<P>Significant enhancement of solution-processed CuInxGa1-x(Se,S)(2) (CIGSSe) thin-film solar cell performance was achieved by inducing a band gap gradient in the film thickness, which was triggered by the chalcogenization process. Specifically, after the preparation of an amorphous mixed oxide film of Cu, In, and Ga by a simple paste coating method chalcogenization under Se vapor, along with the flow of dilute H2S gas, resulted in the formation of CIGSSe films with graded composition distribution: S-rich top, In- and Se-rich middle, and Ga- and S-rich bottom. This uneven compositional distribution was confirmed to lead to a band gap gradient in the film, which may also be responsible for enhancement in the open circuit voltage and reduction in photocurrent loss, thus increasing the overall efficiency. The highest power conversion efficiency of 11.7% was achieved with J(sc) of 28.3 mA/cm(2), V-oc of 601 mV, and FF of 68.6%.</P>
재발 또는 불응성 비호즈킨 림프종 환자에서 CDME 구제항암화학요법 후 고용량 항암화학요법 및 자가말초혈액 조혈모세포이식의 효과

Background and objectives : The long-term survival in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) after conventional dose chemotherapy is about 35% and the rest of the patients tend to have relapse. So, in relapsed or refractory NHL, we compared the outcome of patients undergoing high-dose chemotherapy with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT) with only salvage chemotherapy of cisplatin, dexamethasone, mitoxantrone, and etoposide(CDME). Materials and methods : From June 1993 to December 1999, 25 patients with relapsed or resistant NHL were treated with CDME regimen as salvage chemotherapy. Twelve patients were received four cycles of CDME chemotherapy, and 13 patients were received high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT following two cycles of CDME chemotherapy. Results : The median follow-up duration was 12.8 months(range:4-68). The overall response rate was 41.7% (complete response rate 25%, partial response rate 16.7%) in 12 patients with CDME only. Thirteen patients who were treated with high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT achieved 61.5% complete response rate and 15.4% partial response rate, with an overall response rate of 76.9%. The estimated 3-year progression-free survival rate was significantly higher among patients who received high-dose therapy than patients who received CDME only(41.5% vs 20.0%, p<0.05). And, 3-year overall survival rate was significantly higher among patients who received high-dose therapy(51.3% vs 25.0%, p <0.05). Conclusions : In relapsed or refractory NHL, CDME chemotherapy is an effective salvage chemotherapy and allow peripheral blood stem cell collection. Also, high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT following CDME is superior to CDME salvage chemotherapy only.

In the era of crises of environment, it is nessary to have a view of nature to maintain the ecosystem in the basic principle of the constitution. Equally, we must meet the needs of the ecological contract to supplement the social contract. Therefore, these days, the paradigm of the constitutional law studies should be changed radically on the basis of the accomplishment of ecological society.

Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma(SNUC) is an uncommon aggressive malignancy of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Since the initial recognition of SNUC as a distinct clinicopathological entity, treatment regimens have evolved to include the current recommendation of combined radical resection, radio-therapy and chemotherapy. Despite this aggressive therapy, outcomes have remained dismal, with the mean survival time still being less than 1 year after diagnosis. SNUC present with locally advanced disease, with a tendency for the tumor to spread from the paranasal siuses to the orbit and anterior cranial fossa. A case of SNUC occurred in the left maxilla showing an unusual clinical manifestations and a fulminant course of disease, is described with literatures review. A 77-year-old female patient presented with rapidly growing tumor-like bulging of the left maxilla and slight ulceration of the right upper posterior vestibule. At the first biopsy, diagnosis was a radicular cyst, but SNUC was made subsequently by the second biopsy 6 month later. Rapid and wide extension from the maxilla to the orbit and nasal cavity developed with infection. Although the time relationship is not clear, local invasion could be developed from localized disease of SNUC. Despite combined therapy with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, She has been expired 13 months after the first biopsy. Focal positivity of immunohistochemical stain(CK, EMA), which is a specific characteristic of SNUC, may serve as a factor showing unfavorable prognosis.

A strategic alliance is a cooperative arrangement between two or more independent firms that engage in business activities for mutual economic gain. Firm with an alliance strategy take advantage of synergy in competitive environment to reduce operating and transaction costs and to increase competitive advantages. Influenced by WTO initiation, the domestic construction market has opened private business at 1996 and government business at 1997 respectively. So, domestic construction companies have to compete with advanced foreign-construction companies. As one of the measures to cope with the competition, domestic construction companies should cooperate strategically with advanced foreign companies to accumulate advanced and maintenance technology. In this paper, we suggest ways of improvement to achieve successful strategic alliance of domestic construction industry. The concrete items I would like to study in this paper are as follow: 1.literature review of strategic alliance 2.situation analysis in domestic construction industry. 3.the improvement method of construction industry.
