      • 자가 면역성 간염에서 자가항체의 발현 양상과 스테로이드 치료의 효과

        목적 : 최근 8년간 본원에서 경험한 자기면역성 간염의 혈액학적 특징과 스테로이드의 치료효과를 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법 : 1996년 이후부터 2002년까지 충남대학교 병원에서 1999년 International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group(LAHG)에서 제시한 수정 진단 기준안에 의거하여 총 진단점수가 probable 이상에 해당하는 환자들을 대상으로 임상적 특징, 검사실 및 조직 소견과 스테로이드와 azathioprine의 치료 효과를 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과 : 9예의 환자들은 여성이 78%, 40대가 많았고, 급성 발병이 33.3%, 피로감, 식욕부진 및 황달 등이 나타났으며, 항핵항체가 55.6%에서 그리고 항평활근 항체가 77.8%에서 양성이었고, 동반 질환은 류마치스 관절염이 2예, 특발성 혈소판 감소증 1예, Henoch-Sch nlein 자반증 및 그레브스병이 각각 1예 씩이었다. 7예에 대해서 스테로이드와 azathioprine으로 치료하여 생화학적 임상적 완해가 이루어져서 유효한 치료 결과를 얻었다. 결론 : 자가면역성 간염은 우리 나라에서 원인을 찾을 수 없는 만성 간질환의 경우, 특히 중년여성에서 다른 자가면역성 질환이 동반되었을 때 자가면역성 간염을 의심하여 자가항체 선별검사를 시행해 보아야 할 것으로 생각된다. 향후 다기관 연구를 통하여 좀 더 많은 증례를 모으고 전향적인 연구를 시행하여야 할 필요가 있다. Although autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) is common in western contries, some studties have been reported in Korea. The aim of the study was to analyze the clinical and histological features and expression pattern of the autoantibody and to examine clinical course of AIH in Korea. For 9 patients diagnosed as having AIH in our hospital since 1996, we reviewed medical records and analyzed clinical and laboratory findings retrospectively. They had a probable or definite AIH according to the revised criteria of International AIH group. The mean age was 42.7(21∼68)years and 7(77.8%) were female. Three of them(33.3%) showed acute hepatitis and five of them showed cirrhosis. Fatigue and anorexia were the most frequently complained symptoms(55.6%). Four patients(44.4%) were accompanied with other autoimmune diseases. Antinuclear antibody was detected in 5(55.6%) and anti-smooth muscle antibody was detected in 7(77.8%). Three patients showed focal picemeal necrosis and four showed periportal fibrosis. Among 7 patients who received immunosuppressive therapy, six patients(85.7%) showed initial response. and biochemical and serologic remission were achived in 5(71.4%) and 3(42.8%) patients, AIH seems to be partly responsible for chronic liver disease of unknown etiology in Korea. AIH should be suspected in female patients with unknown chronic liver disease of unknown etiolgy, especially accompanied with other autoimmune disease. The clinical characteristics of AIH may not be quite different from those of Western countries.

      • 태종대 등대 주변의 식생현황 및 식생복원 방안

        This study is to survey and analyze the vegetation status around a Lighthouse area in Taejongdae for suggesting a revegetation method. 8 field surveys were conducted from Sept. to Oct., 2005, then representative sites were classified for further analysis. The results of the study are as follows. 1. Total of 100 plant species consisting 43 woody plants and 57 herbaceous plants were identified from the field survey. 2. 4 woody plants and 17 herbaceous plants were found in site A. Dominant woody plant were Pinus thunbergii & Eurya japonica. Trachelospermum asiaticum, Hedera rhombea, Oplismenus undulatifolius were mainly covered as the ground cover plants. 3. 4 woody plants were found in B-1 site and dominant species were Boehmeria pannosa, Pittosporum tobira, Elaeagnus macrophylla, etc. 4. 14 herbaceous plants were found in B-2 site and dominant species were Lysimachia mauritiana, Crepidiastrum lanceolatum, Setaria viridis, etc. 5. B-3 site is concrete wall. Thus it's concluded that such herbaceous plants as Parthenocissus tricuspidata, Hedera rhombea are suggested for rapid revegetation. 6. B-3 site is a flower bed area covered by Rhododendron indicum, Liriope platyphylla. Thus, it's recommended that such native plants as Aster spathulifolius, Farfugium japonicum etc. need to be placed. 7. 5 woody plants and 22 herbaceous plants were found in 8-5 site and dominant species were Pinus thunbergii, Boehmeria pannosa, etc. 8. Seed-spray and SF, CODRA, PEC landscape engineering techniques are suitable for revegetation in 8-2 and 8-5 sites. 9. It's also concluded that native plants and their seed were most suitable for the recovery of the original vegetation of 8-2 and 8-5 sites were when considering the factors of natural succession, landscape ecology and surrounding landscape.

