      • 個人用 컴퓨터를 利用한 水力發電댐의 流入量 豫測

        The main purpose of the study is to develop a computer program in the personal computer which calculates numerically the inflow from the rainfall and displays the inflow hydrograph on a CRT. The computer programs, which were developed for the inflow forecasting of the short-range, employed the storage function method. The program which computes the inflow from the rainfall would be applicable effectively both to planning the daily/weekly power generation and to operating the dam for the flood control. The inflow calculated by the computer program gave a good agreement with the actual inflow for the Choon Chun and the Cheong Pyung dam.

        인장력이 골조직 세포군의 DNA 및 단백합성에 미치는 영향

        The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of tensile force on DNA and protein biosynthesis in bone cells, and to identify the cell type(s) which primarily respond to external physical force among the heterogenous bone cell populations. As a prerequisite for this study, two bone cell populations which retain fibroblastic and osteoblastic feature were isolated from fetal rat calvaria with sequential enzyme digestion scheme. Tensile force was delivered to each bone cell population by two acrylic resin plates connected with a orthodontic expansion screw during culture period. Rate of DNA and protein synthesis in each bone cell population were assessed by the incorporated radioactivity of [³H]- thymidine into DNA and [³H]-proline into fraction of collagenase-digestible protein and noncollagenous protein, respectively. DNA synthesis of osteoblast-like calvarial cell populations was increased significantly by the application of tensile force for 24 hours. In contrast, no alteration in DNA synthesis of fibroblast-like populations could be observed in response to applied force. Tensile force induced the change in protein synthesis of bone cell populations with the same pattern. Total protein and collagen synthesis were increased within 24 hours in osteoblast-like populations, but not in fibroblast-like populations by tensile force application. These findings indicate that physical force can affect cellullar activity of the particular cell population, not all cell populations residing in bone and osteoblasts respond more sensitively than fibroblasts. So osteoblasts can modulate the behavior of other bone cells including osteoclasts by producing several local regulating factors of bone metabolism In this context, preferential responsiveness of osteoblasts to applied tensile force observed in this study suggests that osteoblasts may play an important role in regulation of physical force-induced remodelling process.

        The flow pattern characteristics of submerged biofilters filled with three kinds of filter media were experimentally examined, and obtained results are as follows. 1. Flow patterns in submerged biofilters filled with three kinds of filter media was nearly complete mixing type when the parts of effluent are recycled, and nearly plug flow type without recycle. 2. Dispersion numbers of the flow recirculated was appeared 0.1352-0.2008 for A media 0.1156-0.1799 for B media and 0.1436-0.2035 for C media, respectively. Dispersion numbers of the flow not recirculated was appeared 0.0257-0.0614 for A media. 0.0122-0.0437 for B media and 0.0428-0.0762 for C media, respectively.

        포커스 그룹을 이용만 임상간호사의 임파워먼트 경험에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study was to explore the empowerment experienced by hospital nurses. Methods: Focus group was used to gather data and open coding method suggested by Strauss and Corbin was used to analyze the data. Thirty-four nurses who have clinical experience of more than three years at three university hospitals were participated in this study. Results: Five categories were identified: Getting chances of opportunities to show personal capabilities and motivations, acknowledgement, support, recognition and delightfulness. The major sources of empowerment were the acknowledgement of patients and family, colleagues, supervisors. doctors, and other personnels in hospital. Conclusion: Focus groups could be an useful tool for empowerment research in nursing. further research will be needed to clarify the relationship among individual, group and organization.

