        사계 김장생의 철학사상

        사계 김장생의 철학은 그의 예학의 이론적인 기초에 해당 된다. 먼저 본체론에 있어서 핵심은 이기의 문제이다. 이기의 문제는 율곡의 이론을 거의 수용하고 있기에 율곡의 주장과 거의 같다고 볼 수 있다. 사계는 ‘이기불상리’ ‘이기불상잡’의 기본적인 것을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 리는 무형무위한 것이지만 현실과 별개로 존재하는 것은 아니다. 다만 감각적으로 파악되는 것이 아니니 감각적 인식의 대상이 아닐 뿐이다. 이기불상리의 사고에 따라 리는 기와 분리되어 존재하는 것이 아님을 알 수 있다. 기는 감각적인 인식의 대상이라 유형 유위하지만 그렇지만 리기불상잡의 원칙에 따라 리와 함께 존재하는 것은 아니나 이기불상리의 사고로 따로 존재하는 것은 아니다. 기는 리와 분리하여 존재할 수 있는 것도 아니지만 그렇다고 리와 함께 있는 것도 아니다. 모든 존재하는 사물들은 반드시 이와 기의 결합에 의하여 존재한다. 또한 사물의 존재를 설명하기 위하여 율곡의 이통기국설을 그대로 수용하여 그의 이와 기의 관계를 설명한다. 사계는 리를 체용으로 나누어 그의 독특한 이론을 내세우고 있음을 알 수 있다. 리는 소이연과 소당연의 측면에서 고찰하고 있다. 모든 사물의 존재를 가능하게 하는 원리는 리의 소이연이고 인간의 윤리적인 행위의 이론적인 근거는 리의 소당연에 의하여 가능한 것으로 본다. 심성정의의 문제에 있어서는 그것이 모두 하나로 같은 선상에 있는 것으로 파악한다. 성과 정을 심의 체와 용으로 규정하여 심성정의 관계를 설명한다. 또한 성은 심의 미발로 정의를 심의 기발로 규정하여 심성정의의 문제를 모두 같은 선상에서 연계하여 설명한다. 사단은 심성정의의 문제와 관련하여 불가분의 관계에 놓여있다. 사단은 칠정과 함께 이기의 문제와 연계되어 있는 것인데 사계는 퇴계의 이기호발설을 비판한다. 퇴계가 사단은 이발이기수지요 칠정은 기발이 이승지라고 주장하는 것에 반대하여 사단이 이발하는 것은 있을 수 없는 것이라고 반박한다. 그것은 리가 무위이기 때문에 이발은 안 된다는 것이다. 그러면서도 칠정 가운데 순수하게 선한 면으로 사단을 인정하였으며 그것의 절대성은 인정하였다. 바로 그가 리의 소당연으로서의 윤리적인 행위의 가능성을 인정한 것이 사단의 절대성을 용인하는 것과 무관하지 않다고 보아야 한다. 도심도 사단의 규정과 마찬가지로 절대성을 인정하고 인간의 절대적인 윤리적인 행위를 가능하게 하는 근거를 마련하고 있는 것이 그의 철학의 특성이다. 율곡이 주장하는 인심도심종시설을 강하게 부정하고 비판하는 것은 그의 철학사상에서 불가피한 것으로 봐야 한다. 이와 같은 이론의 근거를 보장하기 위한 방편으로 제공하고 있는 것이 그의 인식론이다. 바로 퇴계의 리자도설과 정경세의 청객이객래설을 비판하면서 그의 윤리설의 이론적 근거를 내세우고 있다. philosophical ideology of sagae KimChangSang is theoretical base in his Yehack. First, theory of essence of the point is Li and Ki. Li and Ki are same opinion of the Yulkok that is accept almost Yulkok’s theory. Sagae is based on basic of ‘LiKibulsangLi’, ‘LiKibulsangjob’. Li is noshape and noplay. But they are not far away. Only that is not identified sensibliy that is not object of sensible cognition. Acording to ‘LiKibulsangLi’s thinking, Li and Ki is not is seperated. Ki is object of sensible cognition. That has shape and play what hasthinking of LiKibulsangjob. But Li and Ki is not is seperated what has thinking of LiKibulsangLi. Ki and Li are not seperated. They are not together. Everything of being is union Li and Ki. Also according to LiTongKiKukSul, That is explained relationship of the Li and Ki. Sagae claim his unique theory that Li is devided CheYong. Li is considered Soyiyeon and Sodangyeon. Li’s Soyiyeon is principle everything. Li’s Sodangyeon is based on human ethical action in theoretical. The problem of Simsungjungyi is same place. Sung and Jung are prescribed Che and Yong of Sim. Also Sung is prescribed unhappening Sim. And Jungtyi is prescribed happening Sim. They are associated. Sadan is an undetachable connection on Simsungjungyi. Sadan is connected problem of LiKi with Chilljung. Sagae criticize Thekae’s Likihobalsul. Thekae claim Sadan is liballikisuzi and Chilljung is kiballilisengji. Sagae is oppose Thekae’s opinion. Li is noplay that libal is nothing. And he accepted Sadan of pure kind thing and absoluteness. He is accept posibility of Li’s Sodangyeong. He is associated Sadan of absoluteness. Dosim accept Sadan of absoluteness that can ethical act. That is feature. Criticism of Insimdosimjongsisul that Yulkuk’s opinion strong is inevitable. His thinking guarantee this way of theory. That criticize Thekye’s Lijadosul and Jungkyeongse’s cheonggakligaklasul.