      • 忠南 錦山郡 西臺山 一帶의 나비目 昆蟲相

        충청남도 금산군 서대산 일대의 나비목 곤충상을 조사한 결과 22과 344종 1,936개체가 조사되었다. 이중 밤나방과가 102종 589개체, 자나방과가 67종 440개체로 이 2과가 전체의 50%이상을 차지하였다. 자나방과의 두줄가지나방은 1,936 개체중 85개체가 채집되어 4.4%의 가장 높은 우점도를 나타냈다. 월별 우점종은 4월 노랑무늬물결자나방, 5월 별박이세줄나비, 6월 목도리불나방, 7월 청백무늬밤나방, 8월 두줄가지나방, 9월은 털뿔가지나방이 조사되었다. 월별 종다양도는 4월 2.95, 5월 3.37, 6월 4.63, 7월 4.62, 8월 4.23, 9월은 2.97이었으며, 평균 종다양도는 3.80으로 서대산 일대의 나비목 곤충상은 비교적 양호한 편으로 조사되었다. This study was carried out to investigate Lepidopterous insect fauna from Mt. Seodae in Geumsan-gun, Chungnam. The samples were collected from April to September in 2001. Total 1,936 individuals belonging to 344 species, 22 families of Lepidoptera were collected. The sum of individuals belonging to Noctuidae and Geometridae exceed 50% of the collected samples in that Noctuidae was consisted of 102 species 589 individuals and Geometridae was 67 species 440 individuals. The dominant species in surveyed area was Rikiosatoa grisea of Geometridae, the dominant species by month were Idiotephria amelia in April, Neptis pryeri in May, Paraona staudinger in June, Ercheia niveostrigata in July, Rikiosatoa grisea in August and Alcis angulifera in September respectively. Species diversity indices by month were 2.93 in April, 3.37 in May, 4.63 in June, 4.62 in July, 4.23 in August and 2.97 in September respectively. Mean species diversity index was 3.80.

        다문화 체육교육에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 인식

        The purpose of this study were to inspect the realities and cognitions of elementary schoolteachers and to provide the desirable direction on the multi cultural education. so, to achieve this purpose, the 169 teachers serving at Dr-district of Daegu were polled to inspect the realities and cognitions of elementary schoolteachers. The results can be abstracted as follows. First, male teachers, according to sexes, had more multi cultural related education experiences and self-confidence in practicing multi cultural education by using various teaching methods than female teachers. Second, with educational career, teachers had more interests and correct knowledges in the multi cultural education. and in the accordance with teaching method, the experienced teachers thought that they could instruct children from multi cultural families with vanous teaching method and could raise children's self-confidences. Third, according to the teacher's schooling, as teachers possess higher attainments, they had higher cognitions and interests in the multi cultural education. and in the knowledge, teachers who possessed equal to or higher those of graduate school had more knowlwdge and teaching method on the multi cultural education. this study may have the limits to make clear the more profound realties and cognitions of teachers. so, it is needed to proceed more deep qualitative research and practical research about the teaching methods.

