        Exhaust gas of vehicle is a big problem today. Reducing the weight of vehicle is desirable to reduce the cost and to improve the efficiency of vehicle. In the previous work, it seemed that the shot peening of suspension spring of vehicle improved the fatigue strength. Compressive residual stress can be obtained up to -792MPa by shot peening. Fatigue strength of machining spring steel is 425MPa. But fatigue strength of shot peened spring steel increased up to 756MPa.

      • 《莊子》裡孔子形象試探

        《莊子》書의 요지는 생사의 집착을 깨고 시비선악등 상대적이고 현실적인 가치관을 버림으로서 경험세계를 초월하여 萬物一體적인 절대적 경지에서 소요하는 것으로, 이는 孔子가 인간의 도덕적 자각심을 기초로 한 仁義禮樂 등의 현실적 덕목을 크게 내세움으로서 人本主義의 꽃을 화려하게 피운 것과는 전혀 다르다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 《莊子》書에는 孔子에 관한 사적이나 언론이 자주 보이는데, 필자는 본 논문에서 이러한 언론을 바탕으로 莊子가 孔子를 언급한 진정한 의도와 그가 개조한 孔子의 형상, 및 이를 바탕으로 莊子가 孔子를 추존했는가의 여부를 밝혔다. 莊子는 그의 주요사상인 『心齋』설, 『無用之用』설, 『才全』설, 『德不形』설, 『坐忘』설 등 많은 견해를 孔子와 그의 高足弟子인 顔回의 문답형식을 빌어서 표현했으며, 孔子가 老聃에게 禮를 물었다는 말을 근거로 孔子를 老子의 고족제자로 만들었고, 아울러 孔子가 그의 이상을 펴기위해 여러 제후국들을 찾아다녔던 사적을 孔子가 道를 깨우치기 위해 각지에 은거해있는 隱者들을 찾아다닌 歷程으로 묘사했을 뿐 아니라, 孔子가 현실세계에서 존재하는 객관적 한계, 즉 『命』을 인정한 언론을 근거삼아 공자를 철저한 宿命論者로 묘사하였다. 이처럼 장자가 공자를 언급한 근본적인 목적은 첫째, 당시 유가에서 가장 존중받고있는 孔子와 顔回 이 두 師弟가 갖는 권위를 빌어 장자 자신의 이론에 그 가치를 제고시키기 위한 것으로, 이는 장자가 말한 이른바 重言으로, 《莊子》書의 가장 주된 표현기교이기도 하다. 둘째, 공자의 권위를 빌어서 세운 자신의 이론을 무기로, 즉 공자의 입으로 만든 자신의 이론으로 다시 공자의 주요사상을 비판함으로서 비판의 효용성을 배가하였다. 더욱이 장자의 비판은 결코 아무런 근거없이 날조된 것이 아니라, 모두가 《論語》에 나오는 공자의 언론을 토대로 하여 이를 교묘하게 개조하여서 장자 자신의 사상을 선전하고 공자의 사상을 비평함으로서 그 효용성을 극대화하고 있다. 蘇軾을 비롯한 후대의 여러 학자들은 莊子가 孔子에 기탁하여 자신의 주요이론을 표현했고, 또한 莊子의 학설이 田子方에게서 나왔으며, 田子方은 바로 子夏의 제자라는 이유로, 또한 《莊子》書가 겉으로는 공자를 비판하고 있지만 자세히 음미해보면 공자의 이론을 승계하고 있다고 여겨 장자가 공자를 추존하였다고 하는 견해를 주장하였으나, 필자는 본 논문에서 분석한 내용을 토대로하여 이러한 견해가 결코 타당하지 않음을 밝혔다.

        To suggest preventive counter-measure for safety and the basic data necessary to safety education against sports injuries in adults, 3686 men and 2698 women who live in 4 districts(city, farm mining and fishing Villages) were answered the questionaire which dealt with sports injuries from Sept. 5, 1987 to Oct. 30, 1087. Favorite events of sports in the group of under middle age are Soccar and Tennis(men), Badminton(women), and those in the group of over middle age are Soccar and mountaineering(men), Health exercise and Badminton(women). The quantity of exercise showed better in Sedentary worker than in physical worker. The events which cause sport injuries are from Soccar and Tennis(men), mountaineering and Running(women). The most frequent sports injuries were Ankle damage in Soccar and Hiking-mountaineering(men), Running and Badminton(women). Disorders of injuries according to the injured body were as follows : Sprain ‥‥‥Waist, Wrist, Finger joint and Ankle. Fracture and Bruise‥‥‥knee joint, Finger Foot‥‥‥Abrasion, Bruise and Muscle dammage.

      • 엔드밀 가공에서 발생하는 절삭소음의 전파특성

        This paper is to investigate the propagation characteristics of cutting noises from an end-mill machining process. The cutting noises are measured by a condenser microphone and analyzed by the narrow band and constant percentage bandwidth analyzer(FFT). The cutting conditions such as cutting speed, table speed and cutting depth are varied in the cutting noise measurements. The SM45C steel, GC200 cast iron, 6:4 brass and Al2017 aluminium are used as a workpiece for up end-mill machining, In addition, the hardness, tensile stress and damping ratio of workpieces are measured for obtaining the relationship between the material property of workpiece and the sound pressure level of cutting noise, From the cutting noise measurements, it is found that the sound pressure level of cutting noise increases with the cutting speed and the depth of cut as well as the damping ratio and hardness. Regardless of the kind of workpiece, it is also shown that the cutting noise is generated in frequency band between 2800Hz and 3600Hz.

