        傷寒論에 대한 精神醫學的 硏究

        This study was aimed to get the course which is caused by Neuropsychiatric symptoms in Sang-Han. Therefore this study is based on 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門.傷寒』) classfied mainly by symptoms. The results were summerized as follows: 1. Neuropsychiatric symptoms in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』) are explained as Pal-Gang(八綱), which shows those are settled down to a systematic oriental medical theory. 2. Pal-Bup (八法) used in the cure of symptomatische psychose in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』), which is intended to boost the effect of cure, choosing the respondent cure method about various causes. 3. Pal-Gang(八綱) and Pal-Bup(八法) in『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門·傷寒』) are improved by Lee-Chun(李 ) who added Jang-gi(張機)'s Sang Han theory and new medical thought in the ages of Geum. Won. 4. Lee-Chun(李 ) believed that Neuropsychiatric symptoms which appeared in Sang Hang is caused by the "Unbalance(不平)". So he wanted to reach harmony of "Jeong(精), QI(氣), Shin(神), Hyul(血)" after improving the status of "Unbalance(『不平』)" toward the status of "Balance(平)".

        Prorocentrum속에 관한 연구

        Identified 7 species of the genus Prorocentrum which have been obtained from the southern coast area for 4 years from 1990 to 1994 can be summarized as followed. P.balticum is rare species, causing a red tide, and P.dentatum, P.micans, P.minimum, P.triestinum are cosmopolitan species often causing a red tide in the study area. P.gracile and P. lima are very rarely showed up, the former is recorded at first in domestic and later is benthic attached species which has diarrheic shellfish poison.

      • 黃江의 水質과 植物플랑크톤群集에 관한 硏究

        A Study on water quality and phytoplakton community was carried out from April, 1992 to March, 1993 in Hwang-Kang. The results obtained on this study are as follows. The value of environmental factors about water quality such as water temperature, pH, precipitation, DO, BOD, NH??₄-N, NO??₂-N, NO??₃-N and PO??₄-P were ranged 1.8-30℃, 6.7-8.4, 3.0-183.6mm, 8.4-14.8 mg/l, 0.7-3.0mg/l, 0.01-0.09 mg/l, 0.10-3.80 mg/; and 0.01-0.19 mg/l respectively. The phytoplankton are identified as 235 taxa including 78 genera, 202 species, 29 varieties and 4 forms. In these study areas the common species occurred frequently were Cyclotella meneghiniana, Fragilaria crotonensis, Melosira varians and Synedra ulna. The causative species of red ride were identified as Microcystis aeruginosa, Trachellomonas hispida, Ceratium hirundinella, Peridinium cinctum, Melosira italica and Staurastrum dorsidentiferum var. ornatum in the areas. The lowest standing crops(20.1 cells/ml) were recorded on January, 1993 and the highest(1,993 cells/ml) were recorded on May, 1992. According to the seasonal succession, dominant species were Fragillaria crotonensis in Spring, Actinastrum hantzschii var. elongatum, Peridinium bipes, Scenedesmus ellipsoidus for. flagellispinosus in Summer, Ceratium hirundinella, Melosira granulata var. angustissima in Autumn and Fragillaria crotonensis in Winter. Saprobic index showed that all stations were β-mesosaprobic.

        This paper discusses the linear instability of the cocursent flow of two fluids of different viscosity in an infinite region. We consider the stability of the unbounded flow and instbility that is intrinsic to the inter face, and that does not depend on the presence of rigi boundaries. We solved the problem using perturbation method. It is found that the instability arises at the interface between the two fluids for short wavelength. Sur face tension is always stabilizing, difference in density may be stabilizing or destabilizing.

      • Socrates적 사유의 본질

        Who is Socrates? What is the essence of Socrates' teachings were given to his pupils? In other words, what is the essence of Socratic thought? These questions have been raised continually since the times of Socrates' existence. But we have no accordant answer to these questions. In this article, I tried to show that Socratic thought, in its essence has many similarities with Kantian thought, which is the starting point of German Idealism. For this purpose, I examined the following three matters, ⅰ) the background of Socratic thought. ⅱ) the methodology of Socratic thought. ⅲ) Socrates' death. I also tried to show that both F. Nietzsche's interpretation of Socrates and Kierkegaard's are misleading. The former considers Socrates as a rationalist while the latter regards him as the founder of existentialism. In my opinion, however, Socrates is neither rationalist nor existentialist. We can find quite a few similarities between Socrates and Kant. Both reject dogmatism and skepticism. Both confess their ignorance in matters of metaphysics. Both recognize the priority of practical philosophy to speculative philosophy. Both postulate the immortality of soul from an ethical point of view. Above all, Socrates and Kant have a common view of man.

