        국내 성범죄에 대한 스포츠성폭력 연구의 동향

        본 연구의 목적은 성범죄 관련 국내 스포츠성폭력 연구의 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2006년 1월부터 2020년 6월 현재까지 국내 학술지 논문 중 논문명이 스포츠성폭력에 해당하는 연구만을 수집하였고, 4가지 기준에 따라 총 39편의 논문을 최종 선정하였다. 이후 선정된 논문의 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법에 따른 동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠성폭력 연구의 발행 시기별 경향은 2007년을 기점으로 증감이 불규칙적으로 반복되고 있으며, 전체적으로는 완만한 증가 추이를 보이고 있다. 특히 이슈화 되는 사건 발생 직후에 늘어난 연구물들이 전체적인 증가 경향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 국내 스포츠성폭력의 연구주제는 크게 인식 및 실태, 개념화, 예방 및 개입, 원인 및 요인 4가지로 구분되며, 전체 연구 중 절반 이상이 예방 및 개입(53.33%)에 관한 연구이다. 그 다음으로는 인식 및 실태(20.00%), 개념화(16.67%), 원인 및 요인(10.00%) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠성폭력 연구의 대상은 연구 성격상 주요 피해자인 선수(42.22%) 대상의 연구가 가장 높은 비율로 나타났으며, 다음으로 문헌(35.57%), 지도자(13.33%) 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성범죄 관련 스포츠성폭력 연구의 방법을 살펴보면 양적연구 중실태 및 인식 분석에 대한 연구가 가장 많았다. 결론적으로 국내 스포츠성폭력 연구는 지금까지 예방 및 개입의 주제를 중심으로 꾸준하게 연구되어 오면서 정책 방향 및 제도 개선 등이 이루어져 왔다. 이와 함께 최근 연구들도 강력한 사회적 요구에 대응할 수 있는 법과 제도 개선을 위한 연구들이 여전히 중요하게 여기고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 추후 연구에서는 법 및 제도적 차원의 시스템을 적극 활용할 수 있는 대안을 마련하고 선수, 지도자들을 대상으로 교육을 통한 인식의 전환과 행동의 변화를 가져올 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발 및 다양한 분야와의 협력체계를 통해 실제적인 문제 해결 가능한 연구들이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the trends of domestic sports sexual violence research related to sexual crime and to seek future research directions. To this end, only studies in domestic academic journals from January 2006 to June 2020 corresponding to the title of sports sexual violence were collected, and a total of 39 papers were selected according to four criteria. After that, the trends according to the publication year, research subject, research subject, and research method of the selected papers were analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, the trend of sports sexual violence studies by publication period has been irregularly increased and decreased from 2007, and the overall trend is showing a gentle increase. In particular, it was analyzed that the increased number of studies immediately after the occurrence of an issue that became an issue directly affects the overall trend of increase. Second, domestic research on sports sexual violence is largely divided into four categories: perception and reality, conceptualization, prevention and intervention, and causes and factors, and more than half of all studies are on prevention and intervention (53.33%). Next, perceptions and facts (19.28%), conceptualization (16.87%), and causes and factors (10.94%) appeared in order. Third, the subjects of sports sexual violence research were the highest percentage of athletes (42.22%), who are the main victims, followed by literature (35.57%) and instructors (13.33%). Fourth, when looking at the method of sports sexual violence research related to sexual crime, among quantitative studies, the most research on actual condition and perception analysis was the most. In conclusion, domestic sports sexual violence research has been steadily researched on the subject of prevention and intervention so far, and policy directions and system improvements have been made. Along with this, recent studies are still taking great importance on studies to improve laws and systems that can respond to strong social demands. Therefore, in future research, an alternative to actively utilize the system at the legal and institutional level is prepared, and an educational program that can change awareness and behavior through education for athletes and leaders, and a cooperation system with various fields will be developed. Research that can solve practical problems should be continuously conducted.

        Obstetric outcome of induction of labor using prostaglandin gel in patients with previous one cesarean section

        ObjectiveAfter globally acceptance of planned vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC), the mode of induction is still amatter of debate and requires further discussion. We aimed to study obstetric outcomes in post-cesarean patientsundergoing induction of labor with prostaglandin gel compared with patients who developed spontaneous laborpains. MethodsAll patients at 34 weeks or more of gestation with previous one cesarean section eligible for trial of labor aftercesarean section admitted in a labor room within one year were divided in 2 groups. Group one consisted of patientswho experienced the spontaneous onset of labor pains and group 2 consisted of patients who underwent inductionof labor with prostaglandin gel. They were analyzed for maternofetal outcomes. Descriptive statistics, independentsample t-test, and chi-square test were applied using SPSS 20 software for statistical analysis. ResultsBoth groups were comparable in maternal age, parity, and fetal weight, but different in bishop score, mode ofdelivery, and neonatal outcome. Admisson bishop score was 6.61±2.51 in group 1 and 3.15±1.27 in group 2 (P<0.005). In the patients who experienced spontaneous labor, 86.82% had successful VBAC. In the patients with induced labor,64.34% had successful VBAC with an average dose of gel of 1.65±0.75. Both groups had one case each of uterinerupture. The neonatal intensive care unit admission rate was 4.1% in group one and 10.4% in group 2. ConclusionThis study reflects that supervised labor induction with prostaglandin gel in previous one cesarean section patients isa safe and effective option.

