        국제판은 중국 금융시장의 개혁개방이 계속 진행되고 중국 자본시장의 국제화가 가속되며 상해시가 경제모델을 세계금융센터로 전환하는 정책배경하에 제출하였다 그러나 현재 국제판은 많은 제반 법률문제와 장애를 당하였다. 이런 문제와 장애들은 중국 자본시장의 법치건설, 경제체제개혁, 금융시장개방 등과 연결하고 이 문제와 장애들을 해결하려면 시범을 이용하고 점차 관련 제도를 개혁, 개선하여야 한다. 그의 핵심적 문제는 자본시장의 효율성과 투자자의 신뢰감 문제를 해결하는 것이다. International Board is put forward under the background when China financial market reform and openness continuously deepen, the internationalization pace of China Capital market expedite and Shanghai work hard to fulfill its economic transformation and become the global finance center, but its pushing out faces many problems and obstacles. These inevitably relates to the construction of rule of law of Chinese capital market, the deepening of economic system reform and openness of finance market. Solutions to these problems and obstacles need recur to a pilot test project, gradually reform and improve the capital market efficiency and enhance the investors` confidence.

        Failure Analysis on Pressure Leakage of FRP

        The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe used in the ground gathering system of an oil field occurred leakagefailure during the pressure test on site after installation. Investigations were performed to identify the most probable causes of the pipe failures. Take three types of specimens for the study, which is the leak position of failure line; the non-leaked position of failure line and the standby pipeline after insulation. The study was conducted by reviewing the background of the incident, visual physical inspection, mechanical property test and finite element analysis. The reason for the failure of this batch pipe is that, a large number of circumferential cracks appear on the outer wall of the pipe under the external force dominated by the bending stress, which reduced the overall internal pressure performance and caused the leakage failure of the pipe line. The leakage failure during the pressure test on site is mostly located in the transition zone of the pipe body to joint, which is due to the discontinuity of wall thickness and uneven material.

        Test on the anchoring components of steel shear keys in precast shear walls

        Prefabricated reinforced-concrete shear walls are used extensively in building structures because they are convenient to construct and environmentally sustainable. To make large walls easier to transport, they are divided into smaller segments and then assembled at the construction site using a variety of connection methods. The present paper proposes a precast shear wall assembled using steel shear keys, wherein the shear keys are fixed on the embedded steel plates of adjacent wall segments by combined plug and fillet welding. The anchoring strength of shear keys is known to affect the mechanical properties of the wall segments. Loading tests were therefore performed to observe the behavior of precast shear wall specimens with different anchoring components for shear keys. The specimen with insufficient strength of anchoring components was found to have reduced stiffness and lateral resistance. Conversely, an extremely high anchoring strength led to a short-column effect at the base of the wall segments and low deformation ability. Finally, for practical engineering purposes, a design approach involving the safety coefficient of anchoring components for steel shear keys is suggested.

        PRECONDITIONED AOR ITERATIVE METHODS FOR SOLVING MULTI-LINEAR SYSTEMS WITH 𝓜-TENSOR

        Some problems in engineering and science can be equivalently transformed into solving multi-linear systems. In this paper, we propose two preconditioned AOR iteration methods to solve multi-linear systems with -tensor. Based on these methods, the general conditions of preconditioners are given. We give the convergence theorem and comparison theorem of the two methods. The results of numerical examples show that methods we propose are more effective.

      • Evidence Based Analysis of Cisplatin for Treating Patients with Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

        Background: This analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cisplatin based chemotherapy for treating patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Clinical studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of cisplatin based regimens on response and safety for patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were identified using a predefined search strategy. Pooled response rates (RR) of treatment were calculated. Results: In cisplatin based regimens, 4 clinical studies which including 50 patients with advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were considered eligible for inclusion. Regimens included cisplatin, doxorubicin, or vindesine. Pooled analysis suggested that, in all patients, the pooled RR was 60% (30/50) in cisplatin based regimens. Nausea and vomiting were the main side effects. No grade III or IV renal or liver toxicity were observed. No treatment related death occurred with the cisplatin based treatments. Conclusion: Evidence based analysis suggests that cisplatin based regimens are associated with a good response rate and acceptable toxicity for treating patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.

