      • Red pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) 增收를 爲한 計劃灌漑 理論 適用 및 實證試驗에 關한 硏究

        . Studies on the Application of Theory and Practice of Scheduling Irrigation to Increase Yield of Red Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Qyo-Soon, Ho. This study was carried out to applicate of theory in planning, design and operation of scheduling irrigation in order to increase yield of red pepper. The results were as follows. 1. Irrigation date and irrigation supply requirements were caculated considering the climatic data, soil servey data, crop and reference evapotranspiration. The most effective treatment were compared to control was the plot of APIS 100% irrigation supply and vinyl mulching treated plot, in case of the plant height, stem node numbers of flower bud development, flower blooming and fruit setting. 3. In the plot of treated with APIS 100% irrigation supply, the number and fresh weight of red pepper was increased, about 70%, as much as than control plot, and the treated with vinyl mulching, was increased about 55%, and other treatment was increased from 5% to 22.8%. 4. Yield of dry weight of red pepper from APIS 100, 130% irrigated plot and vinyl mulching treated plot were increased 77.6, 59 and 58%, respectively as compared to the yield of control plot whereas yield from APIS 70 and 50% were decreased 18 and 20% respectively. The results showed that better yield of red pepper should be obtained by adequate water supply under the scheduling irrigation.

        제주 밭토양에서 가축분 퇴비의 시용에 따른 양분의 이동양상

        가축분 퇴비의 연속적인 과다시용은 토양중의 각종 양분과 염류의 집적을 유도하여 토양의 악화를 초래 할 수 있다. 이러한 현상은 특히, 시설원예 재배지에서 발생하기 쉬운 것으로 알려져 있으나 퇴비 시용 후 퇴비유래 양분의 토양중 거동에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제주도에 주로 분포하고 있는 하산회토양(구좌통) 및 비화산회토양(애월통)에 시용한 가축분 퇴비(계분, 우분 및 돈분)의 질소, 인산, 칼리 및 염류의 토양중 거동을 파악하기 위하여, 토양시용 180일 후에 토층별(0~30, 31~60 및 61~90 cm)로 토양을 채취하여 토양화학성을 조사 하였다. 가축분(계분) 퇴비 시용 후 질산태질소의 토양중 거동을 검토한 결과 화산회토양의 경우, 질산태질소는 90 cm 범위의 토층까지 이동하였으나, 비화산회토양의 경우에는 0~60 cm 범위의 토층에 주로 분포하고 있었다. 인산의 경우, 화산회토양에서는 작물의 뿌리가 주로 분포하는 작토층 (0~30 cm)에서 다량 검출되었으며, 화산회토양에서는 90 cm 범위의 토층에 까지 이동하였으나, 비화산회토양에서는 60 cm 범위의 토층까지 이동하는데 그쳤다. 토양의 염류농도의 경우 화산회토양에서는 주로 0~60 cm 범위에서 높은 농도로 검출된 반면, 비화산회토양에서는 토층에 따른 큰 차이를 인정할 수 없었을 뿐만 아니라, 화산회토양에 비하여 현저히 낮은 수준 이었다. Recently, saw dust manure has been widely used in horticultural crop production in Korea. Animal manure is produced by decaying of livestock manure mixed with saw dust, and contained higher nutrients and ion concentration than the traditional manure made from rice straw and grasses. Therefore, a continuous application of the animal manure disregarding to soil characteristics may be ruined the soil conditions. This study was conducted to investigate the transportation of the nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, and ion concentration of the animal manure applied to volcanic and non-volcanic soils in Jeju island. Soil chemical analysis were done before and 180 days after animal manure application. After animal manure application, NO₃-N moved up to 90 cm in volcanic soil, while the movement was limited to 60 cm in non-volcanic soil. Phosphate concentration was high up to 30 cm, where crop roots are mainly distributed, in volcanic soil, however, the phosphate moved up to 60 cm in volcanic soil. Exchangeable potassium moved up to 90 cm in volcanic soil, but the movement was limited up to 60 cm in non-volcanic soil. For both soil types, no significant different in ion concentrations was observed up to 60 cm in soil depth, though the concentrations were higher in volcanic ash soils as compared to the non-volcanic ash soils.

