Enterprise security management system: Enterprise Security Management (EMS) is centralized integrated management of other kind of security solutions such as intrusion cutoff system, intrusion detection system and virtual private network. With the system, it is possible to establish security policies for entire IT system through interlocking of solutions. A security system of company network is progressing as a ESM( Enterprise Security Management) in existing security solution foundation. The establishment of the security policy is occupying very important area in ESM of the security system. We tried to analyze existing ESM system for this and designed security solution structure for enhancing the inside security. We applied implementing directly IDS system and tested. This test set the focus about inside security.
Web Based Collaborative Application Form Agent System

This research employs the intelligent application form agent to help people to locate the information they would want from Internet quickly. Based on Internet GUI environment, this user-friendly online application form program uses the agent concept to provide the customized, individual information to the users who registered their application form answers, to the extent of increasing the interest and participation of users. The system helps along with the decision making process, by quickening the information gathering process.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A security system for a company network is progressing as a ESM (Enterprise Security Management) in an existing security solution foundation. The establishment of the security policy is occupying a very important area in ESM of the security system. We tried to analyze the existing ESM system for this and designed a security solution structure for enhancing the internal security. We applied implementing directly IDS system and tested it. This study examined the structure of security solutions in order to build an enterprise security management system. For this purpose, we analyzed existing enterprise security management systems and, based on the results, proposed a enterprise security management system with reinforced internal security and tested the system. For the test, we used a firewall through log analysis and designed an intra-network using virtual IP system.</P>
델파이 기법을 활용한 절충교역 기술가치평가 분석지표 개발

절충교역 제도는 무기체계 거래 시 구매국이 관련 선진기술 등을 무상으로 획득할 수 있는 수단으로써 전 세계 다수 국가에서 국방 전력증강을 위해 활용하고 있다. 절충교역 계약은 화폐가 아닌 ‘가치’를 기준으로 하며, 그 가치는 관련 법규에서 정한 수준 이상을 만족해야한다. 이에 따라 국외업체가 제안한 기술의 가치를 객관적이고 합리적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법론이 필수적으로 요구된다. 현재 절충교역 기술가치평가는 국방기술품질원, 국방과학연구소 등에서 각각의 평가기법을 활용하여 실시하고 있다. 그러나 가치평가를 위한 분석지표가 한정되어 있어 절충교역으로 획득가능한 다양한 기술의 모든 특성을 반영하기에는 한계성이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이에 착안하여 절충교역으로 획득되는 기술분야인 부품제작 기술, 창정비 기술, 군수장비 성능개량 기술, 연구개발 기술별로 특성을 반영한 각각의 분석지표를 개발하였으며, 이를 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 또한 요인분석을 통해 개발된 분석지표를 분류함으로써 향후 활용성이 용이하도록 하였다. 연구결과로 도출된 분석지표를 활용함으로써 각 획득기술별로 보다 정확한 평가를 할 수 있을 것이며 이를 통해 절충교역 협상 시 우리나라의 국외 협상력을 제고시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Many countries implement an offset program as a method of the acquisition of modern military technology for enhancement of the domestic military strength. Offset agreements are made based on the value, not a monetary unit. The value should be above minimum threshold fixed by the related regulation. Hence, technology valuation model which is objective and reasonable is required vitally. At present, some defense related organizations such as DTaQ, ADD valuate the proposed technology by using their own method. However, due to the lack of differentiation of valuation analysis indicators for various technologies, existing offset valuation models are inadequate to consider whole characteristics of such technologies. In this paper, we developed four sets of offset valuation analysis indicators considering the characteristics of each technology, parts production, depot maintenance, military equipment performance upgrade, and R&D related technology, by using the Delphi method. Also, we structurized those indicators in each technology by using the factor analysis. Through applying developed indicators, it is expected that technology valuation in the offset program would be more credible and accurate. Ultimately, it gives greater bargaining power to negotiators in the procedure of the offset negotiation.
Design of Web-Based Module and Process for Metal Resource Management

Existing improvement measures for resource management are merely concentrating on the document automation only. In addition, such improvements rarely benefit metal millwork management. Following the trend of constructing high rise and multi-complex buildings, the importance of resource management from the aspect of construction project management is being emphasized. Metal work resources are critical most of construction projects, it became a target for special management. Therefore, the study has determined work process of metal work resource management, for the metal millwork is one of the most important construction materials most of construction projects, and proposed a web based module for improving the management task.
