Intracellular high energy phosphorus metabolism can be assessed noninvasively and dynamically by in vivo ^31P NMRS of skeletal muscle have shown various applications of this technique in evaluating the pathophysiology of diseased or normal muscles. High energy phosphate metavolsim in the human skeletal muscle was studies in the work. ^31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy allowed the evaluate of the lactic acid and aerobic energy system in the intracellular skeletal muscle by energy concentration of ^31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy allowed the evaluate of the lactic acid and aerobic energy system in the intracellular skeletal muscle by energy concentration of ^31P metabolite, (Pi), (PCr), (ATP). The ratio of Pi/PCr the spectra measured from normal volanteers and elite athleties indicated a signetifcant difference between the two group for each exercise protocal. It was generally ovserved that the all out time of normal volunteers in shorter that that of elite athletes, and the ration of Pi/PCr is samller for elite athlets than for normal volunteers.

Digital Converter로 구동되는 크레인용 직류전동기 속도제어 시스템의 안정도 해석

크레인 구동용으로 antiparallel converter의 반도체 전력회로에 마이크로 제어기를 사용한 직류전동기의 속도제어 시스템에 대한 안정영역을 해석한다. 먼저 불연속 전류인 경우 converter의 비선형특성으로 인하여 전동기 속도제어 능력이 저하되므로 이를 보상하는 방식을 제안한다. 이 converter와 직류전동기를 포함한 전체 속도제어 시스템을 이산형 상태방적식으로 모델링 한 후, 각 제어기 이득에 대한 안정영역을 해석한다. The stability regions for microcontroller-based dc motor speed control system driven by antiparallel converter, which has been used as the crane drive, are analyzed, first as the performance of motor speed control is deteriorated due to nonlinear characteristics of the converter in the discontinous current state, the method to compense for nonlinear characteristics of the converter is suggested. The overall dc motor speed control system including the converter and dc motor is represented by a discrete-time state equation, and then the stability regions for gains of controllers are dervied.

다중음성치료기법(SK-MVTT)이 성대결절 환자의 음성개선에 미치는 효과 : 액센트 기법과의 비교 연구 Comparison with Accent Method

Vocal nodule is one of the representative chronic diseases of vocal folds, and it can be cured by voice therapy. However, the existing therapeutic methods about vocal nodule are in great demand. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of therapeutic methods between Accent method and SK-MVTT (Seong-Tae Kim's multiple voice therapy technique), which was designed by the author. We identified 40 females, who diagnosed having vocal nodules, aged from 21 to 52 years (mean age: 40 years). Twenty females were treated by the SK-MVTT and the other 20 females the Accent method. All subjects received 12 sessions of treatment, and were evaluated after finishing the 6th and the 12th session. The results showed that the SK-MVTT produced a better results compared to the Accent method. The SK-MVTT was better especially at the initial stage of voice therapy compared to the Accent method. In this study, we can suggest that SK-MVTT may be useful in improving the voice qualities of vocal nodule patients. However, more data should be collected and evaluated before it can widely be used in other clinics.