        가축분 퇴비 사용에 따른 밭 토양의 EC 및 질산태질소 함량 변화

        본 연구는 가축분 퇴비시용에 따른 토양중 양분행동 양상을 구명하기 위하여 직경 30 ㎝ 높이 1 m의 PVC pot에 화산회 토양과 비화산회 토양을 충진하고 표토 20 ㎝ 깊이로 우분 부숙퇴비, 돈분 부숙퇴비 및 계분 부숙퇴비를 0, 50, 100, 150 ton/ha 해당량을 시용한 후 210일차에 토양을 분석하여 가축분 퇴비 처리에 따른 토양의 EC와 질산태질소 함량 및 유효인산의 변화를 조산한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 가축분 부수퇴비의 시용은 토양중 EC를 증가 시켰는데 계분 부숙퇴비는 시용량이 증가할수록 현저하게 증가하였다. 2. 가축분 퇴비의 시용에 따른 질산태질소의 함량 증가량은 계분 부숙퇴비는 시용량이 증가함에 따라 현저하게 증가한 반면 우분 부숙퇴비 및 돈분 부숙퇴비는 완만하게 증가하였다. 3. 유효인산의 함량변화는 화산회 토양의 경우 가축분 퇴비의 시용량이 증가하여도 인산 함량의 변화는 거의 없었으나 비화산회 밭 토양의 경우는 가축분 퇴비의 시용으로 증가함에 따라 현저하게 증가하였다. This study was conducted in Jeju Island to find the effects of livestock manure application on the changes in soil salt concentration and NO_3-N contents. Soil samples were collected from Goojua-Tong (volcanic ash soil) and Aewol-Tong(non-volcanic ash soil) to 50 cm depth and were mixed with livestock manure to 20 cm depth in PVC container(30 cm diameter, 1 m height). Animal manures of cattle, pig, and fowl were adjusted to 0, 50, 100, 150 ton/ha. Animal manure applications increased the salt concentrations in soil. The salt concentration was increased as the fowl manure amount was increased. The effects were larger in order of fowl manure > cattle manure ≒ pig manure. NO_3-N content in soil showed a sharp increase by applications of fowl manure, but the increase was slow when the cattle and pig manures were applied. In volcanic ash soil, there was no change in phosphate contents by application of animal manures, but the phosphate contents increased in non-volcanic ash soil with the application of animal manure, especially by fowl manure.

        시비량이 Yacon 의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        새로운 作物인 야콘의 栽培法 確立을 위하여 施肥量에 대한 試驗을 實施하였다. 品種은 導入種을 供試하여 4月 5∼7日에 冷床으로 育苗한 것을 5月 25日에 정식하였으며, 栽植密度는 畦幅×株間을 80×45㎝로 하고, 窒素, 燐酸 및 加里를 10a當 3.5 - 5.0 - 3.5㎏를 最小施肥量으로 하여 2倍, 3倍, 4倍인 7.0 - 10.0 - 7.0㎏, 10.5 - 15.0 - 10.5㎏, 14.0 - 20.0 - 14.0㎏과 무처리 등 5處理로 하여 試驗을 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 施肥量이 增加할수록 草長, 葉幅, 葉數, 節數, 줄기直徑, 地上部 生體重 等은 增加되는 傾向이었지만, 葉長에서는 뚜렷한 傾向이 없었다. 施肥量 增加할수록 總收量이 增加하여 10a當 窒素, 燐酸, 加里를 10.5-15.0-10.5㎏ 施用한 區에서 收量이 높았으나, 商品化率은 7.0 - 10.0 - 7.0㎏/10a區에서 36.9%로 가장 높았다. 收量과 相關關係가 높은 生育形質은 草長, 葉幅, 葉數, 節數 等으로 高度의 正의 相關關係가 認定되었다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the amount of fertilizer on the growth and yield characters in yacon(Polymnia sonchifolia POEPP) and to establish the cultivation method. As the amounts of fertilizer were increased, plant height, leaf width, number of leaves, nomber of nodes, stem diameter and fresh weight of top part were increased but leaf length was not significant among treatments. Tuber yield was the highest in the treatment of 10.5 - 15.0 - 10.5㎏/10a, and the ratio of commercial goods was high about 36.9% in the treatment 7.0 - 10.0 - 7.0㎏/10a. Relationships between tuber yield and plant height(r=0.973), leaf width (r=0.968), nomber of leaves(r=0.994), and nomber of nodes(r=0.949) had higher positive correlation, respectively.

