      • 홀로그래픽 메모리에서의 Pseudorandom Encoding 다중화기법

        The capacity of volume holographic memory depends largely on the number of holograms that can be multiplexed in a volume material and retrieved with minimum crosstalk and noise. Multiplexing of data storage can be performed either at one wavelength, using angular or phase encoded multiplexing, or at different wavelengths, using wavelength multiplexing. This paper proposes to use pseudorandom encoding multiplexing for volume holographic storage applications.

        Power plant is consisted of many component parts for the generation of the electricity, and occasionally, turbine equipment may be caused in break-down because of the damage of the blade root. Phased array ultrasonic testing system has become available for practical application in complicated geometry such as turbine blade root, tenon, disc in power industry, This research describes the characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for various type of blade roots in thermal Power Plant turbines. This application of Phased array ultrasonic testing system has been promoted mainly to save inspection time and labor cost of turbine inspection. The characteristic of phased array ultrasonic testing signal for power plant component in very simple to understand but to difficult for perform the inspection. This paper is focused on the safety of the turbine equipment by the ultrasonic measurement and phased array analysis. As a result of the test through ultrasonic and phased array method, we have concluded that the main damage in these turbine blade root parts could be generated by the concentrated stress and centrifugal force.

        디자인 진로 및 전공선택을 위한 수행능력 측정 : 디자인 '실기능력'과 '기초소양' 척도 타당화 연구

        본 연구는 디자인 전공 및 진로선택의 기준이 될 수 있는 디자인 수행능력을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 디자인 수행능력을 크게 ‘디자인 실기능력’과 ‘디자인 기초소양’으로 개념 및 하위변인을 정립한 후 각각을 측정하는 문항을 개발하여 , 전문가들에 의한 내용타당도 검증을 하여 질문지를 구성하였다. 디자인 학부생 439명을 대상으로 실시한 예비검사와. 427명을 대상으로 한 본검사 점수의 문항분석을 통하여 최종적으로 조형력 , 표현력 , 색채 및 재질감, 컴퓨터 프로그램활용능력의 네 가지 요인을 측정하는 18개 문항의 ‘디자인 실기능력’; 척도와, 창의력, 관찰력, 기획력, 감수성의 네 가지 요인을 측정하는 18개 문항의 ‘디자인 기초소양’ 척도를 구성하였다. 이 척도의 타당성을 위하여 확인적 요인분석에 의한 구인타당도, 하위요인별 상관분석에 의한 수렴타당도, 디자인 전공학생 및 대학원생(석사 및 박사, 중국유학생) 준거집단 335명을 대상으로 교차타당도를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 ‘디자인 실기능력’과 ‘디자인 기초소양‘ 척도는 일반화될 수 있으며 다른 표본에도 적용할 수 있다는 척도의 안정성을 확보하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop the scale for measuring 'practical design skills' and 'basic design talents'. The research collected preliminary data from 439 design majoring university students, collected major data from 427 design majoring university students(freshmen and sophomores), and finally 335 design majoring junior and senior students' responses for validation. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability, and validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows: the scale for practical design skill was defined by four factors and they were 'ability in formative art', 'ability to use color and material', 'ability to express', and 'ability to use computer applications'. Meanwhile, the scale for basic design talents was defined by four factors, which included 'creativity', 'observation', 'planning and management', 'sensibility'. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis proved the four sub-scales in the practical design skill scale and the basic design talents scale. Convergent validity evidence was also obtained from a correlation analysis of the sub-scales in the two scales. Cross validity evidence was obtained from the confirmatory factor analysis in design major students.

      • 참조 신호를 활용한 이중 시편 적외선 CO_2 가스센서의 구현

        Recently CO_2 as well as temperature and humidity has been considered as an important indicator for the optimum environment. This paper represents the performance of CO_2 measuring system based on NDIR (Non-dispersive infrared) technique. The concentration of CO_2 was determined by using the dual filter infrared sensor with 4.0㎛ and 4.3㎛ in passing wavelength. when the concentration of CO_2 is 1000ppm, the 0.4mV of output voltage is obtained and it is increased exponentially as the concentration of CO_2 increase.

      • 위상천이 간섭계를 이용한 영상 암호화

        An encryption method of the image information and the secret key is presented by using phase-shifting interferometry. Phase-shifting is implemented by moving the PZT mirror with equidistant phase steps of π/2. The size of the image has been 200×200 pixels and the key has been expressed with random amplitude and random phase by 200×200 pixels. Digital hologram in this method is Fourier transform hologram. In order to get good interferogram on spatial frequency domain(CCD), random phase is used for both object and reference beams. The simulation shows that phase-shifting interferometry gives good results for encryption.

      • 선천성 고혈압 쥐에서 Irbesartan과 Lisinopril의 병용 투여에 의한 혈압하강 상승효과

        Both irbesartan, one of the angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and lisinopril, a angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), are using for the treatment of hypertension. The aim of this study was to examine the drug synergism of combined treatment of irbesartan with lisinopril in blood pressure (BP)-lowering effect. Each telemetered-spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR) was orally received all seven treatments once with an interval of several days between each injection for washing-out and return to high BP levels and BP was monitored control (vehicle-treated), irbesartan (7.18 mg/kg/day as low-dose; 28.74 mg/kg/day as high-dose), lisinopril (0.48 mg/kg/day as low-dose; 1.92 mg/kg/day as high-dose), and low-dose or high-dose combination of irbesartan with lisinopril. The results showed that only high-dose combination of irbesartan and lisinopril exerts significant additive BP-lowering effect as compared with high-dose monotheraphy of each drug. The present study implies that drug combination of irbesartan with lisinopril can offer a clinically effective tool for treating hypertension.

      • IR 센서 유닛용 DOE 설계

        본 연구에서는 최근 각종 정보의 송수신용 검출기에 대한 필요성이 증가되고 있는 가운데, 그 중 초전형 적외선센서의 센서감도 향상과 센서 모듈에 있어서 소형화를 위한 FZP 및 DOE를 설계하였다. FZP 와 DOE는 회절 현상을 이용한 소자로 굴절광학 소자에 비하여 두께가 얇으므로 부피와 무게를 줄일 수 있고 미소제자 공정이 용이하므로 센서유닛에 직접 부착하여 모듈의 소형화를 구현 할 수 있다. Single tyre 센서에는 단일 초점을 가지는 FZP를 이용하였고, Dual type 센서에는 두 개의 초점을 가지도록 DOE를 이용하였다. 두 개의 렌즈는 회전 현상을 이용하고 각각 진폭형과 위상형으로 설계하여 각각에 대한 회절패턴을 비교 분석 한다.

      • 열-광학 효과를 이용한 실리콘 F-P 파장가변 필터

        A tunable thermo-optic filter for WDM using the thin film silicon coating is proposed and experimented. The filter is implemented by using the CMP process and polishing both sides of the commercial silicon wafer with normal thickness of 100um±1% and making 2-layer or 3-layer dielectrics coating mirror which are alternated λ/4 layers of SiO₂(n_low=1.44) and a:Si(n_high=3.48) for the central wavelengh of 1550nm by RF sputtering. The simulation and experiment shows that the FWHM is 0.56nm the finesse of 6.18 for 2-layer mirror with the reflection of 60%, and the FWHM is 0.132nm, the finesse of 26.52 for 3-layer mirror with the reflection of 90%, respectively.
