found that DOC and color removals were 60.9 and 86.2% with 50㎎/L of H₂O₂ and contact times of 30 minute, respectively. Whereas, with the mediumpressure lamp UV system, TOC, DOC and color removal were 27.1, 5.6 and 95% with 14.3㎎/L of H₂O₂ and 14 minute of contact times, respectively. Both systems could be applied for the reclamation of secondary effluent treated with biological treatment processes.

        공급사슬관리의 전략적 과제에 관한 탐색적 연구

        This study addresses strategic issues related to the question of "how can a supply chain become more competitive?" We examine several cases of manufacturing supply chains. Results show that each constituent firm is required to maintain different manufacturing capabilities and to play different roles by its position (up/mid/down-stream) in a chain. Furthermore, there are patterns of required capabilities by the positions in a chain. These findings imply that the "position in a chain" should be treated as one of the strategic factors when discussing the buyer-seller relationship. It is also shown that different action programs are required for building different manufacturing capabilities of individual firms in a supply chain. Additionally, we argue that some programs need to be done simultaneously, by all the members of the chain, while some need to be carried out by only a small group or an individual firm. Finally, we propose a direction for a theoretical framework for analyzing supply chain structures and strategies.

        자외선/과산화수소 고도산화공정에 의한 하수 2차 처리수 중의 용존유기물 분해에 미치는 부유물질과 과산화수소 농도의 영향

        Secondary effluent of activated sludge process was treated by UV/H_2O_2 advanced oxidation process to investigate the effect of suspended matter and H_2O_2 concentration. With low dosage of UV radiation, the concentration of the dissolved organic compounds measured as DOC could be increased with and without hydrogen peroxide. It was suggested that the cause of DOC increase in treated samples was the decomposition of suspended microbial particles and the incomplete oxidation of dissolved organic compounds. The removal of suspended solid significantly enhanced the degradation of DOC in both UV and catalyzed UV oxidation. Color and odor of secondary effluent was effectively removed. Turbidity was decreased by oxidation and the particle size distribution was shifted to lower range. With increased H_2O_2 dosage (30∼120mg/l), the removal of DOC was enhanced. To obtain the required quality meeting the regulated level for water reuse, additional treatment for turbidity rejection was required.

        "Blow-out골절"의 임상적 고찰(54례)

        This retrospective study includes consecutive 54 Blow-out fractures patients to whom underwent surgical correction (June 1988-Feb 1994) and 25 patients have been followed up for more than 1 year. The diagnoses of blow out fracture was made through a physical examination, X-ray, and CT and It is confirmed at the time of surgery. Initial physical examination revealed limitation of ocular motion and diplopia in all 25 patients, and infraorbial nerve hypoestesia in 18 patients, and enophthalmos in 1 patient. There were 27 patients who had associated ocular injury including subconjunctival hemorrhage, angle recession and iris sphincter damage. and the three most common causes of blow-out fractures were traffic accident, fist blow and fall down. The latent period between injury and surgical intervention was average of 8 days and the longest time was 12 days. Surgical approach was done by subciliary incision and autogenous (10 cases) or synthetic (37 cases) implant was inserted over the fracture site in 47 patients. The floor and medial wall of orbit were the frequent site of blow-out fracture in this retrospective study. Among 28 patients who have been followed up for more than 1 year, 3 patients had diplopia persistently which developed only when the patient was tired, and 5 patients had late developed enophthalmos. We found that early surgical reduction of blow-out fracture with implant gave a favorable results without any significant complications.

        저속 충격을 받는 적층판의 충격거동과 손상에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the impact behavior and damage of laminated composite plates subjected to the low-velocity impact. For this purpose, a pendulum impact test for impact behavior and C-scan for impact damage are done. Test materials are carbon/epoxy laminated composite plates and stacking sequences [0/90]_4, [0/45_2/-45]_s, [45_2/-45/90]_s, [0/45/-45/90]_s and [0/26/51/77/-77/-51/-26/0].