      • 鷄糞施用이 수박의 品質向上에 關한 硏究

        A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of chicken wastes application on the quality such as sugar content and vitamin c in water-melon. 1. Weights of fruit were heavier in plots applied with chicken wastes than in NPK plot. 2. Suger content was 0.7 Brix higher in plots applied with chicken wastes than in NPK plot, while water content showed little difference. 3. Vitamin c content was higher in plots applied with chicken wastes than in NPK plot. 4. Considering mineral nutrient content in fruits, Nitrogen and silica high in plot of NPK with two-fold chicken wastes and content of phosphorus, potassium and magnessium was high on plot of NPK+chicken wastes+silicate. Calcium content showed little difference among treatments.

        카네이션 , 백합 , 장미 시설재배지 토양중 양분함량 과 품종별 경엽중 양분함량

        시설화훼류 재배지 토양의 양분 집적도와 백합, 장미 및 카네이션의 품종별 경엽중 양분함량을 조사하여 토양개량의 기초자료를 얻고자 본시험을 수행하였다. 시설화훼류 재배지 토양은 염류농도, 유효인산, 치환성칼리 함량이 과다하게 집적되어 있는데 화훼류 재배지 별로는 장미>카네이션>백합재배지의 순으로 컸다. 화훼류 경영중 양분함량은 작물별로는 백합>카네이션>장미의 순으로 높았으며, 품종별로는 백합은 'Snow Qeen'>'Le Reve'>'Casa Blanca', 카네이션'Marina'>'Super star'>'Mary Devor'> 'Madelon', 장미는 'Cocktail'>'Marina'>'Maderon'의 순으로 높았다. 화훼류 경엽중 양분함량은 카네이션은 T-N:1.66∼2.35%, K:1.73∼2.23%, Zn:2.13∼6.43 ㎎/㎏, Cu:3.79∼13.89㎎/㎏ 범위이었으며 백합은 T-N:0.79∼1.65%, P:0.l8∼0.44%, Ca:0.59∼1.26%, Mg:0.21∼0.46%, Zn:23.65∼90.30㎎/㎏, Cu:0.99∼4.62㎎/㎏ 범위이었다. 또한 장미는 T-N:0.75∼1.62%, P:0.17∼0.30%, K:1.60∼2.91%, Ca:0.64∼0.94%, Zn:24.57∼48.31㎎/㎏, Cu:3.10∼9.08㎎/㎏ 범위이었다. 백합의 양분흡수량은 K>T-N>Ca>Mg의 순으로 컸으며, 장미의 양분흡수량은 T-N>K>Ca>P>Mg의 순으로 컸다. This study was conducted to investigate tissue nutrient contents and salt accumulation in plastic house soils cultivating lily, rose and carnation. The soil tested had high total salts, available phosphate and exchangeable potassium. The soil cultivating rose had highest salt concentvation followed by chose of carnation and lily. Tissue nutrient contents of lily were higher than chose of carnation and rose. In comparison among cultivars, the nutrient contents were as follows; 'Snow Queen'>'Le Reve'>'Casa Blanca' in lily; 'Marina'>'Super star' >'Mary Devor' >'Madelon' in carnation; and 'Cocktail'> 'Marina">'Maderon' in rose. The range of the nutrient contents were: T-N: 1.66∼2.35%, K: 1.73∼2.23%, Zn: 2.13∼6.43 ㎎/㎏, Cu: 3.79∼13.89 ㎎/㎏ in carnation; T-N: 0.79∼1.65%, P: 0.18∼0.44%, Ca: 0.59∼1.26%, Mg: 0.21∼0.46%, Zn: 23.65∼90.30 ㎎/㎏, Cu: 0.99∼4.62 ㎎/㎏ in lily; and T-N: 0.75∼1.62%, P: 0.17∼0.30%, K: 1.60∼2.91%, Ca: 0.64∼0.94%, Zn: 24.57∼48.31 ㎎/㎏, Cu: 3.10∼9.08 ㎎/㎏ in rose. The amount of nutrients uptake per plant was high in order of: K > T-N > Ca > Mg in lily; and T-N > K > Ca > P > Mg in rose.

