Today, when reiniscing the achievement of Korea’s economic development over the past decades, it is easy to find positive recognitions of President Park Jung-hee's national management throughout the 60s and 70s. Similarly, when assessing the success of Korean populace culture worldwide, very few would expect that the forerunner of the appealing entertainment industry was once restricted for the protection of political stability. The policy of banning popular music was influenced by the policy of suppressing Korean culture during the Japanese colonial period. Songs that are banned due to its negative effects are called keumjikok (prohibited song), which restricts the singer's artistic activities consequently. This paper is written to study mainly on the process of forming and implementing the policy related to keumjikok. Thereby, the authors attempted to historically present the societal and political features of Korea during President Park Jung-hee period.

This paper presents an integration mechanism for online communication between a discrete event sim-ulation (DES) software and a system dynamics (SD) software. The integration between them allowed exe-cuting a hybrid and broader simulation, in which the complexity of the systems and their multi-faceted relationships may demand the combination of different simulation methods and the synergies between the techniques. The Ururau free and open-source software (FOSS) was applied to implement the DES model. In order to build the dynamic model, we used the software for mechanical design called CAD 3D Software Inventor. Besides, we also employed the DES model in the test step of a control system in real time. The results of that mechanism implementation enabled the evaluation of different aspects of a typical manufacturing system. Furthermore, the integration between the control system and the DES model allowed validating the logic of the programmable logic controller (PLC).

Gender equality is essential not only to Vietnam but the world as well. Since late 20th century, the women movement and international democratic movement have made important progress, which is gradually improving the livelihood of women around the world, especially in developing places. In their activities, the construction of relevant international conventions and domestic legal regulations are the fundamental. The paper analyses the context and main ideas of the 'Convention on elimination of all forms of discrimination against women -CEDAW" and its significance to Vietnam. Based on existing regulations and incorporating CEDAW regulations, the National Assembly(the Legislative) ratified two new laws in 2006 and 2007, namely Gender Equality Law and the Law on the Prevention of family violence in Nov. 2006 and Nov. 2007 respectively. Presented in the paper is an analysis of their context and main ideas, including a comparison with Hong Duc Law in 15th century and Gia Long Law in 18th century as regarding gender issue. According to the paper, there exists a dialectic relationship between domestic law and international law on gender issue in the globalized world. The paper aims at increasing awareness of the issue on the world level and domestic level, the inevitability of gender discrimination and the cause of empowering women with human rights, CEDAW principles have been incorporated into national policies and have since rendered big successes such as a much higher GDI (Gender Developement Index)than other countries of higher development level. The paper will display enforcement challenges of the two laws and the activeness 0f government, civil society and international organizations in bringing the laws into everyday life

There is an unique style of living and culture that accumulates for long time in any country. And tourism gives help people to take a triangular position a world view and a value view by contacting those life styles and cultures naturally and to improve standards of living. The Korean nation also has made an unique thought system Poong-su Thought in shamanism of geography. This Poongsu Thought became one of the many thoughts that determined our ethnic thought system. As a result, every king of palaces, temples auditorium and archaeological relics, thnic cultures, port of Culture Tourism Resources are effected by Poong-su Thought both directly and indirectly. Therefore, the neccessity to focus on the Poong-su Thought which effected on chosen location and display building is becoming important for studying Culture Tourism Resources. For the purpose of study, Culture Tourism Resources is informing tourists about the neccessity of focusing on Korean thought. And analysizes location choice factor of Culture Tourism Resources. So Culture Tourism Resources's study goal is to improve the standard of living as enlarging the tourist's cultural experience. To achieve the goal, we make the meaning and the general idea of Poong-su Thought systematic on a view Tourism-Poongsu. And we surveyed the cases to see how much the Poong-su Thought has been effected. Surveying the cases of Cultural Tourism Resources in Kyung-buk Area has been studied to find out how much it has been effected when land was chosen. We expect the study about Poong-su Thought and Culture Tourism Resources locating factors are able to contribute to cultural tourism and eco-tourism as enlarge the tourists' cultural experience to improve the standard of living.

The purpose of this study is to find out present situation, for increasing efficiency of inbound-tour management and to understand problem of chinese tourists in inbound-tour, by receiving disposition of Chinese tourists who are rapidly increasing. In addition, this study can make a suggestion of improving problem of chinese tourists. For this purpose, this study carried out literature survey and empirical research. In empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies and analysis data. All the data and information collected through survey were analyzed by using statistical package for the spss pc ver 10.0. The contents of this study are as follow: Chapter 1. Introduction to the purpose and method of this study. Chapter 2. Understanding present situation of Chiness tourism market in Korea. Chapter 3. Problem and imprvement of attracting Chinese tourist. Chapter 4, Conclusion. This study suggests improvement for attracting more Chinese tourist to Korea. By means of improving conditions of accommodation in Inboud-tour among Chinese tourist, we can expect that this study make a contribution to development of Korea tourism industry, and improve efficiency of inboud-tour allied industry.
