        Existing manufacturing system has consumed too much energy, space and resource in micro parts manufacturing. To improve this, micro factory system is suggested. But it is difficult to get the high reliability in the assembly, production and inspection of the minute parts because the construction of the micro factory has been started just before. In this study, we will build the digital manufacturing simulation on the micro factory's process and verify the production and assembly process using this simulation.

      • 무전해 Ni-P 도금시의 저전류밀도의 영향

        This study has been carried out to investigate the effect of low current in electroless Ni-P plating. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows ; 1) The plating rate in the composite plating of electrolysis and electroless is more double than in electroless plating. And optimum temperature of electroless plating is 85-95℃ but composite plating has been gained a excellent quality of plating at 40℃ 2) The higher temperature, higher PH, and lower current density, the better a leveling of plating surface is. And the composite plating under 0.5A/d㎡ current density is better than the electroless plating in the leveling of plating surface. 3) With passing the time, the composite plating is less than that of the electroless in the reduction of plating rate. 4) Composite plating is higher than electroless plating in hardness when they have been plated and heat-treated at 350℃

      • 역할-기반 접근 제어에서 역할 위임을 위한 역할 위임 서버의 설계

        In the distributed computing environment, applications or users have to share resources and communicate with each other in order to perform their job efficiently. In this case, it is important to keep resources and information integrity from attackers. Therefore, the need for a reasonable way for authentication and access control of distributed shared resources has increased. Nowadays, three kinds of access control exist; DAC(Discretionary Access Control), MAC(Mandatory Access Control) and RBAC(Role-Based Access Control). In RBAC, there exists a role hierarchy. In the role hierarchy, higher case role can perform lower case role’s permission. Not vise versa. Therefore, RBAC sometimes needs role delegation, for lower case role performs higher case role’s permission. In this paper, we propose a role delegation method with role delegation server and role delegation protocol with public and secret key. Consequently lower case role performs higher case role’s permission with exceptional conditions and dedicated intervals.

        Nowadays, multimedia computing and communications are moving forward at a fast face. Especially, education needs more multimedia training and educational applications. Multimedia computing system needs large storage space and fast computing speed because multimedia data very large and non-formal in originally. The object of this research is to survey and analyze previous methods about storing and retrieval of multimedia data, and present the new view point for multimedia data retrieval and storing. Using multimedia Database system we get more advantage in storage space than file. Thus nowadays many researchers study for efficient multimedia Database system. This paper contains many kinds of data using in multimedia authoring tools and new aspect about multimedia data, it will be very helpful to develop new multimedia authoring tools and multimedia Database system.

      • Insulated Gate Transistor의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, we discuss fabrication and characteristics of the singular and the array-type insulated gate transisters(IGT). The starting wafers were two kinds: for a singular type IGT, p type(100) silicon with n??buffer and n??epitaxial layer; for a array-type IGT, p type(111) silicon with the n??epi layer. The channel regions were defined using the self-aligned double-diffusion process. Aluminum and poly silicon gate were used in the singular and array-type IGT, respectively. Characteristics of the singular IGT shows threshold voltage of 4 V, breakdown voltage of 73V and forward voltage drop of 0.7V. On the whole, the experimental results were in agreement with the theoretical ones when comparing the breakdown voltage and forward voltage drop. On the other hand, array-type IGT shows poor I-V characteristics, relatively low breakdown voltage and large leakage current.

