Response Mechanism of Mechanical Behavior with Mg Plate Microstructure Evolution During Al/Mg/Al Composite Plate Rolled by Hard Plate

The long manufacturing process, difficult coordinated regulation of structural properties and interface bonding ability aresome of the difficulties that restrict the rapid development of lightweight composite plate forming and manufacturing for along time. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes adding hard plate to roll Al/Mg/Al composite plates. The thickness of Mg/Al is 10:1, and the hard-plate rolling process experiments were carried out by designing five groupsof different temperatures. The influence of magnesium plate microstructure evolution on the interface bonding ability andmechanical behavior of composite plates is mainly studied. Under the same conditions, the matrix microstructure changesgreatly from 200 to 350 °C. At 350 °C, the microstructure of Mg plate in ND is uniform without shear bands and twins. Itsrecrystallization ratio is 31.77%, which played a role in weakening the texture and reducing its anisotropy. Interestingly,in the process of three-point bending, the non-basal plane slip and the basal plane slip start simultaneously, the maximumbending strength of the composite plate reaches 504 MPa, and the interface was well bonded without obvious bending fatiguephenomenon. The tear test showed that the tear load reaches 0.42 kN, and the elastic elongation stage of Al is longer than thetear propagation stage, and the interface bonding was uniform. The hard plate rolling process provides scientific guidancefor the forming and preparation of composite plates.

Clinical Observation on Recombinant Human Endostatin Combined with Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and toxic and side effects of recombinant human endostatin (rhendostatin/endostar) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: A total of 70 patients with advanced gastrointestinal adenocarcioma confirmed by histopathology and/or cytological examination were divided into group A (37 patients) and group B (33 patients). Patients in group A were given intravenous drip of 15 mg endostar added into 500 mL normal saline, once every other day until the cessation of chemotherapy or patients' maximal tolerance to chemotherapy. Patients in group B received chemotherapy alone. Two groups selected the same chemotherapy regimens. FOLFIRI scheme: 90-min intravenous drip of $180mg/m^2$ irinotecan, intravenous drip of $200mg/m^2$ calcium folinate (CF) and $400mg/m^2$ 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) on d1, and continuous intravenous pumping of 2 $400mg/m^2$ 5-Fu for 46 h. FOLFOX4 scheme: intravenous injection of $85mg/m^2$ oxaliplatin (L-OHP), $200mg/m^2$ calcium folinate (CF) and $400mg/m^2$ 5-FU on d1 for 2 h, and then continuous intravenous pumping of 2 $400mg/m^2$ 5-Fu for 46 h. XELOX scheme: oral administration of 1 $500mg/m^2$ xeloda (or tegafur 50~60 mg) in twice during d1~14 and intravenous drip of $135mg/m^2$ L-OHP on d1 for 2 h. The modified FOLFOX scheme: intravenous injection of $135mg/m^2$ L-OHP on d1 for 2 h, $200mg/m^2$ CF and 1.0 g tegafur during d1~5. Whereas, control Group B received chemotherapy regimens which were same as Group A, but no addition of endostar. Before chemotherapy, patients were given intravenous injection of 8 mg ondansetron, intramuscular injection of 10 mg metoclopramide and 20 mg diphenhydramine for prevention of vomiting, protection of liver and stomach as well as symptomatic supportive treatment. One cycle was 21 d, 4~6 cycles in total. The efficacy was evaluated every 2 cycles. Results: 32 patients in Group A could be evaluated, and the response rate (RR) and disease control rate (DCR) were 59.38% and 78.13%, respectively. 31 patients in Groups could be evaluated, and the RR and DCR were 32.26% and 54.84%, respectively. The differences between 2 groups were significant. The toxic effects include myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reaction, fatigue, cardiotoxicity and peripheral neurotoxicity. Conclusions: Preliminary observations show that endostar (once every other day) combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer, with low toxic effects, good tolerance, deserving further study.

High-throughput data on circular RNA reveal novel insights into chronic glomerulonephritis

Background Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a unique novel type of RNA, have been widely reported to be involved in physiologic and pathologic processes in humans. However, the exact molecular pathogenesis of circRNAs in chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is far from clear. Objective This paper aims to evaluate the specific expression profile of circRNAs in renal cortex tissues from Adriamycin-induced CGN rats. Methods CircRNAs were screened in renal cortex tissues from 3 CGN rats and 3 control rats by using high-throughput sequencing (HTS). Then, 4 circRNAs were selected randomly for verification by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). In addition, the differentially expressed (DE) circRNAs were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Results In total, 31 significantly DE circRNAs were identified, which revealed their potential roles in CGN; in particular, we found that 4 confirmed altered circRNAs (rno-circ-RNAs 689, 3217, 1327, and 5001) might play important roles in the development of CGN. Conclusion This study reveals a cluster of circRNAs that are DE in Adriamycin-induced CGN rats, which brings us closer to understanding the pathogenic mechanisms and may provide new potential targets for clinical treatment.

