      • Research and Prediction of Flowing Factors of the New Generation Migrant Workers in HeiLongjiang Province of China

        This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and prediction of flowing factors of migrant workers in HeiLongjiang province of China. The feature of the research is that a software system is also developed to assist analysis and research. Sankey diagram and CART (Classification and Regression Trees) algorithm are used as main techniques to analyze data and visualize it. The research methods and software system in this paper can provide support for making decision on labor policy.

        Spectral Analysis and Prediction of the Wave Forces Acting on Coastal Bridge Decks

        The wave action on a box girder-type bridge deck is experimentally investigated in this study. Two types of incident waves, namely, regular waves (RWs) and focused waves (FWs), are tested. Fourier, wavelet, and Hilbert spectra of the vertical wave forces are obtained and analyzed. Four different methods are then applied to obtain the low- and high-frequency components of the total vertical wave force. Based on the separation results, the relationship between the wave force and wave crest amplitude is thereafter examined. An empirical formula is proposed to predict the vertical wave force. It is hoped that the aforementioned empirical formula may be widely applied during bridge design.

        Practice and theory researchers have an in-depth discussion about the governance model in the face of the increasingly severe environmental pollution problems. This paper established mathematical medel by the fuzzy mathematics theory,proposed that the multiple work mode is needed to realized in environmental pollution control,and forming a polycentric governance network of the government-led,enterprises,social organizations and individual public paiticipation.It proposes that the multiple work model makes a breakthrough to the single subject management model and puts forward to promote multiple work model in real time to control environmental pollution problems effectively from the perspective of fuzzy decision.The paper provides new theoretical basis and reference for the research of environmental governance mode.

        Electronics and Electrical Education: Bridging the Gap Between Industry and Education Through Information Technology

        As the lifeblood of vocational education and the foundation of people’s livelihood, employment is closely related to many factors such as the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy, social stability, and the rational use of talent. In adopting the combination of production and education, it is undoubtedly the most rewarding for students to get out of school and connect with society, so that they can gain skill training in the process of social practice, develop their moral innovation ability and practical ability, and gain valuable experience in society for their smooth employment in the future. Currently, the traditional teaching of electronics and electricians still relies on the hands of teachers to guide and then students to consolidate and practice. This method has some problems and is difficult to adapt to the current requirements in the teaching of electronics and electricians. In response to some of the issues mentioned above, through research on this method, and through artificial intelligence processing technology, an electronic and electrical teaching and training system was designed to guide students to operate and practice. Therefore, this article compared the performance of the system and found that the system in this article was faster and more efficient than traditional systems. Compared with traditional systems, the response time of this system was shortened by 0.082 s, 0.268 s, 0.627 s, and 1.416 s when the number of loggers reached 10, 100, 250, and 500, respectively. Through comparison, it was found that the system in this paper was far superior to traditional systems, indicating that the system in this paper had a larger bearing capacity. The system user interface (UI) testing and interface testing results in this paper were good, and the overall performance of the system was good. In addition, the research on the integration of industry and education in this article has also enriched the application of artificial intelligence technology in teaching, promoting the better growth of its students.

        π-Morphic Rings

        An element $a$ in a ring R is called left morphic if $$R/Ra{\simeq_-}1(a)$$. A ring is called left morphic if every element is left morphic. In this paper, an element $a$ in a ring R is called left ${\pi}$-morphic (resp. left G-morphic) if there exists a positive number $n$ such that $a^n$ (resp. $a^n{\neq}0$) is left morphic. A ring R is called left ${\pi}$-morphic (resp. left G-morphic) if every element is left ${\pi}$-morphic (resp. left G-morphic). The Morita invariance of left ${\pi}$-morphic (resp. left G-morphic) rings is discussed. Several relevant properties are proved. In particular, it is shown that a left Noetherian ring R with $M_4(R)$ left G-morphic or $M_2(R)$ left morphic is QF. Some known results of left morphic rings are extended to left G-morphic rings and left ${\pi}$-morphic rings.

        Two kinds of behavior of fruit peel coagulant in treating low carbon source wastewaters

        Based on present serious phenomenon of insufficient carbon source in municipal sewage in China, the two kinds of effect of hybrid-fruit-peel (HFP) coagulant (coagulation and external carbon source (ECS)) on treating low carbon source wastewater was studied, mainly compared with that of sodium acetate (NaAc). The feasibility of HFP as an ECS was researched, and then its coagulation behavior, sludge properties, nitrogen removal were studied mainly with aeration mode and sequencing batch reactor (SBR), respectively. The results showed the ration of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) to chemical oxygen demand (COD) released from HFP was 0.67−0.76, within the scope of easily biodegradable. Within a short aeration time, HFP posed obvious coagulation behavior. HFP sludge gave larger extracellular polymer (EPS) and lower dehydrogenase activity (DHA) than NaAc. For HFP, much larger size sludge flocs appeared, the connection among the flocs became closer, and the biofacies and number of microorganisms (Opercularia Coaractata, Nematode, Vorticella, etc.) increased significantly. HFP can be used as an excellent ECS for low carbon source wastewater, and probably also have the ability of slow-releasing carbon, and can be applied to municipal sewage or other wastewaters with insufficient carbon source.

        Leader-following Consensus of Single-integrator Multi-agent Systems under Noisy and Delayed Communication

        This paper proposes a leader-following consensus control for continuous-time single-integrator multiagentsystems with multiplicative measurement noises and time-delays under directed fixed topologies. Each agentin the team receives imprecise information states corrupted by noises from its neighbours and from the leader; thesenoises are depending on the agents’ relative states information. Moreover, the information states received are alsodelayed by constant or time-varying delays. An analysis framework based on graph theory and stochastic toolsis followed to derive conditions under which the tracking consensus of a constant reference is achieved in meansquare. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is proved through some simulation examples.

        Evaluation of Biaxial Strength Deterioration for Coastal Bridge Piers under Non-uniform Corrosion

        Coastal bridge piers in the corrosive marine environment inevitably deteriorate over time, leading to a reduction in their strength. In the present study, a biaxial strength prediction method for non-uniform corroded bridge piers under axial force and biaxial bending moments is proposed by extending the applicable range of the load contour method. First, a method to establish the three-dimensional interaction surface is developed on the basis of the fiber-section model, which considers the two-dimensional chloride diffusion, the degradation of reinforcement and concrete. The proposed methodology is verified by a biaxial quasi-static test of the locally corroded bridge column specimens. Then, through further case study, the time-dependent characteristics of the interaction surface for bridge piers in the splash and tidal region and the atmospheric region are investigated. Finally, the expression of surface exponent is obtained from the interaction surface, which can be used in Bresler’s load contour method to evaluate the deterioration in the biaxial strength of coastal bridge piers. The analytical results conclude that the expression of surface exponent can be divided into three stages including the constant stage, decrease stage and increase stage during the pier’s service life. Axial compression ratio and corrosion degree are two important factors which influence the biaxial strength deterioration for different corrosion regions of the coastal bridge pier.