      • 原州, 原城 地域의 形態論的 新土壤分類에 관하여

        原州市 및 原城郡의 農耕地와 野山開發 可能地의 土壞種類別 特性을 新分類濃系인 形態論的 分類方法으로 分類 함으로서 科學營農化의 基礎資料를 얻고자 遂行하였다. 1. 分類單位는 目 5, 亞目 8, 大群 10, 亞群 21, 土性屬 36 그리고 統이 46個로 分類되었다. 2. 高次分類單位別 分布는 Inceptisols 63.8, Entisols 23.2, Alfisols 4.7, Ultisols 1.8, Mollisol 0.9 그리고 기타 5.6% 이었다. Classification of soil series by the new comprehensive classification system was conducted to find basic data for the agricultural development in Weonju and Weonsung area. Soils could be classified into 5 of Order, 8 Suborder, 10 Great Group, 21 Subgroup, 36 Texture Family, and 46 Series. Distribution percentage of each Order level to the surveyed whole area of Inceptisols, Entisols, Alfisols, Ultisols, and Mollisols was 63.8, 23.2, 4.7, 1.8, and 0.9%, respectively.

      • 無耕耘 敷草가 土壤水分 保全에 미치는 影響

        Field studies were conducted to compare the effects of no-tillage and mulching with the conventional tillage on soil moisture with soybean cultivation. These studies were made on the Daegog sandy loam in 1979 and 1980 and soil moitures measured periodically at various depths. Soil moistures on no-tillage were 2-7% higher than those of conventional tillage during most of growing seasons. No-tillage could be germinated in the dry conditions because of the higher soil moisture retension at surface layer. Soil moistures were conserved about 5-10% by the straw mulching and the conservation of soil moisture was the most effective in the stubble mulching. Weed population of no-tillage and stubble mulching was increased about 54 and 88%, respectively whole weed controls should be decreased about 1/2-1/3 by the straw mulching.

      • 心土露出 開墾地의 熟田化 促進을 爲한 綠肥作物 效用 比較에 關한 硏究 : Effect of different green manure crop on improving Physical-Chemical Properties of newly developed slope lands

        This experiment was carried out to study the changing of soil physical-chemical proper ties and a good green manure crop in order to make the mature field for shortage period. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. In case of barnyard millet plot physical properties of soil was improved compare to control, including the bulk density and hardness. 2. Changing of soil chemical properties did not show certain tendency, but the only orgarnic matter's quantity was high in case of no lime treatment. 3. In case of lime treatment, fresh weight of lettuce was high. There was highly significant positive correlation between Root weight and Yields of lettuce. 4. the yield of green manure was highest in case of barnyard millet treatment. Barnyard millet seemed to be the best for green manure in newly reclaimed field.

      • 米粒內 蛋白質과 米粒形質과의 相關에 關한 硏究

        Protein content of 10 varieties and endosperm were analysed by microkjeldahl methos. protein content of Honamjoseng in brown rice was high and that of Akibare was low. Milyang 42 and Honamjoseng had high protein content in the endosperm. Akibare showed low protein content in the endosperm. correlation coefficients between protein content and 1000 grain weight. grain length and grain width were calculated. correlation between protein content of brown rice and that of endosperm was very high. Negative correlation was observed between protein and grain width.
