      • 개발한 제3세대 항암제의 아만성 독성연구

        The purpose of this study was to characterise the subacute toxic potency of i, v. administered KHPC-005 and 006. Few test compounds-related toxic effects were observed in body weight gain, clinical signs, urinalysis, hematological parameters and serum biochemical values. Gross necropsy and histopathology revealed no evidance specific toxicity. Our data indicated that no-observed effect level of KHPC-005 and 006 were estimated to be 10mg/kg and 4mg/kg in male rats, and 10mg/kg and 1.33mg/kg in female rats, respectively.

        불소함유 교정용 레진이 법랑질 인공우식과 재석회화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        To study the effect of fluroide-containing orthodontic resin on the artificial caries susceptibility and remineralization of enamel around bracket, Direct Bonding System brackets were bonded to the buccal surfaces of the 24 sound extracted teeth. 1. The findings of the artificially induced enamel lesion were; the surface zone and intact enamel showed negative birefringence while the subsruface area showed positive birefringence in both control and experimental group. 2. Experimental group of the artificially induced enamel lesion showed more intact, weak birefringence surface zone and lower depth of the subsurface demineralization area than control group. The pattern of the progression of the demineralization was regular. 3. Control group of the artificially induced enamel lesion showed partially destructed, strong birefringence surface zone and deeper depth of the subsurface demineralization area than experimental group. The pattern of the progression of the demineralization was irregular. 4. After remineralization, the experimental group showed more intact, thicker sufrace zone and lower depth of subsurface demineralized area than control group.

        1. On the studies of hemolyzing solution we were obtained such optimum concentration of enzyme G-6-PD activity as followings: 2.7mM of EDTA, 5mM beta-mecrcaptoethanol, and 10 pM NADP. 2. Many different experimental conditions with relation to the measurement of enzyme activity were studied and obtained as following results: a) The production rate of NADPH was constant during first 30 minutes after adding G-6-P into the reaction mixture. b) Enzyme concentration, 1 to 6 volumes of usual concentration, obeyed by Beer's law. c) Influence of temperature was so significant that we used to a temperature of 25°C throughout the experimeatal procedures. d) The reaction mixture except G-6-P was stable on 8 days or more in deep freezer (-45°C) and about 5 days in refrigerator (5°C). e) The samples to be examined were stable on 3 hours at room temperature in case of intact whole blood and on 1 hour or less in case of hemolysates. 3. Erythrocyte G-6-PD values in Korean was such as follows: The distribution of 294 males was 7.82±4.77, and 286 females 7.24±4.23 IU per gm of Hb. Age distributions of both groups, male and female, were 1 year or less to 75 years old which contained 5-10 healthy individuals in each age groups. 4. There was a groups strongly suggested such as G-6-PD Hektoen those enzymic value is shown about three times of mean value on the distribution curve.

Although the accelerated development of computer-related techniques has improved the supply of information, many marketing managers are not completely with their own information system.         반도체 양산공정에 적용되는 장비에 있어서 선공정용 장비의 정밀한 온도의 제어는 반도체의 품질과 전체 반도체 제조 공정의 품질을 결정하는 주된 용인으로 작용되므로, 전공정 양산 장비에 대응할 수 있고, 특히 OXIDATION, ANNEAL 및 DEFFUSION 공정에 적용할수 있도록 예측기능을 갖는 온도제어 모듈을 설계 및 구현한다.

        초등학생의 과학에 대한 인지모니터링 기능의 효율성 분석

        본 연구는 초등학생의 과학에 대한 인지모니터링 기능이 어느 정도인지, 또한 학년별 수준은 어떠한지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 대전시에 위치하는 5개 학교에서 2~6학년까지 각 1개반을 표집하여 총 1001명을 대상으로 2~4학년용인 과학 인지모니터링 검사지Ⅰ(TSCMⅠ)와, 4~6학년용인 과학 인지모니터링 검사지Ⅱ(TSCMⅡ)를 개발하여 검사를 실시하였다. 학년별, 성별 과학 인지모니터링 기능의 효율성에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 분산 분석과 Scheffe´검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 2~4학년의 인지모니터링 기능은 63.4%, 4~6학년에서는 57.4%의 효율성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 인지모니터링 기능의 효율성을 학년별로 구분 할 때, 3, 4학년은 2학년보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났으며, 5, 6학년이 4학년보다 더 높게 나타났다. 성별로 보면 2, 3학년은 여학생이 남학생보다 높았으며, 4~6학년은 성별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive monitoring skills of elementary students on science by the grade and sex. The subject of this study was 1001 elementary students of 2~6 grade from 5 schools. The instrument of study, TSCM Ⅰ(Test of Science Cognitive Monitoring Ⅰ) for 2~4 grade and TSCM Ⅱ for 4~6 grade were developed. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of cognitive monitoring skills was 63.4% for 2~4 grade and 57.4% for 4~6 grade. The effectiveness of cognitive monitoring skills of 3 and 4 graders was significantly higher than 2, while 5 and 6 was higher than 4 graders. Girls were higher than boys for 2 and 3 grade, but 4?6 graders were not significantly different by the sex.

      • 순간충격시험에 의한 금정산지역 화강암의 수리적 매개변수 산출

        This study is aimed for estimating hydraulic parameters using the Cooper-Bredhoeft-Papadopulos, the Hvorslev, the Bouwer & Rice analyses of data obtained by the slug test, and for characterizing hydraulic properties at the test holes in relation to drill core data. The study area was divided into four subareas far which the hydraulic characteristics was considered. The relationship among hydraulic parameters obtained by the three slug test analyses was also considered. The difference of hydraulic conductivity estimates between the injection slug test and the withdrawal slug test seems to be caused by the permeable fracture distribution around the test hole and the disturbance of fine materials in the fractures induced by the pressure variation due to slug injection and withdrawal. The hydraulic conductivity estimates calculated by the Cooper-Bredhoeft-Papadopulos, the Hvorslev and the Bouwer & Rice analyses range from 10-8 to 10-5m/sec, and the average ranges from 10-7 to 10-6m/sec.

      • 새로운 항암성 백금(Ⅱ) 착체류의 in vivo 독성연구

        The general toxicological study of new platinum(Ⅱ) compounds, KHPC-002, KHPC-005 and KHPC-006 were investigated in rats. The effects of these Pt(Ⅱ) complexes on renal, hematopoietic and hepatic system in rats showed lower toxicity compared with cisplatin. In the consideration of the maximal dose of these Pt(Ⅱ) complexes using in this experiment is 4-8 times higher than cisplatin, these novel compounds will have the less general toxicity in vivo.
