        Objectives : We evaluated the efficacy of ramosetron and ondansetron for preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in laparoscopic colectomy. Methods and Materials : Eighty patients who received laparoscopic colectomy were randomly divided into two groups: R group (ramosetron 0.1mg PO) and O group (ondansetron 4mg twice IV). Injection or oral medication was administered before the induction of anesthesia in each group. Injection was administered at the end of surgery in O group. General anesthesia was induced using propofol and rocuronium, and maintained with sevoflurane, remifentanil and air (FiO2 0.5), We investigated the incidences of PONV in each group by the Rhodes index of nausea, vomiting and retching (RINVR) at postoperative 6 and 24 hours. Results : The incidence of PONV was not different between group at each time points after surgery (at postoperative 6 hours: 20% in group R, 17.5% in group 0, at postoperative 24 hours; 12.5% in group R, 7.5% in group 0). There was no difference in the severity of PONV, satisfaction, rescue drug usage. Conclusion : Prophylactic therapy with ramosetron is as effective as conventional prophylactic therapy with ondansetron for preventing PONV in general anesthesia for laparoscopic colectomy.

      • 동진강 유역 비점오염원 정밀조사

        Nonpoint source pollution(NSP) arises due to agriculture activity and it is quite an extensive and complicated problem in order to control and has received a great deal of concern during the recent years, whereas point source are known to originate from an estimated volume of contaminant discharged from a distinguishable source. Extensive research work have been conducted and presented in the past with regard to the various characteristics of watershed on Dong Jin River(DJR), however there are certain drawbacks of existing survey for determining important polluting sources, distribution features of pollutants and estimated load of the organic and nutrients from the creeks. Unfortunately, investigation for loadings originating due to agricultural drainage was not satisfactory, although the regional consideration for DJR across Kim Je Field(KJF) as an agricultural area receives a reasonable source point in the agri-pollution management. Therefore it was necessary to carry out a thorough investigation into the diffuse sources resulting, to form the pollution-developing estimation and to evaluate the output roperties and determining various factors in the generation of non-point pollution. Eventually, this research work would serve as an useful tool for the development of predictive pollution management for DJR. Non-point sources in the present work were classified as municipal non-treated sewage water discharged into the river, loadings through agricultural drainages in the dry/wet field and inadequate treatment of wastewater generated from livestocks. The entire duration of the research work was from December-2001 to July-2002. Site measurement were conducted during various season, in a dry season(December), in rainfall, in seed-sowing time and also collecting data from the rural public organizations related to water management was done and examined and examined during the mid of research work. Similarly, domestic wastewater loadings due to population was based on area unit, as City, Country, Up, Myon, Dong, Ri. The Dong Jin River watershed contains small three Creeks, KoBu(KB), DongJin(DJ, including JeongEup(JE) and ChilBo(CB), WonPyong(WP). It was further divided into 32 sub-watersheds which comprises of further 5,18,9 watersheds in the creeks respectively. The results obtained from research work are presented as follows. Animal productions have marked differences in the rate of pollutant loadings reported in the following sequence: DJ(only CE)>WP>CB>KB, in a case of Korean cow and milk cow. However, it was revealed that WP creek became significantly higher than any other livestocks. According to statistical data for land use, rice field(369.0㎢) and forest(378㎢) have much occupation prior to dry paddies(125.0㎢), residential land(32.0㎢) and others(5.0㎢). Especially, rice fields receives 2.5∼3 times than dry paddies in size.

        관리합리성 관점에서 본 문화예술교육 과제

        이 논문은 사회이론적 관점에서 문화예술교육을 살펴보고 그 현실태와 문제들이 이러한 관점에서 어떻게 분석될 수 있는지를 살펴보고자 하는 목적을 가지고 쓰여졌다. 이를 위해 푸코의 관리합리성과 하버마스의 문화적 공공영역 논의를 빌려오면서, 문화예술교육이 우리사회의 관리합리성을 보여주는 대표적 사례이며, 현실적으로 미흡하지만적어도 기획이나 구상에 있어서는 문화적 공공영역으로서의 성격을 강하게 내포하고 있다고 제시하였다. 이러한 인식에 기반하여 이 논문에서는 현재 문화예술교육을 둘러싸고 제기되고 있는 문제들이 외형적으로는 문화예술교육의 실행이나 제공상에서 나타나는 문제점들과 관련된 것처럼 보이지만, 심층적으로는 문화예술교육이 주목하고 있는 행위자 개인에 대한 관리기술(art of government) 미흡과 문화적 공공영역으로서의 자기인식 부족에서부터 비롯된다고 지적하였다. 사회이론적 기반에 대한 이러한 검토가 문화예술교육 전반을 설명해주는 것은 아니지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 사회적 차원에서의 문화예술교육에 대한 실천적 관심에 주목하고 이를 성취하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데는 도움이 될 수 있다고 제시하였다. For the last 10 years, the culture & arts education has been rapidly extended in Korea. The issues relating to it have been generally dealt with in the artistic views. This paper tries to explore culture & arts education from the perspective of social theory and to suggest its social meaning based on the 'practical interest'(praktische Interesse). For the purpose, it introduces the notions of 'governmental rationality' by Foucault and 'cultural public sphere' by Habermas. As a collective mentality, the governmental rationality focuses on individuals as an object whose capabilities should be strengthened. Regarding this concern, it develops various tactics, methods and techniques which aim to shape and guide their wishes, attitudes and activities. Cultural public sphere functions as a place for private individuals to transform into the public. The notions provide meaningful tools for the examination on the culture & arts education. The education represents governmental rationality in Korea society, which tries to achieve social changes by affecting individuals' thoughts, attitudes and activities. It also concerns the public who has self-control ability to contribute for the changes. From the point of view, the culture & arts education is not only artistic practice but also social practice. Therefore, many issues around the education, it argues, should be re-explored from the social-theoretical perspective and suggestions for it should be conceived relating to the governmental rationalty.

