패혈증의 경과에 따른 혈중 스테로이드와 Nitric Oxide의 연관성

연구배경: 패혈증에서 Nitric oxide 스테로이드 호르몬은 혈역학적 변화와 염증반응에 관여하는데 이 두 인자는 서로 상관성이 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 하지만 실제 환자에서 서로의 상관성이나 임상적 의의는 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 방법: 패혈증 환자 26예와 대조군 14예를 대상으로 혈중 총 NO와 혈중 코티졸 농도를 측정하였고 이어서 제 3, 5, 7병일에도 연속적으로 측정을 하였다. 결과: 패혈증 환자군에서 초기 혈중 코티졸 및 총 NO 농도는 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가하였고 경증 패혈증에 비하여 중증 패혈증 환자군에서 유의하게 높았다. 초기 혈중 총 NO의 농도는 APACHE II 점수, 정맥혈 lactate 농도와 상관성이 있었다. 패혈증의 시간의 경과에 따라 혈중 NO 농도는 제 1병일, 제 5병일, 제 7병일에 혈중 코티졸의 농도와 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 결론: 패혈증 환자들에서 혈중 NO와 코티졸 농도는 증가되어 있었으며, 경과에 따라 서로 유의한 상관성이 지속되었다. 상호작용기전에 대하여는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다. Background: The nitric oxide (NO) released by inducible NO synthase (iNOS) plays an important role in the pathophysiology of sepsis. Corticosteroids also play a role in the hemodynamic and inflammatory reactions in sepsis. Both have been shown to have a relationship theoretically, but their correlation and clinical impacts have rarely been evaluated. Methods: 26 patients with sepsis and 14 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The initial random plasma total NO and the serum cortisol levels were measured. The same measurements were serially carried out on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days. Results: The initial total plasma levels of NO and cortisol were higher in the patients with sepsis than in the healthy controls. The total NO levels were higher in patients with severe sepsis than in the those with mild sepsis. There was a correlation between the total NO and cortisol level throughout the study. Conclusion: In patients with sepsis, the levels of plasma NO and cortisol were well correlated during the first week of sepsis, which suggests an interrelationship. However, the clinical and pathogenetic implications await further evaluation. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2007; 62: 308-313)

일본 시코쿠 순례 속의 한국문화

This study examined the relationship between pilgrimage of 88 Shikoku holy site and Korea. The relationship can be largely summarized into 3 points. First, the relationship between founder Gong Hae and Korean peninsula. His paternal line is the Saekis who immigrated from Silla, and maternal line is the Ados who immigrated from Baekje. Also, Geunjo who was his teacher during Buddhist priesthood asceticism was from the Hatas of Silla-Gaya, and another teacher Gyeongjoon was descendant of the Hujis of Baekjae immigrants. And his spiritual master who was his model of asceticism, Haenggi was born between the Gosis of Baekje and the Hachidas. Besides, he once studied with Silla monk Hyeil, and he kept very close relationship with Sill monks so that Silla monks came to Japan twice to meet him. Likewise, from his birth to asceticism, he was in close relationship with Korean monks. Second, the relationship between 88 holy sites and Korean peninsula. Chwibongsa temple(no.36) and Geumchangsa temple(no.76) which is related to Wonjin serves Silla god, and Jonggansa temple(no.34) and Daebisa temple(no.44) enshrined Buddhist statue sculpted by Baekje sculptor or monk. Furthermore, there are 33 sites that are built by ore related to Japanese monk of Baekje line, and moreover, there are 7 holy sites which possess Joseon Buddhist paintings and Buddhist temple bell which are likely to be taken during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. Third, the relationship between Shikoku pilgrimage and Korea lasted during modern era. For example, during the Japanese colonial era, Japanese constructed downscale replica of 88 holy site of Shikoku pilgrimage trail in Busan, Masan, Mokpo. Incheon, Hambuk Gyeongseong, and Hambuk Cheongjin, and it was Korean woman who was the first foreigner to be qualified as chief Buddhist monk of holy site temple. Likewise, Korea is closely related to Shikoku 88 holy site pilgrimage in various ways. Considering this, the attitude of Japanese who discriminate against Korea and show anti-Korean attitude regarding Shikoku pilgrimage cannot be justified.

Abstract - This paper presents a fault location algorithm for a single phase-to ground fault on 3-terminal transmission systems. The method uses only the local end voltage and current signals. Other currents used for the algorithm are estimated by current distribution factor and the local end current. Negative sequence current is used to remove the effect of load current. There distance equations based on Kirchhoff's voltage law are established for the location algorithm which can be applied to a parallel transmission line having a teed circuit. Separating the real and imaginary parts of each distance equation, final nonlinear equations that are functions of the fault location can be obtained. The Newton-Raphson method is then applied to calculate the estimated fault location. Among the solutions, a correct fault distance is selected by the conditions of the existence of solution. with the results of extensive S/W and H/W simulation tests, it was verified that the proposed algorithm can estimate an accurate fault distance in a 154kV model system.