        논에서 물과 양분관리에 따른 메탄(CH_4), 아산화질소(N_2O) 배출 특성

        물관리방법을 달리한 상시담수와 간단관개에서 메탄과 아산화질소의 배출 양상과 서로 다른 종류의 유기물원 및 질소비료 시용에 따른 메탄과 아산화질소 배출을 비교하고 저감 할 수 있는 방법을 찾기 위해 본 시험을 실시하였다. 물관리방법으로는 상시담수 (이앙∼출수 35일까지 담수)와 이앙 35일 이후 중간낙수한 간단관개 (중간낙수기간 20일),그리고 시비방법으로는 토양을 검정한 시비량인 토양검정, 토양 검정시비량+볏짚 돈분액비, LCU 완효성비료 그리고 N을 시용하지 않은 대조구 등을 처리하여 메탄 및 아산화질소 배출량을 측정하였다. 메탄 배출량은 간단관개보다 상시담수에서 높았고, 아산화질소 배출량은 이와 반대로 나타났다. 유기물과 비료시용 종류에 따른 메탄과 아산화질소 배출량은 액비와 검정시비+볏짚시용구에서 가장 높았으며, LCU 완효성비료구에서 가장 낮았다. 지구온난화잠재력으로 환산한 온실가스 배출은 물관리 조건에서 상시담수가 간단관개보다 170∼208% 높았으며, 요소를 시용하고 상시담수를 기준 한 것과 간단관개로 물 관리하여 각 처리에 따라 온실가스 배출을 비교하면 요소는 41.4%, LCU 완효성비료 55.8%로 온실가스 배출을 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 비료이용효율은 LCU완효성비료, 액비>검정시비+볏짖>검정시비 순이었다. Emission of methane and nitrous oxide affected by nitrogen fertilizer materials were measured simultaneously in rice paddy fields under flooding and intermittent irrigation in 2000. Studies focused on mitigating CH_4 emission from rice paddy fields are summarized and the possibilities and limits applied to world's rice cultivation are discussed. The mitigation options are water management, soil amendments, organic matter management, different tillage, rotation, and cultivar selection. Altering water management, in particular promoting midseason aeration by short-term drainage, is one of the most promising strategies, although these practices may be limited to the rice paddy fields where the irrigation system is well prepared. The test site was divided into two water managements: a continuously flooded plot which was maintained flooded by constant irrigation from May to September, and an intermittently drained plot in which short-term (20days) draining practices were performed one times during the flooding period. By total emission of GHGs converted by global warming potential (GWP), flooding plots were higher 170~208% than intermittent irrigation plots. For emission of GHGs in fertilizer materials, it was high in the order of Swine slurry>Urea+Rice straw>Urea>LCU. Basing on GHGs emission of urea fertilization under flooding as baseline GWP of urea fertilization and Latex-coated urea under intermittent irrigation showed lower GHGs emission by 41.4% and 55.8%, respectively. In this case fertilizer use efficiency (kg unhulled rice/kg of applied N) were 18.2~20.2 and 18.7~19.0 and 9.3 and 5.8~6.6 for Swine slurry and LCU and Urea+Rice straw and Urea in the continuously flooded and intermittently drained plot.

        중합방법이 다른 의치상 레진의 적합도 평가

        In addition to continuing the search for more accurate and dimensionally stable materials for denture bases, recently several processing methods for denture base resins which may reduce dimensional change during fabrication has been developed. The purpose of this study was to compare the dimensional accuracy of denture bases cured by four denture base processing methods, using the conventional heat-compression molding method, the continuous-pressure injection method, the microwave curing processing method, and the Sulfone system. A metal die simulating a maxillary edentulous arch and a polyvinylsiloxane impression(Reprosil, L. D. Caulk Co. U.S.A.) were used to construct 40 simulated master casts and denture bases with artificial teeth. Forty simulated denture bases 3 to 4㎜ thick were processed by four denture base processing methods following the manufacturer's instructions. The processed denture bases and casts sectioned through the posterior palatal region to allow measurement of its change by means of an travelling microscope. Observations were made on center of posterior palatal sectioned region. One-way ANOVA and paired samples t-tests were employed to compare the differences in distortion after deflasking and after finishing and polishing. The obtained results were as follows; 1. After deflasking, dimensional changes were diminished in order of conventional heat-compression molding, Sulfone system, continuous-pressure injection method, microwave processing method(p<0.05). 2. After finishing and polishing, dimensional changes were diminished in order of conventional heat-compression molding method, Sulfone system, microwave processing method, continuous-pressure injection method. The significant difference was found between conventional hear-compression method, continuous-pressure injection method(p<0.05). 3. The significant difference was found between after deflasking and after polishing in all methods, except continuous-pressure injection method(p<0.05).

