STATISTCAL ANALYSIS OF SPORTS INJURY Seong-Ryul Hong R.P.T. Seoul School Health Center Hospital Upon comings of 1986 Asian Games and 1988 Olympiad in Seoul , Korean people have more enthusiasm for sports than any other time .It's very desirable that student athletes are doing thier best to train skills and to improve records for the coming 2 international sports events .I concluded as followings from the statistical analysis of 159 student athletes about sports injury who had been received Physiotherapy in School Health Center Hospital in Seoul from Jan.8 1982 to Dec,4 1984Track & field is the most common team among school sports team in Seoul.47 Students(30%) were injuried during football game, Career of sports injury: 88 students(55.3 %) were injured for the first time .Location of injury: More than 30% in both sexs were injuried in the Lumbar Frequency in injury in lower limb is higher than that of upper . Frequency of injury in upper right limb and lower left limb are higher than of counterparts6. Diagnosis: 32% of students were diagnosed as lumbago. Treatment period: 42.7% of students were healed within a week and 76.8% within 2 weeks

헤어리베치 신품종 조생종 콜드그린과 중만생종 청파의 생육특성 및 수량성

본 시험의 목적은 대구 경북에 자생하는 헤어리베치로 다수성 조생품종과 중만생품종을 개발하기 위하여 수행하였다. 경북 성주와 경남 사천에서 1998년부터 2006년까지 자료수집 및 순화, 생육이 왕성한 조생 및 중만생계통선발, 상호교잡의 단순순환선발법으로 조생종인 콜드그린과 중만생종인 청파를 육성하였다. 육성종자는 2004년부터 2006년까지 경북성주와 경남사천에서 생육특성과 수량을 평가하였다. 줄기의 털은 콜드그린과 청파는 있었으나, 헤이메이커프러스와 라티고는 없었다. 잎의 모양은 콜드그린은 엽폭이 넓은 장타원형이고, 청파, 헤이메이커프러스, 라티고는 좁은 장타원형이었다. 꽃색은 콜드그린은 자주색이고 청파는 보라색이었다. 내한성은 성주에서 콜드그린, 청파, 라티고가 헤이메이커프러스 보다 높았으며 사천에서는 차이가 적었다. 개화기는 콜드그린과 헤이메이커프러스가 조생종으로 유사했고 중만생종인 청파는 라티고 보다 다소 빨랐다. 성주에서 건물수량은 콜드그린이 다른 품종 보다 높았으며 청파와 헤이메이커프러스는 라티고 보다 높았다(P<0.05). 2005년 사천에서는 콜드그린과 헤이메이커프러스는 다른 품종보다 높았으며, 청파는 라티고 보다 높았다(P<0.05). 베치의 조단백질 함량은 높고 ADF의 함량은 낮았다. The objective of this research was to develop a high yielding, early and medium-late flowering new hairy vetch(Vicia villosa Roth) varieties derived from an accession in Korea. Most vigorous early and medium-late flowering hairy vetch lines were selected and crossed by open pollination and their seeds were bulked and plants were reselected at Seongju in the Keongbuk and at Sacheon in the Keongnam. A performance trial was conducted to evaluate agronomic characteristics, forage quality and dry matter(DM) yield of new hairy vetch early-maturing 'Cold green' and medium-late maturing variety 'Cheong pa' at Seongju and Sacheon. 'Cold green' and 'Cheong pa' are hair but 'Haymaker plus' and 'Latigo' are nearly hairless. 'Cold green' has purple flowers while 'Cheong pa' has violet. The cold tolerance of 'Cold green,' 'Cheong pa' and 'Latigo' was higher than 'Haymaker plus' at Seong-ju, Keongbuk province, in inland region but there were a little differences at Sacheon, Keongnam province in southern coast region. Fifty percent-flowering dates of 'Cold green' and 'Haymaker plus' had earlier than others and 'Cheong pa' was earlier than 'Latigo'. The DM yield of 'Cold green' was higher than that of others, but 'Cheong pa' and 'Haymaker plus' had higher than 'Latigo' at Seong-ju(P<0.05). In Sacheon, The DM yield of 'Cold green' and 'Haymaker plus' was higher than others and 'Cheong pa' had higher than 'Latigo'.

Finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method is employed to analyze the rectangular DRA. The return loss and resonant frequency are reported when the stub length of feedline. center position of DRA at λ/2 feed line and ε_(r) , of DRA are changed. Also DRA in the microstrip feed line compared to DRA in the microstrip slot feed line. The result showed that DRA in the microstrip feed line is better than DRA in the microstrip slot feed line in the bandwidth and return loss.

