      • 우리나라 山林法에 있어 持續可能한 山林經營의 實現을 위한 法的 構造에 관한 硏究 : Whit a focus on the legal framework of Montreal Process Criterion 7

        Since the Statement of Forest Principles and Agenda 21 in 1992, sustainable forest management(SFM) has become a main subject for forest management in the world. For achievement of SFM, criterion and indicator(C&I) are essential factors. The Montreal Process was formed in Geneva, Switzerland, in June 1994 to develop and implement internationally agreed criteria and indicators for the conservation and sustainable management of temperate and boreal forests. At the 6th meeting of the Montreal Process Working Group in Santiago, Chile, in 1995. And then, the 10 member countries endorsed a statement of political commitment known as the "Santiago Declaration" which included a comprehensive framework of 7 criteria and 67 indicators. Among the these C&I, the criterion 7 is an effective legal and institutional framework. The first indicators of criterion 7 is the legal framework(laws, regulations, guidelines), including the 5 assessment extent, to support sustainable forest management. A purpose of this study is the assessment of criterion 7, especially the legal framework, for SFM in the Korean Forest Law. As a results of this study, the korean forest law is relatively well organized for SFM. But the indicator 7.1.b which is the legal framework to provide opportunities for public participation in public policy and decision-making related to forests and public access to information will have to develop and improve for SFM.

        운동역학의 교육과 연구용 도구로서 Mathcad의 유용성

        R. J. SUNG. Mathcad program as a useful tool for the teaching and studying the sport biomechanics. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 3, pp. 301-311, 2004. The purpose of this study was to verify the usefulness of the Mathcad program as a tool for the studying and teaching the sport biomechanics. A projectile motion was analyzed because it is the one of the most popular motion in sports activities. A 3 dimensional CG data for the high jump bar clear phase was used to calculate the initial velocity vector of the CG. Linear regression function and other functions such as cubic spline and derivative of Mathcad were used to calculate this vector. Finally, the approach angle to the bar and peak jump height was calculated. Programming in Mathcad was relatively easy compare to traditional computer language such as Fortran and C, because of the unique documentation method of Mathcad. Additionally the 2 and 3 dimensional graph function was very easy and useful to describe the mechanical data. If the use of Mathcad program is more popular in the field of sport biomechanics, it could greatly contribute to overcome the limit of research caused by the lack of proper programming ability.

        높이뛰기의 바 넘기 동작을 위한 각운동량 분석

        R. J. SUNG. Analysis of the Angular Momentum for the Bar Clearance Motion in the Fosbury Flop. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 3, pp. 119-134, 2004. The purpose of this study was to analyze the angular momentum characteristics of the Fosbury Flop high jump and the role of the body segments for the production of 3 angular momentum components. The subjects were three male jumpers who were former Korean national team players. Their jumping motions were analyzed using the DLT method of three-dimensional cinematography. The conclusions were as follows. 1. All the forward angular momentum needed to clear the bar was created in the take-off phase. Take-off leg was the great contributor of the forward angular momentum. On the other hand, free leg produced large opposite angular momentum. 2. All subject had some lateral angular momentum before the take-off phase. Head and free leg had major contribution to the lateral angular momentum production. Take-off leg produced opposite angular momentum. 3. All subject had some twisting angular momentum, which make the back of the athlete turn to the bar, before the take-off phase. Free leg was the major contributor of the twisting angular momentum. Head and trunk was the second contributor of the twisting angular momentum. 4. Total angular momentum needed to clear the bar had no significant correlation to the jumping height. 5. Subject who made excessive angular momentum showed different pattern of angular momentum production and had a poor record compared to other subject.

        골프 클럽의 스윙궤도와 스윙면에 대한 고찰

        R. J. Sung. A Study on the Swing Path and Plane of the Club in Golf Swing. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 99-115, 2004. In order to know the correct swing methods in golf swing, it is important to understand the whole swing path but also the concept of swing plane. But, most amateur golfers don't know the concept of swing plane well. Therefore this study was trying to make a good material that makes the concept of swing plane easy to understand. A good swing motion data was obtained from a professional golfer using the three dimensional DLT method. This swing motion was divided into 10 phases and evaluated using the concept of swing plane. The result of the analyze show a good matches between the path of the club and swing plane. This result was summarized as a 3 dimensional graphics to provide a good material to teach the golf swing well.

