      • 토양방선균의 작물 병해 방제를 위한 실용화 연구

        주요 농작물 병원으로 알려진 토마토점무늬병균(Stemphylium solani, ATCC56286), 인삼점무늬병균(Alternaria panax, ATCC46320), 역병균(Phytophthora infestans, ATCC16980), 잿빛곰팡이균(Botrytis cinerea, KCTC6973), 시드름병균(Fusarium oxysporum, KCTCI16654), 마름병균(Rhizotonia solani, KCCM11271) 등을 대상으로 토양미생물로부터 분리한 SS-4227균과 SS-4993균 배양액의 이들 병원균에 대한 항균성 여부를 paper disc 법으로 검정한 결과 강한 항균성이 인정되었다. 또한, 고추와 토마토의 역병균(Phytophthora capsici, ATCC64856)을 대상으로 이들 방선균의 발병억제 효과를 실제 야외에서 pot 실험으로 조사한 결과 방선균 처리에 의해 현저하게 억제되고 있음이 확인되었다. The culture broths of Streptomyces sp. SS-4227 and Streptomyces sp. SS-4993 isolated from soil have a significant influence on activity inhibition of phytophatogenes, such as Stemphylium solani(ATCC56286), Alternaria panax(ATCC46320), phytophthora infestans(ATCC16980), Botrytis cinerea(KCTC6973), Fusarium oxysporum(KCTCI16654) and RHIzotonia solani(KCCM11271), from in vitro antifungal test. Consequently applications of two Streptomyces sp. to tomato-and red pepper saplings in vivo pot test resulted in the strong antifungal activities aganist Phytophthora capsici(ATCC64856), a hazardous crop. disease.

        A Study on the Anthropometric Measurement and prediction of minimal body weight were started in 1970 by Tipton in IOWA (Tipton et.al 1973, Hall 1977, Widerman et. al 1982, Wilmore et.al, 1983).       • 호텔 건물의 장기수선항목별 수선ㆍ교체주기 및 원인에 관한 조사 연구

        The purposes of this study is to survey the repair and replacement cycles and causes of hotel buildings. The data for repair and replacement cycles and causes are collected from 10 hotel buildings in Seoul. The research method of this study includes a questionnaire survey and interview from facility managers of hotel buildings. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the necessary cycle for repair and replacement of hotel buildings is presented and the cycle is investigated generally shorter than that of apartment buildings. 2) the major reason of repair and replacement is surveyed as physical factor: however, the elements such as burner, oil painting, hygiene equipment, boards, aluminum window and door of outer wall are affected mainly by social and economic factors.

        우리 나라의 노동운동사는 그 역사가 일천하고 구미제국보다 약 1세기정도 늦게 출발하였다. 그러나 변천은 다양하므로 이를 정리하여 앞으로 우리 노사관계 정립에 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 조선중기의 "고공", "임용사공"에서 강화조약 이후의 "덕대제도"나 "노계"등의 전근대적 노동관계와 을사보호조약 후의 광산, 부두 노동자의 증가로 노동조합이 설립되기 시작하여 일제의 탄압 속에서도 굳건히 지켜오며, 때론 노동운동으로 흑은 민족해방운동으로 발전하였다. 해방 후 사상적 대립으로 좌 · 우간 갈등이 있었으나 6.25 동란으로 갈등은 종식되고, 후인 1953년의 노동법 개정으로 산별 노동조합이 활발하게 발전하였다. 5.16군사정권에 의한 산별노조가 1980년 노동법 개정으로 기업별 노조로 환원되었다가 6.29선언으로 노동자의 욕구가 폭발적으로 분출됨에 따라 1987, 1997년 노동법 개정으로 현재에 이르고 있다. 특히 IMF경제위기 후 노사의 국민 경제적 영향을 크게 인식하고 노사정 협의의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있는 실정이다.

        뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 관련된 과학영재 교육프로그램이 영재학생들에게 미치는 효과 분석

        We developed science gifted education program related to the phenomena of floating and sinking phenomena, and analyzed the effects of this study. The concept of buoyancy force was represented as phenomena in the elementary school level science, and the concept of density was represented as formula calculation in middle school level science to explain floating and sinking materials. But the two concepts were not connected with each other in the textbooks. The subjects were 20 students of a science gifted class at a middle school located in Province. We surveyed their logic of proportion, the level of cognition, and the level of achievement before the instruction. And the conception test related to the floating and sinking phenomena was enforced before and after the instruction for identification of conception change. The problem solving ability test in a new situation and the students’ thought test related to the particle model carried out after the instruction, also. The education program was developed as a learning cycle and a discussion learning for understanding the relation between the buoyancy force and a volume, the density and a buoyancy force by students’ inquiry activity. As results, most of the students promoted understanding of the floating and sinking phenomena and changed the thoughts of particle model as polished viewpoint. 이 연구에서는 뜨고 가라앉는 현상과 관련된 영재교육프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보았다. 초등학교 과학에서는 현상 수준으로 부력의 개념을, 중학교에서는 공식 계산의 수준으로 밀도의 개념을 제시하여 물체의 뜨고 가라앉음을 설명하였으나, 이 두 개념을 연결 짓는 내용은 교과서에 제시하지 않았다. 연구 대상은 경기도 한 중학교의 영재학급 학생 20명이었으며, 수업 전에 이들의 비례논리, 인지수준, 학업성취수준을 알아보았다. 그리고 수업 전에 뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 관련된 개념 검사지를 투입하고 개념 변화를 알아보았다. 또한 새로운 상황에서의 문제 해결력을 알아보는 검사지와 입자모형에 대한 인식을 알아보는 검사지를 사후에 투입하였다. 개발한 영재교육 프로그램은 순환학습과 토론학습 형태로 학생들의 탐구활동을 통해 부력과 부피의 관계, 밀도와 부력의 관계 등을 이해할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 연구 결과,대부분의 경우 학생들의 배경 변인과 상관없이 뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 대한 이해도가 높아졌으며, 입자 모형에 대한 인식도 세련된 관점으로 변화하였다.