        Numerical Study of the Effect of Grout Material Properties on Ground Deformation during Shallow TBM Tunneling

        The full-face shield tunnel boring machine (TBM) has been widely used to build tunnels in urban area. Ground deformations usually occur during tunnelling processes, which is closely related to engineering geological property. A large ground deformation may lead to large-scale surface settlement or ground collapse, especially for shallow buried tunnels. In general, synchronous grouting is adopted to reduce the ground deformation. The temporal and spatial distribution of the grout pressure and consolidation processes of grouting have a significant influence on the deformation. For a better understanding the relationship between the grout material type and the ground deformation, the present study models a complex numerical model in FLAC3D based on the Guangzhou Metro line 18. A numerical method is proposed to reproduce the tunnelling process and the consolidation process of grout material. The effect of grouting material on ground deformation is discussed, i.e., immediately solidified type, quick hardening type, and good mobility type. The ground deformation of the numerical simulation are compared to those monitored in the field. The results indicate that the immediately solidified type grout can reduce the ground settlement effectively and is mainly applicable to secondary grouting. The quick hardening type can make the ground upheaval, which is smaller than that induced by immediately solidified type. The good mobility type can reduce the ground settlement and well control the ground deformation. The good mobility type recommends using in the numerical study for simulating the synchronous grouting.

        Structural Deformation of Existing Horseshoe-Shaped Tunnels by Shield Overcrossing

        In urban areas, the construction of subway tunnels is faced with complex crossing problems. The interaction of tunnels with structural deformation has not been comprehensively studied, especially in the construction of new tunnels crossing above existing tunnels. To better predict the structural deformation of the existing tunnels caused by shield excavation, this study used FLAC3D finite difference software, field monitoring, and an analytical method. A numerical model was used to simulate the influence of the shield weight, grouting pressure, and the grout hardening process on the existing tunnel. The results show that the deformation of horseshoe-shaped tunnel structure can be divided into four stages and the corresponding control measures should be taken for each stage to prevent the structural damage. Moreover, the weight of the shield can restrain the existing tunnel from floating up, but it may cause the cracking of the existing tunnel structure without internal steel support. Based on the “two-stage analysis method”, the simplified analytical method solved the additional stress and the uplift deformation in the first stage and second stage, respectively. The proposed analytical method can rapidly estimate the maximum uplift deformation of the existing horseshoe-shaped tunnel with different bending stiffness values under shield excavation.

      • Radiotherapy Alone is Associated with Improved Outcomes Over Surgery in the Management of Solitary Plasmacytoma

        Background: A moderate dose of radiation is the recommended treatment for solitary plasmacytoma (SP), but there is controversy over the role of surgery. Our study aimed at comparing different treatment modalities in the management of SP. Materials and Methods: Data from 38 consecutive patients with solitary plasmacytoma, including 16 with bone plasmacytoma and 22 with extramedullary plasmacytoma, were retrospectively reviewed. 15 patients received radiotherapy alone; 11 received surgery alone, and 12 received both. The median radiation dose was 50Gy. All operations were performed as radical resections. Local progression-free survival (LPFS), multiple myeloma-free survival (MMFS), progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were calculated and outcomes of different therapies were compared. Results: The median follow-up time was 55 months. 5-year LPFS, MMFS, PFS and OS were 87.0%, 80.9%, 69.8% and 87.4%, respectively. Univariate analysis revealed, compared with surgery alone, radiotherapy alone was associated with significantly higher 5-year LPFS (100% vs 69.3%, p=0.016), MMFS (100% vs 51.4%, p=0.006), PFS (100% vs 33.7%, p=0.0004) and OS (100% vs 70%, p=0.041). Conclusions: Radiotherapy alone can be considered as a more effective treatment for SP over surgery. Whether a combination of radiotherapy and surgery improves outcomes requires further study.