        노령(蘆嶺)의 역사와 갈재 옛길의 문화사

        1. 서론 2. 노령의 역사와 지명의 유래 3. 지역적 위상과 장소적 이미지 4. 자연의 경관과 명승적 가치 5. 결론 Noryeong(蘆嶺) is the mountain pass located between Jeongeup, Jeollabuk-do and Jangseong, Jeollanam-do. It was called as Noryeong in Chinese and Galjae in Korean. Examples of the use of Wiryeong(葦嶺), Galryeong(葛嶺) or Jeokryeong(荻嶺) as another name of Noryeong are confirmed, and these are the names that take the meaning of “reed”, which is “Gal” of Galjae. In the late Joseon Dynasty, a folktale related to a woman named “No(reed)” became popular and its origins were established. Although Noryeong was said to be a representative mountain pass in Jeolla-do, there has been no study focused on the history and humanistic values of Noryeong. This paper highlighted the cultural history through the records of Noryeong and poetry of literati who have crossed this place. The name of Noryeong first appears in the records of Hyeonjong(顯宗) from the Goryeo Dynasty. Since then, Noryeong has been used as a pass that goes back and forth between the south and the north of Jeolla-do, and has been regarded as a symbol that distinguishes Jeolla-do. The image of Noryeong at that time can be seen from the poetry of literati of the Joseon Dynasty who have crossed this place. Those who crossed Noryeong were overwhelmed by its height and ruggedness, and perceived it as a boundary that separates the south and the north through its scenery. However, the beautiful scenery attracted the hearts of literati, and upon this opportunity, lots of poetry were created through the various cultural spaces scattered. From the age-old records, it is possible to confirm continuous history and important humanistic values of Noryeong.

        Fe-substituted silica via lattice dissolution–reprecipitation replacement for tungsten chemical mechanical planarization

        Chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) is indispensable for processing of integrated circuit semiconductordevices to attain globally planarized surfaces. One of the critical consumables in the CMP processis a slurry containing abrasives like colloidal silica (SiO2). However, there is a limit to the use of CMP slurriescontaining SiO2 under acidic conditions due to deterioration of colloidal stability, resulting in defectson the planarized surfaces. Herein, we developed an Fe-substituted SiO2 consisting of single-atom Fe(III),enabling improved colloidal stability over universal pH regions for low-defect tungsten CMP applications. The facile and unique single-atom modification process is proposed by controlling the lattice dissolution–reprecipitation replacement of Fe3+ and Si4+ ions. The physicochemical states of Fe atoms in the surficiallattice of Fe-substituted SiO2 were confirmed through Raman spectroscopy, electron microscopy, x-rayabsorption spectroscopy, and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. Consequently, enhanced performancein W CMP was achieved using Fe-substituted SiO2. Regarding defect performance, defects werereduced from 11 scratches to 0 and 94 other defects to only 7. Additionally, the removal rate increasedfrom 67 to 122 Å/min, and the surface topography improved from 6.6 to 2.9 nm.

        Experimental study of ultrasound-triggered vaporization of microdroplets on a wall

        Ultrasound-triggered vaporization of dodecafluoropentane (DDFP) droplets has great potential for local drug delivery, especially when in contact with target tissues or areas to be treated. The dynamic motion of phase-changing (PC) droplets on a wall was experimentally investigated using high speed imaging and compared to non-phase-changing (NPC) bubble motion. Micro-sized PC droplets and NPC bubbles were exposed to ultrasound pulses of 0.6-3 MPa at 5 MHz as conditions that satisfy the FDA recommended mechanical index. The volume expansion due to phase change was found to promote the detachment of PC droplets from the wall. The effects of droplet or bubble size and ultrasound amplitude on the dynamic motion of PC droplets and NPC bubbles were quantified.

        Analysis of Interference between UWB and ITS

        In this paper, we have analyzed the effect of interference between ultra-wideband(UWB) and intelligent transport systems(ITS). The maximum possible UWB emission power and minimum possible distance between UWB devices and ITS are found. In order to analyze the interference, we employ the Monte-Carlo(MC) method. We consider six situations, which are indoor office line-of-sight(LOS), indoor office non-line-of-sight(NLOS), indoor residential LOS, indoor residential NLOS, outdoor rural LOS, and outdoor rural NLOS environments. From the simulation results, it is confirmed that coexistence between UWB and ITS devices can be realized in accordance with the emission mask of 19.3 ㏈ for indoor application or 19.3 ㏈ for an image system. And in the outdoors, coexistence between UWB and ITS devices can be realized if the emission mask is at least 1.6 ㏈ for vehicles' radar systems.

        Expression of growth factor receptor family before and after targeted therapy in human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 positive breast cancer tissues

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER) family and insulin-like growth factor- 1 receptor (IGF-1R) before and after targeted therapy in HER-2 positive breast cancers. Methods: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), HER-3, HER-4, and IGF-1R were immunohistochemically determined using pairwise archives tumor blocks of 28 patients received chemotherapy and HER-2 directed therapy between January 2007 and December 2011. Of them, 5 good responders achieved a pathologic complete response after neoadjuvant therapy and 23 poor responders experienced disease progression or metastasis even HER-2 targeted therapy. Expression of biomarkers was compared using chi-square test. Results: Stage II, III, and IV was 14 (50.0%), 11 (39.3%), and 3 (10.7%) patients, respectively. Hormone receptors-positive tumors were 15 (53.6%) patients and 9 (32.1%) patients received tyrosine kinase inhibitors with or without trastuzumab. Positive expression of initial EGFR, HER-3, HER-4, and IGF-1R was determined in 15 (53.6%), 11 (39.3%), 22 (78.6%), and 14 (50.0%) patients, respectively. Although there was no statistical significance, good responders showed a higher proportion of positive HER-3 expression. Among 23 poor responders, growth factor receptors family expression showed a trend of concordant results, however, unpredictively certain patients demonstrated discordant results between before and after targeted therapy. Conclusion: Unpredicted correlation of growth factor receptors family expression suggested that complex and personalized resistance mechanisms may be involved to HER-2 directed therapy. However, HER-3 expression might be associated with responsiveness to HER-2 targeted therapy. It would be important to develop diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for overcoming resistance to HER-2 targeted therapy.
