트랙터의 자율주행 제어에 관한 연구

Recently, the research on the automatic mobile tractors has become active, especially steering control system. It is required that the steering system is able to robust to external loads, and to have large torque in a small area. The steering system consists of hydraulic components, mechanical parts, a steering actuator replacing the steering wheel, and a control device. In this paper, we proposed the steering fuzzy-control algorithm for automated tractor and its effectiveness has been shown by field test on the straight road, s-type road, and crank-type road.

Gerbera Van Wijk 系統의 採鍾에 關한 試驗

(1) Gerbera Van Wijk系統의 自家採種을 爲한 基礎資料를 얻고저 熟期, 貯藏力 및 時期別 開花數, 結實率等에 關한 試驗을 行하였다. (2) 熟期는 22日前後 이었으며 自然條件下에 放置 했을 경우 發芽力은 3個月 前後에서 減少되기 始作하여 10月 前後에는 거의 상실 되었다. (3) 開花數 및 結實率은 5月 및 9月이 가장 높았으며 3~4月의 低溫期와 7~8月의 高溫期가 가장 不良하였다. 1. In order to get the basic information for self-seed prodection with Van Wijk line of Gerbera, days to maturity and longevity of seed, number of flower and seed setting percent were invesigated. 2. The days required to matruity after pollination were about 22. The viability of seed, when kept under natural condition, began to decrease from 3 months around after storage and then almost losed from 10 months around. 3. Numbers of flower and seed setting percent was best in May and September, while they was worst in March ans April when it was low temperature and in July and August with high temperature.

Anthelmintics used in the treatment of intestnal nematode infections such as Ascaris iumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, hookworms, Enterobius vermicularis and Trichostrongylus orientalis were reviewedfor the drug efficacy, simplicity of regimen, side effects and applicability to indvidual treatment or under field conditions. Provided that the diagnosis of such intestinal nematode infections is accurate, there seems no problem in the treatment of most kinds of infections anthelmintics currently available in this country. To ascariasis, pyrantel pamoate, mebendazole, tetramisole and albendazole are applicable in single doses both in individual treatment and in community based control activities. Oxantel pamoate is a most promising anthelmintic against trichuriasis, however, mebendazole and albendazole may also be used in the field control. Enterobiasis is treated by mebendazole, albendazole, pyrantel or pyrvinium pamoate but 3~4 times repeated treatments every 20days are indispensible for its long-term control in a family or in an endemic community. Anthelmintics against hookworm infections and trichostrongyliasis are nearly the same as incase of ascariasis. Most of these anthelmintics reveal mild and transient side effects. so that no prolonged clinical problems are encountered.

노인의 건강증진행위와 건강상태

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the health status and the health promotion behavior in the elderly. Method: The subject was 200 elderly person over 65 who lived in Seoul (65 males and 135 females). The data were obtained by the scale of Health promoting behavior by Choi Young Hee & Kim Soon Yi(1997) and Health status by Shin Ho Cheol et al(2002). For the data analysis, SPSS 12.0/PC+ program was utilized for descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation. t-test. ANOVA, Scheffe' test. Result: The average item score for the health promoting behavior was 3.32. The highest score on the subscale was preserve of physical strength. There were differences according to educational level, family member. The average item score for the Health status was 2.63. The highest score on the subscale was emotional function and the lowsest score on the subscale was sexual function. There were differences according tp gender. age, educational level, marital status, family member, monthly pocket money. The health promoting behavior were positively related to health status. Conclusion: Various health promoting programs should be planned according to characteristics of the elderly and should be studied for supporting socio-economic welfare policy with health care system.

