        경희대학교 수원캠퍼스의 멀티미디어관 주변 공원계획

        Multimedia center at Kyung-Hee University is going to be opened in 1999. The purpose of this study is to extend the usability of outdoor space around the multimedia center. This study, therefore, presents the space, which gives a resting area, provide a beautiful sight, improve the accessibility of path, and give a theme.

      • 胃癌細胞의 植物凝集素結合에 關한 免疫酵素組織學的 硏究

        To evaluate the binding reactions of various phytohemagglutinins (PHAs) on the gastric carcinoma cells, the author had undertaken an experiment using purified PHAs, such as Concanavalin A(Con-A), wheat germ agglutinin(WGA), soybean agglutinin(SBA), Dolichos biflorus agglutinin(DBA), Ulex europaeus agglutinin I (UEA I), peanut agglutinin(PNA), Ricinus communis agglutinin I (RCA I), and Pinellia ternata agglutinin(PTA). The tissue samples used were gastric tissue from subtotal gastrectomy or fiberoptic biopsy, diagnosed by pathologists as well differentiated adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma signet-ring cell type adenocarcinoma, and dysplasia. The results obtained are as follows; 1. On the well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, all the PHAs except UEA I showed cytoplasmic granular reactions of the tumor cells and linear reactions along the intraluminal borders of the tumor glands. 2. On the poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, RCA I and UEA I showed cytoplasmic reactions, and other PHAs showed variable reactions from positive to focal positive. 3. In signet-ring cell carcinoma, PNA, SBA, RCA I and UEA I showed weak reactions in the cytoplasm. 4. On the dysplastic cells, Con-A, WGA, PNA, RCA I and PTA showed cytoplasmic reactions and SBA, UEA I and DBA showed no reaction. With the above results, the binding of PHAs on the tumor cells of the stomach reveled variable patterns, depending on the degree of differentiation and the kinds of PHAs used.

        보행자 시점에 따른 가로경관평가에 관한 연구

        Korea have a rapid urbanization by economic growth after 1960. But, physical growth of city makes a ignorance of the quality of amenity increase. Recently, on that reason lots of studies and recognitions of street landscape problem was made, but there's lack of studying it as a view point of pedestrian who use and feel street actually. This study have the following method. One, Street landscape is divided into 2 parts. One is street inside landscape(type I) that pedestrians walk along and watch and the other is street across landscape(type II). Second, we choose business street area where most citizens work and live their most time. And we analyze psychology factor, components of the street landscape, attributes of the components and visual preference. This study provides fundamental information about street landscape estimate and management by "when pedestrian estimate street landscape, what kind of mental factor and street landscape components give an influence on street characteristic and viewpoint? and what kind of components give an influence on each of street landscape component".

      • Paraquat 양이온 기에 대한 전자 스핀 공명 연구

        Electron spin resonance studies of the radical + 1 cation of paraquat have been carried out at room temperature using X-band microwave. The observed ESR spectra have very complex hyperfine structure due to hyperfine interactions with the nuclei of 2 nitrogens and 14 hydrogens in the radical. The ESR parameters have been found ??, ??, ??, ??, ?? and the hyperfine constants are very close to pervious reports of Janice A. DeGray et. al.

      • 烏貝散이 HCI-aspirin 으로 유발된 십이지장궤양에 미치는 조직학적 영향

        오패산이 HCI-aspirin tm으로 유발된 rat 십이지장궤양에 미치는 조직학적 영향을 관찰하기 위하여, 오패산을 1,3 및 5일 동안 경구투여하고 십이지장의 조직학적 변화를 관찰하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 실험 전 기간동안 대조군에서는 십이지장 융모의 위축과 붕괴가 관찰되었으며, 조직학적으로는 점막상피의 변성 및 탈락이 관찰되었고 점막고유층에서는 염증세포의 침윤(infilteration)의 소견이 관찰된 반면 오패산 투여군의 투여 1일에서는 대조군과 유사하게 관찰되었으나, 투여 3일후부터 점막상피의 첨부에서 경미한 카타르성 물질이 관찰된 이외에 정상군과 유사한 소견을 나타내었다. 이상에서 오패산이 십이지장궤양의 치유를 촉진시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. In order to study, the histological effects of Opeaesan on the duodenal ulcer induced by HCI-aspirin tm in rate, experiments were done by oral administration and observed histological profiles of the ulcerative lesions. Ulcerative lesions were unmerously detected in control groups especially in pylorus-duodenal junctions. Histologically, very severe injury to duodenal epithelium wer observed in control groups and these injuries were increased with time intervals. But in the Opaesan-administration groups, no gross lesion of ulcer were demonstrated and histologically minor injury to the mucosal epithelium were observed. Among the Opaesan treatment groups, most slight injuries to duodenal mucosa were detected in 5 days after administration when the histological profiles were similar to that of normal groups. According to these result, it is suggested that Opaesan should be used in treatment of the duodenal ulcer but the funcitonal mechanisms were unknown.

        발생원별에 따른 PAHs 배출특성

        The results of individual PAH source profiles that can be applied to receptor model are as follows. The sum of 16 PAH concentrations was 391.41 ng/S㎥ in a tunnel. Phenanthrene was the most abundant compound among 16 PAH, and then pyrene, fIuoranthene, anthracene, and naphthalene can be seen in elevated contents. 11,056.61 ng/S㎥ of 16 PAH concentrations in BC oil boiler was two times higher than 6,582.57 ng/S㎥ of those in LNG boiler. Naphthalene was the most abundant compound in both facilities. Phenanthrene, anthracene. and acenaphthylene were the second dominant compound group in order from both facilities. BC oil boiler had relatively high concentration of pyrene compared to LNG boiler that had high concentration of fluorene and did not detect pyrene. The sum of 16 PAH concentrations emitted from MSW incinerators after APCD (air pollution control device) was three times higher than those from MSW incinerators bcfore APCD. However, the concentrations of more than 4-ring PAH compounds (e.g., benzo (a)anthracene) before APCD were higher than those after APCD. This fact implies that PAHs generated by combustion process are eliminated in APCD and they are continuously produced in stack or atmosphere by PAHs precursors.

        The Suwon Campus of Kyunghee University was decided to rebuild a university gate to make new image of the university for a new millenium. The purpose of this study is to design a university gate not only for a gate but also for a commemorative environmental model which presents a spirit and idea of the Kyunghee University. The entire design of the gate has a renaissance style, the design of it's center has a triumphal arch form which cars can go through, and the design of it's side has a corridor form which pedestrians can walk. The gate is designed to present the spirit for human and world peace which Kyunghee University intends.
