        원행을묘정리의궤 중 조리면에서 본 죽상 . 미음상 및 현륭원에서의 상차림고

        To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

        남북한 분단체제와 신상옥의 영화

        This article examine the relation between Korea’s division system and the films of Shin Sang-ok, who was one of very famous Korean film directors in the golden age of Korean cinemas. Shin Sang-ok has been maybe the only Korean director, who produced his films in two Koreas. Before he was kidnapped by North Korean kidnap gangs, he was an outstanding film director in South Korea, who produced several popular films, as like 〈A Romance Papa〉, 〈King Yeonsan〉, 〈the evergreen tree〉, 〈a guest and mother)〉, 〈the Red muffler〉, and so on. Also, He managed the biggest film company ‘Shin Film’ and the biggest film studio ‘Anyang Film Studio’ in South Korea in 1960s, he maintained to good relation with the president Park Chung-hee’s government at that time. However, as Shin criticized the film policy of Park Chung-hee’s government, especially the problem of film censorship, the conflicts between them went to worse way in 1970’s. And then Shin was kidnapped with his ex-wife a famous Korean film actress Choi Eun-hee to North Korea. Shin abd Choi stayed in there during the 8 years and produced 7 films in North Korea’s Monolithic Ideal Logical System by Kim Jung-il’s enforcement and immense supports. At that time, Shin produced several remarkable films in North Korea, as like 〈not returned the emissary〉, 〈the salt〉, 〈a story of the escape〉. Finally, Shin and Choi escaped from North Korea for obtaining the freedom to the Western world. Two Koreas’s division system brought the restriction of creative film making to a film director Shin Sang-ok.

        Request and Question Perspective in Interlanguage Pragmatics

        Yun, Sung Kyu & Jung, Woo-hyun. 2004. Request and Question Perspective in Interlanguage Pragmatics. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea, 12(2). This paper is an interlanguage pragmatic study of request and question perspective. It aims to explore whether there are any differences in request perspective between American English native speakers and Korean EFL learners. To this end, this study employed a Discourse Completion Test, which consisted of eight situations. Data were collected from three different groups: native speakers of English; Korean learners of English; native speakers of Korean. The results showed that the learners deviated from native pragmatic norms in the choice of perspective in a relatively systematic way. The same held even more obviously in the use of please in interacting with request perspective. It was also shown that the mismatch between the native and nonnative groups in perspective was an instance of pragmatic transfer. The results suggested that the notions of imposition and politeness operated differently in perspective between the native and nonnative groups. It is expected that this study will shed light on the phenomenon of interlanguage pragmatics and the aspect of pragmatic transfer, revealing how learners differ from native speakers with respect to request perspective and what causes the differences.

      • 새로운 抗菌劑로서 1-(phenoxymethyl)benzotriazole 誘導體의 合成과 定量的 構造活性關係(QSAR) 分析

        14종의 새로 합성된 1-(phenoxymethyl)benzotriazole(Ⅰ)(Y=0)과 1-(thiophenoxymethyl)benzotriazole (Ⅱ)(Y=S) 및 1-(azidomethy) benzotriazole(Ⅲ) 유도체의 구조와 in vitro에서 Pyricularia oryzae, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. sesami, Valsa ceratosperma 및 Botrytis cinerea에 대한 균사 생장을 50% 저해하는 활성(pI_50)사이의 구조-항균활성 상관관계들을 QSAR방법으로 연구하였다. (Ⅰ)의 항균활성은 (Ⅱ)와 (Ⅲ)보다 우세하였으며 phenoxy group(Ⅰ)의 치환기 효과는 수소 결합성 (HB)과 포물선 관계의 electronic effect(σ), steric effect(B_1) 그리고 hydrophobic effect(π)로 설명된다. P. oryzae와 F. axysporum f. sp. sesami의 항균 활성에 대한 치환기의 적정값은 B_1=1.40A, (H)와 σ=0.07∼0.15, (H)이고 V. ceratosperma와 B. cinerea에 대하여는 각각 σ=0.23∼0.28, (C1)과 π=0.70, (C1)이었으며 가장 효과적인 화합물인 (Ia)와 (Id)의 구조-활성관계가 검토되었다 (1990년 5월 11일 접수, 1990년 9월 20일 수리). The structure-antifungal activity correlations between the structure of fourteen new 1-(phenoxymethyl)benzotriazoles (Ⅰ) (Y=0), 1-(thiophenoxymethyl)benzotriazoles (Ⅱ) (Y=S) and 1-(azidomethy)benzotriazole (Ⅲ) derivatives were synthesized, and their activity, fifty percent inhibition of mycelial growth(pI_50), in vitro against Pyricularia oryzae, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp sesami, Valsa ceratosperma and Botrytis cinerea were investigated using a generalized QSAR method. The activity of (Ⅰ) was superior to those of (Ⅱ) and (Ⅲ). The effect of the substituents (Ⅹ) on the phenoxy group (Ⅰ) was rationalized by a parabolic function of electronic (σ), steric (B_1) and hydrophobic parameter(π), and hydrogen bonding (HB). Where the optimal values of substituent on the fungicidal activity againt P. oryzae and F. axysporum f. sp. sesami are B_1=1.40A ; (H) and σ=0.07∼0.15;(H), and those of substituent on the fungicidal activity against V. ceratosperma and B. cinerea are σ=0.23∼0.28; (Cl), π=0.70; (C1), respectively. The most effective compound (Ⅰa) and (Ⅰd) were examined in this study.

