Ogapi(Acanthopanax senticosus) is being used for a tonic in the oriental medicine from ancient times, Even though it being used frequently for a tonic in the clinical medicine, basic study to make sure the mechanism of its action is the rare. Therefore, in this study, the author tried to know the effects of ogapi on the innate and specific immune systems in association with antitumor activity. The results obtained in this study are as follows: 1) Ogapi increased the phagocytic activities of murine peritoneal macrophages in vivo and in vitro. 2) Ogapi enhanced the production of such reactive oxygen intermediates as superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the macrophages in vivo and in vitro. 3) Ogapi enhanced such humoral immune responses as hemagglutinin and hemolysin formations. 4) Administration of ogapi increased the number of rosette forming cells in the spleen. 5) Ogapi decreased the contact hypersensitivity against dinitrofluorobenzene. 6) Ogapi showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia cell line (K562) 7) Ogapi increased the ratio of helper T cell versus suppressor T cell by increasing CD4^+ T cells and decreasing CD8^+ T cells. The above results show that ogapi increase the host antimicrobic and antitumor activities by the action on individual innate and specific immune systems in vitro. So this is considered as experimental results back up powerfully that ogapi can be used for a tonic in such a case when administered to a person lacking vital energy.

Three burning space concerning mainly on the text of ≪Neiching≫, we got this conclusion by looking at a longitudinal perspective of three burning space function, nutrient & defensive qi creation, movement and numbers. 1. Longitudial movement is the law of the universe, by looking at oriental medicine by the thought of heaven and man unity we can tell that longitudinal movement concept is used to analyze the physiology of our body. And we can tell that longitudinal movement concept is used to analyze the physiology of our body. And we can look at our body in a cubic movement suck as top and bottom, left and right, outside and inside, internal and external, upward and downward movement. 2. In Nei Ching the concept of three burning space is separated in to four different types of three burning space which are three burning space as a fu, three burning space as a water metabolism and excretion organ, and three burning space by its position. 3. nutrient & defensive qi’s movement in the channel is the same as the twelve regular channels movement in our body. Nutrient qi circulates the yang part twenty five during the day and circulates the ying part twenty five times during the night. Since channel functions corresponds with the sun, moon, and the stars the ups and downs of nutrient & defensive qi’s property varies with the difference of the periods. 4. By comparing nutrient & defensive qi’s production and property with three burning space’s positional property, we can see that three burning space’s positional property comes out from the longitudial movement of nutrient & defensive qi.

홀머는 키에르케고어의 저작에 대한 종전의 해석들이 잘못되었다고 주장한다. 두 가지 중요한 점, 즉 키에르케고어가 독자들에게 설정했던 한계와, 개인이 이해를 얻는 방식들에 대한 키에르케고어의 통찰이 간과되었기 때문이다. 키에르케고어는 어떻게 사람들이 뚜렷하게 정연한 여러 방식들로 이해하고 생각하고 인지하고 행동하고 선택하고 느끼게 되는가 하는 것, 즉 자신이 단계들이라고 불렀던 것을 보여주려고 노력했다. 그러나 연구자들은 키에르케고어가 자신의 독자들에게 설정했던 제한, 즉 이런 단계들의 논리가 무엇인지를 깨닫지 못한다. 전통적으로 논리학은 사고와 실재 간의 관계에 대한 끊임없는 오해, 즉 단어들은 사태를 적절하게 반영해야 한다는 학문적 편견으로 말미암아 단일하며 모든 것에 상응하는 것으로 오해를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 홀머는 논리의 이러한 전통적, 현학적 개념들을 술어적, 범논리적, 존재론적이라고 거부한다. 자신의 입장을 보여주기 위해서 홀머는 의식의 유형들, 사실로서의 사실이라는 주요개념, 역량으로서의 개념, 참의 의미론을 차례로 고찰한다. 이런 탐구를 통해서 우리는 모든 것이 단일한 논리에 포용될 수 있다는 주장은 잘못이라는 것을 알게 된다. 홀머는 우리가 형식 논리, 즉 주제중립적 표현에 관한 논리 이외에도 특수한 영역, 특수한 맥락, 비형식적 개념들의 특수한 논리를 고찰할 수 있다고 주장한다. 형식 논리가 주제중립적 표현의 논리인 반면에, 비형식논리는 논리라는 말의 맥락개방적, 파생적 용법이다. 비형식 논리는 담론의 모든 영역에서 사용되는 단어들이 아니라 분야의존적인 단어들의 활력과 범위에 대한 연구이다. 홀머는 키에르케고어가 다양한 인생관들 사이의 논리의 분기와 인생관들과 과학적 노력의 논리 사이의 논리의 분기를 예시함으로써 사고와 실재 간의 상응관계라는 오해를 거부했다고 생각한다. 헤겔과 다른 관념론자들과는 반대로 키에르케고어는 논리가 실재와 인간 실존의 기술이 아니라는 것을 알았다. 키에르케고어는 헤겔의 이성론이 논리적, 경험적 반성에 의해 허용되는 것을 위반한다는 것을 보여주었다. 사고는 스스로 사고하는 것이 아니라 사고되는 것은 무엇이든지 사람들에 의해서 사고된다. 간단히 말해서 키에르케고어의 단계들은 홀머 자신이 주장한 그와 같은 비형식 논리의 원리에 근거하고 있다. 홀머의 입장은 그리스도교의 가르침은 변증법적, 개념적 차이와 파토스와 주체성의 구별된 질(質)들을 투영한다는 키에르케고어의 테제를 지지한다. 종교적 표현은 세계에 관한 것인 동시에 개인적이며, 그 기원은 주체적이고 그 외연과 범위는 객관적이다. 키에르케고어는 그리스도교도의 관심의 대상의 독특함을 지키기 위해 역설이라는 말을 사용했다. 그러나 결국 그리스도교의 역설은 신앙의 일상적 삶의 맥락에서 무력화된다. "세계", "나" 등의 개념은 힌 시대, 한 장소, 또는 한 민족에게만 속하지 않는다. 그러므로 그것들은 의사형이상학적이다. 홀머는 "신"과 같은 기독교의 개념도 의사행이상학적이라고 생각한다. 그러나 필립스와 디스틀스웨이트와 같은 학자들은 홀머에 동의하지 않는다. 그들은 모든 개념들은 특수한 역사의 시기에 우연적이라고 생각한다. 논자는 이들의 비판에 동의한다. 문제는 홀머가 범한 오류를 다시 범하지 않는 것이다.

