一般的으로, 環準同型寫像 f:A→Ap의 核 Sp(O)는 A의 p-準素 이데알에 包含된다. 그러나 A가 Noether 環일때 Sp(O)는 모든 p-準素 이데알들의 交集合과 一致한다. 本 論文에서는 이것을 利用하여 Noether 環 A에서 어느것도 極小 素이데알이 아닌 相異한 素이데알 p₁, p₂, …, Pn들이 주어지면 그것들을 附隨이데알로 갖는 A의 한 이데알이 存在함을 證明하였다.

It has already been fifty years since the Korean peninsula was divided into two nations, South and North Korea. Owing to forming different political and social structures with each other, we can conjecture that there are much heterogeneity in education. On the assumption that education plays important role in coming to an accommodation and in restoring homogeneity of the Korean race after unification, we consider the investigation of the contents of mathematics textbooks of secondary schools as a meaningful research to make provision against unification. In this paper, we shall investigate the learning contents, and the learning substances and sequences in mathematics of secondary schools between South and North Korea by falling into two regions, algebra and statistics. By grasping the special features of terms, learning subject matters and learning substances, and clarifying their distinctions, we shall present some reforms measure of distinctions.
Perfect, Buijs and Cohen-Macaulay 加群에 관한 硏究

本 論文의 主 結果를 證明하기 위하여 이데알의 深度 및 高度의 개념을 소개하고 加群에 대한 Krull 次元과 qrade의 개념을 고찰하였으며 等標數인 경우 M.Hochster, 不等標數인 경우 P.Roberts에 의하여 증명된 호모로 지적 고도정리와 그 결과인 Intersection 정리를 소개하고 본 논문의 주요 부분인 4절에서는 定理 4.4와 定理 4.6을 증명하였으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. "Noether 局所環 A上의 有限 生成 加群 M에 대하여 다음이 성립한다. (1) M이 완전가군이면 Buijs가군이다. (2) M이 Buijs 가군이면 dimension conjecture를 만족한다. (3) Buijs 가군이 완전가군 일 필요충분조건을 그것이 dimension conjecture를 만족한다. (4) Cohen-Macaulay 局所環上에서 完全加群, Buijs 가군 및 有限 射影次元을 갖는 Cohen-Macaulay 加群은 모두 같다."

D?f(x,u)≥0 for (x,u)∈?, 2?. D?h(x,u)≤0 for (x,u)∈? for (x,u)∈?이면 u₁≡u₂ for x∈?, 즉 평균치 定理와 一意性 定理를 利用해서 u₁와 n₂가 같음을 證明하였다. 定理 2에서는 函數 u, f, h는 각각 class (A), (F), (H)에 屬하고 函數 u₁, u₂가 c⁴(k)∩c³(?)內에 存在하는 (BP-2)의 解라고 하면 u₁≡u₂임을 보여 解가 一意的으로 存在함을 基本定理와 坪均値 定理를 利用하여 證明하였다.

本 論文에서는 代數幾何學에서 나타난 한 定理 즉 "아핀多樣體가 한 点에서 非特異일 必要充分條件은 그 点 近傍에서 正則函數들의 눈(芽)의 環이 Norther 局所環이다"를 線型寫像을 利用한 새로운 證明을 試圖하였다.

加群의 完備化에 의하여 얼마나 많은 部分이 零化되는가 라는 重要한 問題는 Krull에 의하여 提示된 바 本 論文에서는 完備化와 局所化에 의하여 零化된 部分들의 關係를 糾明하고 完備化에 의하여 모든 部分이 零化될 必要充分條件을 證明하였다.
Vinblastine Sulfate가 Mouse간장의 인산염 분해효소 활성에 미치는 영향

Vinblastine sulfate isolated from the vinca has been widely used as an anticancer drug. Vinblastine sulfate inhibits the formation of microtubules which are related to cytoskeleton, transport of molecules and cellular polarity. As a result, it inhibits the mitosis and brings to cellular necrosis. The author undertook the present study to investigate the effect of binblastine sulfate on phosphatase activity in the mouse liver. Albino mice, DDY strain, weighing 2gm were used as experimental animals. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after administration of 12 mg/kg of of vinblastine sulfate. The activity of alkaline phosphatase was observed by Gomori's method and the activity of adenosine triphosphatase was observed by the Wachstein-Meisel's method for histochemical study. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The activity of alkaline phosphatase was slightly increased in the central zone and decreased in the intermediate and periportal zone of the hepatic lobule of the 24 and 36 hours vinblastine sulfate treated groups. In 48 hour-vinblastine sulfate treated group, the activity of alkaline phosphatase was recovered to normal. 2. The activity of adenosine triphosphatase was slightly increased in the hepatic lobule of the 12 and 24 hours vinblastine sulfate treated groups but decreased in the 36 and 48 hour vinbalstine sulfate treated groups. Consequently, it is suggested that vinblastine sulfate cause to decrease the activity of alkaline phosphatase and adenosine phosphatase in mouse liver.