        골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자의 악골 부조화가 구치부 치성보상에 미치는 영향

        골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자는 부적절한 악골 위치에서 기능 교합을 유지하기 위해 치아의 경사도와 수직적 위치가 변화하게 된다. 이러한 치성보상은 전치부 및 구치부 전반에 걸쳐 일어나며, 현재 보편적으로 시행되고 있는 악교정수술을 위한 술전교정시 이를 제거하여 각 골격 구조내에서 치아들이 적절히 위치되도록 하여야 한다. 전치부 치성보상에 관한 측모 두부방사선 사진을 이용한 연구는 많이 시행되어졌으나, 구치부 경사도에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 성인 골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자의 전후방적, 수직적 악골 부조화에 따른 폭경 부조화 및 구치 경사도 변화를 알아보기 위해 진단 모형상에서 상하악 견치, 제1소구치, 제1대구치 부위의 기저골 폭경을 측정하여 상악에 대한 하악의 비율을 구하였으며, 모형을 삭제하여 좌우 구치간 경사도를 측정하였다. 악골 부조화 심화에 따른 기저골 폭경 비율과 제1대구치 협설 경사도 변화의 상관관계를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자의 악공의 전후방적 부조화가 심화될수록 상하악 구치간 각도합이 증가하여 치성보상이 많이 일어났으며, 특히 하악 구치가 설측 경사되는 치성보상을 보였다(p<0.001). 2. 골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자의 악골의 수직적 부조화 및 폭경 부조화와 구치부 치성부상 간에는 유의할만한 상관성이 없었다. 3. 골격성 Ⅲ 급 부정교합자의 전후방적, 수직적 부조화의 심화와 기저골 폭경 부조화는 유의할만한 상관성이 없었다. This study examined the relations between degree of posterior dental compensation and skeletal discrepancy in Class Ⅲ malocclusion. The pretreatment lateral cephalograms and dental casts of 87 skeletal Class Ⅲ adults were selected to provide a random sampling of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Skeletal discrepancy was described with ANB angle, Wits appraisal, Sn-Mn plane angle, FMA and ratios of basal arch width. Degree of posterior dental compensation was described with macillary intermolar angle, mandibular intermolar angle and sum of intermoloar angle. The relationships between skeletal discrepancy and degree of posterior dental compensation were analyzed with simple correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows : 1. A strong association was found between the variation in the anteroposterior measure, ANB angle and the variation of posterior dental compensation measures, sum of intermolar angle and mandibular angle and mandibular intermolar angle in skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. 2. There was no statistically significant relationship between the variation in the vertical measures and the variation of posterior dental compensation measures in skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. 3. There was no statistically significant relationship between the variation in the anteroposterior and vertical measures and degree of basal arch width discrepancy.

        Two Dithiocarbamates, which have water soluble metal complexes, were synthesized. Pt(dtc)2 has less solubility than DTC in water, but higher antimicrobial activities. Before the animal experiment, the synthesized dithiocarbamates must be tested their purified degree and concentration, because their toxicity were too high.

      • 합성 β-zeolite 상에서 프로펜에 의한 벤젠의 알킬화 반응

        The β-zeolites were synthesized in Na₂0-SiO₂-Al₂O₃-TEAOH system. The alkylation of benzene by propene on those catalysts was studied. The most important factor affecting the synthesis of β-zeolite was found to be the amount of TEAOH (tetraethylammonium hydroxide). When the ratio of TEA0H/Si0₂ was about 0.25-0.43, theβ -zeolite having a wide range of SiO₂/A1₂O₃ ratio cou1d be synthesized. The selectivity to cumene in the alkylation of benzene by propane was 92%, and no deactivation was observed even after 20 hows-on-stream.