      • 共振 DC Link Inverter를 利用한 誘導電動機 制御에 關한 硏究

        In this paper, a soft switching from Resonance DC Link Inverter is discussed. In case industrial common Inverter, Inverter which is inserted in LC series Resonance Circuit is more satisfactory and efficiency than PWM Inverter. A Characteristic estimation of produced Inverter is predominant harmonic charater, and there is little noise on the ground of switching loss, because Main Circuit Resonance Frequency is high freguency. Hereafter, we expects this research conclusion to applicate a small size, low noise type Inverter Field.

      • PWM 인버터 시스템에서의 전도노이즈 저감을 위한 출력필터 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 PWM 인버터-유도전동기 구동시스템의 전도노이즈 저감을 위한 출력필터 설계에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 전도 노이즈는 고전압 압력, 고용량 구동시스템, 그리고 긴 전동기 터미널 등의 경우에서 크게 문제가 된다. 고압력을 갖는 시스템에서는 높은 압력에 비례한 직류 링크 전압을 갖고 이에 따라 스위칭 시 dv/dt가 순간 최대 CM 접지전류를 발생시킨다. 그러므로 이에 대한 대책에 필요하다. 따라서 최근 산업 현장에서 많이 사용되고 있는 PWM 인버터를 설계 제작하여 유도전동기를 구동하고 이에 따라 발생되는 전도노이즈 성분을 감쇠 시킬 수 있는 출력필터를 설계하였고 제작 및 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다. In this paper, filtering techniques to reduce the adverse effects of motor leads on high-frequency PWM inverter fed AC motor drives are presented. The filter was designed to keep the motor terminal from the cable surge impedance to reduce overvoltage reflections, ringing, and the dv/dr, di/dt, at the motor terminals. Specially, the output filter is used to limit the rate of the inverter output voltage and reduce common mode noise to the motor. The performance of the output filter is evaluated through simulations and experiment on PWM inverter-fed AC motor drive. An experimental PWM drive system reduction of conducted EMI was implemented on an available TMS320C31 micoprocessor controd board. Finally, experimental result shows inverter output filter reduces more common mode voltage than low pass filter also reduce overvoltage and ringing at the motor terminal.

        Terfenadine과 Ketoconazole 복용 후 발생된 Torsades de pointes 심실 빈맥증의 치험 1례

        Torsades de pointes is a form of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia that is associated with prolongation of the QT interval, characterized by QRS complexes of progressively changing amplitude and contour that seem to revolve around the isoelectric line. The most common cause of Torsades de pointes induced by antiarrhythmic agents, occupying in certain drugs or toxin, electrolyte disturbance, congenital QT prolongation syndrome. Cardiotoxicity terfenadine, in overdose a widely used, nonsedating antihistamine, has been reported. Case after administration of terfenadine and ketoconazole causing syncope and torsades de pointes have been reported in recommended dose. We report a case of QT prolongation with torsades de pointes after therapeutic administration of terfenadine, a long acting histamine H1 receptor antagonist, together with ketoconazole, an antifungal preparation. The patient is a 43-year-old female, who experienced palpitation, dizziness and syncopal episoders after coadministration of terfenadine and ketoconazole, for a fungal infection of the skin. The ECG showing typical episodes of torsades de pointes with QT prolongation. Magnesium sulfate was given, torsades de pointes did not recur. The patient was discharged with improved condition.

        문화정책 측면에서 본 예술교육 실태와 과제

        그동안 예술교육에 대한 예술계 내, 외부의 자성적 성찰이 꾸준히 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 성찰의 핵심은 예술교육이 기술(technic)에 대한 교육에 편중되어 있다거나, 장르교육에 치우쳐 예술교육 본연의 목표에 소홀히 하는 경향들이 나타난다는 데에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 이 글은 공교육과 사교육 영역에서 나타나는 예술교육의 특성들을 살펴보고, 고등교육 분야에서 이루어지는 예술교육에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 우리사회의 예술교육이 실기 중심으로 이루어지고 있음을 밝히고 있다. 이러한 분석을 기초로 인문학적 소양교육 취약과 실기 중심의 교과과정이 공교육 영역이나 사교육 영역에서 예술교육이 제대로 이루어지지 못하는 이유 가운데 하나로 작용한다는 것을 지적하고, 향후 예술교육 영역에서는 인문학적 기초를 강화할 수 있는 노력이 더욱 강화될 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. Critical evaluation on arts education has been made in and outside of arts education world. This evaluation proposes some issues on the education's 'technique and individual genre'-oriented tendencies, not focusing on artistic value and arts education as a whole. This paper explores the characteristics of arts education in public and private areas in Korea, and conducts comparative analysis on educational curriculum in high-level education system such as universities and professional arts education institutions. On the basis of the analysis, it points out 'practice and/or technique- oriented' educational characteristic or arts education and weaknesses of its cultural background. As a consequence, it suggests that arts education should be complemented with those curriculum which underline artistic value and the humanities.