        Atlantic storm modeling using the empirical orthogonal functions of sea surface temperatures

        Recently, both the numbers and intensities of Atlantic tropical storms show an upward trend under the global warming condition. Statistical models play a very important role in understanding how the climate factors such as the cycle of El Ni~no/La Ni~na, the pattern of the northern hemisphere jet stream and tropical Atlantic sea surface temperatures influence tropical storm activity. This paper proposes a hierarchical and statistical model which predicts the number of the Atlantic tropical storms using sea surface temperatures. Especially, Atlantic sea surface temperatures are incorporated into the model through empirical orthogonal functions. The proposed model is illustrated using the climate data during 1900-2002.

        The Effect of Vibration Foam Roll and Flossing Band Exercise on Muscle Strengthing and Balance in Olders

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare the effects of lower muscle strengthening and balance when vibration foam roll and flossing band exercises were performed for 4 weeks by the elderly. Methods: Twenty elderly participants, aged ≥ 65 years, were selected for this study. The participants were equally divided into two groups. Group A performed vibrating foam roll exercises. Group B performed flossing band exercises. Each group performed the respective exercises two times per week for 4 weeks and underwent measurements during muscle strength and timed up-and-go tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. An independent t test was used to determine the statistical differences between the groups, and a paired t-test was used to determine statistical differences within the groups. Statistical significance was determined at α =.05. Results: Both the vibration foam roll and flossing band exercise groups showed significant changes in muscle strength and balance in the knee flexors and extensors, ankle dorsi flexors, and ankle plantar flexors between the pre and post intervention values (p<.05). However, we found no significant differences between the two groups except for the knee extensor. Conclusion: In this study, both the vibrating foam roll and flossing band exercises were effective for improving various measures regarding muscle strength and balance.

        The Effect of Radial Extracorporeal Shock Wave Application on the Thickness and Mechanical Properties of the Thoracolumbar Fascia

        Purpose: This study assessed the effects of long periods of radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) applied to the thoracolumbar fascia on fascia thickness, fat, and mechanical properties. Methods: Among the 15 patients with low back pain, 10 received twice-weekly ESWT of the thoracolumbar fascia for 5 weeks. The thickness of the thoracolumbar fascia was evaluated by ultrasonography before and after ESWT, and the mechanical properties (frequency, decrement, and stiffness) were assessed using a MyotonPRO device. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 21.0, and paired t-tests were used to determine statistical differences between the pre- and post-intervention groups. The statistical significance was defined as α=0.05. Results: Ultrasonography showed a greater decrease in thoracolumbar fascia thickness in the ESWT group at 5 weeks (p=0.309). The patients who received ESWT to the thoracolumbar fascia showed significant changes in the mechanical properties of fascia stiffness and decrement values between pre- and post-intervention (p<0.05). However, no significant differences were observed in fascia tone. Conclusion: Clinically, there was no change in thoracolumbar fascia thickness, while the reduction in muscle tone and stiffness of the thoracolumbar fascia increased the mobility following ESWT.

        Stochastic weather generator for diurnal temperature range

        Stochastic weather generator is a statistical model that generates maximum temperature (Tmax), minimum temperature (Tmin) and daily precipitation using information of weather and climate. This model is one of the ways to reflect long-term climate change or to generate a consistent daily weather sequence for weather forecast which have a seasonality. Recently, a generalized linear model (GLM) has been considered to fit stochastic weather generators to the daily data, which is useful for explaining the characteristics or trends of climate periodicity. It is also useful to add various phenomena that affect the daily weather to variables and use them to relate them to the results. Therefore, we introduce the model that generate a precipitation occurrence, Tmax and Tmin using GLM and then generate a diurnal temperature range (DTR) using proposed model.

        지능형 CCTV를 이용한 수위감지 경보시스템에 대한 실험 및 해석적 연구

        본 연구에서는 지능형 CCTV를 이용하여 자동 수위감지 알고리즘과 사전 경보시스템을 개 발하고 Test-Bed에 적용하여 실용화 가능성을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 현장여건에 적 합한 지능형 CCTV 기반의 자동 수위감지 알고리즘을 개발하고 자동인식률 가변 요소에 대 한 성능저하 방지대책을 수립하여 CCTV 카메라 기종별 수위감지 성능과 적합성을 평가하 고 실용화에 따른 최적 적용방안을 도출한다. 그 결과, CCTV 카메라 기종별 수위감지 성능 이 90%으로 도출되었다. CCTV 카메라 기종에 따른 적합성 평가 결과, 자동 수위감지용으로 NIR카메라가 정밀도에서 주·야간 95%이상의 성능을, 떨림·안개·저조도 등 자연환경에서 가 장 우수한 성능을, 설치용이성에서는 일반카메라와 대등한 성능을, 가격측면에서 일반카메 라 대비 15% 최소 상승분으로 가장 우수했다. 따라서 본 연구개발의 성과물인 지능형 CCTV 를 이용한 수위감지 경보시스템의 실용화 가능성을 확인하였으며 향후 실용화가 예상된다. In this research, we developed video analytic algorithms to detect water-level automatically and a system for proactive alarming using intelligent CCTV cameras. We applied these algorithms and a system to test-beds and verified for practical use. We made camera-selection policies and operation plans to keep the detection accuracy high and to optimize the suitability for the ever-changing weather condition, while the environmental factors such as camera shaking and weather condition can affect to detection accuracy. The estimation result of algorithms showed 90% detection accuracy for all CCTV camera types. For water level detection, NIR camera performed great. NIR camera performed over 95% accuracy in day or night, suitable in natural weather condition such as shaking condition, fog, and low light, needs similar installment skills with common cameras, and spends only 15% high cost. As a result, we practically tested water level detection algorithms and operation system based on intelligent CCTV camera. Furthermore, we expect the positive evidences when it is applied for public use.