        외국납부세액공제제도에 관한 고찰

        납세의무자에게 귀속되는 과세물건에 관하여 둘 이상의 국가에서 유사한 종목의 조세가 부과되는 현상을 국제적 이중과세라고 한다. 국제적 이중과세를 조정하는 방법으로는 국내세법에서 일방적인 조정제도를 두는 방법과 관련 당사국 사이에 이중 과세방지조약을 체결하는 방법이 있다. 특히 국내세법에 의한 조정방법으로서 거주자 또는 내국법인이 원천지국에서 납부한 세액을 해당 거주자의 해당 사업연도 세액에서 공제하는 방법이 있는데 이를 외국납부세액공제제도라고 한다. 이 글에서는 현행 외국납부세액공제제도를 주로 해석론적 측면에서 고찰하고 그 제도적 개선방안을 검토하고 그에 대한 입법적 보완을 제안하였다. 특히 이 글에서는 외국납부세액 공제제도의 적용요건 및 효과의 해석과 관련하여 제기될 수 있는 쟁점으로 ① 외국법인세액의 의의와 범위 ② 납부하였거나 납부할 세액의 의미 ③ 간주외국납부세액의 정당성 ④ 간접외국납부세액의 적용범위 등을 검토하였다. The phenomenon in which taxes of similar category are imposed on multiple countries is called international double taxation. As a method of adjusting international double taxation, there is a method of putting a unilateral adjustment system under the domestic tax law and a method of concluding a double taxation prevention treaty between contracting countries. In particular, as a method of adjustment by the domestic tax law, there is a method of foreign tax credit which allows the reduction of foreign tax payment on the taxable income for the business year when the corresponding corporate profits accrued. In this article, I considered the current foreign tax credit system mainly from the perspective of interpretation and institutional improvement measures, proposing the propose legislative complement to that. Especially, in this article, the issues which could be raised on requirements and effects of the foreign tax credit, such as ① the meaning and scope of foreign income tax, ② payed or to be payed tax ③ justification of tax sparing credit, ④ scope of indirect foreign tax credit, were examined.

        STS316L 모재 및 용착부의 열처리에 따른 초음파 특성

        The degradation characteristics of the base metal and weld of STS316L were investigated by the experimental method of ultrasonic exposure with parameters such as ultrasonic velocity, attenuation factor and frequency. Through this research, degradation characteristics could be evaluated by the combinations of experimental ultrasonic parameters. According to the increase of grain sizes, standard deviation and ferrite contents, the ultrasonic velocities and frequencies were decreased, while the ultrasonic attenuation factors were increased. This results can be to predict the welded structures life time assesmant according to the aged degradation and damage without disjointing or stopping in-service.

        시간-주파수 해석법에 의한 CFRP의 파괴 거동

        신호처리법으로 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 푸리에 변환은 신호의 주파수 성분이 사간에 따라 어떻게 변화하는지를 표현하지 못한다. 따라서 최근 이와 같은 푸리에 변환의 단점을 보완하여, 신호의 시간과 주파수에 대한 정보를 동시에 표현할 수 있는 시간-주파수 해석법들이 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 음향방출을 이용하여 복합재료의 주요 발생원으로 알려져 있는 기지균열, 섬유분리, 섬유파괴 및 층간분리 등과 같은 파괴기구를 해석하였다. 각각의 파괴특성이 나타나도록 시험편을 제작하여 인장시험 시 검출된 음향방출신호의 시간-주파수 해석을 통해 전체 파괴기구의 특징을 분석하였다. Fourier transform has been one of the most common tools to study the frequency characteristics of signals. With the Fourier transform alone, however, it is difficult to tell whether signal's frequency contents evolve in time or not. Except for a few special cases, the frequency contents of most signals encountered in the real world change with time. Time-frequency analysis methods are developed recently to overcome the drawbacks of Fourier transform, which can represent the information of signals in time and frequency at the same time. In this study, damage process of cross-ply carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) under monotonic tensile loading was characterized by acoustic emission. Different kinds of CFRP specimens were used to determine the characteristics of AE signals. Time-frequency analysis methods were employed for the analysis of fracture mechanisms in CFRP such as matrix cracking, debonding, fiber fracture and delamination.

