Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.
저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 전기특성에 미치는 온도 및 주파수의 영향에 관한 연구

In this study, an LDPE film specimen was wrapped in aluminum foil and heated for four hours in an anaerobic environment of 60°C to 80°C. This is the result of measuring dielectric loss tangent and capacitive properties by increasing voltage 1V and temperature from 60oC to 80oC by 5oC. As the temperature increases, the magnitude of the dielectric loss tangent increases with increasing frequency, which is thought to be due to dipole polarization. As the temperature increases, the capacitance decreases as the frequency increases, which is thought to be due to the rapid increase in the loss due to the vibration of the side chain hydrogen. FTIR(Fourier Transform Infred: FTIR) analysis of temperature degraded specimen for 4 hours at 60oC, 70°C and 80°C confirmed no change in molecular structure.
실리콘 고무 시트의 충전제 변화에 의한 전류-전압 특성

In this study, the value of current was measured by applying a temperature of 30°C to 160°C and a voltage of 100 to 980V by mixing SiO2 0 to 100phr of silicon raw rubber, 5phr of silicon oil and 0.5phr of organic peroxide. It was confirmed that the higher the temperature, the higher the SiO2, the greater the value of the current by voltage. It has been confirmed that the more SiO2 is mixed into silicone raw rubber, the finer the group position becomes. It is thought that the crystallinity change for the atypicality of 0phr of silicone (Si) was reduced by oxidants of SiO2, TiO2, Fe3O4.
Pt 화합물 변화에 의한 실리콘 고무의 유전특성에 관한 연구

Pt complex was mixed with 0.0~0.2phr in the silicone copolymer, and the specific dielectric constant and Tanδ were measured, and FTIR and SEM analysis were obtained the following results. The dielectric constant hardly changes even when the temperature rises, and it increases as the frequency increases, which is thought to be due to the Pt 0.1~0.2phr complex entering during mixing. Tanδ's loss peak decreases as the Pt complex increases, which is thought to be because it was cross-linked by additional reactions. In all of the FTIR spectra, the peak due to Si-C at 800cm-1 wave number and the deformation peak due to Si-CH3 at 1200cm-1 wave number were observed. 4)In the SEM picture, it was confirmed that the inside of the specimen became finer as the Pt complex increased.
신경회로망을 이용한 가공조건에 따른 원형가공 표면거칠기 평가

The purpose of this study was to present the method to choose the optimization machining condition for the wire electric machine. This was completed by examining the ever-changing quality of the material and by improving the function of the wire electric discharge machine. Precision metal mold products and the unmanned wire electric discharge machining system were used and then applied in industrial fields. This experiment uses the wire electric discharge machine with brass wire electrode of 0.25mm. To measure the precision of the machining surface, average values are obtained from 3 samples of measures of center-line average roughness by using a third dimension gauge and a stylus surface roughness gauge. In this experiment, we changed no-node voltage to 7 and 9, pulse-on-time to 6㎲, 8㎲ and 10㎲, pulse-off-time to 8㎲, 10㎲ and 13㎲, and experimented on wire tension at room temperature by 1000gf, 1200gf and 1400gf, respectively.

In this study, a voltage of 10 kV was applied to the silicone rubber specimenon. As the mixed amount of the filler was increased to 50phr, 60phr, and 65phr, 50% half-life was not shown, and it was confirmed that the electrification voltage and the attenuation rate were also increased when time was 60 sec. When the voltage was 6 kV, 8 kV, and 10 kV were added to the specimen containing 50 phr of the filler, the he electrification voltage voltage increased and the attenuation rate decreased slightly. It was confirmed that humidity affects surface resistance and filler affects volume resistance.
LBP Polygon Mirror 나노가공 부품의 가공조건에 따른 표면정밀도 향상에 관한 연구

Recent advances in high-tech industry and ultra precision machining technology have led to the development of a wide variety of new materials. The demand for LBP Polygon Mirror finishing parts has increased, which are mainly used for the motor of the printer. so ultra precision machining technology is required. It is important for Polygon Mirror to have the enough strength for the high-speed rotation and high quality Polygon line surface. Polygon Mirror, high-tech nano finishing part, is used for optical instrument such as laser printers, digital copiers, laser fax machines and bar-code readers, etc. Therefore, we have evaluated the machining precision of material surface and tried to determine the optimum machining conditions in order to improve machining precision of S3M. Also we have applied to the production line to reduce the defective proportion. As a result, we have obtained high quality precision of side surface machining in case that the number of revolutions, speed and movement were constant and cutting rate was 0.05㎜. Also we have obtained the same results from the 30 test specimens with constant rough-cutting during the Polygon line machining. The defective proportion decreased from 12 percent to 4~6 percent when the machining conditions selected during the test were applied to the real production line. It is expected that the defective proportion of products can be reduced if we conduct further research on the cleaning and heat treatment process.

This article applies Hedonic price theory to estimate the attribute prices of beef. Result shows that the difference between attribute prices is dependent upon breed, quality attributes, quantity attributes in order. This indicates that current wholesale pricing reflects the grading standards very well. Also, under current beef grading system, the attribute prices clearly reflect changes in the attribute level of beef. For each farmer, quality differentiation strategy is to make a decision on which attribute level is possibly improved given breeding technology. Thus, to produce higher value-added, farmers should be able to consider their management skills from every angles prior to quality differentiation.

Driving powered by sole solar cell was successful. Unfortunately, the intensity of illumination was not thought to produce the power in solar cells since the test was performed in winter time, resulting in the speed of vehicle was reduced reduced during the test. The pover obtained was the highest when the solar cell and incident solar illumination was straight normal to each other. The power was switched over automatically to the battery from solar cells when sun illumination was deficient. Driving powered by sole battery was also successful without any interference.