The prevalence of myopia in adolescents in modern society is the highest. Adult myopia can be induced by various ocular diseases. The massage therapy has a good effect on juvenile pseudo myopia. To implement which is simple and security and without pain and no side effects. So more and more patients choose this method to treat. In order to study the treatment of juvenile myopia, the attitude of the treatment, and the reasons for the influence of myopia, Baoji Province, Shaanxi Province, the primary school, middle school, high school, the two schools, a total of 30 students, who a questionnaire survey were conducted. The results used SPSS13.0 program that were statistically processed. The result was head·facial meridians·collaterals massage and neck Massage were a notable effect on the juvenile myopia. After the experiment, the visual acuity, refraction and visual fatigue were improved. Through the experimental data, head·facial meridians·collaterals massage and neck Massagethe together of the effect is more obvious.

Tight upper bound on the exponents of a class of two-colored digraphs

A two-colored digraph D is primitive if there exist nonnegative integers h and k with h + k > 0 such that for each pair (i, j) of vertices there exists an (h, k)-walk in D from i to j. The exponent of the primitive two-colored digraph D is the minimum value of h + k taken over all such h and k. In this paper, we give the tight upper bound on the exponents of a class of primitive two-colored digraphs with (s + 1) n−cycles and one (n − 1)−cycle, and the characterizations of the extremal two-colored digraphs.

New Methymycin Derivatives of Streptomyces venezuelae ATCC 15439 and Their Inhibitory Effects on Human T Cell Proliferation Mediated by PMA/ionomycin

Two new methymycin derivatives, 3'-demethylmethymycin (1) and 3'-demethyldeoxymethymycin (2), together with seven known ones (3-9), were obtained from the strain Streptomyces venezuelae ATCC 15439. Their structures were determined on the basis of IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR data. In addition, the inhibitory effects of all the compounds on human T cell proliferation mediated by PMA/ionomycin were evaluated. The data suggested for the first time that methymycin derivatives have potential anti-inflammatory activity.

Buckling and vibrational information of an annular nanosystem covered with piezoelectric layer

Resently, the use of smart structures has been heightened up rapidly. For this issue, vibration analysis related to a graphene nanoplatelet composite (GPLRC) nanodisk which is attached to a piezoelectric layer and is subjected to thermal loads is explored in the current paper. The formulation of this study is obtained through the energy method and nonlocal strain gradient theory, and then it is solved employing generalized differential quadrature method (GDQM). Halpin-Tsai model in addition to the mixture's rule are utilized to capture the material properties related to the reinforced composite layer. The compatibility conditions are presented for exhibiting the perfect bounding between two layers. The results of this study are validated by employing the other published articles. The impact of such parameters as external voltage, the radius ratio, temperature difference, and nonlocality on the vibrational frequency of the system is investigated in detail.

The Single Center Experience of One Thousand Cases of Robotic Pancreatectomy

Aims: Operation plan for pancreatic tumor used to be divided in four main type,pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD),central pancreatectomy,distal pancreatectomy (DP) and pancreatic enucleation. To evaluate the value of da Vinci robotic surgery system in pancreatectomy. Methods: The clinical data of a consecutive of 1000patients who underwent robotic-assisted pancreatectomy from Novem-ber, 2011 to September 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. All the operations were performed by the same team, which mainly approach in Da Vinci robotic system Si. The demographic characteristics, intraoperative blood loss, operative duration, post-operative hospital stay, blood transfusion details, and conversion rate were all analyzed. Results: A total of 1000 patients were included in this study, with an average age of 54.0, and 486 cases of them were male. The average operative time was 3.5 hours (2-7 h), the estimated blood loss was 100ml (20-1200 ml), and the postoperative hospital stay was 9.3 days in average. Overall complication morbidity was 7.9% (79/1000) and 6.7%(67/1000) cases suffered from grade B-C Pancreatic fistula, with the conversion rate of 3.2% and 30-Day mortality rate of 0.42%. Conclusions: Robotic pancreatectomy could be successfully performed with the assistance of da Vinci surgery system, the operative duration, post-operative hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss were satisfying, with very patients died in 30 days and very operations converted.
