        This paper describes in detail the life prediction models, and simulation of thermal fatigue under different mold compounds and chip sizes for wafer level embedded SiP. A 3D Finite element model was built to simulate the viscoplastic behaviors for mold compounds and chip sizes. Especially, bonding parts between mold and Silicon Nitride(Si₃N₄) were carefully modelled and distribution of strains was studied. Three different chip sizes were used and the effects of mold compounds were observed. Consequently, this numerical study shows that type-A has better fatigue life than other mold compounds. Also, 4×4 size chip has a shorter life than 6×6 and 8×8 size.

        효모 세포벽 분해효소 생산균의 탐색 및 효소생산 최적조건의 조사

        담자효모 세포벽을 분해하는 효소 생산균의 탐색을 위하여 50여 토양시료와 방선균 1000여개의 미생물을 가지고 3차에 걸친 탐색작업을 실시한 결과 1차적으로 autolysed washed yeast 배지 위에서 투명한 생성크기로 493개 균주를 선발하였으며, 이 균주들을 2차적으로 생효모 한천배지 위에서의 투명한 생성 크기로 117개 균주를 선발 하였다. 선발된 균주들을 가지고 용해활성도의 측정방법을 이용하여 최종적으로 St-1702 균주가 선발되었고, St-1702 균주는 동정 실험결과 잠정적으로 Streptomyces eurythermus 또는 그 유연균으로 동정되어졌다. St-1702 균주를 이용하여 효소생산 최적조건을 조사한 결과 최적배지 및 배양조건은 다음과 같았다 : freeze dried yeast 2% glucose 1%, K_2HPO_4 1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O, 1% peptone 0.5% (NH_4)_2CO_3 0.2% 초기 pH 값 7.0의 배지 및 30℃에서 3일간 배양. 최적배지에서 선발균주를 배양한 배양액을 이용하여 담자효모들의 원형질체 형성 실험을 한 결과 시중에서 구입된 효모 세포벽 분해 효소들보다 더 높은 원형질체 형성률을 보여 주었다. Thousand actinomycetes and 50 soil samples were used for the isolation of microorganisms producing yeast cell wall lytic enzymes. Among 493 strains producing large clear zones on autolysed washed yeast (AWY), 117 strains were selected on living yeast cell agar plates. With the method of lytic activity, one strain (St-1702) was selected, which was temporarily identified as Streptomyces eurythermus. The optimal condition for enzyme production of this strain was partially determined as follows: incubation of the strain for 3 days at 30℃ in the medium containing 2% freeze dried yeast cell, 1% glucose, 1% K_2HPO_4, 0.01% MgSO_4·^7H_2O, 0.5% peptone, and 0.2% (NH_4)_2CO_3 with pH 7.0. The protoplast formation of yeast by using the enzyme produced by this strain was compared with commercial enzymes.

The effect of various coating parameters on permeation flux, such as concentration ratio of AIBN/HEMA, solvent(water or methanol). and UV irradiation time, was investigated The water permeation flux of oil-emulsion increased with concentration ratio of AIBN/HEMA. and increased with UV irradiation time The flux of the membrane coated in solution using methanol as a solvent was greater than that of the membrane coated in solution using water as a solvent The flux of both the coated and the uncoated membrane declined with the operation The flux decline means that the membrane fouling by oil-emulsion occurs However, the fouling of the coated membrane was much less than that of the uncoated membrane

        地區單位計劃의 物理的 規制要素가 街路景觀에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        Emphasis has recently been laid on the importance of street space that constitutes urban space in stimulating and strengthening the functions of the downtown area In most urban areas, however, street space has deteriorated so much that it reveals barrenness This situation is owing not to the lack of proper understanding about the importance of street space planning, but to the paucity of accumulated study on the correlation between the spatial consciousness of man as the subject of a street space evaluation on the one hand and the constituent elements as the object of spatial formation on the other District unit planning is a social system that is concerned with developing street space It maps out ideal urban space for better urban environment It also aims to better utilize urban space in accordance with the size and complexity of a city The purpose of this thesis is to examine the correlation between urban planning control elements regulating constituent elements of street space and the structure of man's psychological evaluation of the streetscape It explores the influence of physical regulatory elements on the streetscape, thus providing basic data and guidelines for planning a better streetscape It makes a psychological analysis of different applications of controlling elements by employing a semantic differential method and a CG simulation The procedure of my research is first to choose adjectival pairs that describe street space through bibliographical study and preliminary survey, and then to select physical regulatory elements concerning district Unit planning My study also shows the influence of the design control elements of distinct unit planning on the streetscape, by experimenting with those elements by means of CG simulation It examines variables on the axis of psychological factors according to the variation of regulatory elements and the degree of the influence of those variables