      • 韓國産 大豆油의 抗酸化에 關한 硏究 (第一報) : 大豆油에 있어서 tocopherol과 phospholipid의 抗酸化 相乘效果에 關하여 Synergistic Antioxidation Effect of Tocopherol and Phospholipid

        The synergistic antioxidation effect of α-tocopherol and soybean phospholipid was examined by measuring peroxide value at 100℃, 150℃ and 200℃ with time. Various concentrations of tocopherol and phospholipid were added to the edible soybean oil respectively. When phospholipid was not added the antioxidation effect of tocopherol was more found at 0.01% addition level than 0.05% or 0.1% addition level. In the case of phospholipid was added the antioxidation effect was more significantly found than phospholipid not added and, when the addition level of tocopherol was increased the antioxidation effect of phospholipid was found at higher phospholipid addition level. But at the low addition level of tocopherol, the high phospholipid addition level was decreased antioxidation effect. When the 0.05% tocopherol and 0.1% phospholipid was added to the edible sobean oil at 100℃, the antioxidation effect was exhibited to maximum and also, 0.05% tocopherol and 0.05% pbospholipid at 150℃ too. The antioxidation effect was increased with an increase phospholipid addition level at 100℃ but at the low addition level of topherol, the antioxidation effect was decreased with an increase phospholipid concentrations at 150℃. The antioxidation effect was not significantly different from phospholipid and tocopherol at 200℃.

      • 制御壓延後 冷却速度가 高張力鋼의 機械的 性質에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        This study reports the changes in structural and mechanical properties of high tensile strength steel treated by the controlled rolling and interrupted cooling technique, a newly developed controlled rolling process, as compared to the conventional controlled rolling technique. The results obtained from this experiment are summarized as follows: 1) Optical micrographs have revealed that the microstructures of specimens treated by the CR2 technique have much finer ferrite and bainite and pearlitic structure, in paticular, forms not only finely but more uniformly, as compared to the CR1 technique. 2) The grain size measurements have shown that the grain size of specimens control-rolled by CR2 with a more rapid cooling rate of interrupted cooling is finer than in the case of CR1. 3) The values of hardness obtained from the CR2 technique have been found to be considerably increased compared to those for a given specimen, hardness in creasing with increasing the carbon content. 4) Tensile property analyisis has indicated that yield stregth increases as the carbon content of specimens increase, resulting in higher increase in yield stress for the CR2 that for the CR1 technique. 5) Impact tests have revealed that the transition temeperatures determined for specimens control-rolled by the CR2 are lower than those for specimens control-rolled by the conventional methosd CRq, showing a consderable amount of improvement of toughness for specimens related to the CR2 technique consequently, the interrupted cooling technique after controlled rolling process can provide high tensile strength steels with mechanical properties superior to those obtainable from the conventional controlled rolling technique.

      • 文化史敎育에 대한 小考 : Towards firm national consciousness through the education of Korean history 民族主體意識의 確立을 위한 國民敎育을 中心으로

        The paper presents several problem to be solved in order to achieve strong national consciousness. First, prerequisites for Cultural History as a compulsory subject in the university sre determined ; its effective teaching methods are also proposed. Secondary, the Korean history education in korea since 1945 is surveyed and it is pointed out that its educational objected should lie in producing partriotic citizens who will contribute to the development of our society and international peace. Thirdly it is emphasized that the ideological aims of our education should be defined with due consideration for the historical, racial priorities, government policies and international trend in education. And lastly, it is asserted that the enforced Korean history education must need call for stronger national consciousness at well as autonomous outlook on the national history.

      • 3상 가변 DC 전원장치의 저주파수 특성개선에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 진상, 지상 제어가 가능한 컨버터 회로를 이용하여 위상각의 제어에 따른 컨버터의 출력측의 저고조파 제거를 위하여 노치법을 적용시켰다. 각 노치각(θ1,θ2)은 뉴튼랩슨(Newton Raphson) 방법의 비선형함수 해법을 이용해서 구하였고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 노치법으로 DC 출력측의 저고조파를 제거할 수 있음을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 3상 컨버터의 노치법에 의한 출력측 저고조파 제거에 대한 정당성을 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 제어회로와 실제 주회로를 제작하여 측정한 실험을 통해서 입증하였다. Line-current harmonics resulting from ac to dc power conversion interfere with power system operation and reduce power factor, hence resulting in increasing power source unnecessarily. This study describes a 3φ phase-controlled converter eliminating low frequency harmonics in the output by inserting notches. Notch points are calculated by Newton-Raphson method. The impacts of the choppings on ac and dc sides are analyzed in the steady state. Potential applications of the study are dc motor controls, high power dc power supplies for telecommunications, static var compensators and HVDC.