외단열 벽체 기준 검토 및 성능 평가에 관한 연구

The EIFS(External Insulation Facade System) is very a useful and powerful item to reduce thermal load of buildings because the EIFS can protect outside heat and conserve inside heat. The EIFS will be mandatory sooner or later because Korean building energy efficiency regulation will require more high thermal performance of building. But EIFS still has some problems such as detachment, deformation, lack of building standards, and performance verification, etc. So, in this study, we examined regulations and standards on the EIFS and measured actual thermal performance of the EIFS using heat flux sensors. The measured heat flux data converted to U-value and it was compared to designed U-value.

日本 생선초밥[壽司]의 由來와 自國的 變容에 관한 硏究

In general, sushi is considered as the rice hardened into a mass and put on fish. It was kind of new food developed in Edo period. First, there was Nara-zhshi which fish meat fermented in rice and only the fish meat was eaten after discarding the rice. After then, rice and fish were fermented and eaten together, which is Nama-Nara-zushi. Since rice vinegar, the landmark in sushi making, has been used, the variety of sushi has no limit. It is developed by Japanese and representative foods of Japan today. However, its origin, Nara-zhshi is found in China, Korea, and East Asia. Therefor, it is universal stored food eaten by not only Japanese, but also all Asians. Many studies have assumed that it is originated in Southeast Asia and transmitted to China and later to Korea and Japan. In the east coast of Korea facing Japan and closest area, similar types of food Sikhea is found. Also, some say that the word sushi is originated from Korean shinbap. Therefore, it is possible that sushi is transmitted from Korea to Japan.

석분과 황토를 사용한 건자재 제품 개발 연구

본 연구는 석분과 황토를 사용한 건자재 제품을 개발하기 위하여 황토의 첨가량를 5종류, 석분의 첨가량을 3종류로 하여 총 16종류의 모르타르에 대하여 단위중량, 흡수율, 압축강도, 휨강도, 동탄성계수, 초음파진동속도, 중성화 깊이에 대하여 구명하였다. 단위중량, 압축강도, 휨강도, 동탄성계수 및 초음파진동속도는 황토와 석분의 사용량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었고, 흡수율과 중성화 깊이는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 주사전자현미경에 의한 관찰에서는 비활성황토의 사용량이 증가할수록 결정이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 황토의 사용량은 강도적인 측면에서는 결합재량의 40%까지 사용이 가능하고, 흡수율 측면에서는 10%까지 사용이 가능하며, 건자재의 사용목적에 따라 황토의 사용량을 조절하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to obtain the basic data for the development of construction materialproducts using stone dust and non-active Hwangto. The results of physical and mechanical properties were as follows. The unit weight, compressive and flexural strengths, dynamic modulus and ultrasonic pulse velocity are decreased with increase of the stone dust and Hwangto. The absorption ratio and neutralization depth are increased with increase of the stone dust and Hwangto. In the results of SEM analysis, the crystals are increased with increase of the non-active Hwangto. Accordingly, the Hwangto may be suitably used as a cement replacement material in the construction material products.

수원지역 지하수의 오염실태에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 수원지역 지하수질 개선과 효율적인 관리를 위해 대상 지역의 지하수의 수질을 조사하여 오염실태를 조사하였다. 조사결과 음용수로 사용하는 17개 지점의 경우 전 항목이 기준치 미만으로 측정되었으며, 생활용수로 사용되는 258개 지점에서는 5개 항목만이 검출되었고, 나머지 중금속 등 10개 항목은 검출되지 않은 것으로 조사되었으며, pH의 경우 팔달구의 1개 지점에서 9.8로 기준치를 초과하였으며, 질산성 질소의 경우 장안구의 2개 지점에서 27.9, 34 ㎎/L로 기준치인 20 ㎎/L를 초과한 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 지표수자료, 기상자료, 지하수 사용량 및 수질자료 등을 특정한 시간에 따라 자료를 수집하여 전산화함으로써 효율적인 지하수가 이루어져야 한다고 생각한다.

운동강도가 골 재형성기 여성의 골대사마커에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the exercise intensity on markers of bone metabolism in bone remodeling-aged women. Subjects were composed of eight middle-aged women and participated in treadmill exercise(47%, 76% VO2max). One-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the difference between baseline, 47% VO2max and 76% VO2mxs exercise. The 0.05 level of significance was critical level for study. The result of this syudy are as follows ; 1. IGF-1, PICP, T-ALP, PTH were increased in 76% VO2max than after 47% VO2max exorcise. 2. ICTP was significantly increased after 47%, 76% VO2max exercise than baseline. In conclusion, exercise for increasing in markers of bone metabolism was shown to positive influence in moderated exercise than low-intensity exercise in bone metabolism in bone remodeling-aged women.

Yong Sang No. 1997. Analogical Imagination As the Theological Language of David Tracy- Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. David Tracy, a American theologian, who teaches in Chicago University, suggests analogical imagination as a theological language for this pluralistic situation. He, as a revisionist theologian, says that theology has to be built up by public discourse in order that nonchristians amy understand it. He embraces both the liberal theology emphasizing human experience and the neo-orthodox theology emphasizing divine revelation into his theology of analogical imagination. His analogical language includes similarities-in difference and radical dissimilarity-in- similarity as a dialectical phase. This analogical vision makes the conversation with others possible. He developed conversation theory from the foundation of the comtemporary hermeneutics.(Ho Nam theology seminary)