      • 담배의 잎조직 배양에 있어서 기관형성과 동위효소 유형에 미치는 생장조절제의 영향

        담배(N. tabacum cv. NC 2326) 잎조직 배양에서 기관형성에 가장 효과적인 생장조절제의 배지조성을 찾기위하여 NAA와 kinetin의 농도별 혼합처리 5종류 및 picloram과 BAP의 농도별 혼합처리 5종류의 배지에서 26℃ 조건으로 35일간 잎조직을 배양시켜 각 처리구에 대한 기관형성률을 조사하고, 6종류의 효소에 대한 동위효소 유형 및 단백질 함량은 기관형성이 가장 잘된 0.01㎎/l pocloram+0.6㎎/lBAP 처리구와 0.5㎎/l NAA+0.5㎎/l kinetin 처리구의 두 처리구의 배양체를 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. NAA와 kinetin을 혼합처리한 5종류의 배지중 0.5㎎/l+0.5㎎/l kinetin 처리구에서 shoot와 뿌리가 각각 100% 및 50%로서 가장 높은 기관형성률을 나타냈다. picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 callus형성률은 평균 6%로 callus 형성에는 효과적인 배지는 아니었으나 기관형성률은 높게 나타났다. 그 중 0.01㎎/l pocloram+0.5㎎/lBAP 처리구에서 shoot와 뿌리가 각각 100% 및 90%의 형성률을 나타내어 기관형성에 가장 효과적이었다. multiple shoot 형성에는 picloram과 BAP 혼합배지가 NAA와 kinetin 혼합배지보다 더욱 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 2. 배양제의 단백질 함량은 기관형성 과정에서 배양이 진행됨에 따라 두 처리구에서 모두 감소하였으나 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구는 NAA와 kinetin 혼합처리구보다 낮았다. peroxidase의 활성은 이와 반대로 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 약 8배 높게 나타났다. 3. peroxidase와 malate dehydrogenase 동위효소들의 활성은 shoot가 형성됨에 따라 두 처리구 모두 증가하였으나, lactate dehydrogenase 동위효소들은 두 처리구 모두 감소하였다. 이러한 경향은 두 처리구 중에서 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 그러나 esterase, acid phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase 동위효소들의 활성은 shoot 형성중에 두 처리구 모두 뚜렷한 변화가 없었다. 4. 6종류의 효소에서 분리된 동위효소의 수는 두 처리구를 합쳐 peroxidase에서 12개, acid phosphatase에서 6개, aspartate aminotransferase에서 9∼13개, lactate dehydrogenase에서 3∼5개, esterase에서 10∼16개가 각각 확인되었다. Tabaco (Nicotiana tabacum cv. NC 2326) leaf tissues were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium containing various concentrations and combinations of some growth regulators at 26℃ for 35 days. The obtained results were summarized as follow; 1. Organ formation was 100% in shoot and 50% in root on the medium containing 0.5㎎/l NAA and 0.5㎎/l kinetin. On the medium containing 0.01㎎/l picloram and 0.5㎎/l BAP, organ formation displayed 100% multiple shoot formation and 90% root formation without callus formations. Multiple shoot formations were enhanced more by picloram and BAP groups than by NAA and kinetin groups. 2. During the shoot formation, protein content in the cultures on the medium containing picloram and BAP was lower than NAA and kinetin groups, but peroxidase activity in the former medium was higher about eight times than that in the latter medium. 3. The activity of anodic peroxidase and malate dehydrogenase isozyme increased during the shoot formation, whereas that of lactate dehydrogenase isozyme decreased. However the activity of esterase, acid phosphatase, and aspartate aminotransferase did not change. 4. All the isozymes were separated with 12 bands in peroxidase, 6 in acid phosphatase, 9∼13 in malate dehydrogenase, 3∼5 in lactate dehydrogenase, 10∼16 in esterase, 6 in aspartate aminotransferase during the shoot formation.

      • 당뇨망막증 환자에서 건강보조제 복용 후 양안 동시에 발생한 망막출혈 1례

        Purpose : This is a report of retinal hemorrhage in a patient suffering from diabetic retinopathy taking 10 days of protein supplements. Method : A 38-year-old female patient who had received a panretinal photocoagulation started taking supplements made of cocoon(cocoon steamed powder, ginseng powder, pepino abstraction powder et al.) for 10 days. Then, the patient went on to suffer from an uncontrollable blood pressure, a general edema and a loss in visual acuity. The patient's vision was counter finger 50cm in both eyes. The fundoscopy revealed vitreous hemorrhage in the right eye and preretinal hemorrhage in the left eye. She was hospitalized in nephrology, We waited to resolve hemorrhages. But hemorrhages was not improvement, we performed a pars plana vitrectomy and laser photocoagulation. Results : After the operation, the corrected vision was 0.8 in the right and 0.63 in the left eye, respectively. The patient's general condition was improved with diuretics. Discussion : The main ingredient of the supplements that the patient took were peptides. So this patient with diabetic renal failure had to reduce renal function which cause a reduction in glomerular filtration rate, a increase in blood creatinine levels, edema due to increased blood pressure and vitreal hemorrhaging in both eyes. In conclusion, one must be careful of health supplements because we cannot be sure of the ingredients and the side effects which could worsen certain illnesses.
