초기배자로부터 분할란의 성(性) 감별과 분할배의 발생 성공은 성의 식별과 더불어 유전적으로 우수한 개체의 생산이 가능함을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새앙쥐(mouse) 및 소의 초기배자 상태의 수정란을 이용한 염색체 분석 기술을 개발하고, 각 수정란의 성의 판별과 이들의 유전적 특성을 구명하고자 하였다. 초기 배자를 이용한 염색체 분리의 최적 조건을 결정하기 위하여 colcemid의 농도, colcemid의 처리시간 및 공시된 배자의 발생단계별 분석을 새앙쥐의 배자로서 수행하였다. 분석 결과 염색체 분리에 있어 colcemid의 처리 시간이 유의적인 차이를 보인 반면 다른 요인들 간에는 별다른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 소의 체외수정란을 이용한 염색체 분석에서는 공시된 수정란의 93%이상에서 증기상의 유도가 가능하였고, 이들 중 65%에서 성의 식별이 가능하였다. 또한 수정란의 분석된 성비는 1:1로서 자연적 성비와 일치하였다. 염색체 분석에 의한 배자의 조기성 감별은 처리 과정상의 기술적 요인들에 의해 매우 큰 영향을 받는데 특히 hypotonic의 처리방법 및 fixation의 방법을 적절히 처리하므로서 효율적이고 높은 성공률을 기대할 수 있다. Chromosome analysis from biopsied or splitted embryos which were fertilized in uitro or in vivo implicates a possibility of production of the genetical superior animals and sex controlled individuals. Therefore, this study was carried out to develop the technical method for chromosome preparation from early bovine and mouse embryos and to identify their sex and genetic characteristics. To determine optimum condition of chromosome preparation, the several factors which include the concentration of colcemid, the duration of culture and embryonic stage were analyzed from mouse embryos. According to analysis, the duration of culture had significantly influence on chromosome preparation. The other factors were not significantly difference among the treatments. In the results of chromosome preparation from intact bovine embryos, the rate of embryos with one or more metaphase plates was 93%, and of embryos with sex analyzable metaphase chromosomes are 65%. Sex ratio of male and female was approximatly 1:1 same as natural sex ratio. The inducing rate of analyzable metaphase was mainly due to technical aspects, expecially hypotonic treatment and fixation.

The production of waste concrete is increased continuously by urban renewal and reconstruction, and the positive use of recycled concrete aggregates is needed. In this study, it is examined mechanical properties of recycled aggregates concrete used recycled fine and coarse aggregates for the technology development of the highly use of recycled aggregates. In the experiment. Recycled coarse aggregates is substitute for the rate of 0, 30, 60%, and recycled fine aggregates is substitute for natural aggregates the rate of 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% each. The result of the experiment is followed. 1. The slump and variation of slump as the time, is decreased irregularly according to the substitutive ratio of recycled aggregates, and the air content is increased. 2. The compressive and tensile strength is decreased according to the substitute ratio of recycled aggregates, but in the recycled aggregates 25%, the increase of strength is shown about 5% compared with normal concrete.

연구목적: 전자거래 발전에 따른 공급사슬의 규모 및 복잡성의 확대로 인해, 공급사슬 구조의 체계적 분석 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문은 사회연결망분석(SNA)방법이 공급사슬 네트워크 이해에 어떻게 활용되는지에 대해 탐색한다. 네트워크 관점에서의 위상적 수치와 공급망에서 관찰되는 현상을 대응시켜 보고, 나아가 실제 공급망의 어떤 특성이 수치에 반영되는지 살펴본다. 또한 SNA적 측정 항목을 실제 공급망 관리에 효과적인 지표로 사용할 수 있는 방법에 대해 논의한다. 논문구성/논리: 802개의 노드와 1255개의 링크로 구성된 경남지역 산업생태계 네트워 크를 분석 대상으로 삼는다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어인 Gephi 0.9.2를 이용, 네트워크 시 각화와 노드레벨의 위상적 수치분석을 통해 실제 공급망 맥락에서 네트워크를 분석한다. 결과: 근접중심성은 네트워크 구조에 따라 수치를 해석하는데 있어 추가적인 정보가 필요하다. 물류흐름의 상류에 위치한 독립적인 소규모 하위그룹에 속한 노드가 그룹 밖의 연결중심성이 높은 노드와 연결되어 있는 경우 매개중심성이 높은 경향이 있다. 현실의 공급망 맥락에서 중심성 수치를 예측력 있는 지표로 활용하기 위해서는 보완이 필요하다. 독창성/가치: 실제 네트워크 데이터를 활용한 연구가 많지 않음을 고려했을 때, 현실 의 공급망을 분석한 연구라는 점에 의의가 있다. 중심성의 지표적 성격을 실제 공급망 관리에 보다 잘 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대한 제안 및 논의를 전개하였다. Purpose: Today, supply chains are becoming bigger, more complex, and are termed as supply chain networks. This paper explores how social network analysis (SNA) methods can be applied to understand supply chain networks. We match the network perspective topological measures with supply network characteristics. Moreover, the study aims to identify the factors or real-life supply networks reflected in the metrics and how well they can role as indicators leading to effective management. Composition/Logic: The network we investigated is composed of 802 nodes and 1255 links based on survey responses from firms in the Gyeongsangnamdo region. Using open source software Gephi 0.9.2, we visualize the network and measure node-level metrics to analyze the supply network context. Findings: The results show that closeness centrality requires additional data on network structure to utilize the measures and nodes that satisfy certain conditions tend to have high betweenness centrality. Based on the observations of the network, we suggested some potential and possible use of the centrality concepts for understanding the supply chain network. Originality/Value: This study contributes by investigating a real supply network using the SNA approach. Throughout the research, we propose discussion points to approach a better managerial implication of the centralities for future research.

Purpose: This single institutional study is aimed to observe the outcome of patients who received postoperative radiotherapy after radical prostatectomy. Materials and Methods: A total of 59 men with histologically identified prostate adenocarcinoma who had received postoperative radiation after radical prostatectomy from August 2005 to July 2011 in Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital of the Catholic University of Korea, was included. They received 45–50 Gy to the pelvis and boost on the prostate bed was given up to total dose of 63–72 Gy (median, 64.8 Gy) in conventional fractionation. The proportion of patients given hormonal therapy and the pattern in which it was given were analyzed. Primary endpoint was biochemical relapse-free survival (bRFS) after radiotherapy completion. Secondary endpoint was overall survival (OS). Biochemical relapse was defined as a prostate-specific antigen level above 0.2 ng/mL. Results: After median follow-up of 53 months (range, 0 to 104 months), the 5-year bRFS of all patients was estimated 80.4%. The 5-year OS was estimated 96.6%. Patients who were given androgen deprivation therapy had a 5-year bRFS of 95.1% while the ones who were not given any had that of 40.0% (p < 0.01). However, the statistical significance in survival difference did not persist in multivariate analysis. The 3-year actuarial grade 3 chronic toxicity was 1.7% and no grade 3 acute toxicity was observed. Conclusion: The biochemical and toxicity outcome of post-radical prostatectomy radiotherapy in our institution is favorable and comparable to those of other studies.
