This paper discusses a recent analysis of distributivity proposed by de Vries (2017), which assumes that quantificational distributivity (D-operator based distributivity) and lexical distributivity should exist together in the semantic system. Specifically, de Vries argues that the interpretive pattern of group noun constructions is explained by a lexical approach assuming that their interpretations can be captured using pseudo-equivalences, with a pragmatic factor implemented in the framework. This paper points out that there are group noun constructions in Korean whose interpretive pattern cannot be easily explained by such a lexical analysis, and suggests an alternative, structural analysis to derive the available interpretations. The proposed analysis assumes that distributivity of the group noun constructions is based on the presence of a D-operator at LF and its interactions with other arguments in the sentence, and shows that it has an advantage over a lexical analysis in that it can adequately capture the puzzling interpretations in a compositional manner.

Left Branch Extraction in Multiple Fragments and Its Implications for Island Violations in Korean

In this paper, we investigate the restricted distribution of fragments that undergo Left Branch Extraction (LBE). As observed by Park and Kim (2015a), in multiple fragments only the final fragment can be LBEed. We argue that the restricted distribution is observed because LBE induces a PF-effect on the intervening element between the LBEed fragment and the Left Branch Island. In multiple fragments, the non-final LBEed fragment always involves the configuration where the final fragment counts as a surviving intervenor after ellipsis takes place in PF. By contrast, appearing in the final position, the final fragment can be LBEed with the potential intervenors eliminated under ellipsis, giving rise to a repair effect. The analysis partially supports Fox and Lasnik (2003), but not Merchant (2008) or Chomsky (1972), in the sense that certain illegitimate movement has a PF effect on the intervening element. Examining interactions between LBE and relative clause island, we also provide an account for a certain asymmetry regarding the island-(in)sensitivity. This paper presents a new algorithm for two level optimal control to non-linear systems. The proposed method is simple because the solutions are obtained by only exchaging informations of coefficient vector based on interaction prediction principle and Walsh Transformation in upper and lower level. Since we solve two point boundary problem with backward integral operational matrix of Walsh Function to obtain the optimal vector of each independent subsystem, we can reduce more operational burden than conventional numerical method. In simulation, the proposed algorithm's usefulness is proved by comparison with global optimal control methods.

우리나라 공영 아파트단지의 배치기법 및 외부환경 계획의 변천과정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 공영부문에서 건설된 아파트단지의 배치기법 및 외부환경 계획에 있어서의 변천과정을 밝히는데 커다란 목적이 있다. 이러한 변천과정을 밝히기 위해서 먼저 우리나라의 아파트단지에 관련된 정책 및 제반 법규의 변천과정을 살펴보았으며 1970년대 이후 건설된 우리나라 아파트단지의 위치, 규모와 밀도지표, 외부공간의 구성체계, 시설물들의 배치기법등의 변천과정을 파악하였고 이러한 일련으 과정을 통하여 도출된 결과를 분석하여 우리나라 아파트단지의 변화요인을 찾아보았다. 분석과정에서 파악할 수 있었던 아파트단지의 변화 요인으로는 택지의 부족, 주택공급 확대와 개발이익을 위한 밀도지표 완화, 인동간격 축소등의 제도적인 요인이 있었지만 기존의 밀도지표와 관련 법규들은 종합적인 관점에서 주거환경을 유지하기 위한 기준으로서는 그 기능을 상실하였다고 보여지며 따라서 아파트단지는 시기별로 변화과정을 거치면서 좀더 쾌적한 주거환경의 질을 확보하기 위한 방법으로 외부공간 구성방법을 통해 다양성을 제공하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of the Korean public Apartment Project policy especially in the field of lay-out and site planning of apartment complex. Before looking at the change, the study has been made of the chronological change in the policy and its related laws and regulation in Korea since the 1970s. The chronological study is about the change in the location of apartment, its area, its density, and the construction of its open space. As a result, the analysis of this researching process of them has shown us the following important factors in the change of the Korean public Apartment Project policy. We know, Deficiency of Apartment Project space, expansion of Apartment Project supply, and relax in index of density and building distance for development profit have continued till now. As a result, the rate of occupying open space has decreased rapidly, only to prevent Apartment Project environment from being clean and comfortable. As it were, the present laws and regulations including index of density seemed to fail as standard criteria to keep Apartment Project environment clean and comfortable. Consequently the present laws and regulations seem to need changing in order to comprehend and control the Apartment Project environment effectively.

In short, the spirit of consensus that had developed in UNCITRAL was maintained to the end of the diplomatic conference. This was resulted from the refining processes of int'l collaboration. The most powerful forces towards eliminating awesome relics of the dead past also were intrinsic to the process of int'l collaboration. 5) CISG leaves much to be desired in flexibility and development 6) CISG is the one and only uniform law on contracts for int'l sale of goods. Therefore, we must keep in mind two principles that will seem banal: legislation calls for on approach to interpretation that is consistent with its character and purpose, and CISG has a very special function to replace diverse domestic rules with uniform int'l law. So it is very important to interpretate CISG according to Article 7.

The purposes of this study are analyzing characteristics of exterior design of foreign apartment buildings, and searching the new directions of exterior design planning of domestic apartment, so it can plan the qualitative improvement of housing environments. This study will proceed to examine the following phase. As a preliminary study it try to analyze the formal characteristics of foreign apartment through fieldwork and data research, and we try to grasp the general ideas and methods of the exterior-view planning through analyzing various exterior-design samples in the well designed housings. And it try to searching the variation methods of the exterior design through suggesting the various exterior design samples of housing buildings.