대도시주변 농촌지역의 생활편익시설 이용실태 분석에 관한 연구 : 성주군을 사례로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of community services and facilities in rural areas of Sungju County in Taegu Metropolitan Areas. This study gives policy implication such as principles, guidelines and criteria for metropolitan area planning. In this study, there are four levels of living hierarchy systems as follows; The lowest level is a small living boundary system such as Eup-Myon. The second level is a middle range living boundary system such as 3~4 Eup-Myon. The third level is a county. The highest level is a metropolitan area. The living boundary system of Sungju County has two regions. One is the Nakdong River territory; the other is the Kaya Mountain-cultural territory. The results of a survey(1999) about using the living and convenient facilities of Sungju's residents are as follows; Sungju's residents have access to 60.6% of their living services and facilities in the intra Sungju County. whereas, 34.4% of their services and facilities are located in the central city, Taegu. So, the degree of interaction between Taegu Metropolitan City and Sungju County is very high. The rate of self-sufficiency of Sungju County is 60.6%. The rate of dependency on Taegu is 34.4%. Compared to 1995, this is a 1.5% increase in self sufficiency and a 6.5% decrease in dependency on Taegu. Singju County is especially dependent on taegu for education, wedding and hospital facilities. In conclusion, to develop Sungju County, there must be a focus and priority on enhancement of regional education, and the development of each regional growth center.

지역혁신체제 구축과 지방과학기술행정의 역할

본 연구는 지역혁신체제 구축을 위한 지방과학기술행정의 역할을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지역혁신체제의 의의, 지역혁신체제와 지역발전, 지역혁신체제와 지방과학기술행정에 대해서 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역혁신체제 구축을 위한 지방과학기술행정의 역할제고 방안을 제도적 측면, 조직과 인력측면, 과학기술 예산측면, 평가시스템 측면, 그리고 사업내용적 측면에서 제시하였다. 그 주요내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제도적 측면에서 볼 때, 지방과학기술행정을 위한 법적 기반의 확립과 지역혁신정보시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 둘째, 조직과 인력측면에서 볼 때, 지방과학기술행정을 전담할 수 있는 전문조직과 전문인력이 확충되어야 한다. 셋째, 과학기술 예산측면에서 볼 때, 지역혁신사업을 안정적으로 추진 할 수 있는 예산확보와 혁신기금의 조성이 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 평가시스템 측면에서 볼 때, 지역단위에서 자율성을 확보하는 “지역혁신평가단”을 설립해야 하고, 지역혁신사업의 평가기준을 확립해야 한다. 다섯째, 사업내용적 측면에서 볼 때, 지역혁신사업의 사업범위가 물리적 하부구조 중심에서 탈피하여 제도적 기반확충과 혁신네트워크 구축을 강조해야 한다.

구형 유전체 공진 안테나의 해석과 실제

In this paper, the rectangular dielectric resonant antenna(DRA) in the microstrip slot feed line is analyzed. Microstrip slot feed line parameters are calculated and then the microstrip slot feed line is designed by using the parameters. Also the rectangular DRA having a value of εr=37.84 is invented for the transmission frequency bandwidth in the range of 2.37GHz to 2.40GHz for WLL(Wireless Local Loop) base station. The result showed that the return loss was about -42dB and that radiation pattern was simular to magnetic dipole's. The resonant frequency of simulation result of rectangular DRA which was designed with the value of εr = 37.84 was obtained an error of less than 3 percent in comparison with the theoretical resonant frequency.

미국과 싱가포르의 전자무역 지원정책에 관한 비교 연구 : 비정형 전자무역 분야의 사례분석을 중심으로

미국과 싱가포르는 모두 세계에서 가장 우수한 기업 경영환경을 제공하는 국가이다. 그러나 미국이 자유방임형이라고 한다면 싱가포르는 철저하게 계획형이라는 점에서 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국과 싱가포르의 전자무역 지원정책의 사례를 분석하고, 상호비교를 통해 우리 나라 전자무역 지원정책에 대한 시사점을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 시사점은 전자무역의 활성화가 기본적으로 민간의 적극적인 참여로 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 정부의 역할은 주도적인 입장이 아닌 철저한 지원자의 입장에서 수행되어야 한다. 정부가 거래알선 및 e-마켓플레이스 등 전자무역의 핵심적인 활동에 직접적으로 관여하기보다는 관련된 민간기업을 육성하고, 기업들의 전자무역 수행능력을 제고시키며, 기업의 전자무역 활동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 전자무역 인프라의 확충에 정책의 초점을 맞추어야 한다는 점이다. 향후 전자무역 촉진을 위한 주요 정책의 방향으로 전자무역에 대한 기본적인 인식을 제고 할 수 있는 홍보활동 강화, 전자상거래 지원기관과 전통적인 무역지원기관들의 연계 및 산학연계 활동의 촉진을 통해서 중소 기업에 대한 실질적인 전자무역의 지원, 전자무역 관련 전문인력의 체계적인 양성, 무역 관련 공공정보시스템의 개선 등이 제시될 수 있다.