      • 몬탈레의 『오징어 뼈들 Ossi di seppia』연구

        Gli Ossi di seppia' e` la prima raccolta di Eugenio Montale(1896-1981), pubblicata da Gobetti a T orino nel 1925, che comprende poesie composte fra il 1920 e il 1925 (tranne una, cioe' Meriggiare pallido e assorto risale al 1916). Ogni oggetto poetico della raccolta e` designato dalla parola con assoluta precisione, legato a un solo significato. Nella raccolta si puo` individuare il tema fondamentale della poesia montaliana nell'insanabile crisi del rapporto fra l'uomo contemporaneo e la realta'. Il disagio, il " male di vivere" , e` dunque il filo rosso che unisce, pur attraverso varieta' di modi, toni, situazioni poetiche, gli Ossi all'ultima stagione poetica montaliana. Montale scopre la condizione dell'uomo che e` in " seguitare una muraglia / che ha in cima cocci aguzzi di bottiglia" . E cerca una possibilita' di salvezza (" Cerca una maglia rotta nella rete / che ci stringe, tu balza fuori, fuggi!" ) e di fuga dal dolore e dall'insensatezza della vita. Montale e un poeta che per tutta la vita ha continuato a riflettere 'la vita', il senso della vita umana tormentata dai mutamenti culturali, sociali e ideologici negli ultimi anni del xix secolo ed i primi del xx. Capire l'essenza e il vero significato della vita il poeta lo considerava come la verita'. Scirivere la poesia per il poeta era l'unico mezzo con cui Montale credeva di avvicinarsi alla verita'.

      • 청주시 토지이용의 특성과 공간구조적 해석

        This study focus on the issue that the urban land uses are neither fixed nor rigid even though the contex of urban character is corelated to the social, historical and cultural bad ground. This study find on the spatial structure transition corelated to the characterized land uses that could show the biogentic and energenic integrations of the urban functions. The findings of the transition abstract as follow: a. The trend of the residential areas in Chongju can be represented as a simple formular Yi=13.85+(1.99×Xi). b. The trend of the commerical areas in Chongju can be represented as a simple formular Yi=-3.42+ (1.99×Xi). c. The trend of the indurstrial areas in Chongju can be represented as a simple formular Yi=2.44+(0.762×Xi). d. The trend of the open space areas in Chongju can be represented as a simple formular Yi=250.3+(-4×Xi).

        20세기 이탈리아의 저항문학과 E. 몬탈레

        Era impossibile che gli intelettuali italiani siano vissuti trascurando la vita soffocata, dolorosa e miserabile sotto il regime fascista e l'influenza delle guerre mondiali del '900. Nel campo letterario allora c'erano due gruppi principali: Neorealismo e Ermeticismo. Al Neorealismo appartenevano i prosatori ed al Ermeticismo i poeti. In questa condizione gli autori, in particolare i prosatori si occupavano in modo palese della reazione alla realta in crisi. L'attivita dei poeti ermetici, invece, viene considerata come una reazione non impegnativa. A causa della loro ardua decifrazione e della oscurita' alla comprensione comune la scuola poetica ermetica fu accusata. Anche l'attivita poetica e politica di Eugenio Montale era sulla stessa fortuna secondo il punto di vista di molti critici. Ma uno dei protagonisti di quell'esperienza, Mario Luzi, ha sottolineato piu' volte che " l'isolamento della poesia allora esprimeva il disagio di non trovare alternative ne' culturali ne' politiche" . Osservando le tracce della vita angosciose di Montale che siano lasciate nelle opere ho cercato di capire la sua posizione sulla realta minacciata dai fattori sociali e politici e rivelare il senso della sua attivita e del suo " zitto" . Montale non sentiva l'obbligo dell'engagement politico, ma l'engagement morale. Aveva una posizione verso l'umanita' intera, verso il mondo. Infatti Montale si era ispirato della ricerca della ragione di vivere.