감성 발현체로서의 시조의 역동성

시조의 역동성은 한때 그것이 ‘닫힌 성격’의 장르였음에도 불구하고 오히려 오늘날 바로 그 ‘닫힌 성격’ 덕분에 여러 분야에서 재조명되고 있다. 문학이라는 본래 영역은 물론이거니와 때로는 글쓰기 학습에도 원용되는 사례들도 있었다. 더욱 두드러지는 사례는 시조가 문학치료, 나아가 감성치유의 영역에서 곧잘 언급된다는 것이다. 이 글에서는 이런 재조명 과정의 하나로 감성 발현체로서의 시조의 역동성을 논의하였다. 문학 장르로서의 시조가 가지고 있는 서정성을 넘어 서정이라는 그릇으로서의 시 안에서도 감정이나 정서뿐만 아니라 이성적인 것들 또한 얼마든지 상호 공유될 수 있다는 점을 효과적으로 드러내기 위해서였다. 물론 서정성이라는 개념이 시조의 역동성을 스스로 제한해버리는 한계를 노출시킬 수 있다는 점도 분명하다. 따라서 이 글에서 주로 언급하는 ‘감성’이라는 키워드 역시 이러한 한계를 극복하고, 시조가 가진 역동성을 최대한 드러내 보이려는 시도에서 사용되었다. 즉 이 글에서는 지금까지 감정 혹은 정서에 치중한 면이 강하다고 평가되었던 시조의 감성적 기질에 더해 그것이 가지고 있던 이성적 면모까지를 함께 살펴봄으로써 시조라는 장르가 인간의 감성을 가장 역동적으로 발현시킬 수 있었음을 밝히고자 하였던 것이다. 물론 이런 감성적 기질과 이성적 면모는 시조의 구조를 재해석하는 과정에서, ‘① 맞서게 하기, ② 역동적으로 느끼기, ③ 느낌으로 호명하기, ④ 느낌으로 느끼기’ 등으로 구조화하여 구체적으로 분석해보기도 하였다. Dynamics of Sijo was regarded as a genre of ‘closed nature’ once. But ironically thanks to the ‘closed nature’, today dynamics of Sijo is refocused in diverse fields. Sijo is quoted not only in its original field of literature, but also in writing study. Quite remarkably, it is often referred to in the field of literary therapy, further in emotional healing. This article discussed the dynamics of Sijo as a manifestation of emotion especially called Gamsung in the process of the refocus. It is to show effectively that as a literary genre, Sijo can interact and share what is reasonal as well as what is emotional and sentimental in a poem as an emotional container beyond the lyricism Sijo has. Of course, it is also clear that the concept of lyricism may limit the dynamics of Sijo itself. Thus, the key word ‘Gamsung’ mainly referred to in this article was used to show the dynamics which Sijo has as much as possible, overcoming the limitation. That is, the purpose of the study is to prove that Sijo is the genre to represent human emotion most dynamically by reviewing the reasonal aspect of Sijo in addition to its emotional disposition which has been estimated to focus on sentiment or emotion. In the process of reinterpreting the structure of Sijo, the specific analysis on such emotional disposition and reasonal aspect was conducted by structurizing that as ‘① Facing, ② Feeling dynamical, ③ Interpellating by feeling, and ④ feeling by sensation’.

웃음을 이용한 다중음성치료기법(SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>)이 성대용종 환자의 음성개선에 미치는 효과

Vocal polyp is one of the representative chronic diseases of vocal folds, and it can be cured by voice therapy and/or laryngeal microsurgery. However, the existing therapeutic methods about vocal polyp are in great demand. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vocal improvement between laryngeal microsurgery and SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>(Seong-Tae Kim's Multiple Voice Therapy Technique), which was designed by the author. We identified 37 patients, who were diagnosed with unilateral vocal polyp, aged from 21 to 62 years(mean age: 46 years). 21 patients were treated by the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> and the other 16 patients were only treated by the laryngeal microsurgery. All patients who were treated by the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP>, received 12 sessions of treatment, and were evaluated before therapy and after finishing the 12th session. The patients who were treated by laryngeal microsurgery, were evaluated prior to and at least 8 weeks after surgery. The results showed that the SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> produced better results compared to the laryngeal microsurgery alone. The SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> produced better results, especially, at the initial stage of voice therapy compared with those of laryngeal microsurgery. In this study, we can suggest that SKMVTT<SUP>®</SUP> may be useful in improving the voice qualities of vocal polyp patients. However, more data should be collected and evaluated to be widely used in other clinics.

열다한소탕(熱多寒少湯)으로 호전된 태음인(太陰人) 대상포진(帶狀疱疹) 치험 1례

1. Objectives : The Purpose of this case is to report that a Tae-eumin patient diagnosed as Herpes Zoster was treated with Yeoldahanso-tang and then his symptoms improved. 2. Methods : We diagnosed the patient as Tae-eumin-Kanyeol-byung(太陰人肝熱病). So we treated him With Yeoldahanso-tang, and used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and pictures of the affected part for the assessment. 3. Results : After we treated the patient with Yeoldahanso-tang, the vesicles were cleared and his symptoms improved. 4. Conclusions : This case study show an efficient result of using Yeoldahanso-tang in Tae-eumin diagnosed to Herpes Zoster.

This research examines whether difference that is some in inclination of combat sports player's sportsmanship is, and accordingly is purposeful to clear relation. combat sports (fencing, Taekwondo, boxing, induction, wrestling, wrestling) player who research target is having player life in middle·high·an university 399 people be . Used Korean-made measure (KMSOS) that Seong-changhun (2003) verifies changing based on Vallerand MSOS by a tool to measure sportsmanship of players. Data processing used SPSS 12.0 programs. Did reliability analysis that use Cronbach'a coefficient to verify believability of an irradiation tool, Difference of sportsmanship used t-test, one-way ANOVA. In this research, drew following conclusion. First, man appeared higher level than woman in wave and human desire, decision respect, and woman appeared higher level than man in victory or defeat excessive fondness. Second, exercise immersion, decision respect, victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared level that minority is taller than majority. Third, in exercise immersion high school player decision respect appear, and tendency of level that middle school playing the first stone is high in victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared. Fourth, striking radical type of player appeared higher level than Geuraepeulring type of player in companion respect factor. Fifth, player less than exercise career 4 years appeared higher level than player less than 7 years and player more than 7 years for victory or defeat excessive fondness factor. Sixth, Taekwondo for best and companion respect factor, high level appeared to boxing item players.