개불추출 물질의 구조 결정 및 생리활성에 관한 연구

Urechis unicintus belongs to the phylum echiura and lives in U-shaped burrows in intertidal mudflats which have oxygen rich water in the seaside southwest district of Korea. Four compounds and three sterols were isolated from methanol extracts of body wall in Urechis unicintus. The compounds were purified by HPLC after isolated by hexane extraction and silica gel column chromatography. Sterols were isolated by TLC. The chemical structure and molecular formula of the compounds were identified to be 8-hydroxy-1, 2-methoxy-3-methylanthraquinone (Ⅰ, ??), chrysophanol (Ⅱ, ??), physcione (Ⅲ, C16H12O5) and obtusifolin (Ⅳ, ??) by NMR spectrum. And Sterols were identified to be cholesterol, 24-methylene cholesterol and fucosterol by GC-Mass. The molecular weights of the compounds were identified at high resolution mass measurements of molecular ion at m/z 298. 254 and 284 respectively. The compounds showed marked concentraction-dependent inhibitory effect on cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase, (Na+, K+)-ATPase and platelet aggregation. They showed inhibition effect on aggregation induced by collagen, ?? value of 42.8, 201.7, 159.3 μM respectively, and also inhibition effect on (NA+, K+)-ATPase, ?? value of 13.2, 22.4, 17.1 μM respectively. The compound Ⅰ is a new anthraquinone derivative to which the name Unicintusin is proposed.

국산 알벨다졸(안젠탈^(�))의 臟內線蟲類에 대한 驅蟲效果

An anthelmintic trial of albendazole was carried out an total of 186 inhabitants of Namhaegun, Kyongsangnam-do. For this purpose they were examined for their intestinal parasites, by cellophane thick smear and/or anal swab techniques before and 2 weeks after anthelmintic treatment. The examinations revealed A. lumbricoides 5.9%, T. trichiura 26.9%, E. vermicularis 52.4%, Echinostomia sp. 0.02% and Taenia sp. 0.01%. The infected cases were treated with 400㎎ single dose of albendazola. The egg negative conversion rate(NCR) and the egg reduction rate(ERR) were calculated based upon the results of pre and post-fecal examinations. For Ascaris, NCR was 87.5%, ERR 97.1%, and NCR 51.1% and ERR 78.6% for Trichuris. NCR was 100% for Enterobius. Albendazole(Alzental) is regarded as one of recommendable anthelmintics for the nationwide mass treatment programme of intestinal nematodes especially for ascariasis.

國産 Praziquantel (Cestocide^(�)의 無鉤條蟲 및 廣節裂頭條蟲에 對한 治療效果

Praziquantel(Cestocide^ⓡ), Korean product, was tested for its efficacy in the treatment of Taenia saginata and Diphylobothrium latum infection during the period from May 1983 to October 1985, A total of 30 patients were treated with 10~30㎎/㎏ single dose of praziquantel and purged with 20~30g of magnesium sulfate to recover the worms. The results were as follows: 1. The patients were 26 cases of T. saginata and 4 cases of D. latum and after the treatment all of them discharged tapeworm segments with or without their scolices. The scolex recovery rate was 43.3%(from 11 and 2 cases of T. saginata and D. Iatum respectively). 2. The follow[up examination for eggs and/or proglottides performed 2~3 months later or 11 out of 17 scolex-unidentified cases gave all negative results. From the results it is concluded that praziquantel(Cestocide^ⓡ) in 10㎎/㎏ single dose is highly effective in treatment of these tapeworm infections.

한국인에서의 CYP2C19 돌연변이 유전자형의 다형성에 관한 연구

The S-mephenytoin 4'-hydroxylase (CYP2C19) metabolizes a number of clinically used drugs and shows a marked interethnic difference in the incidence of the poor metabolizer (PM). Recent studies have found a third (CYP2C19*4) and forth (CYP2C19*5) mutations in Caucasians. In the present study, we genotyped 536 healthy unrelated Koreans for functionally defective alleles, CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3, CYP2C19*4, and CYP2C19*5. Detection of the normal (CYP2C19*1) and defective alleles was performed by polymerase chain reaction/restriction enzyme analysis. The genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood. The allelic frequencies of the wild-type (CYP2C19*1) and CYP2C19*2 were 72.6% and 27.4%, and the wild-type (CYP2C19*1) and CYP2C19*3 were 85.1% and 14.9%, respectively. For each CYP2C19*2 and CYP2C19*3 the observed number of three genotypes were similar to those calculated in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equation. The frequencies of homozygotes for CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and compound heterozygotes were 9.7%, 2.8% and 4.2%, respectively. The mutants of CYP2C19 were identified in 36 subjects (16.7%). The mutated CYP2C19*4 and CYP2C19*5 alleles were not detected in this study. These results suggest that frequency of mutants of CYP2C19 in Koreans resembled the Orientals rather than Caucasians, and we founded the racial variability of the frequencies of the CYP2C19*4 and CYP2C19*5 alleles in the Orientals.