      • 성장인자 함유매개체로서 탈회된 치근면의 의의

        치주조직 재생에 중요한 역할을 미치는 성장인자의 여러 가지 적용방법 중 탈회된 치근면에 성장인자를 도포시 성장인자 함유매개체로서 탈회된 치근면의 효과와 성자인자의 유리기간을 알아보고자 본 실험을 실시하였다. 교정치료를 목적으로 내원한 환자의 소구치 부위의 정상 치은을 절제하여 치은섬유아세포를 분리, 배양하였고, 중정도의 치주질환에 이환되어 발치된 치아를 철저히 치근활택술을 시행후 시편을 제작하였다. 치근면 처치를 하지 않은 시편을 대조군으로, 구연산과 테트라사이클린으로 탈회시킨 시편을 실험군으로 하여 각 군을 100ng/ml PDGF-BB에 5분간 침수시킨 후 각 시편에 치은섬유아세포를 접종 후 6시간, 24시간, 48시간, 72시간 배양하여 각 절편의 단위면적당 부착세포수와 증식세포수를 측정하였다. 또한 탈회된 치근면에서 성장인자의 유리기간을 측정하기 위한 용출액을 이용한 세포배양은 위의 방법으로 시편제작후 치근면 처치를 하지 않고 배양액에 5분간 침수시킨 군과 200ng/ml PDGF-BB에 침수시킨 군을 대조군으로, 테트라사이클린과 구연산으로 치근면 처치후 200ng/ml PDGF-BB에 5분간 침수시킨 군을 실험군으로 하였다. 침수 후 각 시편을 다시 1ml 배양액에 넣고, 1일, 2일, 4일, 6일, 8일째 배양액을 채취하여, 72시간 배양후 증식 세포수를 측정하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 세포의 부착, 증식에 관한 실험에서 부착, 증식 모두에서 치근면 탈회후 PDGF-BB 적용군이 치근면 탈회없이 적용시보다 많은 부착과 증식을 보였으며, 모든 군에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(P<0.01)를 보였고, 구연산과 테트라사이클린 상호간 비교에서는 부착과 증식 모두에서 테트라사이클린 처리군이 더 많은 부착과 증식을 보였으며, 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(P<0.01, 0.05)를 보였다. 용출액을 이용한 성장인자 유리기간 측정에서도 탈회후 PDGF-BB 도포한 군의 용출액에서 더 많은 세포증식을 보였고, 통계학적으로 6일째 용출액까지 유의한 차이 (P<0.01, 0.05)를 보였으며, 이의 결과로 미루어 탈회된 치근면에 도포된 PDGF-BB의 유리기간은 6일정도로 생각되며, 역시 탈회 물질 상호간의 비교에서 테트라사이클린으로 치근면 탈회후 PDGF-BB를 도포한 군이 구연산 처리후 PDGF-BB를 도포한 군보다 우수한 효과를 보였다 It is known that growth factors function as potent biologic mediators regulating numbrous activities of wound healing via cell proliferation, migration and extracellular matrix formation and they also promote periodontal regeneration. But, method of growth factor application is controversial yet. So purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of demineralized root surface as one of method of growth factor application. The ginigival fibroblasts were primary cultured and fifth or sixth subpassages were used in these experiments. In first experiment, root surface blocks demineralized with 100mg/ml tetracycline for 5 minutes and pH 1 citric acid for 3 minutes(experimental groups) and non-deminerilized root surface blocks (control groups) were placed in 100ng/ml PDGF-BB for 5 minutes. Then the cells were seeded on each root surface blocks and cultured for 6, 24, 48, 72 hours. In second experiment, root surface blocks deminerlized with tetracycline and citric acid and non-demineralized root surface blocks were placed in 200ng/ml PDGF-BB for 5 minutes and another non-demineralized root surface blocks were placed in DMEM without PDGF-BB. At 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 days, the cells were seeded in 24-well plate and using of each eluent, cultured for 72 hours. The results of the four determinants were presented as mean and S.D.. The results were as follows: The attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on root surface were more increased when PDGF-BB was applicated on root surface demineralized with tetracycline or citric acide than non-demineralized root surface. And, in comparision tetracycline with citric acid, there were more attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on root surface demineralized with tetracyclin than citric acid, and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on demineralized root surface was increased time dependently 1 day to 3 days. In second experiment using eluent, proliferation of human gingival fibroblast was more increased to 6 days when human gingival fibroblast was cultrured in eluent that PDGF-BB was applicated on demineralized root surface than two control groups, and degree of proliferation was decreased time dependently 1 day to 6 days. Proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on demineralized root surface was increased time dependently 1day to 3day. In second experiment using eluent proliferation was cultured in eluent that PDGF-BB was applicated on demineralized root surface than two control groups, and degree of proliferation was decreased time dependently 1day to 6days. proliferation of human gingival fibroblast cultured in eluent without PDGF-BB was constant 1 day to 6 days. After 6 days, degree of proliferation of human gingival fibroblast was similar in four groups. This means that release duration of PDGF-BB from demineralized root surface is 6 days. And in comparision tetracycline with citric acid, there was more proliferation of human gingival fibroblast in tetracycline-treated group than citric acid. In conclusion, demineralized root surface as primary site for PDGF-BB application, especially demineralized with tetracycline has important roles in attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast, and may be useful clinical applications in periodontal regenerative procedures.

        치자와 소목의 혼합염색에 의한 양모직물의 염색특성

        On the whole the various medium colors were developed by repeat dyeing with different colorants after dyeing with one colorant in case of natural dyeing. In this study, in order to obtain various colors on wool fabrics with Gardenia and Sappan wood colorants, pre-mordanting and combination dyeing were carried out. Gardenia and Sappan wood used as natural colorants for combination dyeing showed good miscibility in dye bath. Metal compounds containing alum, cop-per and iron were used for pre-mordants. The various medium colors such as yellow-red were obtained according to various metal compounds for pre-mordants and various mixing portion of these natural colorants. The surface reflactance spectra and color characteristics of wool fabrics by mordanting and combination dyeing were investigated.