        STS316L 용접부의 피로거동 및 초음파시럼에 의한 열화특성 평가

        STS316L은 인성, 연성, 부식저항성 등 우수한 기계적 성질 때문에 에너지환경설비 등 구조물에 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 용접구조물은 가혹한 환경하에서 경년열화가 심각하다. 지금까지의 연구들은 주로 용접부의 피로균열진전거동에 관하여 수행되었고, 피로균열진전속도식의 재료상수와 비파괴적 평가의 상관성에 관한 연구는 거의 없었다. 본 연구는 STS316L 용접부의 피로균열진전 거동을 조사하고, 초음파 파라미터로 열화특성을 평가하고 시간-주파수 분석으로 해석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 용접구조물의 사용기간 중 피로수명 등을 예측하기 위한 기초 데이터로서 사용될 수 있다. STS316L had been used as the structural material for energy environmental facilities, because austenite stainless steels like 316L have superior mechanical properties of which toughness, ductility, corrosion resistant and etc. However, those welded structures are receiving severe damage due to increasing of the aged degradation. Most studies until now have been carried out against fatigue bahaviors of weldments, and were not well studied on nondestructive evaluation methods. In this study, the fatigue crack propagation behavior of STS316L weldment usually used for vessels of the nuclear power plant was investigated. Also, the degradation characterstics of 316L stainless steel weldments were evaluated by the ultrasonic parameter such as ultrasonic velocity, attenuation factor and time-frequency analysis. The results of this study can be used as a basic data for the prediction of the fatigue crack life of weldments structures without disjointing or stopping service of structures in service.

      • 몰운대유원지 땃쥐의 生態에 관한 硏究

        This study was conducted four ecological survey of Crocidura suaveolens Molundae Park in Busan City from September, 2003 to June, 2004 for the understanding of Crocidura suaveolens infuence to forest. The results are obtained as follows; 1. The species of a small mammal collected were Crocidura suaveolens of insectvore and not collected field mice. 2. The total collecting rate were 1.7% collected 8 individuals of Crocidura suaveolens from 476 traps. 3. The constitution of weight of Crocidura suaveolens was 4 - 8.9g 4. The sex ratio of Crocidura suaveolens was 37.5% : 62.5% 5. The average body, tail, hind foot and ear lengh was 62.25mm, 39.50mm, 11.38mm, 7.63mm in Crocidura suaveolens. 6. The breeding period of Crocidura suaveolens in Molundae Park presumes from about June. 7. The average litter size of Crocidura suaveolens was three head.

        오대산 월정사지역 전나무림의 생태학적 연구

        본 연구는 오대산 국립공원내 월정사지역에 분포하고 있는 전나무림의 식생구조를 분석하여 이 지역 전나무림의 관리에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 그 결과 전나무림의 층위구조는 교목층(2종류), 아교목층(20종류), 관목층(46종류) 그리고 초본층(87종류)으로 구성되어 있었다. 조사지역에 출현한 전체식물의 중요치는 전나무가 34.09%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 당단풍(23.07%), 청시닥나무(14.44%), 고광나무(10.72%), 오리방풀(8.49%), 복자기(7.80%), 고추나무(7.65%), 산거울(6.79%), 방아풀(5.76%), 고로쇠나무(5.47%), 개다래(5.41%)의 순으로 나타났다. 특히, 전나무의 치수가 전혀 없어 앞으로 아교목층과 관목층을 형성하고 있는 단풍나무류, 참나무류, 피나무류 등의 경쟁에 의하여 천이가 있을 것으로 사료된다. The vegetation structure of Abies holophylla forest was analyzed to provide the information for conservation of Abies holophylla at Wol-jong Temple in Mt. Odae national park, southern Korea. The layer structure of Abiesholophylla forest was consists of tree layer(2 species), subtree layer(20 species), shrub layer(46 species) and herb layer(87 species). The importance value of Abies holophylla was the highest one 34.09% , and those of Acer pseudo-siebodianum, Acer barbinerve, Philadelphus schrenckii, Isodon excisus, Acer triflorum, Staphylea bumalda, Carex humilis, Isodon japonicus, Acer monp and Actinidia polygama were 23.07%, 14.44%, 10.72%, 8.49%, 7.80%, 7.65%, 6.79%, 5.76%, 5.47% and 5.41%, respectivery. Especially, when predicting succession in Abies holophylla forest, such seedlings were not formed and succession was governed by competition of Acer species, Quercus species and Tilia species of subtree and shrub layer.
