        Because the fact is that the development-process of night soil treatment system or sewage treatment system of our country is similar to that of Japan, it is point of time that our efforts should be not only concentrated on sewage treatment plant (construction of large-scale sewage treatment plant) for preventing water pollution being pushed now also executed the policy for strengthening the gray water treatment plant simultaneously with having a correct understanding of domestic waste water treatment after fully discussing Japan's experience(discussing what Japanese learned from their experience). Having limitation to conserve water quality in the public water area by only sewage treatment plant without reinforcing gray water treatment, it is judged that the administrative and financial actions of government subsidy system, loan-facilitation, taxreduction and legislation of structural standard, etc, must be taken. As it needs a long period of time to accumulate the technical achievement due to not being accomplished a general planning of structural standard under existing internal true circumstances, efforts will be made for the treatment system suitable to native facts even though it is late.

      • 都市建築의 環境知覺과 Parallax의 空間美에 관한 硏究

        The concept of environmental perception and beauty is briefly discussed and related to the concept of parallax in the spatial perception of urban-architectural settings(scences). The photo-sketch simulation test of visual perception with semantic scale is formulated to explore the degree of consensus among viewers about the parallax effect on their visual perception and preferrence. The test results support the expected hypothsis that the visual environment of complexity and variety is closely correlated with the parallax effect and more preferred or valued than the simplistic and monotonouse one or non-parallax environment.

        Organizations face an environments of continuous and accelerating change. An Increasingly pervasive response to this experience is to engage in some form of downsizing. Our research contends that without strategic approach to downsizing, downsized companies can't achieve a reduction in overall labor costs and increase in productivity. So managers must plan and execute a well-orchestrated strategies of downsizing in their organizations. A strategic approach to downsizing requires that managers ⑴ formulate a vision of the future of the organization ⑵ clearly define downsizing goals ⑶ take actions to develop member's ability ⑷ continuously communicate with unions and members, in order to share with vision, goals, and downsizing methods ⑸ design incentive systems necessary to support member's behavior change.

        For the policy of economic growth most developing countries ignore disastrous effects of industrialization on the environment. The uncontrolled emission of pollutants in the process has caused humans many severe illness and even fatal occupational diseases. Nevertheless most previous studies on the workers' health have focused only on industrial injuries and occupational diseases in workplace. The purpose of this study is to survey the literature to find out how much workers health has been influenced by "out-of -workplace-pollutants" contained in air, water, indoor air, noise, asbestos, and radiation fallouts etc. One result of the study is that there are many pollutants around and in workers' home in Korea. Thus workers' illness and occupational diseases are expected to increase, unless these factors are not significantly reduced. Another result is that environmental policy measures are also an important element for protecting workers' health. ChaperⅡ reviews theoretical aspects and information concerning workers' health check-up legislations, particularly the important role environmental protection plays in the reproduction of labor resource. ChapterⅢ discusses the impacts of pollutants on the workers' health. ChapterⅣ provides the summary and conclusions and suggests policy measures for protecting workers' health from the Pollulants.

      • 미 고결 지반에서의 지반보강에 의한 터널굴착에 관한 연구

        When a tunnel is excavated within a soft soil layer in a shallow depth, soil deformation characteristics depending on soil improvement merhodologies, a grout method by using urethane and a mini pipe-roof method, have been investigated by analyzing results from numerical analysis and field measurement data. Following conclusions are considered to be approproate; Measured surface settlements appeared to be 26∼36% of results obtained from numerical analysis when the soft soil layer around the tunnel is grouted by using urethane. Surface settlements accompanied by advancing a tunnel face reached its maxinum value at the location of 2∼2.5 D behind the tunnel face. When the mini pipe-roof method is applied to strengthen the weak soil layer around the tunnel,measured surface settlements were 38∼89% of theoretical values. Displacements at the SL(Sprong Line) moved outwards because vertival stresses are greater than horizontal stresses during excavating the upper part, but moved inwards because horizontal stresses are relatively greater than vertical stresses during the excavation stage of the lower part. In case of applying the mini pipe-roof method to improve the soft soil layer,vertical deflection at the rown reached around 42% of the total deflection after excavating the upper part. Measured deflections recorded 10∼50% of theoretical values. As for the effectiveness of excavation methodologies estimated through numerical analysis, maximum surface settlement, maximum vertical deflection at the crown,and maximum lateral displaement at the silot method of five stage excavation showed 83%, 88%, and 76% of those values due to the three stage excavation,respectively.

