한국인 성인의 악안면 연조직의 심미적 안모형태분석에 관한 연구

This study was designed to analyze morphological characteristics of Korean young adults, norms and standard deviation of variables, sexual differences, correlationship between each area of face and correlationship between hard tissue and soft tissue. The primary sample consisted of 45 males and 57 females who were early and middle twenties and had acceptable profile, no history of previous orthodontic treatment, absence of remarkably large overjet and overbite, full complement of permanent teeth, Class Ⅰ skeletal and dental relationships and good vertical facial proportions. Their cephalograms were analyzed morphologically with a computer morphometrics. Then the final sample- 25 males and 38 females -were selected within 1 S.D. of E-line, ANB, P/A facial height ratio, Interincisal angle, L1 to A-Pog, ODI and APDI. The results of the study were as follows: 1.In the form and proportion of facial skeleton there were no significant differences between males and females, but in the size males were larger than females. 2.The dental protrusion patterns had no significant sexual difference and no significant correlationship between protrusion of upper lip and inclination of upper incisor. But mentolabial angle had positively correlated with interincisal angle and negatively with inclination of upper and lower incisor. 3.In the relationship between nose and soft-tissue profile, males were larger than females in nasal length, height and angular measurements. 4.In analysis of soft-tissue profile, males were larger than females in the length and thickness. In the angular measurements and proportion of soft-tissue profile, there were no significant differences between males and females.

새로운 共振形 DC링크 인버터 回路의 提案

공진형 전력변화 시스템은 고효율, 소형화, 고신뢰성, 저소음화 등이 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전동기구동을 위한 새로운 공진형 직류링크 컨버터/인버터 시스템을 제안하고, 종래의 시스템과 비교하여 각 운전특성을 평가한다. 제안한 시스템은 직류링크부에 나타나는 고전압이 저감하므로 공진용 콘덴서의 전압내량이 저감가능하며, 모드가 전이할 때 고주파 전류의 저감에 의한 전해콘덴서에로의 스트레스를 경감할 수 있는 회로구성이라고 할 수 있다. Resonant link power conversion systems have potential such as high efficiency, small size, high realiability and low acoustic noise. This paper presents a novel resonant DC link dual converter system for motor drives and discusses the evaluation of the each operation characteristics included the comparison to the former system. In this study do we collect the Wethered Granite Soil of Gwang-ju Pung -am district and Youm-ju-dong Gwang-ju world cup stadium construction field and identify physical character according to basic physical test and summerged the sample of 85% degree of compaction in the dry side and wet side in a water tank for ten days on the basis of the sample of 80%, 85%, 90% degree of compaction and Optimum Moisture Ratio in the Optimum Moisture Ratio state in order to exam permeability and compression character of the Weathered Granite Soil according to the compaction state of retaining wall, abutment bankfill banking. We perform falling head permeability test and them standard compaction test and calculate coefficient of permeability and consolidation constant according to the test result. We have a mind to clear permeability and compression character of the Weathered Granite Soil of this study area according to relation curve of the calculated coefficient of permeability, consolidation constant and void ratio, degree of compaction. Therefore compression constant, according to the compaction energy of Optimum Moisture Ratio, is in inverse proportion linearally in the Weathered Granite Soil of WGS 1 and WGS-2 and coefficient of permeability increase directly in a range of void ratio e=0.627~0.779, e=0.657~0.800.

1997~2000년에 발생된 황사에 관한 연구

Joint monitoring of yellow sand (YS) phenomena occurred from 1997 to 2000 was carried out. It was found that the YS in source regions occurred in any time during the year, while the severe dust storms occurred frequently from March to May after the spring thaw. Wind erosion occurred usually with wind greater than about 8 ms^-1 in the source region in any seasons. However, severe YS phenomenon found to occur with wind greater than 15 ms^-1 at least for 3 hours or more. In source regions, YS occurred over 60∼120 days per year. In Korea, YS was found to occur 8∼12 cases per year with 12-22 YS days. It was recorded that maximum concentrations of TSP were 989∼1396 ㎍ m^-3 with PM10 values of 861∼996 ㎍ m^-3 and with the lowest visibility of 1.4∼1.6km. In Mongolia, however, it was observed that the number of dusty days decreased due to the increase in rainy days.