分數 ideal들의 類 중에서 因子라고 하는 重要한 部分類를 分類하여 그 性質을 硏究하는 것은 重要한 일이다. 本 論文에서는 Krull 整域의 因子의 性質을 把握하여 Krull 整域과 唯一因數分解整域 사이의 部分類 關係인 다음 事項을 說明하였다. 1. 定理 2.5에서 Noether 半局所環이 局所的으로 唯一因數分解整域이면 唯一因數分解整域이다. 2. 定理 4.3에서 (1) Krull 整域 R 에서 모든 因子가 可逆的이면 R는 局所的으로 唯一因數分解整域이 다. (2) R의 모든 因子가 有限生成이면 (1)의 逆이 成立한다. 3. 系 4.4에서 R가 Noether 半局所 Krull 整域이면 R는 唯一因數分解整域이다.

分數 이데알의 類 中에서 因子라고 하는 重要한 部分類를 分類하여 그 性質을 조사 硏究하는 것은 重要한 일이다. 本 論文에서는 Krull 環의 因子에 關한 다음 두 定理를 證明하였다. (1) 零아닌 素이데알은 高度가 1일때만 因子가 된다. (2) 이데알이 因子가 될 必要充分條件은 그것이 高度가 1인 有限個의 準素이데알들의 交集合으로 나타내어진다.
안구 적출이 백서 외측슬상체내 신경원의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

The lateral geniculate body, visual relay nucleus, has many connection with retina, cerebral cortex and other structures in brain. It is well known that many pathologic conditions such as infection, tumor, occlusion of ophthalmic artery, trauma etc., can induce the functional and morphological damages to the lateral geniculate body. There have been many reports on the ultrastructural changes of the lateral geniculate body resulting from unilateral or bilateral enucleation in the rabbit, cat and monkey. Although it is also known that the ultrastructural changes due to enuleation were different from each species of animal but there were few reports about the effect of bilateral enuleation on ultrastructure of the lateral geniculate body in rat. The author undertook this experiment to investigate the ultrastructural changes of optic tract, soma, synapse and myelinated nerve fiber in lateral geniculate body of rat after bilateral enuleation. A total of 90 healthy male albino rats, Sprague-Dawley strain, weighing about 250-300 gm were used as experimental animals. The animals were divided into 10 control rats and 80 experimental rats and then experimental rats were subdivided into 3 days, 1 week, 1 month and 2 months groups by intervals of time after enucleation and each group wars allocated 20 rats. After craniotomy, the brain was removed out and the lateral geniculate body was excised from the brain under stereoscopic observation. The specimens were prefixed in the 2% glutaraldehyde-2.5% paraformaldehyde solution buffered by Millonig's phosphate buffer (pH 7.2) for 8 hours at 4℃ and postfixed in the 1% osmium tetroxide for 4 hours. After dehydration by means of concentration gradient of ethanol-aceton, the specimens were embedded in Epon 812 and then ultrathin sections, 600-800A in thickness, were made with LKB V ultramicrotome and stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate. These preparations were observed with JEM 100 cx-II electron microscope. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Dilatation, sacculation of and disruption cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum accompanied with dissociation of membrane bound ribosomes were recognized in soma of neuron. 2. Swollen mitochondria with indistinct mitochondrial cristae and deletion of mitochondrial matrix were observed in soma of neuron. 3. Numerous cytoplasmic dense bodies, autophagic vacuoles and multivesicular bodies were observed in soma of neuron. 4. Nucleus was progressed in karyorrhexis after pyknosis. 5. Number of the synaptic vesicles was decreased and size of synaptic vesicles became irregular. 6. Glial processes invaded and engulfed the debrises. 7. Myelin sheath of axons in lateral geniculate body was disorganized and axoplasm was converted into amorphous electron dense material. Autophagic vaculoes were presented in axoplasm. 8. Number of myelinated nerve fibers in optic tract was decreased and myelin sheath and axoplasm were disorganized. Based on above mentioned observation, it is concluded that bilateral enucleation would induce the irreversible damage on the visual relay neurons in the lateral geniculate body of rats.