        스포츠시설 불만족 고객의 재구매 보상요인

        본 연구는 스포츠시설의 최초 구매활동에서 불만족을 경험한 소비자가 구매단절을 하지 않고 재 구매를 할 경우 불만족에 대한 보상요인으로서 스포츠시설의 3대 구성요소를 스포츠시설의 입지조건, 설비수준, 인적서비스 등으로 분류하여 이것들이 인구통계변수와 이용유형에 따른 변화의 차이를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적에 의하여 부산시내에 소재한 6개 스포츠시설을 3개월 이상 계속하여 이용하고 있는 성인 600명을 대상으로 자기평가기입법에 의한 설문조사를 실시한 후 최초의 구매결과에서 불만족을 경험한 것으로 응답한 남자 105명, 여자 126명의 자료를 SPSS Win 7.5를 이용 통계처리 하였으며, 자료분석을 위하여 사용한 통계분석방법으로는 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 Fisher의 Z-score를 채택하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠시설의 입지조건은 인구통계 변수 중 소득수준에서, 참가유형에서는 주로 참가하는 종목에 따라 보상받는 정도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠시설의 설비수준에서는 인구통계변수의 직업군 중 전문직, 학력에서는 대학원을 졸업한 집단을 제외한 나머지 집단에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인적 서비스에 의하여 불만족을 보상받는 경우는 인구통계변수 중 대졸집단에서, 이용유형에서는 헬스 및 에어로빅을 주로 하는 집단에서만 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 스포츠시설의 구성요소 중 설비수준이 불만족을 상쇄하는 정도가 전 집단에서 가장 유효한 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was aimed to understand the role in the three component factors of sports facilities as compensation factor for dissatisfaction in the case that customers who were not satisfied in the first purchase are keeping purchase, not stoping purchase. As the same aim, the condition of location . the level of equipment, and man service in the sports facilities are classified into three component factors in sports facilities, these results were analyzed the difference of changes according to statistics variables and using types. The counterparts of this study who have using over 3 months in sports facilities located in Pusan, have been not satisfied with the results of the first purchase, 105 male and 126 female, conducted the inquiries by self-administration method, that is dealt with the statistics package of SPSS Win 7.5. statistics analysis method used for analyzing data adopt Quantities correlation analysis of Pearson and Z-score of R.A. Fisher. The conclusion of this study are showed as followings: First, the degrees of compensation showed that location of sports facilities is affected by the level of income among population statistics condition of sport facilities, joining type is affected by the participating event. Second, the level of equipment showed significantly in professional among the groups of population statistics variables, and the rest group exclude the post graduated university. The last, in the case of having compensation against dissatisfaction owing to man-service, that showed significant relations in graduated university group in population statistics variables and the group which use mainly health center and/or aerobics in using type. In conclusion, the level of equipment in component factors in component factors in sports facilities showed the most significant with the degrees of compensation to decrease of dissatisfaction in every group.

        방사선조사가 백서의 치주조직에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        It is known that radiation therapy is a kind of treatment choices of the maxillofacial tumors. This study is designed to investigate the irradiation effects on rat's periodontal tissues as functional tissues which relate to tooth-support, hard tissue formation and destruction. 20 rats (Sprague-Dowley branch, male) were devided into control group of 4 and experimental groupe of 16. Experimental group was singly exposed to Co-60 irradiation with 10 Gy in the head and neck region. Animals were sacrificed on 2 bays, 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after the irradiation. The specimens were observed by histopathological examination employing H-E stain, van-Gieson stain and PA-ACH fluorescent stain. The results were as follows: 1. Cementoblasts and osteoblasts were gradually lost and rearranged along the external surfaces of the cementum and alveolar bone, but osteoclasts were almost not affected. 2. The cell numbers of the periodontal ligament were decreased due to the cellular atrophy and degeneration, but recovered almost normally on the 3rd week after irradiation. 3. The collagen fibers within the periodontal ligament were irregularly oriented, became finer and decreased in number. 4. The vessels of the periodontal ligament were decreased at the initial stage but increased again on the 2nd week after irradiation, and the hemorrhagic appearances, occurred within the tissues, due to the arterial destruction, were lasted until 3 weeks after irradiation. 5. The glycogen within the periodontal ligament was gradually and stored in the matrices of the cemental side on the 1st week after irradiation, but recovered almost normally on the 3rd week after irradiation.

        전기화상 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Background: Good documentation of electrical injuries at the time of presentation is very important to emergency management, so this study was designed to investigate the clinical characteristics and the outcomes of patients with electrical injury. Methods: A review of 75 cases of electrical injuries admitted to our hospital via the emergency department over a 4 year period from 1996 to 1999 was conducted. Results: There were 49 patients with high-voltage injuries and 19 patients with low-voltage injuries. All but 4 patients were males, with a mean age of 29.5 years. The most common type of injury was electrothermal burn. The most common point of entry was hand. The average size of burn wounds was 14.5% TBSA in the high-voltage group and 2.5% in the low-voltage group. Forty-nine(72.1%) of the injuries were work related. The number of patients with compartment syndrome was 19, and fasciotomies were performed in all but one patient. Myoglobinuria was noted in 22 patients, but no patient developed acute renal failure due to myoglobinuria. In the high-voltage group, 10 limb amputations were performed. Complication were observed in 12 patients. The most common complication was neurological injury. The average length of hospital stay was 50.7 days in the high-voltage group and 13.8 days in the low-voltage group. The overall mortality rate was 4.3%. Couclusion: Prevention of electrical injuries is very important. Education and compliance with safety measures, as well as basic knowledge and precaution in dealing with electricity, are essential to avoid these injuries.
