새로운 食道二重造影術

새로운 食道 二重造影法이 개발됐고 그 方法을 本稿에서 소개하며 실제로 1979년 2월 1일부터 同年 8월 14일까지 537명에게 적용하여 보았다. 發見된 症例中 代表的인 것을 소개하며 이 새로움 方法은 간편하고 쉽게 시행할 수 있고 病의 早期 診斷, 早期 治療에 이바지할 것으로 믿는다. A new double contrast esphagograpy is developed and a practical application is done on 537 persons since February 1, 1979 until August 14, 1979. And representative cases are presented with the review of articles on double contrast esophagography, and this new double contrast esophagography is simple, easy to be performed and excellent to be seen through what is in the esophagus.

췌장내 총담관 초음파 신주사법과 인도자로서의 콧수염 싸인

저자들은 전향적으로 총 113명의 늑골하 사위주사(subcostal oblique U.S. scan)를 하였고, 췌장내 총담관을 전 예에서 볼 수 있었다. 저자들은, 첫째 간외담관의 전통적인 초음파 주사와 저자들의 '새 방법이 조합되면 간외담관 전장이 깨끗이 보여지며, 이렇게 하기 위한 지표로 십이지하 총담관과 근위고유간동맥-원위총간동맥으로 구성되는 "moustache sign"(콧수염 싸인)의 새로운 싸인을 소개하고, 둘째 원위총담관과 췌장 두부에 생긴 질환을 찾아내고 그 감별점을 소개해 진단적 정확성을 향상시키는 초음파 방법을 제시한다. The authors did the subcostal scans of total 113 patients propspectively and all the pancreas CBD was visualized. The authors would present : 1. to introduce a new landmark "moustache sign", which was composed of infraduodenal common bile duct, and the distal common hepatic and proximal hepatic arteries to visualize the whole common duct, when combined with the conventional ultrasound scans of common duct 2. to present a scanning method to improve the diagnostic accuracy for detecting a disease at the distal CBD and pancreas head, and their differential points.

"But God left free the will, for what obeys Reason, is free, and reason he made right," (IX, 351~ 52)에서처럼 Milton 에게 있어 God 은 절대적인 의지였다. 때문에 인간의 혹은 자연의 가치 내지 존재의 영역은 대단히 한정되고 어쩌면 거의 없는 상태라고 말할 수 있다. 이러한 Milton 은 현실생활에서의 여러 가지 고뇌에 찬 일들로 인해 환멸감을 느끼고 칼빈주의적 신관상에 큰 충격도 받고 신에 대해 자기 소외자로서 고통을 많이 받았다. 인간이 피조물임은 부정할 수 없는 사실이지만 인간에게는 자유로운 의지와 자연의 이성, 그리고 선택의 자유가 있기 마련이다.

Penicillium屬 菌株가 生成하는 Acid protease에 關한 硏究 (Ⅰ) : 菌의 分離 및 酵素學的 基本性質에 對하여 An isolating of Penicillium sp. and its enzymologic characteristics

Penicillium屬 菌株로부터 Acid protease를 强力하게 生成하는 菌株 A-43을 分離하여 이 菌의 wheat bran culture에 依한 培養物의 saturated ammonium sulfate로서 ?析 및 3日間의 dialysis를 하여 얻은 粗精製 酵素의 基本的 性質을 檢討하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1) 最適活性 pH가 2.6~3.0이었다. 2) 最適活性 溫度가 50℃이 였으며 3) 安定 pH範圍가 2~6에 位置하였으며 4) 40℃에서 3時間 經過하여싸을 때 겨우 30%程度의 失活이 認知되었으며 그 以上 溫度에서는 多少 急擊히 熱 依한 失活이 일어났다. 5) 金屬?類 즉, Ca++, Zn++, Mg++, Hg++, MN++, Pb++, Li+, Cu++, Cu++, Ba++, Ag+, Al++, Cd, ++Fe++, Fe+에 依하여 酵素活性에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 6) EDTA에 依하여도 아무런 영향을 받지 않았다. The acid protease was isolated from the cultural material of the penicillium sp. on the wheat bran media. The crude purification of this enzyme was extracted with distilled water and precipitated with saturated ammonium sulfates. The activity of this enzyme was determined very strong by Folin's colorimetric method. The results were as follows. 1. The optimum pH of this enzyme was between pH 2.6 to 3.0 and its optimum temperature was 50℃. 2. The pH stability gives ranging from pH 2 to 6. 3. The activity of this enzyme was inactivated strongly by heat treatment of higher temp. than 40℃ but, it was inactivated about 30% by treatment for 3 hours at 40℃. 4. This enzyme activity was not effected by metal ions; Ca, ++ Zn, ++Co++, Hg, ++Mn++, Pb, ++Mg, ++ Li, + Cu++, Ba++, Ag, + al, +++ Cd, ++ Fe, ++ and Fe+++. 5. Also, it was not effected by treatment of EDTA.