        한국사람 손등피부신경의 분포 양상

        한국사람 손등피부신경의 분포양상을 알아보기 위해 59구(남자 39, 여자 20)의 시체에서 113예(오른손 58/ 왼손 55)의 손등을 해부하여 관찰하였다. 분포유형은 노선경의 분포영역을 기준으로 자신경과의 분포 범위에 따라 구분하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 노신경과 자신경으로 이루어진 손등피부신경의 분포양상은 10가지 유형이 관찰되었다. 2. 노신경이 셋째손가락 노쪽절반까지, 자신경이 셋째손가락 자쪽절반까지 이르는 경우(제VIII형)가 33.9%로 가장 많이 관찰되었다. 3. 노신경과 자신경이 셋째손샅에서 혼재하는 경우로, 노신경이 넷째손가락 노쪽절반까지, 자신경이 셋째손가락 자쪽절반까지 이르는 경우(제III형)가 25.7%, 노신경이 셋째손가락까지, 자신경이 셋째손가락 자쪽절반까지 이르는 경우 (제VI형)가 11.0%였다. 4. 노신경과 자신경의 등쪽손가락신경이 셋째손샅에서 합쳐져 하나의 신경가지를 이루는 경우(제IV형)가 12.8%로 나타났다. 5. 두 신경이 둘째손샅과 셋째손샅에서 혼재하거나 둘째손샅에서 합쳐져 분포하는 제III, VI, IX, X, XI 형은 새롭게 관찰된 유형이었다. 6. 근육피부신경이 노신경을 대신하였던 경우는 4가지 유형으로 각각 1예씩 관찰되었다. 7. 손등피부신경의 분포양상을 성별 및 왼손과 오른손에 따라 비교한 결과 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 한국인의 손등피부신경은 노신경과 자신경이 셋째손가락 양쪽까지 이르는 경우가 가장 흔한 유형임을 알 수 있었다. In order to investigate the distribution patterns of the dorsal digital nerves of the radial and ulnar nerve in the Korean, authors dissect the 113 hands (right 58/left 55) of the 59 cadavers(39 males/20 females). The types were classified by the area of radial dorsal digital nerves and the ulnar digital nerves. The difference in the distribution pattern between males and females, right and left hands was analysed by x^(2)-test in the case presenting the prequency more than 10%. The results as follows; I. The ten types of the distribution patterns consisted of the radial and ulnar nerves were observed on the dorsum of the hands. 2. The case of the highest prequency was type VIII(33.9%), in which radial nerve supply the radial side of the 2½ of digits and ulnar nerve extends the ulnar side 2½ of digits. 3. In the cases of the both nerve mingling in the third digital web, the incidences in which the radial nerves extend to the radial half of ring finger and ulnar nerve to the ulnar half of middle finger(type III) were 25.7%, and that the radial nerves extend to the ulnar half of middle finger and ulnar nerve to the ulnar half of middle finger(type VI) were 11.0%. 4. Type IV as combined branch between the radial and the ulnar nerve extend to the third digital web was observed in the 12.8%. 5. The type III, VI, IX, X, XI showing the both nerves mingling in the third digital web and in the second digital web or combining in the second digital web were new observed in the Korean. 6. The musculocutaneous nerve replaces the superficial branch of the radial nerve in 4 cases. 7. There was no statistical difference in the distribution pattern between males and females, right and left hands. From the above results, it was suggested that the majority of the cases were that the ulnar digital nerves supplied the ulnar half of the middle finger in the Korean.

        This paper Backstepping design with Sliding Mode Control for AC Servo Systems. The robustness of sliding mode control can be used for backstepping technique to solve the uncertainty problem. A scalar design using Lyapunov function is developed for high-order systems. The result can be easily extended to non-linear system and used with many other sliding mode control results.

      • 動力耕耘機用 디젤 機關의 騷音特性

        국내에서 생산보급되고 있는 動力耕耘機用 8PS 디젤기관의 騷音 狀態를 파악하고자 消音器 전방 1m 위치 및 운전자 위치에서의 모터 구동시와 연소 구동시 각 회전수별 騷音을 측정 비교 분석하고 기관에서 발생하는 소음중 에너지 비율이 가장 높은 排氣音을 제어하기 위해 소음기를 부착시와 소음기 제거시 및 空洞의 體積을 변화시킨 경우의 각 回轉數別 騷音度, 燃料消費率, 出力 등을 측정 분석하여 현 소형 디젤기관의 騷音 減少方案 모색의 기초자료로 제시하고자 실시한 시험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 機關의 回轉數가 증가함에 따라 騷音은 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 기존 機關의 경우 機械騷音은 85dB 이상으로 이의 騷音低減對策이 필요하다고 생각된다. 2) 消音器 附着時와 除去時 무부하 운전시와 전부하 운전시 騷音은 소음기 부착시가 제거시에 비해 각각 4, 13.1dB 정도 낮게 나타나 비교적 소음감쇄 효과가 높았다. 3) 空洞體積 變化에 따른 消音器別 騷音은 기존의 소음기 T-Ⅰ 보다 空洞의 체적을 증가시킨 T-Ⅱ, T-Ⅲ가 운전자 위치 및 소음기 전방 1m 위치에서 無負荷 運轉時 각각 1.9∼2.3dB 및 2∼2.8dB, 全負荷 運轉時 각각 4.9∼5dB, 7.1∼7.5dB 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 4) 각 회전수별 燃料消費率은 T-Ⅰ, T-Ⅱ, T-Ⅲ가 거의 같은 경향을 나타냈으나, 소음기를 제거한 경우는 약 17g/PS·hr 정도 낮게 나타났다. 또, 출력은 소음기를 부착한 경우가 제거한 경우에 비해 각각 0.55PS 낮게 나타났다. 5) 排氣騷音을 최대한으로 감소시키기 위하여 금후 機關出力 감소가 적고, 騷音 減少效果가 높은 形態의 消音器 開發硏究가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to evaluate the noise characteristic of 8PS agricultural diesel engine through the modification, was found to provide the foundamental data that could be used to reduce the noise of the engine. To evaluate the noise characteristics on the agricultural diesel engine by the muffler, noise level, specific fuel consumption and output were measured in case of the with and without muffler and three different volume of muffler cavity. The results of the study are summarized as follows: The noise increased by the increament of revolution velocity. The mechanical noise of power tiller indicated more than 85dB at 1,800∼2,200rpm. Therefore, to minimized bearing ability of operator, it was thought that the countermeasure of noise reduction need. The noise level with the muffler was smaller than those without muffler by 4dB, 13.1dB. respectively. In case of increased the volume of muffler cavity, the noise level at the position of working seat was decreased 1.9∼2.3dB at the time of no-load condition and 4.9∼5dB at the time of full load, respectively. The specific fuel consumption of the without muffler type was 17g/PS hr lower than the with muffler type. The output of the without muffler type was 0.55PS higher than the with muffler type, respectively. To reduce of the exhaust noise, it is necessary to continue researches on the relationship between complex factors of the noise.