      • 標本클럭 合成 計數方式의 디지틀 周波數 合成器 具現 및 性能改善에 關한 硏究

        기존의 디지틀 주파수 합성기는 위상을 누적하여 출력파형을 직접 합성하는 방식으로서, 합성파형상에 위사왜곡이 수반되어 불규칙적인 불요잡음이 크게 나타나는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위해 위상 누적 방식에 관한 이론을 고찰한 후, 새로운 방식의 파형 이론식을 유도하고 이에 적합한 시스템을 구성하였다. 이 방식은 표본클릭의 합성초기치를 계속 누적하여 표본 클럭을 합성하고, 이 클럭을 사용하여 생성하려는 주파수에 해당되는 정현파형의 한주기당 일정한 표본갯수를 계수하므로써 위상왜곡을 제거하게 된다. 또한 표본클럭합성 과정에서 PN 부호를 사용하여 순시적인 주파수 도약상태를 확인하였다. In conventional digital frequency synthesizer, a output wave is directly constructed by the phase accumulating method, which has a periodic phase distortion in frequency spectrum. In order to improve this defect, the method is reconsidered in the side of the output wave formula expresssion, and a new mechanism which are constructed by a most suitable logic elements is proposed. In this new form the sample numbers per the period of sinusoidal output wave are fixed and the sampling clock synthesized by the initial clock value adding is counting the number. So there is eliminated the periodic phase distorition and obtained the only uniform quantization noise. Addtionally, we confrim the coherence frequency hopping state with the pseudorandom code sequence which makes the instantaneous inital clock value.

      • 정상인에서 전기 및 자기 자극을 이용한 설 근육의 전기생리학적 평가

        Background: Abnormality of lingual muscles is clinically common. But its exact clinical assessment is quite difficult. Evaluation of motor power of the lingual muscles and their neural pathway is limited because of anatomical inaccessibility and individual variation of subjective symptoms. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) of the human motor cortex is a non-invasive tool to assess the functional integrity of the fast conducting central motor pathways and electrical stimulation of lingual nerve is a conventional method of peripheral nerve conduction. Therefore both study will be helpful to understanding of pathophysiology of lingual abnormality. Until now there is no such report in Korea. This study was conducted to acquire the easier method and normal control values of Korean subjects. Method: We recorded the motor responses from the lingual muscles of 32 healthy subjects (22 men, 10 women) by focal cortical TMS with a circular coil. Motor potentials were recorded by means of surface electrodes applied on the both side of the tongue, following TMS several centimeters lateral from the vertex and parietooccipital cortex and peripheral electrical stimulation of the 12th cranial nerve at the lateral 1/3 point of the line between the midline and angle of mandible. Results: During moderate motor activation, majority of maximal motor response were obtained 4-6cm lateral to the vertex with similar latencies. And the responses from magnetic stimulation of the intracranial segment of hypoglossal nerve were discarded because of difficulty to obtain and unsatisfactory reproducibility. The latency of motor evoked potentials in right cortical stimulation was 10.08 ± 1.17 msec and in left stimulation 10.04 ± 1.32 msec. The amplitudes in right 2.15 ± 1.02, left 2.09 ± 1.11 mV. The latencies electric hypoglossal nerve stimulation were 2.42 ± 0.34 in right, 2.49 ± 0.35 msec in left side. The amplitudes were 2.90 ± 2.37 in right, 2.43 ± 1.86 mV in left side. Central conduction times as calculated by subtracting the response latencies obtained by magnetic and electric stimulation are right 7.65 ± 1.19, left 7.55 ± 1.35 msec. There was no significant difference between man and woman, Conclusion: The method may be efficient, noninvasive, painless, and easy reproduced. With more extensive application to various neurological disorders, it comes close to being an ideal clinical conduction study technique for this cranial nerve.