유류오염피해로 인한 해양생태계 복원의 법적 고찰

In December 2007, the Hebei Spirit oil spill contaminated Tae-An's coastline. It killed birds, fish, and disrupted the ecosystem in the path of the oil. And the Hebei Spirit oil spill brought legal issue of oil pollution control systems such as prevention and compensation systems. In addition, it raised difficult problems that we should find improvement of marine ecosystem restoration by Oil Pollution Damage. Marine ecosystem restoration is defined as the return of a marine ecosystem to a close approximation of its condition prior to disturbance. But the problem is that we cannot restore an ecosystem to the exact same state it was in before we disturbed it. Also, marine ecosystem restoration is in need of long-term and many cost. As will be seen Exxon Valdez case, occurred in US, Exxon agreed to pay the United States and the State of Alaska $900 million over ten years to restore the resources injured by the spill. Therefore, we should formulate completely a plan of marine ecosystem restoration, carry out systematically it. Marine ecosystem restoration plan must include long-term guidance for restoring the resources and services injured by the oil spill, contains policies for making restoration decisions and describes how restoration activities will be implemented. However, in korea, related policy and legislation of marine ecosystem restoration is temporary expedient. There is affair conflict between Ministry of National Soil and Marine and Ministry of Environment. Related legislation is dispersed in Natural Environment Conservation Act, Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems Act, Wetlands Conservation Act, Marine Environmental Management Act, special act for oil pollution of damage compensation from the Hebei Spirit accident, etc. Now, we should have a new understanding of the importance of marine ecosystem restoration, repair related legislation and management system. This Paper aims to review the legal subject of marine ecosystem restoration and to find the improvement of related legislation and management system.

전국교도관 무도대회의 역할과 성과

The purpose of this study is to examine the role and outcome of the National martial art competition of correctional staff. The results of the examination are as follows. First, we can find out the fact that ‘The martial match of prison guard’ was held every year through the article of the newspaper‘Chosun ilbo’and ‘Maeil sinbo which wered aily newspapers at that time. That match is origin of the National martial art competition of correctionasl taff during the Japan’s reign. After the independence in 1945, the first competition with the same name of previous one was held in the gym of prison guard academy only with Judo, July 4th in 1949, And the second compeittion was hosted in the same place, May 14th in 1955. Kumdo is included to the match officially, since then. Tae-kwondo is added at 16th competition in 1978. Since then, there have been three kinds of martial a, rtJudo, Kumdo, Taekwondo, which are officially recognized and implemented annually until the 48th competition in 2013. Second, Each martial art performance of Kumdo, Judo, Taekwondo, has been shown before the main event. Judo performance was shown in the gym of the correctionl aofficer academy in 1949 at the first competition, and bon- standard posture of each martial art - was eprformed in Judo, Kumdo. Moreover the performance of slicing a sheaf of straw by real sword was included in Kumdo performance. It was good opportunity to impress the staff members of ministry of justice and civilian about martial art spirit of correctional officer. At present, the organizing and preliminary practice of the peorfrmance is executed by the hand of martial art professors who are dispatched to the institute of justice. Th ispractice maintains for one month, based on the scenario and teaching by them. Third, the annual match became a good chance to improve jobk isll and organizational capability, during the preparation of the competition. Especifically, there are alo t of resource for the impovement. So to speak, the martial art curriculum of institute of justice, hiring maestr level employees, activate martial art club in correction facility, friendly match with Japan correction service ,chance for the promotion are good base for the improvement. There are currently about 4,100 martial art trainees which are divided into 1,300 Judo trainees, 1,300Kumdo trainees, 1,500 Taekwondo trainees that are affiliaetd with national correctional centers. Furthermore, there are about 350senior experts that have a master level, fourth-degree black belt or higher. The martial art clubs of the 50 correction facilities contribute t oimprove martial art skill for the correctional staffs and make positive image about correctional service in their community through providing martial art lecture and exchanging their skill.