다종의 Pulse Oximeter에서 측정된 산소 분압도의 차이와 상호 비교 결과에 대한 보고

진정요법하의 치과치료에서 환자의 상태를 지속적으로 감시하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 여러 방법 중 가장 널리 사용되는 것중 Pulse Oximeter가 있다. Pulse Oximeter는 비침습적 방법으로 계속해서 동맥혈액의 산소포화도를 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 장치로서 기기에 나타나는 산소포화도(SpO₂)는 실제로 측정한 동맥혈액의 산소포화도(SaO₂)와 거의 일치하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 진료실에 있는 세종류의 Pulse Oximeter를 이용하여 한 환자에게 동시에 두 개의 기기를 적용하였을 경우, 산출값을 상호 비교한 결과, 짧은(3회) 맥박수를 평균하는 기기가 낮은값이 나왔으며, 다른 두개의 Pulse Oximeter와 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 짧은 맥박수를 평균하는 기기는 반응이 빠르나, 산소포화도의 값이 작게 산출되고, 외부의 신호에 더욱 민감하여, 오류가 존재할 가능성 또한 높다. 기기의 특성을 알아, 술자는 적절한 기기를 선택하는 것이 중요하다. A major concern in pediatric dentistry is maximizing risk mangement through optimal monitoring of respiratory function during sedation techniques, and Pulse Oximeter is one of the most popular devices for these purpose. Pulse Oximeter is non-invasive device for detecting the sensitive fraction between the saturated & desaturated hemoglobin. Several Studies proved that there is no significant difference between the SpO2 and SaO2 . In this article, We examined three Pulse Oximeter (3300MXR, OX90R, BPM200R). The Pulse Oximeter using shorter pulse beat averaging showed more sensitive reaction to the statue of the patient and lower saturation data. We compared pair of Pulse Oximeter applied to one patient at one time. And BPM200R (using shorter pulse beat averaging) showed statistically low saturation

Rat의 복강에 삽입한 Fluorouracil-Polyglycolic acid 제형의 Fluorouracil 용출에 관한 연구

A common form of relapse in adenocarcinoma of the stomach is intraperitoneal dissemination, in fact, among gastric adenocarcinoma patients who have undergone surgery intended to cure, approximately 50% of the patients develope initial recurrence in the peritoneal cavity regardless of the anatomic site of the primary tumor within the stomach. The efficacy of systemic postoperative chemotherapy to prevent peritoneal recurrence of gastrric adcnocarcinoma is not satisfactory. There is still a great need for improved therapeutic strategies on the disseminated microscopic disease and small miliary nodules remaining on the peritoneal surface or lymphatics after operation. The authers have made fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid composite disks(Fu-PGA disks) with fluorouracil and biodegradable polymer: polyglycolic acid for more effective intraperitoneal chemotherapy. We inserted the Fu-PGA disk(s) in the peritoneal cavity of rat and pharmacokinetic study was performed to measure fluorouracil concentration in the peritoneal fluid, plasma, liver, kidney and heart tissue at 24 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour after insertion of Fu-PGA disk(s). Myelosuppressive action of this composite also was determined following its administration. The data of this study suggested that Fu-PGA composite will be a new device releasing drugs in a controlled manner and having targetability to peritoneum, and this device will be improving the efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric adenocarcinoma.

제조공장에서의 극저주파 자기장의 측정 및 분석(Ⅱ) : 기기 종류별 구분에 의한 자기장을 중심으로

As many home appliances are used in many households, researchers are more and more concerned about the influences of electromagnetic fields on human health and environments. This paper analyzes the influences of electro-magnetic fields in the frequency bands called ELF(Extremely Low Frequency) by examining some kinds of the selected equipment at specified distances and directions inside two plants. The two plants have the same manufacturing processes but different environments of the electrical equipment and voltages in use. The analysis for the selected equipment shows that the cable's input direction and single core cables mitigate stronger magnetic fields than the output direction and two core cables do. Therefore, in order to build a new plant, mitigating the strength of magnetic fields, (1) the current should be reduced by increasing the using voltage for the equipment; (2) the cable trays of a power supply should be established as high as possible and (3) the input direction of the power supply cables such as motors should be arranged opposite to workers. In the case of the existing workspaces, the cables for the AC. arc welding machines must be used not separating the cables for the ground from the cables for the welding, and the doors of electrical panels must not be opened.

액정 백라이트용 인버터회로의 특성비교

최근 냉음극방전등 구동용 인버터의 소형, 경량화 및 고효율화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 냉음극방전등 구동용 인버터로 사용되어 온 종래의 권선형 트랜스를 사용한 푸시풀 인버터와 압전트랜스로 대체한 압전형 인버터의 동작특성을 비교검토한다. 시뮬레이션결과를 통해 압전형 인버터가 종래의 인버터에 비해 보다 효율이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다. Nowdays, the inverter for CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) driver is needed as form of compact size, low loss and high efficiency. This paper deals with comparison of characteristics of the Rosen type push-pull inverter and piezoelectric push-pull inverter for a CCFL driver. With the results of simulation, piezoelectric transformer is proven as more efficient than conventional magnetic transformer.

전기자동차 구동용 인버터회로방식

전기자동차용 전동기를 구동하는데 있어서 효율은 저하하지 않고 저노이즈를 실현할 수 있는 인버터가 요구된다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 구성이 간단하며 고효율화를 실현할 수 있는 소프트 스위칭을 행하는 전력변환기의 연구가 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기자동차의 구동장치에 적용할 수 있는 대표적인 인버터화로방식에 대하여 기술한다.
