Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of N6-Methyladenosine modification-circRNA-zinc finger protein 638 (m6A-circRNA-ZNF638) on the induced activation of secondary hair follicle (SHF) stem cells with its potential mechanisms in cashmere goats. Methods: The m6A modification of ZNF638 was analyzed using methylation immunoprecipitation with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction technique in SHF stem cells. The effects of circRNA-ZNF638 on the induced activation of SHF stem cells in m6A dependence were evaluated through the overexpression of circRNA-ZNF638/its m6Adeficient mutants in circRNA-ZNF638 knockdown SHF stem cells. The competitive binding of miR-361-5p to circRNA-ZNF638/Wnt5a 3′- untranslated region was analyzed through Dual-luciferase reporter assay. Results: The m6A-circRNA-ZNF638 had significantly higher transcription at anagen SHF bulge of cashmere goats compared with that at telogen, as well as it positively regulated the induced activation of SHF-stem cells in cashmere goats. Mechanismly, m6A-circRNA-ZNF638 sponged miR-361-5p to heighten the transcriptional expression of Wnt5a gene in SHFstem cells. We further demonstrated that the internal m6A modification within circRNAZNF638 is required for mediating the miR-361-5p/Wnt5a pathway to regulate the induced activation of SHF stem cells through an introducing of m6A-deficient mutant of circRNAZNF638. Conclusion: The circRNA-ZNF638 contributes the proper induced activation of SHF-stem cells in cashmere goats in m6A-dependent manner through miR-361-5p/Wnt5a axis.
방과 후 아동교육 현황과 아동교육 지원서비스에 관한 한국과 일본의 비교 연구

This study compares after-school children's education in Korea and Japan. The comparison is the current status, service, and practice case of after-school child education. The purpose of the study is to find implications for after-school child education in Korea through comparison between Korea and Japan, not only for the safety of children, but also for the well-being and quality of life of the family surrounding children. As for the research method, afterschool child education in the two countries was explored through a comparative research method between countries. As a result of the study, Korea had problems with service quality and stigma. Japan has a long history of after-school education, so it is now providing services to children with disabilities and multicultural children. In addition, Japan was an education that put emphasis on social relationship formation. The significance of this paper is that it proposed after-school education services necessary for Korea through comparison of afterschool children's education and presented a future vision for after-school children's education. 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 방과 후 아동교육을 비교하는 연구이다. 비교하는 내용은 방과 후 아동교육의현황과 서비스 그리고 실천 사례이다. 연구목적은 한국과 일본의 비교를 통해 한국의 방과 후 아동교육에 대한 함의를 찾는 것이다. 그리하여 아동 개인의 안전은 물론, 아동을 둘러싼 가정의 안녕과 삶의질을 위한 시사점을 찾는 것이다. 연구방법은 국가 간 비교연구 방법을 통해 두 나라의 방과 후 아동교육을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 한국은 서비스 질과 낙인 문제가 있었으며 일본은 방과 후 교육에 대한역사가 오래되었기에 현재는 장애아동, 다문화 아동에게까지도 서비스를 전달하고 있었다. 아울러 일본은 사회적 관계 형성에 비중을 두는 교육이었다. 본 논문은 방과 후 아동교육에 대한 비교를 통해 한국에 필요한 방과 후 교육서비스 제안과 방과 후 아동교육의 미래비전을 제시했다는 점에서 그 의의가크다.
나노에멀젼(도데케인/메탄올) 흡수제를 이용한 CO₂ 기포흡 수과정 가시화

The purpose of this study is to observe the CO₂ absorption characteristics of methanol based nanoemulsion which has higher CO₂ absorption performance than the base fluid (methanol). To prepare the nanoemulsion absorbents, the ultrasonic emulsification method is used. Dodecane is selected as a dispersion phase. In order to maintain the dispersion stability, Tween 60 and Span 60 are added to the absorbent. The experiment is conducted by varying the dodecane concentration range from 0.01vol% to 0.05vol%. Through CO₂ absorption visualization test, it is found that the size reduction rate of carbon dioxide bubble in nanoemulsion is much faster than that in base fluid (methanol).
아민 기능화 금속 유기 골격체를 이용한 연소 후 CO₂ 포집 성능 향상

Due to CO₂ emssion inducing global warming severely, CO₂ capture technology, especially post-combustion capture removing CO₂ from a flue gas generated after fuel combustion, is of a major concern. In this study, we investigated 30 wt% MEA aqueous solution by adding ethylenediamine-functionalized Mg-MOF-74 (EDMOF-74) to enhance CO₂ absorption performance under the post-combustion conditions. CO₂ absorption experiment, conducted at concentrations (0.005, 0.01, 0.05, and 0.1 wt%) of EDMOF-74 by different ethylenediamine loading in the 30 wt% MEA mixture, shows an increase of the CO₂ capture performance, exhibiting 7.18% of the maximum enhancement compared to the 30 wt% MEA aqueous solution. Furthermore, cyclic performance for industrial application reveals an enhancement in comparison with the 30 wt% MEA aqueous solution, and the addition of EDMOF-74 shows a stability of CO₂ capture for large-volume feed gas condition.
나노에멀젼 흡수제를 이용한 이산화탄소 흡수성능 향상에 관한 연구

Nanoemulsion absorbents are studied to improve the process efficiency of rectisol, a CO₂ absorption process. Dodecane droplets are dispersed in methanol at nano size and two surfactants Tween 60, Span 60 are added to maintain dispersion stability of nanoemulsion absorbents. To evaluate the dispersion stability of the prepared nanoemulsion, turbidity measurement using the Nephelometry is carried out for 3 days. As results of CO2 absorption rate experiment, the nanoemulsion absorbents with 0.05 vol% of dodecane show the best performance.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Nanoemulsion absorbents are manufactured using methanol and undecane for CO<SUB>2</SUB> absorption and regeneration performance enhancement. The most representative physical CO<SUB>2</SUB> absorbent, methanol, is mixed with undecane and dispersed by the ultrasonication method. Span 60 and Tween 60 are used to obtain a high dispersion stability. To determine the effect of undecane concentration on the combined heat and mass transfer performance during the absorption and regeneration processes, various concentrations of nanoemulsion absorbents are prepared. The thermal conductivity of the nanoemulsion is also measured to estimate the effect of nanodroplets on the heat transfer performance. It is concluded that the average absorption rate increases by 13.04% at 0.05 vol% of undecane and the average regeneration rate does by 22.03% at 0.05 vol% compared to the base absorbent. Various mechanisms for combined heat and mass transfer performance enhancement by nanoemulsion absorbents are discussed.