NaCl-KCl 혼합 수용액에서의 기체체류량과 물질전달계수에 관한 연구

Gas Holdup and mass transfer coefficient were measured and the effect of activity coefficeent and gas velocity on them was studied. Gas holdup increased as the gas velocity increased, and decreased as the concentration of aqueous solutions of NaCl-KCl increased Mass transfer coefficient increased as the gas velocity increased, and decreased as the concentration of aqueous solutions if NaCl-KCl increased. Correlation equation between the gas holdup and mass transfer coefficient, and the various factors is shows a good agreement with experimental values.

혈액투석기간에 따른 불안의 변화

Hemodialysis has become one of the indispensible choice of treatment for the patients with chronic renal failure and also has become popular and practical in the clinical field. However, it has been know that during hemodialysis most patients develop various neuropsychiatric problems, of which depression and anxiety are the most fequent and serious responses to the situation of survival dependent on dialysis machine. Most of the reports about the change of depression according to the period of time of hemodialysis has been consistent but that of anxiety has been controversial. This study was designed to evaluate whither there are change of severity of anxiety following hemodialysis. Subjects were consisted of 17 short-term hemodialysis patients, 18 mid-term hemodialysis patients and 19 long-term hemodialysis patients who were undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at Kangnam St. Mary's hospital, St. Vincent hospital and Holy family hospital from March to July 1987. Two different self-rating scales, Spielberger's state-trait anxiety inventory and Zung's self-rating anxiety scale, were applied to the subjects for elucidating the change of severity of anxity according to the period of time on hemodialysis. The results were as following: 1) On Spielberger's state anxiety inventory, the scores of short-term hemodialysis patients was 41.8±2.1, mid-term hemodialysis patients was 41.1 ±2.0 and long-term hemodialysis patients was 44.9±2.1 There were no statistically significant differences among 3 groups. 2) The scores of Spielberger's trait anxiety inventory for short-term, mid-term and long-term hemodialysis patients were 41.9±2.4, 44.8±2.3 and 48.7±2.4 respectively. 3 patient groups did not showed statistically significant differences. 3) The scores of Zung self-rating anxiety scale were 40.0±2.1 in short-term hemodialysis patients, 43.6 ±2.0 in mid-term hemodialysis patients and 46.6±1.9 in long-term hemodialysis patients. They also had no significant differences in statitics. 4) But all the scores of 3 sets of psychological tests were similar to those of Korean high school students, chronic medical patients and cancer patients but lower than those of the anxiety disorder patients. In conclusion, it was implicated that most of hemodialysis patients have mild to moderate anxiety with superimposed transient episodic severe fear for death during maintenance hemodialysis, which appeared to be not significantly changed during the course of hemodialysis.

연주복 선호 디자인에 따른 패턴 연구 : 피아노와 성악 중심으로

The present study revealed ; that (1) The students majoring in a piano course were the preference type of the performance dress - best line was designed of upper form chest. It was 1.5cm shorter than armhole line, the princess line was preferred Top one piece without sleeves which was designed with slim by bottom line through west dart form best line. The expression method was showing embroidery and bidding, colors were in order to white, ivory, black and blue style. The material was in order to silk with glorious shinning, silk satin and race style. (2) The students majoring in a vocal music were the preference type of the performance dress - the princess line was designed shorter, the west line of back and forth was preferred the one piece of bulk style divided with three partitions. Neck line was 5cm shorter than the middle of back, 9cm shorter than the side neck position, 9cm shorter than the middle of forth, sweet heart neck line with circular sleeve designed 7cm shorter than the side neck position. Colors were in order to ivory, red and yellow style. The material was in order to silk with glorious shinning silk satin and race style.

악성 흑색종과 양성 멜라닌 세포성 모반에서 P53단백발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

This study was carried out to evaluate the aberrant expression of ?? protein using immunohistochemical method in 10 malignant melanoma and 10 melanocytic nevi. Eight out of 10(80%) and two out of 10(20%) showed positive reaction in the nucleus of malignant melanoma and benign melanocytic nevi, respectively. In conclusion, the demonstration of ?? protein in benign melanocytic nevi greatly hinders the possibility of a diagnostic use of ?? immunostaining in differentiating malignant melanoma from benign melanocytic nevi.
