        Electrical, Thermal, and Thermoelectric Transport Properties of Se-doped Polycrystalline Re2Te5

        Re2Te5 is considered a potential thermoelectric material because of its intrinsically low thermalconductivity, due to its complex crystal structure. Herein, a series of Se-doped Re2Te5 (Re2Te5-xSex, x = 0, 0.2,1, and 2) samples were synthesized, and their electrical and thermal transport properties were investigated. Pure orthorhombic Re2Te5 phases were successfully synthesized without any impurities for all compositions,and the continuous decrease in the calculated lattice parameters confirmed the substitution of Se atoms atthe Te sites. A maximum power factor of 0.135 mW/mK2was achieved for the sample with x = 0.2 at 880 K,mainly due to the increase in carrier concentration and electrical conductivity. The lattice thermalconductivity significantly decreased for all doped samples, which was attributed to the point defect phononscattering caused by Se doping. The thermoelectric figure of merit, zT reached a maximum value of 0.20 at880 K for Re2Te4.8Se0.2 (x = 0.2) sample, which was approximately 22% higher than that of the pristine Re2Te5sample. The weighted mobility, quality factor, and expected zT were calculated to evaluate the optimizationof the power factor and zT.

        영어 복합명사의 의미분석

        Yun, Se-Woong. 1996. The Semantic Analysis of English Compound Nouns. Linguistics 4, 169-192. A compound word can be defined as a combination of two or more units, though scholars' definitions are a little different. This paper uses the definition of compound nouns as units with noun function comprised of two or more nouns in order. In this paper, it is shown that what the differences between compound nouns and noun phrases are, and what the characteristics of compound nouns are. I try to introduce some linguists' theories about compound nouns, to find the problems in their theories, and to solve the problems using the conceptual structures of compound nouns based on Sows's conceptual structure theory. The basis of nouns are concepts. Therefore the basis of compound nouns are the combinations of concepts. The meaning of compound nouns depends on their conceptual relation types based on their conceptual structures. (Kwangju Women's University)

        Weight reduction of the vehicle is strongly enforced globally due to the regulation of the fuel efficiency and emission. In this review, the R&D tends are briefly explained for the application of the high strength steel to vehicle structure for the weight reduction among many techniques. The weight portion of the body in white in the foreign exhibition shows that high strength steels are widely used with the newly developed stamping techniques. This review also illustrate stamping techniques such as hot press forming, roll forming, roll forming, servo-press and drawing process with 1Gpa-steel, which are widely appled to the manufacturing process of high strength auto-parts.

      • 치과 기공사들에게서 나타나는 호흡기 증상과 이의 관련 요인

        This study was carried out to investigate subjective respiratory symptoms and their attributable factors in Korean dental laboratory technicians. A questionnaire was mailed to randomly selected 1,900 dental laboratory technicians. Among them, 1,344 dental technicians completed the questionnaires and returmned them. Validity and reliability tests on the questionnaires were carried out before the main survey. To investigate risk factors on respiratory subjective symptoms, we performed analysis on distribution of characteristics, and then investigated univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis. The prevalence rate of wheezing, cough and phlegm, and dyspnea was 4.8%, 33.9%, 54.9%, respectively. Statistically significant factors inducing subjective respiratory symptoms by multiple logistic regression analysis were sex, smoking, exercise, health examination, work hours a day, investment gas, investment dust, metal fume, resin vapor, and asbestos dust. Considering the results above, it seems that most subjective respiratory symptoms are related with health habits and occupational environmental-related factors. The result, consideration in mind, suggest that health promotion programs for smoking cessation, regular health examination, and physical exercise in health habit, and improvement on casting and resin work in dental technological environment be necessary.

        Lidocaine으로 Retrobulbar block時 發生한 過敏反應 1例

        This report shows a fatal hyperergy occurring during retrobulbar block using lidocaine on a 42 years old male patient. When we injected 60㎎ of lidocaine into the retrobulbar space, following signs were noticed in one minute: hypertension, convulsion, dyspnea and loss of consciousness. In addition to the above symptoms, cardiac arrest developed in 2∼3 minutes and did not respond to any resuscitative effort. It is considered that 60㎎ of lidocaine for retrobulbar block can induce hyperergy and cardiac arrest. The clinical picture and treatment of such reaction is discussed with particular attention to the importance of close observation of all anesthetic patients whether under general or local anesthesia.

      • 구륜 이동 로봇의 위치추정을 위한 퍼지-유전자 제어기

        지능제어 기법중 하나인 퍼지-유전자 알고리즘은 매개변수 불확실성을 갖는 시스템을 제어하기 위한 새로운 제어 기법으로 사용되어지고 있다. 유전자 알고리즘에서, 돌연변이율은 국부적 최소화에 수렴하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 크게 설정하여야만 하지만, 전역 수렴 속도가 감소하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 퍼지 논리와 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하여 제어기를 설계한다. 본 논문에서는 구륜이동 로봇의 목적궤적을 추적할 수 있는 제어기 설계를 제안한다. 제안된 제어기의 유용성은 모의실험을 통하여 보인다. Genetic algorithms, one of intelligent control methods, is used as new control approach to control the system including the parameter uncertainties In the genetic algorithm, the mutation rate must be set to high to prevent the convergence to local minimum, but it has the problem that the global convergence speed is decreased To enhance this problem, we design the controller by using the fuzzy logic and the genetic algorithm In this paper, we propose the controller design to track to the desired trajectory of the wheeled-mobile robot The validity of the proposed controller is showed through the simulation.