        정신병환자의 통합치료를 위한 낮병원 모델

        본 연구는 통합치료를 위한 낮병원 모델을 소개하고, 이 모델의 낮병원 치료를 시행하여 그 결과를 평가하고 시행과정 중에 나타난 특징을 분석하며, 우리 실정에 맞는 낮병원 모델을 발전시켜. 정신병환자를 효과적으로 돕고 사회 재적응을 촉진시키기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 모델의 낮병원 치료를 1996년 5월부터 12월까지 총 25명의 환자를 대상으로 실시하였다. BPRS. 삶의 만족 척도, 프로그램 유익성 척도, 13가지 치료요인 척도, 가장 중요한 사건 설문지를 낮병원 치료초기와 말기에 시행하여 그 결과를 중심으로 낮병원 모델에 대한 평가를 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 본 낮병원 모델은 나이, 입원횟수, 유병기간. 기능수준에 있어 다양한 환자들에게 광범위한 치료를 제공할 수 있었다. 2)본 낮병원 모델은 치료효과라는 측면에서 볼 때 주로 음상증상을 호전시키고 주관적인 삶의 만족도를 높여주는데 기여하였다. 3) 상위기능집단과 하위기능집단으로 나누었을 때 상위기능집단에서는 집단정신치료, 싸이코드라마등 비구조적이고 자신의 내면을 깊이 있게 탐구를 할 수 있는 치료를 높이 평가하였으나 하위기능집단에서는 그렇지 않았다. 그러므로 두 집단으로 나누어 낮병원 치료를 진행하는 것이 더 효과적일 수 있다. 4) 치료요인의 결과를 살펴보면 상위기능집단과 하위기능집단 모두 치료가 진행됨에 따라 작용하는 치료요인에 차이가 있었으며. 상위기능집단은 말기에 대인관계학습을 더 중요시하였고. 하위기능집단은 말기에 사회화 기술의 발달을 더 중요시하였다 그러므로 상위기능집단은 낮병원 종결 후 장기외래환자 집단정신치료에. 하위기능집단은 사회복귀시설에 참여하는 것이 타당할 것으로 생각된다. 5) 본 낮병원 모델은 전체적으로 운영하기가 편하였고, 치료인력을 최대한 효율적으로 사용 할 수 있게 하였다. Objects : The purpose of this study was to present a day hospital model(hereinafter called as "this model" ) for integrated therapy, to evaluate the result of performing this model, and thus to develop day hospital model for helping psychotic patients effectively and promoting social re-adaptation. Methods : The authors performed this day hospital model from 1996, May to December. A total of 25 psychotic patients participated in this study. BPRS, Life Satisfaction Se1f-Rating Scale, Program Helpfulness Scale, 13 Therapeutic Factors Scale, and Most Important Event Questionnaire were used at the start of day hospital treatment and at the end. Results : The results were as fo11ows : 1) In this model, It was possible to offer the wide treatment to heterogeneous patients who varied in age, number of admission, duration of illness, and functional level. 2) In the aspect of therapeutic effect, this model contributed for improving negative symptoms and increasing subjective life satisfaction 3) When the patients were divided into the higher functional level group and the lower functional level group, the higher functional level group set a high value on group psycho-therapy and psychodrama that were unstructured and could make patients explore their inner side deeply. But the lower functional level group did not so. Therefore dividing into two groups by functional level may be more effective for day hospital treatment. 4) Therapeutic factors were different between the periods of der hospital treatment. And in the higher functional level group, 'interpersonal learning' was important at the last period, but in the lower functional level group, 'socializing technique' was important at the last period. So long-term group psychotherapy may be more suitable for the artier-care of the higher functional level group, and day care or other psychosocial rehabilitation programs may be more suitable for the after-care of the lower functional level group. 5) This model was easy to apply to Korean day hospital setting, and made staffs treat patients efficiently. Conclusion: This day hospital model would be used effectively and efficiently in Korean day hospital setting.