        Fluoride varnish 도포가 초기 법랑질 우식 병소의 재석회화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate remineralizing potential of fluoride varnish applied to artificial demineralized enamel in vitro. Hydroxyethylcellulose systim was used for artificial caries formation and histological evaluations of remineralization were performed through polarizing light microscope aling with enamel microhardness measurement. The carious lesions were consisted of lesion body(average depth of approzimately 80㎛) under the superficial intact surface layer which showed positive and negative birefrengence respectively. The specific features of each experimental groups were as follows; GroupⅠ showed general superiority over the other groups in remineralizing effect,while Group Ⅱ demonstrated remarkable increase in thickness of superficial enamel layer and GroupⅢrevealed the weakest remineralizing capacity among three groups. Further study is recommended to elucidate the long-teum effect of fluoride varnish in remineralizing the incipient enamel carious lesion.

      • 한반도 강수량과 북반구 수증기 Flux와의 관련성 연구

        The relationship between precipitation in the Korea and vapor flux over the northern hemisphere is investigated by analyzing the characteristics of atmospheric circulation over the northern hemisphere and vapor flux transport, which is induced by wind vector and specific humidity at 850 hPa, for dry and wet summers in Korea. The data used in this study are monthly precipitation data at 7 stations of the Korea during the period of 1940 to 1997 and NECP/NCAR reanalysis data. The analysis of atmospheric circulation over the northern hemisphere associated with the interannual variation of Korean summer precipitation shows that the atmospheric circulation in dry summer is different from that in wet summer. The wet summer in Korea is characterized by the convergence of the monsoonal flow originated from the Indian Ocean with the southwesterlies along the northwestern periphery of subtropical Pacific high at 850 hPa. In contrast, the dry summer in Korea is characterized by the weaken southwesterlies inflow from the Bay of Bengal toward the East Asia via the Indo-China peninsula and the weaken southwesterlies inflow associated with the northward shift of subtropical western Pacific high. In addition, it is found from the analysis of 200 hPa and 850 hPa wind vectors that the interannual variation of Korean summer precipitation is largely linked with the location of axis of upper-level jet stream. The axis of upper-level jet stream is shifted more southward in wet summer that in dry summer. It is also found that the wet summer is related to the blocking occurrence over the Manchurian region. Thus, it can be suggested that the variations of the warm and humid air over the southeast part of Tibet and the location and intensity of subtropical western Pacific high play a significant role in the interannual variation of the precipitation in Korea.

        건식법에 의한 폐PCBs와 자동차 폐촉매로부터 동시 귀금속 농축 회수 공정개발

        In the world large amount of used printed circuit boards (PCBs) and spent autocatalysts which contain precious metals have been emitted. However, processes which can recover the precious metals simultaneously from them have not been developed yet. In this study a new process for recovering the precious metals contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalyst by a pyrometallurgical process simultaneously was developed. The distinguish of that is to use copper, tin, and iron contained in the used PCBs as collector metals of the precious metals contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalysts. Advantages of the process suggested are simply and economic compared with the previous processes which could recover the precious metals from the used PCBs and spent autocatalysts, respectively. Using the suggested process the precious metals such as Au, Pd, and Pt contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalyst could be recovered up to 95 % in Cu alloy phase.

      • 수도권 지역 대학병원과 재활병원의 인턴물리치료사간 인턴 만족도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare internship satisfaction of intern physical therapists working in the university hospitals with that of them working in the rehabilitation hospitals in Seoul metropolitan area. The questionnaire for internship satisfaction survey that amended from vocational interest test [Strong Interest Inventory(SII)] was used to examine satisfaction of intern physical therapists and the questionnaire was used to ask general characteristics, educational and work environment. Thirty nine intern physical therapists working in university hospital and fifty nine intern physical therapists rehabilitation hospital in Seoul metropolitan area responded. Frequency analysis, χ² test and independent t-test were conducted to evaluate differences between groups about variables of internship satisfaction survey, general characteristics, work and educational environments with using the PASW 18.0 statistical program. The results of the study were as follows. There were significant differences of intern physical therapists between university hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals in overall scores of internship satisfaction and scores of all sub-items such as duty, supervision, working condition, work mates and wages. Intern physical therapists working in the university hospitals showed higher satisfaction than that of Intern physical therapists working in the rehabilitation hospitals.

        LCC 技法을 利用한 리모델링 및 再建築 對象 水原市 地域 5層 共同住宅의 經濟性 分析에 關한 事例硏究

        The object of this study is to analyze the economic efficiency of apartment buildings subjected to remodeling and reconstruction using life cycle costing technique in Suwon-city. The research method involves to investigate and analyze data regarding remodeling and reconstruction of three apartment buildings in Suwon-city. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the economic efficiency of reconstruction is better than that of remodeling. 2) as the maintenance period is extended, the gab between the profit of reconstruction and remodeling decreases.