        통합상황에서의 효율적인 교육과정 재구성 방안

        특수교육적 요구학생이 통합된 학급에서의 효율적인 교육과정 재구성 방안을 모색하기 위하여 통합교육과 교육과정 관련 국내․외 문헌을 참고하여 통합학급에서의 교육과정의 관점을 조망한 다음, 교육과정의 편성과 운영의 맥락에서 효율적인 재구성 방안을 모색한 결과는 대체로 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합학급에서의 교육과정 재구성을 위한 관점은 학생에게 학습의 과정을 가르치는 교육과정으로 인식하고, 개별학생의 다양한 특성을 고려하기 위해서는 미리 짜여진 교육과정을 적용하는 것이 아니라 학생의 현재의 삶에서 일어나고 있는 것이 무엇인지, 그들을 둘러 사고 있는 세계와 관련하여 교육과정이 구성되고 실천되어야 한다. 둘째, 통합학급에서의 교육과정 재구성 방안으로는 무엇보다도 융통성 있는 학습목표를 설정하고, 전체 학습집단, 개별학생, 교사, 학습자료 간에 복합적이고 역동적인 관련성을 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 교육과정을 교실에서 적용하기 위해서는 학생, 교사, 가르칠 내용을 둘러 사고 있는 관련 인사들과의 의사결정이 이루어져야 효율적인 교육과정이 구안될 수 있다. 넷째, 집단수업 환경에서 개인의 교육적 요구보장하기 위한 방안으로는 이질과제 동일목표 운영 방안, 이질과제 다중목표 운영 방안, 동일과제 다중목표 운영방안을 고려 할 수 있으며, IEP를 통한 개인차 보장 방안 등을 면밀히 고려되어져야 한다. The study is to grope an efficient Curriculum reconfiguration Device of the classes in which students with special education needs was integrated. As the method of this study, the researcher reviewed the domestic and outside literatures related inclusion and curriculum and then, taken a view of the curriculum regarding integrated class. The conclusion of this study are as follows; First, We have a thought that the viewpoints for an curriculum reformation at inclusive classes should recognized it as the curriculum to be a learning process to students with special education needs. and We are must not apply the standard curriculum to students with special education needs, but should apply to students with special education needs to be re-formated according to what happen now to students with special education needs, and world surrounding them. Second, To make an efficient curriculum reformation plan, we should set a goal of flexible curriculum, and should consider the complex?dynamic relations among diagnosis of total learning, individual student, teacher, materials. Third, To apply the curriculum to classroom, an efficient curriculum formation will make it when make decision among students with special education needs, teaching, and personnels surrounding the content to be. Third, how to secure the educational needs of individual, we should consider curriculum to be differential task and identical objective, differential task multi-objective, identical task multi-objective, and should consider IEP to be investigate in order to secure individual difference.

      • 분산 파일 시스템 시뮬레이터의 설계 및 구현

        I/O subsystems are becoming a serious bottleneck of system performance. Recently, we have seen a concentration of research dedicated to alleviating this problem. Research in such areas as caching , prefetching, parallel file systems, and RAID are some examples. However, these studies have mostly concentrated on single stand-alone systems. The expansion of these ideas to distributed systems have been limited. This paper describes the simulation framework needed to extend the studies on these areas. Details of the design and implementation of a simulator for file systems in a distributed environment are described.

        특수학교 기본교육과정에 의한 교과용 도서의 구조·체제·내용구성상의 특징

        개정된 특수학교 교육과정의 본질적이면서도 가장 중요한 핵심은 학생중심의 교육과정으로서 학교(급)와 학년에 따라서 정해진 표준 교육과정에 학생들을 적용시키는 체제가 아니라 개인 학생의 독특한 교육적 요구에 따라 교육내용을 재구성하여 제공하는 서비스 중심의 교육과정이다. 이에 본 연구는 기본교육과정에 의해 개발ㆍ공급ㆍ활용되고 있는 교과용 도서가 개별화 교육을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 교육과정의 내용이 현장 학교와 교실에 투입될 수 있는 학습 자료로 개발되었는지를 분석한 결과 첫째, 교과용 도서의 구조면에서는 개별학생의 능력 수준에 따라 일반교육의 국민공통기본교육과정의 내용수준을 보완할 수 있는 체제를 갖추고 있다. 둘째, 기본교육과정에 의한 교과용도서는 체제는 7개 교과의 과제와 활동을 각각 상호 연계시켜 통합교육이 가능한 구조를 갖추고 있다. 셋째, 기본교육과정에 의한 교과용도서의 내용구성은 정신연령 6세미만의 장애학생에게 적합한 실생활장면을 중심으로 활동중심의 과제와 활동으로 선정ㆍ구성되어 있다. 기본교육과정에 의한 7개 교과의 지도서 7CD와 교과서 21책의 내용은 학습과제나 학습활동을 생활 장면중심으로 연계되어 있어 이를 특정학교(급)이나 개인학생에게 적합하게 재구성하여 사용할 수 있는 구조와 체제, 내용으로 구성되어있다. The most primary and main characteristic of Revised Special School Curriculum has been developed for students with various types of disabilities. This means a service-based curriculum based on individual student's particular educational need, instead of applying the standard curriculum of traditional schools, classes, and grades. This article analyzed whether textbook developed during of Basic Special School Curriculum are still being produced as an IEP data. The results are as Follows. First, the system of textbook is appropriate for planning and management an IEP. Second, the structure of textbook is helpful to students whose mental age is comparable to that of six years old when creatively solving the problems of daily life. Third, the content of textbook is constructed especially for mentally and emotionally disable students whose mental age is equivalent to those under six years old. In conclusion, the task and activities of which the textbook consist are well related to the incidents of daily life, the system, structure and content of 7 CDs, 7teachers guides, and 21 textbooks teach each student according to their individual needs about the opportunities and challenges that students with mental disability will encounter on creatively solving the problems of daily life.