        호스피스 병동과 일반병동의 말기암환자의 간호중재 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare symptoms, medical therapies, and nursing interventions with terminal cancer patients during the last four weeks of their lives in a hospice unit and general units. Method: For the descriptive survey study, data were collected by reviewing the medical records of 243 patients who died of terminal cancer at K hospital in Seoul. The data was analyzed by using Chi-square test and t-test. Result: The study findings are summarized as follows. There were higher frequencies in physical symptoms of constipation, itching sensation, pain, sleeping disturbance, soreness and dysuria for those patients in the hospice unit than those patient in general units. All emotional symptoms were recorded significantly higher for those patients in the hospice unit than those in general units. Regarding the major medical interventions, pain management was used more significantly for those patients in the hospice unit, but antibiotic therapy and resuscitation were used more significantly for those patients in general units. Conclusion: The hospice unit provided more comprehensive nursing interventions including psychological, spiritual, and family cares as well as physiological care for terminal cancer patients. The facts showed that those patients who would need hospice care in general units should be referred to the hospice unit at an appropriate time.

        사회사업교육은 결코 현장실습경험을 경시할 수 없다. 현실감각이 결여된 학습이론전개는 온전한 사회사업교육이 될 수 없다. Macro방법접근과 정책을 선호하는 발상은 온전한 사회사업가 인재양성 교육이라고 볼 수 없다. 선진국형 사회사업 실습교육방법이 반드시 우리에게 그대로 적용되는 것은 아니다. 그러나 기본적입장에서 보편타당성 있는 받아드려야 할 내용을 취사선택하고 고유문화의 특유한 전통적 가치관과 생활양식의 차이에서 지켜야할 우리의 것을 찾아 개발하여 유지하는 노력을 아끼지 말아야 할 것이다.

      • 특수공작기계에서 쇼트피닝기의 특성 및 투사속도에 관한 연구

        As developing the technology in industry, the materials with superior grade of stiffness and lightness are required, and hence the higher fatigue strength characteristics are necessary. Thus, the non-traditional machining to increasing fatigue strength is becoming influence as very important technology. Shot peening process is essential to ensure repeatability and uniformity on a part to part and lot to lot basis, while conforming to the applicable specifications. The shot material, size, shape and hardness as well as velocity and impact angle must be rigidity controlled to provide consistency in peening results. High velocity of the shot ball increases the impact energy, the shot peening intensity increase. Comparing with the are height for the velocity 42m/sec, the are height for 56m/sec and 70m/sec increase 33% and 48% respectively.

      • 陸上選手의 體型, 脚筋力, 柔軟性과 障害에 關한 硏究 : 體育大學生 中心으로

        This study was aimed to find out the study of Flexibility and Injury of members of physical college runner's bodytype and muscular strength. 1) It was measured that the standing height and weigh of men athletes were each 4.49㎝, 3.09㎏ higher than general people and those of women athletes were 2.91㎝. 3.08㎏ higher than general people, too. 2) In the physical fitness of athletes, mesomorphy and ectomorphy were evaluated higher than entomorphy. In mesomorphy by 47.4%(men) and by 78.6%(women), ectomorphy by 33.3%(men) and by 21.45(women) 3) The Algnment in standing state : Varus appears more frequently both male and female athletes ( 78.9% in male athletes, 42.9% in female athletes), therefore, unbalanced form seems to be appeared in the course of running. 4) It was observed that when athletes Jumping, men use fight leg (about 57.9%) and women use left leg (about 78.6%) 5) Women athletes' length and thickness of legs were as almost same as those of men's but women athletes' femoral (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) had higher points than men's by 1.20 ∼ 0.55㎝. 6) The movable reach of hip joint had nothing to do with flexible and extensive reach In the femoral region, legs relaxed muscles became flexible and extensive more easily than strong legs. Especially, the degree of legs relaxed muscles and strong legs was about 2.° 7) The interrelation of Quadriceps Femoris muscle and hamstrings muscle per 1㎏ of body weight is not appeared in male athletes, but it appears in female athletes (r=0. 401). That shows a little(5%) meaning. 8) The rate of hamstrings about Quadriceps femoris is 40.22% in the case of muscle-secession-legs of male athletes, but the rate is 49.14% in the healthy legs. This gap noticeable and shows that the lack of muscular strength training in rehabilitation. 9) Muscle-Secession of hamstrings/Quadriceps is not appeared over 60% of both male and female athletes.

        As electionic application system such as data processing communication system and control measurement system get larger, high accuracy, high efficiency, small size and light weight for DC power supply are required. This paper processes a type of circuit that can be controlled by PWM and PFM-TRC method using Thyristor as switching element. And some data essential to system design are obtained by evaluating characteristic of the proposed circuit in terms of chopper frequency, energy storage period and load resistor using normalized parameter. The characteristic analysis of the proposed circuit is illustrated by experiment.