      • Lactobacillus plantarum을 接種한 옥수수와 수수 Silage 製造 試驗

        유산균 접종이 옥수수와 수수silage의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사할 목적으로 L. plantarum을 대조구는 접종하지 않았고 처리구는 2×10 exp(8), 4×10 exp(8) 및 6×10 exp(8)cfu, kg^-1(fresh forage) 수준으로 접종하여 조제한 silage의 일반성분, pH 및 유기산 함량을 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. crude protein, crude ash, NDF, ADF 및 hemicellulose 함량은 접종수준이 증가할수록 높았고 moisture 및 NFE 함량은 낮았다. 2. 접종수준이 증가할수록 lactic acid와 total acid 함량은 증가한 반면 acetic acid함량과 pH는 낮았다. 3. 옥수수 silage에 비하여 수수silage에서 L. plantarum의 접종효과가 높았다. The objective of this thesis is to investigate the effects of lactic acid bacterium inoculation on the qualities of corn and sorghum silages. The control group was not inoculated : the treated group was inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum of the levels of 2×10 exp (8), 4×10 exp(8) and 6×10 exp(8) cfu. Kg^-1(fresh forage). The chemical components, pH and organic acid contents of the developed silages were measured and compared. The results obtained are as follows : 1. As the level of inoculation was higher, the contents of crude protein, crude ash, NDF, ADF and hemicellulose became larger, but the contents of moisture and NFE became smaller. 2. As the level of inoculation was higher, the contents of lactic acid and total acid became larger, but the acetic acid content and the pH became smaller. 3. The inoculation effect of L. plantarum was greater in the sorghum silage than in the corn silage.

        This paper describes the driving characteristics of induction motor using the Space Voltage Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) and Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM) method. We understand the characteristics of two PWM method applied the vector control theory to the induction motor equivalent circuit. We compare the SVPWM with SPWM of the current ripple and liner control domain. They are improved by using the SVPWM method. The improved effects are verified by simulation

        The results obtained are summarized of suitable onion plant machine to onion plant types in Korea. As follows; The invest of conventional vegetable transplanter related to data. Designed manufacture of sowing and transplanting equipment to be possible introduction of new transplanting equipment. To decide basic structure of onion transplanter, studied most suitable of main equipment part and using of result, designed manufacture of tractor sticking 6 type's onion transplanter trial machine. Improvement of point at issue through driving examination of trial machine and parking examination so development of possible merchandise onion transplanter. Developed trial machine's working efficiency appear 2.5 hour/10a effect 20 double of puller and appear exactly transplant efficiency 99% of transplanter success rate.

      • 自然科 相互作用 槪念 形成의 評價資料 開發에 관한 硏究 : 物體의 均衡과 電流와 磁氣場 單元을 중심으로

        The newly developed science program is being carried out in our elementary school science. However, the materials evaluating children's formation of the basic concepts of science are not developed enough. Learning and teaching in our elementary schools are misled now by the evaluation materials which are made without understanding the elementary science curriculum sufficiently. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation materials with which we could find how much and accurately Korean children build up the the interaction concept of science. The concept in a child is formed by the individual experiences and operational thinking, and is accommodated and developed by understanding the relation among the concepts. Thus, we conclude that the interaction concept is formed by perceiving change of objects, by classifying the evidencies of interaction into several groups, by abstracting the common feature from them, and by understanding the relation between the interaction intensity and the conditions of arrangement of objects in the interaction medium. According to this viewpoint, we analyzed the behavioural objects for use in evaluating the children's formation of interaction concept as follows: 11. Knowledge on the scientific terms and symbols. 12. Knowledge on the special facts of interaction. 21. Knowledge on the evidencies of interaction. 22. Knowledge on the interacting objects. 23. Knowledge on the time and space of the interaction. 31. Interpretation of the interaction laws. 32. Understanding the organized factors of the interaction law. 33. Understanding the relations among the interaction variables. 34. Solving the interaction problem and applying the interaction law. Based upon the subject contents and the behavioural objects, we tried to develop the evaluation materials which have the validity for the science teaching objects and the utility in the large class size in Korean elementary schools. We made 64 items for evaluating the concept formation of the equilibrium of objects', and those items are divided into two parts: A and B, and are put to the test by the third garde students in the Attached Elementary School to Cheong Ju Junior Teachers College. The arithmetic mean score of that test is 68.0 Pearson r of the A and B is 0.63, and the total reliability coefficient is 0.77. We made also 74 items for evaluating the concept formation of ‘the electric current and magnetic field', and those are tested in two parts: A and B by the sixth grade students in the same school. The arithmetic mean score of the test is 78.4, Pearson r is 0.67, and the total reliability coefficient is 0.80. We calculated the item difficulty (P) and discriminating index(D.I.) for each item. These values are shown in the table of item analysis. (See Table <5> and <6>). The number of the good items, which meet the conditions that P value is from 20 to 80 and D.I. is larger than+0.20, is 29 in ‘the equilibrium of objects' and 34 in ‘the electric current and magnetic field'. Most of the items being not met the conditions have a large P value, and have a small D.I. value because of the large P value, but some of them may have a smaller p value and a larger D.I. value than the value shown at the Tale <5>and <6> in other schools, since the students chosen for testing our evaluation materials were selected through the entrance examination, and have been taught under the better science facilities of the school than the other school students, and most of them are in the good family background and have comparatively high I.Q. (i.e., mean score, about 115.7). We analyzed the items having very small P and D.I. values. As a result of the analysis, we will conclude that the reason that the items have such small values may be in the children's wrong concept formation. We think that even the some items being not met the condition it is reasonable to use for finding out the process of the children's concept formation and the effective teaching methods.