골결손부의 신생골 형성에 미치는 흡수성, 비흡수성 및 우골유도 수산화인회석의 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of resorbable, non-resorbable and bovine-derived hydroxyapatite (HA) on the repair of experimental bone defects. Six mongrel dogs, weighing 15kg, were used. Four surgical bone defects sized 1㎤ were created at the iliac bone under general anesthesia. In control group, the defect was filled with blood clot ; in resorbable HA group, filled with resorbable HA ; in non-resorbable HA group, filled with non-resorbable HA ; and in bovine-derived HA group, filled with bovine-derived HA. The animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after the graft. Tissue specimens were obtained for radiographic and light microscopic examination. Results obtained were as follows : 1. Macroscopically, neither infection of the graft site nor dislodgement of the grafted material was noted. 2. In the examination of radiographic density, gray level of all of the HA groups was higher than that of the control group. The gray level increased in all groups with time, but the rate of increase was slowered in the non-resorbable HA group. 3. In the resorbable HA group, woven bone was formed from surrounding host bone through osteoconduction at 1 week after the graft. The bone defect was healed with bone trabeculae at 4 weeks and with mature bone at 8 weeks after the graft. 4. In the non-resorbable HA group, healing process was slower than that in the resorbable HA group and unresorbed HA particles were observed at 12 weeks after the graft. 5. In the bovine-derived HA group, bone trabeculae were formed through interconnection of woven bone matrix and the lamellar structure was seen in the 8 weeks after the graft. 6. In all HA groups, new bone formation was more rapid than that in the control group. There were no significant differences in the capability of bone formation among the three HA groups, where new bone was formed by osteoconduction. These results suggest that resorbable, non-resorbable, and bovine-derived hydroxyapatite can be used as bone substitutes to promote new bone formation in the bone defect.

Currently, to overcome the limit of a 14V power supply system and to enhance the stability of this system high and to make the fuel efficiency better, a research development of a 42V power supply system is actively the progress. As an intermediate step to change into an unity power supply system, a 42V/14V dual power supply system uses a DC/DC Converter as one of structure elements. Considering the main electric power sources in the next generation of the car is a 42V system, a 14V power supply system has advantages as follows : to be managed efficiently and to increase the redundancy at start, to jump start with any vehicles, etc. We need the introduction of a bi-directional converter that can flow the energy each other in a dual 42V-12V system. This paper proposed the ZVS bi-directional CUK DC/DC converter which decrease the weight with the size of the DC/DC Converter and minimize the loss when the switching happen. In this paper, a circuit design method and an action principle of the circuit was proposed. To verify the proposed circuit, a comprehensive evaluation with theoretical analysis, simulation results is presented.

운행중인 전후 동력형 디젤 동차의 배출가스 특성

In this paper, exhaust gas emissions fo moving push-pull Semaul diesel hydraulic car are measured as a function of ambient conditions, rail conditions, the chief stations and in the case of arrival and departure ar stations. In result of measurement of exhaust gas emissions, CO adn NO?? emissions are inreased linearly according to increasing of engine speed until 1,500rpm. On the same ambient temperature, CO emission is decreased and NO?? emission is increaed according to increasing of ambient humidity. In the chief station, CO and NO?? are exceeded a limitation of exhaust gas emissions as 2 times and 1.6 times respectively at Chupungtryeong. When the diesel car start at the station, CO and NO?? are approximated and exceeded the limitation.
